self care based on your chart
I talked about the signs and houses connection to body parts and many of you requested this post. These are ways to do your self-care using your chart, the signs, and planetary placements and aspects. The same concept can be applied using simple self-love practices in other areas of life too.
✧ notes
I recommend you look at your transits chart or solar return as well to better know the best self-care practices at the time. You can base your general self-care on your natal chart but the transits can tell you the best times to take action or avoid taking action on something significant.
Look for the planets placements and their aspects, mainly if in the angular houses or make many significant aspects. Like I mentioned before I got so much dental work done when saturn was in the 10th, conjunct my mc and opposite north node, it was expensive but I was able to afford it.
You can also consider the degrees if you're feeling extra, in your natal chart and your solar return. Degrees can be associated with signs, so they can be simply linked to the areas they rule.
Planets rule things related to body parts like diseases or accidents and influence certain parts of the body depending on the aspects they make. Also two planets can influence the same body parts.
✧ SIGNS

🎄🎵Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas🎵🎄
Holiday (365443) persona chart observations
🎅 Individuals with Ascendant at 1° or 3° get really excited in advance at the thought of Christmas coming. They tend to approach the holidays with the same innocent joy they had as kids even in adulthood
🎅 Stellium in 2nd house = tasty Christmas dishes and gifts are their only priority lmao
🎅 Neptune trine Venus tend to get lost in the beauty and bling of Christmas decorations
🎅 The sign and house where Jupiter is located tells you what type of gifts you might usually get on Christmas (it's also great to use as a gift guide!!):
🎁 Jupiter 1st house/Aries: gym equipment; sports-related merch; tickets to an event, which you're really passionate about; hats/head accessories; could also be something related to the natal Ascendant (check the description for your natal Rising sign for more info)
🎁 Jupiter in 2nd house/Taurus: lots of chocolate and sweets; clothes; art pieces; scented candles; perfume; fine china; kitchen utensils; cookbooks; (renewed) subscription to a movie streaming service
🎁 Jupiter in 3rd house/Gemini: a (new) car; books; musical instruments; handpan (if Jupiter is in Pisces or it positively aspects Neptune); your most memorable gift might come from a sibling or a relative (cousin, uncle, aunt)
🎁 Jupiter in 4th house/Cancer: plushies; heated blanket; board games; photo albums; your most memorable gift might come from your parents or it might be something passed on from generation to generation
🎁 Jupiter in 5th house/Leo: concert tickets; a trip to the tattoo parlor; gold jewelry; could also be something related to the natal Sun
🎁 Jupiter in 6th house/Virgo: Fitbit/smartwatch; aesthetic stationery (notebooks, planners, writing instruments); reusable water bottle; humidifier; pets
🎁 Jupiter in 7th house/Libra: make-up; beauty gadgets; a romantic partner/fiancé (no, but fr, you might get a love confession during the holidays); your most memorbale gift likely might come from your partner (if you have one)
🎁 Jupiter in 8th house/Scorpio: money/gift cards; sexy time toys; stockings; could be something the individual is obsessed with
🎁 Jupiter in 9th house/Sagittarius: trips to exotic destinations; henna hair dye; compression socks
🎁 Jupiter in 10th house/Capricorn: vintage decor; office chair; office purse (or just one that screams "high status"); sterling silver jewelry; high quality alcohol drinks
🎁 Jupiter in 11th house/Aquarius: electronic devices (smartphone, laptop, tablet, etc.); video games; anything related to supernatural beings (aliens, mermaids, fairies etc.); telescope; anything you've wished for/been manifesting
🎁 Jupiter in 12th house/Pisces: anything sleep related - pajamas, bed sheets, pillow sheets (or a new pillow), silk sleepmask; crystals; manifestation journal; tarot decks; art supplies
🎅 Christmas traditions based on the number of planets in angular/succedent/cadent houses:
❄️ High number of planets in angular houses (1, 4, 7, 10) = starting new family traditions
❄️ High number of planets in succedent houses (2, 5, 8, 11) = carrying out family traditions
❄️ High number of planets in cadent houses (3, 6, 9, 12) = tweaking/improving current family traditions or letting them go if they don't resonate anymore
🎅 Sun square/opposite Saturn & Ascendant conjunct/square/opposite Saturn = Grinch who doesn't like Christmas, but doesn't do anything to "destroy" it; might show a lot of sarcasm during the holidays; they might not celebrate Christmas due to reasons related to their position of Saturn
🎅 Sun square/opposite Mars = Grinch who doesn't like Christmas, but actively tries to "destroy" the holiday spirit for the people around them by picking up fights with loved ones
🎅 If you want to "hire" a Santa to show up with gifts for your kids on Christmas (aka choose one of your friends to fulfill this role), the best Santa would have atleast 3 of the following:
Sun conjunct/sextile/trine Jupiter
Venus conjunct/sextile/trine Jupiter
Sun/Moon in 5th house
Jupiter in 2nd house/5th house
Jupiter conjuncting MC
Sagittarius Rising or Jupiter as dom planet
Ruler of 2nd house (benefic planet) in 5th house and vice versa
Asteroid Abundantia (151) conjuncting Venus/Jupiter
❆❆❆ ~ 𝕸𝖊𝖗𝖗𝖞 𝕮𝖍𝖗𝖎𝖘𝖙𝖒𝖆𝖘, 𝖊𝖛𝖊𝖗𝖞𝖔𝖓𝖊 ~ ❆❆❆

Christmas
🔸 Stonathan Masterlist
Synopsys: Spending Christmas with your boyfriend and his family? Now that's the most wonderful time of the year!
A/N: Merry Christmas, everyone 🥳! Or, as we say here in Brazil... FELIZ NATAL, PORRA 🥳!!!
"Are you sure everything's okay, mom—"
"Jonathan, honey, for the 100th time, yes, everything's fine," Joyce says as she finishes setting up the table. While Jonathan's eagerness to help her is admirable, as always, Joyce wants her kids to have fun and take it easy. For God's sake, it's Christmas! "Just go have some fun with the others in the living room, honey."
Jonathan rolls his eyes but relents, knowing his mom won't budge no matter how many times he offers to help her set everything up. He can't help it. Helping others is in Jonathan's nature.
"Okay, fine, but if you—"
"Jonathan." Joyce sends him a slightly stern, motherly look before pointing towards the living room, "Go."
Alright, point taken. Jonathan nods and mutters a "fine" before heading towards the kitchen, where the others are. One word can describe the scene before him in the Byers' living room - chaos.
Will and his friends are playing D&D on the coffee table, or better yet, arguing over D&D on the coffee table, and Steve's in the middle of it. He attempted to mediate the discussion but got involved in the argument.
"Quit being a whinny baby, Wheeler! That was a 20. I saw it!"
"Shut up, Harrington! No one asked for your opinion!"
"Well, nobody asked for your parents to have—"
"Steve," Jonathan butches into the conversation, sending his boyfriend a look. He knows what happens when Steve and the kids argue - i.e. curses and insults get thrown in every direction, and sometimes Lucas flips the board. That ain't happening today.
