I was speaking to someone about the necessity of the female to live in a state of deliberate creation —and that I’m always creating. She asked what was my favorite reel I created and there are many, this one plus the hoola hoop psychedelic state reel I recently posted on tumblr, are two favorites out of many.

The female body must create —our bodies are indebted to create every month. If we are not creating, we are living in stagnant waters, imploding and doing harm to ourselves (our cells). Repression of creative energy can easily turn into boredom, desperation, obsession, bad sex, or attention-seeking. We must have an outlet to express and alchemize what is deep inside of our female bodies— all the beauty, love, spiciness, and trauma into a kind of intelligence, wisdom, spaciousness, or freedom that thaws out all collapse, frozen, frigid, or other protective energy dimming our radiance and preventing us from feeling the quality of safety in our bodies that will enable us to truly live this life full out. When we don‘t have an outlet for our expression, it will be very hard for us to live well because our vitality, our life force radiance, is constantly being eaten up in the shadows. We have to try different creative outlets like painting, dancing, coloring, singing, cooking from scratch, making unique reels/videos, etc. until we connect to the avenues that really light us up—opens us—hydrates us—moves us out of boredom and numbness so thatwe begin to meet ourselves in our full aliveness. Can you unwaveringly devote yourself, give your whole body over to the spirit of creation, even when it may appear on the surface (to your ego) that you aren’t receiving anything from it, like many ���likes,” acknowledgement, or other forms of validation? Many women only create to get a response from others but serving a mission and having somewhere to pour our creative energy into beyond procreation or profit/transaction, will keep your female tissues alive and activated. And that creation not only benefits your body and life, it benefits the bodies and lives of many, often beyond your own understanding or awareness.

Those of us who incarnated in female bodies, in our highest state, are natural muses, therefore we must consciously and deliberately create or we will have all of this energetic density from unconscious creations living in our body and reality. Those who witness our deliberate creations are likely to get inspired (because those creations, no matter how small or large, will feel authentic to their psyches) to turn what lives deep inside of them into creation in some way and the cycle of conscious and deliberate creation continues, this never ending ripple effect of limitless possibility.