Steve shuts his mouth when Jonathan reprimands him and crosses his arms, sinking back into the couch with a pouty look.
"Ha! You're such a pussy, Harrington—"
"Michael," Jonathan reprimands him as well, and Mike's not stupid enough to try and challenge Jonathan's authority. He crosses his arms and pouts in response to being scolded like a little kid, earning chuckles and mocks from his friends as Will pats his head in sympathy.
Jonathan sits near Steve and his boyfriend scoots closer, wrapping his arm around Jonathan's shoulder. Jonathan rests his head against Steve's shoulder, exhaling a sigh of contentment. Their eyes roam from the TV, where a Christmas movie is playing at a low volume, to the kids whenever one of them makes a loud noise. But other than Dustin's curses, Max's sassy comments, Lucas' teasing, El's curious questions about the game, and Mike accusing everyone but Will of cheating, this is a relatively peaceful night.
"Can't believe your parents let you stay," Jonathan comments as his eyes briefly look up to meet Steve's, a soft smile tugging at the corner of his lips.
"Ah, you know, my Mom thought it would be better for me to stay home and not travel with them because I'm sick." Steve feigns some coughs, earning a laugh and a playful elbow from Jonathan. He can't believe his boyfriend gave up a fancy trip to stay with him, but that's Steve to you.
"Well, I'll make sure to take good care of you, Stevie. Don't want my boyfriend to get sick through the whole holiday season."
"Thanks, babe," Steve plants a kiss on Jonathan's hair, just above his left ear. "You're the best nurse I could ask for."
"Anything for you, Steve."
"Oh, anything?" Steve smirks suggestively at Jonathan. He knows Steve's up to no good, but before he could ask what's going on inside that hairy head of his, Steve points upwards with his eyes. Jonathan follows Steve's glance and notices his boyfriend holding a mistletoe above his head. Damn, bastard. "Ya know the rules, babe. I get a kiss."
Steve's already leaning forward with a kissy face, prompting Jonathan to roll his eyes and scoff, but he's not one to disrespect a Christmas tradition or deny a chance to kiss his boyfriend. "You're such a sap, Harrington."
"Ya love me for it, Byers."
"Damn right I do."
Jonathan leans forward, meeting Steve in the middle of the way. Steve's arm wraps around Jonathan's shoulder and Jonathan's hand goes up to caress Steve's cheek. No matter how many times they kiss, both boys still feel that warm tingling sensation in their chests of when they kissed for the first time.
It's a lovely tender moment shared by two boys who went through thick and thin together.
A tender moment that is broken by those brats.
"Ew!"
"Get a room you two!"
"Can we keep this Christmas PG?"
"You guys can't keep your hands off each other, can you?"
"SHUT UP!" Steve and Jonathan shout in unison.

Italian Christmas Traditions | What Christmas Traditions Does Italy Bring Into Their Homes?
A Celebration of Italian Christmas Traditions
Christmas is the best time for family, friends, and celebration. It’s a time when we come together to enjoy each other’s company and exchange gifts. For many people, Christmas is a time to celebrate their cultural heritage. In Italy, Christmas is celebrated in a very special way.
If your first Christmas is spent in Italy, you’re about to experience a wonderful time of year when the celebrations are nothing short of extraordinary! You’ll indulge in delectable delicacies and savoury cuisines that make up Italian Christmas traditions.
Get ready for an incredible cultural journey full of folklore and feasts with all the locals. Continue reading on how to celebrate like an Italian this holiday season and relish every bite of traditional Italian food!
Be Prepared for a Whole Month of Festivities
For Italians, Christmas is not just a single night of celebration. Rather, the festivities begin four Sundays before Christmas and last until Epiphany on January 6th. Each Sunday leading up to the big day is celebrated with its traditions.
Commencing with the Day of Immaculate Conception on December 8th, this Catholic festival commemorates the conception of the Virgin Mary without sin as she was immaculately conceived. Even though it is a spiritual observance, numerous households will use this holiday to gather and begin decorating their Christmas trees.
Christmas decorations in Italy are handmade and generally include some of the eight traditional figures known as ‘presepi’. These presepi are nativity scenes constructed out of clay, paper-mâché, or wood that represent the arrival of Jesus in Bethlehem.
Vigilia di Natale (Christmas Eve)
Vigilia di Natale is one of the most celebrated events in Italy. Families will share a lavish seafood dinner and abstain from eating meat on this day. This tradition is known as ‘La Vigilia‘ or ‘The Vigil’.
The feast usually consists of octopus salad, grilled squid, stuffed mussels, smoked salmon, and baccalà (salted codfish). The meal’s centrepiece is a fish dish with potatoes, garlic, and olive oil. Dessert typically consists of torrone (nougat) and panettone (a sweet bread made with raisins).
After dinner, families exchange gifts, followed by a midnight mass known as ‘La Messa della Notte’. Churches will hold Christmas services at midnight, and many Italians attend the service wearing new clothes that were gifted to them earlier in the evening.
Christmas Day (Natale) and Beyond
The 25th is a day of immense joy for Italians as they congregate around the dinner table with their families and indulge in delicious festive food and is known as Natale. The festivities carry on until late into the night while playing board games and unwrapping presents — it’s an unforgettable experience!
Italian families gather to share an unforgettable culinary experience far beyond lunch on this day! From savoury dishes to sweet treats and mouthwatering desserts, no expense is spared for this traditional spread which can include up to a dozen scrumptious courses.
The Italian Christmas banquet is as delicious and mouthwatering as it sounds; you’ll be served a delightful selection of cured meats, cheeses, frittata and baked al forno pasta. As the main course arrives on your plate- think pork, beef or lamb accompanied by veggies such as green beans, carrots, roasted potatoes and parsnips – you can rest assured in knowing that gastronomic pleasure awaits!
Stephen’s (Santo Stefano) Day
On December 26th, Italians celebrate ‘Santo Stefano’ as a second Christmas Day. People indulge in exchanging gifts and having large family dinners to commemorate the occasion. This day is meant to enjoy quality time with your loved ones while feasting delicious leftovers!
While each Italian town’s celebration may differ, the spirit of festivity and generosity remains consistent. For instance, some towns will parade in tribute to St Stephen, while other communities might choose a more subdued approach by donating to local hospitals.
Visiting the re-enactments of the nativity scene in Italian towns, such as Fara San Martino, located in Abruzzese mountain town, is also a popular activity on this day. Locals gather on its main piazza to commemorate and celebrate this time-honoured tradition.
Epiphany (Festa dell’Epifania)
Finally, the festivities close with Epiphany (Festa dell’Epifania) on January 6th. Also known as ‘La Befana’, this holiday commemorates the Three Wise Men’s visit to Jesus.
During the night, children keep their shoes by the fireplace and await ‘La Befana’ – a witch-like figure who flies around on her broomstick and delivers presents to good children. Sweets such as torrone and panettone are usually left in the shoes for them to enjoy.
In conclusion, Italian Christmas traditions offer a rich tapestry of culture and gastronomy. From Vigilia di Natale to Epiphany, Italians take immense pride in preserving their customs and celebrating the birth of Jesus with their families. We hope you have enjoyed our brief tour of Italian Christmas traditions!

Twelfth House governs prison, monasteries (ashrams), research programmes, financial loss, paternal relatives and foreign countries.
Not the best placement to find a potential partner but try a foreign trip, if you are studying for doctorate programme then try your luck in that field, ask your paternal relatives to help.
You could even find your partner while discussing loss, in an ashram. You could even find your partner in a solitary confinement or during an athletic event.
Your partner comes attracted to your way of dealing with loss, by your ability to immerse yourself in research, or even helping the poor and orphans at the orphanage or Ashram(Monestary) causes an attraction to your kind and just attitude.
The most common place maybe in foreign locations or when dealing with someone of foreign origin. By Foreign it does not necessarily mean other countries but a person with different share of beliefs, views or religion.

Forecast ~ Week of September 20th 2020
🚀 This is a general forecast of the current planetary transits. To see how they will affect you personally, check your natal chart to see which houses (areas of your life) they fall in, or if they’re aspecting your angles or natal planets.
Remember that these are just quick run-downs/summaries of the energies present and not necessarily things that will happen to you.
What’s going on?
Mercury Square Pluto Rx - September 19th - 23rd
Sun Enters Libra - September 22nd
Mercury Square Saturn Rx - September 22nd - 25th
Mercury Opposite Mars Rx - September 22nd - 26th
⚔️ Mercury Square Pluto Rx - September 19th - 23rd
This aspect peaks on the 24th. There can be a clash between two extremes here, caused by established systems/government in power. Exerting control can cause a split and arguments will be the result. People with extreme points of view will want to press their agenda and their ideas on others. This transit will exert influence until around the 24th, but anything that is put into motion now will have far reaching effects.
The best way to deal with this transit is to smile and nod, but still do what you were going to do anyway. There’s no point in arguing with other people right now, because most people are unwilling to listen to other points of view.
You can try to take the high road and consider another point of view, but it will be hard because other points of view can just be too extreme or harmful. All you can do is speak your truth and adhere to your own morals/code of ethics.
Watch out for becoming overly defensive of your point of view. The more extreme your reactions to others, the more resistance you’ll get. Don’t let yourself get backed into a corner, and stay calm. Don’t let them see you get angry. We can learn a lot about improving our communication skills, the art of persuasion and debate, and looking at things from the opposition point of view.
We’re being forced to face our shadow as a society (Pluto in Capricorn) and with a Mercury square, we have to acknowledge it and sort it out. But this transit is also good for investigating, finding the truth in the core of the issues that will eventually blow the cover on the unfortunate reality. This is something that has to happen in order for us to change things for the better.
☯ Sun Enters Libra - September 22nd
Under the Libran sun, we can feel most fulfilled while working with a partner, being in a relationship, or just by socializing and making good connections. Libra is the sign of justice and universal balance, order contained within chaos, and vice versa. A mature, fully enlightened Libra will be adept at finding the beauty and meaning in life’s paradoxes.
Libra sun encourages us to seek harmony, but also justice when we encounter unfairness. You can stick up for yourself and others, without going on the offense, which will cause more resistance and further upset the balance. It’s about taking the high road to get your point across.
This is a great time for networking and making new friends. If there is someone in your life who is your equal but who is also a rival of sorts, this person can help you find your inner balance and help you grow. Thank your ‘haters’ or critics for giving you the motivation to become better.
During Libra season of 2020, our sense of balance and justice will be tested. Many people have their own sense of justice and fairness, and some have lost sight of the true meanings of these things. One of Libra’s paradoxes is the shadow side -- the parts of ourselves that we don’t want to acknowledge, but it's a part that exists and needs validation. We may need to look at our own darkness/chaos and come to terms with it to better handle the chaos around us.
🤐 Mercury Square Saturn Rx - September 22nd - 25th
This aspect peaks on the 23rd. The planet of communication has moved on to square up with the planet of rules and limitations. This signals a barrier when it comes to clear communication, a barrier when it comes to transportation or technology. With Saturn currently retrograde, these barriers are less likely to be from outside influences, and more likely stem from our own thoughts and actions.
You might have a hard time getting your point across because of how you fit in (or how you perceive your role) in society. There’s a potential for feeling as though you’re just not being heard, and it could actually be the case. Under this influence, you can find new ways to make sure your voice is being heard.
You could feel more distant or lonely, but try not to dwell on negativity. While you might feel isolated or like you’re having a hard time getting your words out, this transit is good for mental work done on your own, like studying. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
Pay close attention to detail and fact check. Think before you speak, because the wrong word is more likely to cause misunderstandings. Treat this likely a mini mercury retrograde, since the lines of communication can be clogged. If someone is making promises that involve money or property, be sure to get it in writing.
🗯️ Mercury Opposite Mars Rx - September 22nd - 26th
This aspect peaks on September 24th. Beware of projecting your anger. We can end up internalizing our anger more than usual or being passive aggressive towards people we’re close to. Others, especially people close to you, can pick up on your aggression and anger easier and reflect it back to you. We might also end up accusing others of exhibiting aggressive thoughts or behaviors that we ourselves are guilty of.
Avoid making bold statements. Our words when used against another right now will carry more weight. We can accidentally offend someone if we’re not careful, or cause more problems by being too forward or blunt. Arguments started right now are more likely to get out of control and last for a while.
Release excess mental and physical energy in healthy ways. Engaging in a debate can be beneficial during this transit, as long as everyone stays respectful. Trivia games or board games like chess or checkers, or hobbies/sports that engage your mind and body are good ways to work through this energy.
There’s a potential for impatience to cause problems. Be extra careful and patient when driving or using dangerous tools. More accidents can happen during this transit if we’re not paying close attention.
Thanks for reading! I’ll be back next week with more. If you like my forecasts, feel free to tip me via ko-fi. Any and all support, moral or monetary is appreciated. 🖤

🔮 share your natal chart tag game 🔮
@strawberrylight tagged me to do this, thanks themi ily and I loved reading about your chart
rules: go to this website and generate your natal chart if you can (you’ll need a place of birth + time of birth). report the results for your Sun, Moon and Ascendant, and bold the statements that apply to you.
I’m tagging @matchingbees @onmyowns @tournesol-vol6 and any mutuals who feels like doing it!
The Sun is in Leo
There's an unmistakably regal air to Solar Leos. These are dignified--even noble--folk. Leos have a reputation for being conceited, but think again. Leos do feel important, but this generally takes the form of wanting to change the world in some way--to make the world a better place. They are generally motivated by affection for people, and often have big dreams and plans to make people happy.
Generally, Leos are hard-working. After all, they are attracted to the good things in life, and they know they have to work to get them. It is sometimes difficult to imagine Leos as go-getters if you happen to catch them in one of their languid moods. These people can sleep in, laze around, and luxuriate for long periods of time. However, when they do get to work, they do it with intensity and determination. In this way, they are not unlike their symbol, the lion. The worst thing you can do to a Leo is accuse them of bad intentions. Displaying behavior that makes them think you don't appreciate them runs a close second. These happy, jovial people become mighty hurt when others don't see them for their noble intentions.
Loyal, and sometimes rather traditional, Leos are, after all, a fixed sign. They'll hold on to situations and people for a very long time before they give up. There is an unmistakable idealism to Leo's view of the world and the people in it. Often, Leos have a very noble inner code that they answer to. Although on the surface, Leos appear rather confident, they can actually be some of the most humble souls around. They are the first to blame themselves when something goes wrong. Once again, it's the Leonine self-importance at work, and this characteristic works in unexpected ways. Instead of being the conceited, self-absorbed show-offs of reputation, they are usually very self-aware, self-conscious, and, yes, even humble.
Short description:
She is masterful, she likes authority, she aspires toward an ideal. She likes to give advice. She is honest, frank, loyal, open, and sincere.
Possible issues: pride, vanity, arrogance, presumption and disdain for others..
The Moon is in Scorpio
While others may find security and comfort in material things, Moon in Scorpio people seek out emotional intensity. No matter what, there is something very intense about Lunar Scorpios. They are diggers when it comes to the world of emotion--they can see beyond facades and cut right to the core of a person. This ability to "see" what isn't obvious to the rest of the world can be intimidating to others or wildly attractive, depending on the audience.
Their deep-seated need for transformation and rebirth can manifest itself in the lives of Lunar Scorpios in different ways. Most have powerful, emotionally intense lives. Some feel like it is beyond their control -- these natives seem to attract emotional upheaval, and their lives appear to consist of plenty of dramatic ups and downs. However, when accepted as an emotional need, rebirth and change doesn't need to be so dramatic and overwhelming. In some way or the other, Moon in Scorpio natives seek out intense experiences. If their lives are regular in any way, there can be an unconscious need to test their own strength and stir up emotional excitement. Self-awareness and acceptance is probably the best way to handle this deep need for emotional drama.
Doing things halfway or having meaningless relationships simply doesn't fulfill them. Lunar Scorpios want all or nothing. Moon in Scorpio people often have a strong fear of betrayal. They seek out commitment, and feel the need for a partner to give up something for them. Some will put the people they love through a series of tests, and these are not always conscious. Their apparent suspicion can be trying for the people who love them. However, once committed, Moon in Scorpio people can be the most loyal and protective partners around. Even the shy ones have enormous presence. Their lives are emotion-driven, yet many Moon in Scorpio natives spend a lot of time controlling and mastering their emotions. Their intuition is enormous, although it is sometimes self-serving.
Moon in Scorpio people radiate strength. Even in the absence of experience, they seem to "just know" things. It would be difficult to shock or scare away Lunar Scorpios in the face of emotional honesty and power. Some people instinctively want to lean on them, and other less brave folk run a little scared. Lunar Scorpios have exceptional "radar" that allows them to size up a situation--and a person--quickly and expertly. This ability to understand human motivation and nature can be too close for comfort for some, and enormously comforting for others. Many Lunar Scorpios are intelligent and astute. Those that use their enormous powers for intimacy and honesty are the happiest, and they make the most interesting and rewarding friends and lovers.
Short description:
Courageous, brave, independent, not a fearful nature. A very sensual and progressive person.
Potential issues: excesses of pleasures, difficulty letting go.
Ascendant is Aquarius
How unique and original Aquarius rising natives come across! These individuals are just that -- individuals, and they won't let you forget that fact. Often turned to for advice, these natives possess intellectual poise and savvy. They often are curious, and quite learned, in both science and metaphysics--anything that involves advancement of the human race holds much appeal. It's hard to shock an Aquarius rising. They've seen it all, or at least want you to think they have. In fact, they often enjoy shocking others. Not that they are flamboyant by nature, but they do like to, albeit quietly, get a rise out of others. Some natives born with Aquarius on their Ascendant can be quietly provocative and irreverent. Most people with this Ascendant are quite friendly and likable. Their personality quirks generally go over quite well with others. They generally give others quite a bit of freedom--accepting, as a rule, people from all walks of life as equals. And, their somewhat cool and detached curiosity about all that goes on around them appeals to most.
Curiously, Aquarius rising people can be a little standoffish while also coming across as humanitarian and kind. Often labeled as independent and original children, Aquarius rising natives often feel a little "different" or "special" throughout life. They often feel like they are on the outside looking in, and their ability to observe and deduce is often uncanny. They're also adept at getting things to work, even when the parts that make up the whole seem like a puzzle with unusual pieces--especially when it comes to groups of people. This sets them apart as managers and team leaders. The Ascendant often reveals physical mannerisms and even choice of dress, as it shows how people present themselves to the world. With Aquarius here, natives sometimes have a quirkiness to their manner, and some dress in a slightly offbeat manner--not enough to make them stand out like a sore thumb, but just enough to express their original temperament.
Because these people seem so open to new ideas, it may be surprising when you encounter their decidedly stubborn streak. Aquarius is a fixed sign, after all. The ascendant sign shows how individuals react to new situations, and with Aquarius rising, there can be a resistance to change that seems to belie the native's generally progressive nature. There's a distinct inflexibility with Aquarian rising people, and, sometimes, a tendency to want to force their opinions on others. With their eye to the future of mankind as a whole, some people born with an Aquarius Ascendant overlook the more personal needs of the people closest to them. They are often attracted to partners who possess self-confidence and ardor.
Leo with an Aquarius Ascendant
Air and Fire combine to create a highly unique personality. Both signs are Fixed, which means there is a rather stubborn streak. For the most, you are stubborn about being yourself! You have an entertaining and original personality. Others need only appeal to your generous, kind nature to get you on board.
#basically i'm a stubborn little shit#i already know that lmao#and i'm super specialllllsdjaslkdlas lmao#I'M NOT LIKE OTHER GIRLS pfff#and i'm intense#i also know that#this was fun tho#thanks themi ily#tag game#personal#lmao sorry to y'all i've only posted tag games today#i'm not in the best mood for anything that's why

Sanctuary proposed for captive orcas
The Islands’ Sounder - July 12, 2019
Feared by whalers who watched them feed off dead whales they were hauling to their ships, orcas were called killer whales. Later, captured, forced to perform tricks, these animals are now revered, as they have always been by indigenous peoples, and sea aquariums are now facing pressure to release them.
“The public viewpoint is shifting, as it did with large animals in zoos, like elephants “ Lori Marino, president of The Whale Sanctuary Project, said.
The Whale Sanctuary team will present their proposal to the public, along with unveiling several site possibilities, two of which are located in the San Juans on Sunday, July 21, 2-4 p.m. at Brickworks in Friday Harbor; Orcas Island on Tuesday, July 23, 7-9 p.m. at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church; and Lopez Island at the Woodmen Hall on Wednesday, July 23 ,7-9 p.m.
“We are still in the process of talking to stakeholders. We want to make sure we do due diligence,” Marino said, explaining that the group was not quite ready to give the logistics out.
The concept for a whale sanctuary is to provide an area where cetaceans currently in captivity, like Tokitae, who was taken from the Salish Sea as a four-year-old calf, away from her Southern resident L pod in the ‘70s, can retire in a larger, more natural setting. Captivity has been known to have negative health effects on cetaceans. In the wild, orcas life expectancy is on par with humans. Granny, a matriarch from J-pod lived to be an estimated age of 100-plus years old. In captivity, however, Marino said, on average orcas only live 20 years.
In the wild, cetaceans swim hundreds of miles each day and dive deep beneath the waves. In captivity, the tanks are often so small they can only swim the length of their body before they have to turn around. The tanks are shallow, subjecting them to sunburns, and boredom drives them to chew on the metal grates, breaking and wearing down their teeth. Countless orcas have killed themselves by ramming their heads against the sparse concrete aquarium sides.
In the article “The Harmful Effects of Captivity and Chronic Stress on the Well-being of Orcas,” in the Journal of Veterinary Behavior in May of this year, Marino, along with fellow scientists Ingrid Visser, Naomi Rose, Heather Rally, Hope Ferdowsian and Veronica Slootsky wrote, “Observations of orcas reveal that they experience deep emotions and strong social attachments. These observations include reports of long-range contact, calling when separated from others, grieving behaviors, and helping, ephimeletic, behaviors.”
The paper described several instances of grief and generosity scientists have witnessed in wild orcas.
One such example was Tahlequah, a Southern resident female whose baby died shortly after birth. Not only did she carry her baby’s body around for 17 days, but her other son was seen helping her carry it, and other members of her pod shared food with her as she did not appear to be hunting during that time.
Frequently, in captivity orcas are kept alone, as Tokitae is in the Miami Seaquarium, giving them no social interactions and furthering their stress. “The Harmful Effects of Captivity” study explained that these chronic stresses in captive orcas cause their immune systems to weaken, thus usually harmless pathogens can make them seriously ill.
Stress also can cause behavior issues making the animal aggressive or neurotic, according to the article.
Tokitae is now over 50 years old, one of the oldest captive orcas. According to Marino, there are reports she is losing her eyesight.
“We have not verified that,” Marino noted, adding that Tokitae has been incredibly resilient.
Should Tokitae become one of the animals able to retire in the sanctuary, they would need to know everything possible about her health so veterinarians could know how to best care for her.
“We would love to have her, to bring her back to her natal waters,” Marino added.
The sanctuary project group has been working with Lummi Nation to see if, at the very least, Tokitae can be brought back to her home. Releasing her back with her pod would not be out of the question either, should she be in good health, however, Marino cautioned, not only is there a lot of work filled with maybes and what ifs before a release, but they would need a permit from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
Unlike a net pen, which is a small closed-off sea area, a sanctuary will provide enough space for about half a dozen animals, and be 100-times larger than the largest existing aquarium tank, Marino said. Depending on where the final location, there will be a visitors center where the public could watch the orcas remotely, from a video, behaving a bit more the way they would in the wild. Also, depending on the site, Marino would like to have a nature trail around the sanctuary, where the public could walk and view the animals from a distance. Another key feature, Marino said, is that the facility would have a fully staffed and equipped veterinary area, including an isolation area to protect the sick or injured citation, as well prevent the healthy animals from being exposed to pathogens.
Marino, who was involved in the attempts to rehabilitate the ailing orca Scarlett last summer, said one lesson from that incident was the need for a facility near the Southern residents where, should another resident need urgent care, emergency treatment could be provided quickly without hassle. Once rehabilitated, the whale would be reunited with its pod, Marino added.
“The animals in the sanctuary will need full-time veterinary care anyway, so it wouldn’t be a big stretch to have it available for sick or stranded wild animals,” Marino said.
Orcas are the third most common cetacean in captivity, dolphins and belugas being the first two. Captivity has had similarly reported health effects on them as well.
The idea for a sanctuary came to her during a conference on captive cetaceans.
“I just thought we need to do this,” Marino said.
As she began reaching out to others, the program grew to having between 50-60 advisors as well as a full board. Many are experts in marine mammal biology, or the laws pertaining to them.
“Everyone I talked to said yes,” she said with a laugh.
The group includes several renowned researchers and activists, including Paul Spong, founder of OrcaLab in British Columbia; Visser, a scientist and founder of Orca Research Trust; and Jean Michael Cousteau, son of Jacque Cousteau, a filmmaker and ocean advocate.
“In the beginning, I thought how is this ever going to happen,” Marino added. “It happens when you get people together.”
The general public, she continued, has also been very supportive.
“I think people know the animals are not doing well in these parks, and they want an alternative,” Marino said.
SeaWorld and its counterparts have had a wide range of reactions, although no one has agreed to give up one of their animals.
“No one has said you won’t ever get a whale,” Marino said, adding that keeping the lines of communication open is key.
“We want [aquariums] to know we will continue talking to them, and listening to what they have to say,” she said, adding that they feel pressure, and know the sanctuary offers a new way of doing things.
With hundreds of captive animals around the world, this one proposed sanctuary is just the beginning. While the sanctuary project does not have the resources to create sanctuaries everywhere, however, should they be successful, Marino hopes people around the world could use their facility as a model.
“I think this could be a real game changer,” she said.

What is your favorite color for bridesmaid dresses? >> I don’t have a favourite colour for bridesmaid dresses. That’s nothing to do with me.
Do you ever count sheep to help you fall asleep? >> No. I doubt it’d work because I immediately get distracted and start thinking about other shit, which is... not going to help me fall asleep.
Do you have a youtube channel? If so, when did you start it? >> No.
Would you ever want to be famous? >> Absolutely not.
Does fame and fortune matter to you at all? >> No, it doesn’t.
Do you have a secret crush right now? >> No.
Have you drank a cup of tea today? >> No. Damn, every time someone mentions tea I’m like “fuck. I should probably have some.” but I never feel like getting up and making it. I just want it to appear next to me. I need a butler.
When was the last time you called customer service? >> I don’t. But Sparrow had to livechat with Xfinity’s last night because our internet stopped working yesterday morning and never came back on. And now I have to deal with a tech tromping through my apartment later today, messing up the vibes. Aaaagh.
Do you take birth control pills? >> Yes. Or, as I call them, “pills I take so I don’t kill myself because I hate having a period exactly that much”.
Do you like chocolate cake? >> No.
Where was the last place out of your house that you went? >> The Wayland house, I think. It’s been far too cold and snowy for me to want to go anywhere. I have a hard enough time psyching myself up to go out as it is, and I’m definitely not going to be successful at it in this kind of weather.
Do you know anyone who doesn't want to have kids? >> I know plenty of people who don’t want to have kids.
Do you regret letting a certain guy or girl slip away? >> No.
Have you ever fainted? >> Yeah, once.
Do you consider yourself a good artist? >> No.
Do you ever play board games anymore? >> I don’t really care for board games. Something about them is just incredibly exhausting to me. Might be the combination of having to focus on all these rules and steps, and also socialise at the same time. I’m not sure, but ultimately I just prefer to avoid anything more complicated than, like, Trouble. (And board games these days are incredibly complex, so...)
Would you rather visit Tokyo or Paris? >> Tokyo.
Do you think you would like living in New York or Chicago? Why or why not? >> I liked some aspects of living in NYC, and hated others. I assume it’d be the same if I lived in Chicago, which is very similar (although, of course, smaller and a little less densely populated). I’m sure I would enjoy the multicultural elements, the public transportation, and the access to anything I might want -- nightlife, activities, food, parks, museums, etc etc. I’m sure I would not enjoy the noise level, the constant press of people, the frenetic pace of living, the cost of living, or the fact that despite the loveliness of the Lakeshore, I’m still nowhere near the ocean.
Who was your first celebrity crush? >> Matt Damon, for whatever reason.
Name 3 celebrities who are the same height as you. >> I don’t just go around memorising celebrity heights.
How tall are you? >> 5′5″ or thereabouts.
Are you happy with your height? >> I mean, it’s not something I think about.
Who in your family did you get your height from? >> *shrug*
Who did you get your smile from? your hair color? your eye color? >> Meh.
Do you have big or small hands? >> Small.
When was the last time you wrote a letter to someone? >> I don’t remember. I was probably still a minor.
What was the name of your first imaginary friend you remember having? >> The first Inworlder I remember was a girl named Clodagh. Back then, it was “normal” to have “imaginary friends” or whatever, so I didn’t really think much about Inworld until I was a teenager and realised that I was supposed to “outgrow” these invisible people. Funny how they didn’t magically disappear just because I got older, though.
Do you pray to God regularly? >> No. Not irregularly, either.
What is your favorite version of the BIble to read? >> I prefer the NIV for most reading, but sometimes the KJV can be a little more dramatic-sounding, and that’s fun too.
Have you been baptized? If so, how and where were you baptized? >> I was baptised when I was like 7 or 8. I just remember being very confused and really not enjoying being dunked into a vat of water in front of a bunch of strangers. Luckily, I’m sure all the heathenry I’ve been up to since then has probably negated that baptism, because I never wanted it in the first place. And in my opinion, one should only undergo a religious ritual of that magnitude if one is able to give informed consent. SO.
Do you eat meat? >> Sure.
What college did you go to? and what was your major? >> I did not go.
Do you miss living with a roommate? >> I really the fuck don’t.
Have you ever been abused in any way? >> Yep.
Do you like unicorns? >> I mean, sure, they’re neat.
How old were you when you found out Santa wasn't real? >> I was never taught about Santa.
Do you sleep with a stuffed animal? >> I sleep with like 10 stuffed animals. My bed is just filthy with them.
Name 3 things you are allergic to. >> ---
Is there one book you have read over and over again because it's so good? if so, which is it? >> I’m not really much of a re-reader? I’ll only do it with books I’ve forgotten enough of that it’s interesting again.
Who was your favorite Rugrats character? >> ---
Which fairytale resembles your life the most? >> I can’t say I’ve read a fairy tale that I feel is personally relatable. Not to say that one doesn’t exist, but I just haven’t read a lot of fairy tales.
Do you think your zodiac sign fits your personality? >> I think my natal chart bears a fair amount of insight into my personality, yes.
Do you play games on your phone a lot? >> Not a lot, no. I only have one game on it, and that’s for emergencies.
What's your favorite thing to do on your phone? >> Read, listen to music, or browse Reddit.
Have you ever had to put out a kitchen fire? >> No.
Where do you buy most of your clothes? >> I don’t have a place that I buy most of my clothes from. They come from a bunch of places.
Who is your favorite cousin? >> ---
Do you have family that lives in another state? >> ---
What states have you lived in? >> NJ, NY, NC, MI, CO.
What was your favorite piece of playground equipment as a kid? >> I don’t remember. I didn’t like most playground equipment because they scared me. Especially things that you had to climb on. I guess I liked the swings, but even those were scary because some kids liked to run up and push you so you go way-high and I hated that.
List 3 girl's names you like. >> ---
List 3 boy's names you like. >> ---
Do you watch birth vlogs on youtube? >> No???? What????
Have you ever cried yourself to sleep? >> Yes.
Do you use a sunlamp? >> No. We have one, but it’s way too bright and concentrated for me.
What is your favorite type of cake? >> Spice cake.
Do you listen to the radio? >> No.
Are you good at PacMan? >> Not especially.
Favorite arcade game? >> DDR.
Have you ever found a roller coaster relaxing? >> No.
Have you ever seen a spirit? >> Probably.
Have you ever been kidnapped? >> No.
How many 5ks have you ran? >> Zero???
Is there a running trail near your house? >> There’s a trail of some sort, yeah. It runs parallel to the highway. Sometimes I think about walking a bit of it, but IDK.
Do you know the number to 911? >> Ha.
A game you cheated on in elementary school? >> ---
What was the name of the first dorm you lived in? >> ---
Do you miss your college years? >> ---
Were your college years the best years of your life? >> ---
Were you ever in a school band? >> No, I was in choir.
Do you wear a retainer at night? >> No.
Are you craving cake right now? >> I can’t even think of a time when I craved cake, specifically. I rarely crave sweet things, and when I do it’s like... applesauce.

“Uncle Dan!” Lily rushed into her uncle’s arms as soon as she saw him standing outside her classroom. “What are you doing here?”
“Well, your Mum is at a meeting and I asked Tom if I could collect you today, so he gave me the information about what time you were out and here I am.” He smiled as she went to Anna and gave her a hug too.
Elated with seeing her uncle for the first time in a while, Lily took his hand and began telling him everything she could think of. “What are we going to do?” She asked in the midst of all her rambles of every picture she drew and what she had learnt since she last saw him.
“We are going to spend some time together and then we are going to go back to your home and bring some lovely food for you, Mummy, us, and I think Tom said he was coming too.”
“Tell him I said he has to come,” Lily ordered. “He was apposed to get me from school, so he has to be there. I want to draw everyone.”
Knowing that Lily’s new fixation was drawing her family unit, however obscure it may look to others, Daniel nodded and said he would.
Because of the weather being slightly unpredictable, it was not surprising when the rain began to belt down, leading to Daniel texting Tom to inform him that they were bringing Lily to the cinema and that they would return home by six, Tom responded that he would get the food sorted and instead went to Alexianna’s and cooked a good meal for everyone.
*
When Alexianna arrived home at half six, feeling tired, drained and generally miserable after a difficult day at work, she was looking forward to hearing how Lily’s day went since she knew her daughter was doing something to do with animals in school that day, something Lily adored and which she was convinced would lead to her daughter trying to convince her mother to get some form of pet. In truth, if she had more time, Alexianna would get them a pet but with work being so hectic when added to her study, she knew at present that adding a cat or something to the house would not be ideal.
The smell of homecooked food, when she came in the door, caused her to moan in equal parts relief and anticipation, wondering how she could make it up to Tom for being such an incredible partner. When she went to place her coat on the coat hook on the wall, she paused. There were two coats there that she had not seen before, a male and female, a mere moment later, her silent question was answered when she heard a Scottish accent upstairs.
“Lily, where does your Mum put these?”
Walking into the kitchen, she knew she would probably find the owner of the male coat, sure enough, standing at the counter, looking at her somewhat meekly, was her brother. “Surprise?”
Alexianna frowned at him before looking at Tom, who was drinking tea on the other side of the counter, closer the almost ready food. His face was only fractionally less wary than her brother’s but more apologetic. “You couldn’t have called ahead?”
“I did but only after Tom answered, I realised I called him and not you and we thought it would be a nice surprise.”
“We haven’t spoken in three weeks.” She folded her arms.
Daniel looked at his younger sister apprehensively. “Tom…?”
“Sure.” Tom knew both siblings needed to talk and took his cup of tea and walked for the door, stopping for a moment at Alexianna and waiting for her to look at him before saying anything. “The food needs another four minutes and then…”
“The usual.” She nodded. Tom smiled back and walked out of the room, leaving the siblings to talk.
For a moment or two, they simply looked at one another, neither saying anything before Dan cleared his throat. “Al…”
“He’s barely back in the picture and the two of us are barely speaking anymore.” Alexianna interrupted. “I...We have always been close Dan, especially when he left and incredibly so after Lily came and I know part of the reason we were not physically close anymore was you found Anna and that meant actually putting effort in and staying in Scotland with her and I get that, I do and I am so happy for you both, she is incredible; and Lily and I have Tom here, so we are not adrift, alone but this is not healthy.”
Dan had expected his sister to be angry at him being there, or at least for her to give out about Oliver more but she seemed more focused on the issue of their less frequent talking and meeting. “You’re right. I apologise, I have not really been in contact with you much. But you never reply to me anymore.”
“Because you keep talking about Oliver, I told you, I don’t want to be involved in that. I know you do and I respect that but respect I am happier as I am now. I have my part in not replying but I’m not alone, you kept going on about him.”
Daniel looked at the mug he had been drinking from. “Have you spoken to your counsellor on it? This rift?”
“More than once.” Alexianna had no issue telling her brother such.
“I’m sorry. I don’t want me to be taking the time you go there.”
Alexianna scoffed. “I am literally there because of mother and men issues that I have, if you think you aren’t discussed ad nauseam, you’re very much mistaken.”
Daniel eyed her warily. “Am I a good or a bad thing?”
“It varies…” Her stern face fell quickly and she smiled. “No, you’re good. You’re the best brother I could ever have hoped to have. I...I never told you this but more than once, I felt that if I didn’t have you to help me, I am not sure what I would have done.”
Daniel thought for a moment that Alexianna was merely saying she had been a little confused or possibly indecisive, but when she looked slightly ashamedly at him, he realised it went further than that. “Al…” He didn’t know what to say.
“After Lily, I...I felt so broken, useless, a failure, even with her there needing me. I genuinely didn’t know what to do, if you hadn’t guided me through those first few weeks, stood by me, I cannot even pretend I didn’t….”
Unable to think any further of what his sister was telling him, Daniel pulled her to him and held her tightly, shocked at the tears he felt running down his face. He knew she was shocked and finding it hard to process everything after Lily was born. He knew she was scared, confused and lost. As much as Jonathon being gone was the best thing his sister could hope for, she was still uncertain of everything and scared. Her mother had lambasted her for being everything from a slut to being a shame on the family and she had this small baby that needed her with her not having anything but a few hundred pounds squirrelled away as a result of Jonathon’s control over her and not permitting her to work, it all was a lot, he knew it carried a toll on her but he had never realised how much and Alexianna had never said it, she had hidden it. He knew to look for dark signs, especially after Lily was born, but she hid them. “You never said.”
“I was too ashamed to. I was scared if I did, you would tell a doctor and I would lose Lily.”
“Never. I love you, Al, you’re my little sister and no matter what, even if you married Tom and you all moved to Hollywood and Anna and I moved to Australia, I would still be there for you.”
“You’re getting ahead of yourself on marriages and whatnot.”
“Maybe a little, but still.” He held her close still. “You’ve come so far, I hope you are proud of yourself.”
“I have you to thank for most of it, you, Lily, Tom and Mr Barrows.”
“I am so proud of you, Al. And I am sorry I keep bringing up Da...Oliver.”
“I just can’t forgive him. He left us.”
“I know. And that is your right but ask yourself, is it because you had Lily and Jonathon left and you are angry about that in some weird way? You weren’t too bothered growing up, you used to make jokes about it.”
“I used the jokes to make light of the fact my father left and never once cared past my education for me because it hurt, Dan. I felt hurt and that was easier than crying.” She explained. Daniel nodded slightly, realising the reason for her blase demeanour regarding their father’s leaving was to hide how hurt she was. He realised she hid a lot, even from him. “I...How do you look past it?”
It was not a comment on him being dismissive of Oliver’s past actions or anything of the sort, it was simply a question she was curious of the answer to. “I don’t forget what happened but I see with Lily, what Jonathon did, there is no coming back from that, what Dad did, his is a bit more understandable, I am not condoning it, please understand that, but you know Marie, you know what she was like, could you entirely blame him?”
“We were innocent.”
“He wanted to fight her in court for us.” Alexianna’s eyes widened. “Did you know that?” She shook her head. “He wanted to but his hours, his workload, the barristers didn’t think he could win. She didn’t work, so she could provide a better home apparently.”
“Our home life was hell and we were in boarding schools.”
“I know, but you know how it is, Al.” She said nothing back. “I think, giving my opinion, maybe you need to talk to him, properly.”
“I know your opinion on it, Dan, thanks.” Alexianna sighed. “I am not as forgiving as you, I think.”
“We are all our own people. You are stronger than me, coming through everything you did and still growing. I would have frozen.”
“I need to be strong, I don’t have a choice. There’s a five-year-old girl that needs her mother to be as strong as she can be, to give her everything our parents never gave us.”
“We didn’t want for much.” Daniel pointed out.
“We had clothes, fancy schools, gadgets, but we didn’t have love, support and respect us for who we were, did we? Look at Tom’s family, that is how you have a healthy one-parent home, not what we had. I want that to be Lily’s memories of me, smiling, happy, strong, not hateful like Marie.”
“The last thing I could accuse you of being is Marie, Al. Trust me.” He pulled her close again. “Now, I am on the rigs this Christmas because they are paying double time this year and I want to take, you, Lil’s and Anna on a holiday in the Summer, so we are going to have a great few days and then we are going to see each other after New Years.”
“Dan, you don’t have to….”
“No, I don’t, but I want to, so let’s stop having everyone hide upstairs worrying that you and I are not speaking to one another and enjoy some time together, deal?”
“That sounds like a good deal.” Al smiled, going to the food that Tom had put so much effort into and turning off the over and beginning the process of readying it to be plated.
“Good, I also want to talk to you about this place that is hiring, look at the salary and only an extra ten hours a week for after you finish your degree.” Dan pulled out his phone with a page up, showing her the advertised job for a reputable firm in London.
*
“One night, Lexi. Dan is with her.” Tom kissed Alexianna’s neck as he spoke. “You deserve to spend time as a young woman, sans daughter.”
“You mean you want to have fun without the risk of Lily interrupting,” Alexianna scoffed as Tom’s kisses became more amorous.
“We won’t get a chance to enjoy a night of just the two of us again for a few months, we may as well enjoy it.” He urged.
“I find it odd that you organised a night of fun for us with my brother, if I’m honest.”
Tom chuckled. “I can assure you, there was no talk of such but he did know I wanted to bring you out. Spending time with you and Lily is incredible, I love it so much, but you and I rarely get to go out alone and you deserve to be treated like the amazing woman you are.”
Smiling slightly, Alexianna turned and kissed him back, grateful that Tom had thought to purchase some more condoms.

Happy Storyteller Saturday :D If your characters were allowed to buy whatever they wanted (no matter the cost) with a time limit of 15 minutes, what would they buy??? -MayvinWrites
A week later and I’m gonna answer, sorry for the late reply.
Hm.. this is a fun question. Since they don’t really have a form of currency (or even stocked stores), I’ll just set them in a more modern setting!
Kein would definitely go for the best crossbow. That’s literally where she’d spend her entire time, testing each one and walking away with one she’s really proud of.
Natale would check out some new coffee mugs, some new coffee and tea, and then she’d hop over and buy some new tech- a laptop, earphones, phone. She’d come away with the most, for SURE.
Sy would find ALL THE CANDY and some board games for game nights.
Akiko would definitely find the best laptop for her research, but she’d make it snappy. She’d spend the majority of her time buying clothes, some cute stuff for herself, but also getting clothes for everyone else, knowing they would be otherwise distracted.

greetings earthlings !! it’s ur resident space mom, saoirse, here and holy FUCK dudes am i JAZZED to be posting this rn !! i’m #blessed….. #honored….. #grateful….. wow. without further ado, i present u all with my dear, darling, dumbass daughter…… KIKI !!
this is going to be less of a bio and more of me popping off abt lucy SO if u want to read an actually cohesive bio go ahead and click HERE !! she also has a stats page HERE if thats the kinda thing ur into !! otherwise… lets go stupid (ahhh) go crazy (ahhh)
welcome to kiki’s delivery service
my MFN WOMAN….. ˚ * ☆ – KIBBY KIKI KIBLER – ☆ * ˚ …. where to begin i dont even KNOW but i will say that this girl? is my queen. the loml. she’s lowkey actually me so i’m biased but i?? love her.
okay. SO. she’s kind of a hardass. there! i said it! she is! but it’s not really her fault! let us dive right on in and see why she is the way she is
so first things first she was adopted and like its never been a secret or something she doesnt talk abt so basically everyone most likely knows all about that if theyre close to her! she tried rly hard in high school to try and find her birth parents ( using her skills she gathered through copious hours spent watching true crime documentaries ) and came up short so that kind of made her like :/
shes super super close w her adopted family though! she’s been with them since she was a baby so like... there’s nothing WRONG w that family dynamic
when she was a lil tiny one her best friend was her grandma who was like…. a super oddball lady and always told crazy stories about ghosts and sprites and fairies and all that stuff but kiki absolutely LOVED it. her parents eventually had her grandma move into a retirement home type of deal when she got rly old and senile and that was super hard on her… which leads into my next point !!
another big thing that defined her life is that she was a SELECTIVE MUTE which developed when she started kindergarten ( which was also the school yr after her grandma left ) and she finally overcame thru therapy around the time she was in fifth grade.
it was through an assignment from her therapist that she and daisey first “spoke” bc in second grade she was still terrible at speaking to other kids n her therapist suggested she tried to write a letter instead as a sort of first step to ease into things! she didn’t expect for daisey to write back but she did!! and they became “friends” for a while but that ended after fifth grade
once she overcame her anxiety she rly started to FLOURISH as the beautiful little weirdo that she is !! words literally cannot even explain to u what kind of strange this little duck is but she’s also perfect and the only one allowed to insult her is ME.
but then... yknow..... middle school n high school happened and kids are MEAN. so sad. she could talk but she often didn’t because everyone looked at her like she was crazy and she ended up being... more on the outside of things than on the inside.
but also she’s so genuinely good even though she can come across as rly….. brash…. she’s not MEAN but she just doesn’t have the time or the energy to bullshit around with anyone. she’s gonna call it like she sees it and anyone who doesn’t?? on her shit list.
also, by default, she’s not a very trusting person so???? ur gonna be likely to see the more Aloof and Quiet kiki than anything else UNLESS youve proven to her that she can open up to you!
but BE WARNED. if u wrong her.... WHEW, it’s game over! good luck EVER getting her to open back up to you again!
also don’t underestimate her intelligence. don’t do it. ppl try to brush her off as an airhead or an idiot bc she’s….. the way she is…. and says shit abt the prophetic dreams she receives... but she’s also honestly so smart and will go off on u in a HEARTBEAT abt systematic oppression or psychology or politics bc she’s a criminal justice major & psych minor
she loves astrology and so do i so i gave her my bday so that we could have some of the same signs in our natal charts… since she’s literally…. me. ANYWAY. she’s a cancer sun, scorpio moon & libra rising !! which makes her a fundamentally emotional person…. she’s got those water signs across the board INCLUDING her mercury in cancer (which i can best describe as sighing being her preferred mode of communication)
she’s also a big time SLYTHERIN and that’s that on that! thank u!
i .... don’t have the brain power to think abt wanted plots at the moment but u BET ur BOTTOM i will dwell on it and have some kinda something up tmrw!! but UNTIL THEN !! pls message me (either on here or on discord though i will say discord is preferred) and we can chit chat it out and maybe start to brainstorm some things!!

hi! i’ve been studying astrology for a while now and you’re one of the best! i’m doing some research based on people’s experiences and astro! ive read that the sign in your 7 house tends to be the sign you’re most drawn to quality wise. has that been something you noticed for yourself, whether it be in friendships or relationships? also, may i ask what house is your pluto in? i’ve read that the house can show what type of change pluto going direct brings!
Thank you so much! My descendant (seventh house cusp) is in Cancer. I am typically attracted to homebodies and people who are forthright with their emotions. In friendships, my friends and I do generally stay home a lot and play family board games or cook or binge shows, very Cancerian.
Pluto is in my second house in my natal chart but it is transiting my first house right now. I am definitely feeling something of an ego death. I’m breaking out of the extreme reliance on myself that I've been building up for a while now. Recent events (and people) have shown me that it’s okay to lose a little control and not take myself so seriously.
