Headcanon:

Odalia made Amity wear a concealment stone to cover her abuse scars because they represented Amity’s failures which were unbecoming of a Blight.

Belos refused to let Hunter wear a concealment stone because he wanted folks to see what would happen if you crossed him.

Both Odalia and Belos felt Amity and Hunter deserved every punishment they got. However, the evidence of those punishments that manifested physically was used psychologically against Amity and Hunter in very different ways but ultimately ensured that both remained compliant.

where’s my philip with all the human shit part of him that helped sculpt history? where’s he at?

I have this both funny and sad HC that when he was Growing up Hunter failed Belos a lot of the time due to his bad social skills making him misunderstand his orders.

Like I said both funny and kinda sad to imagine since I HC these instances as being when Hunter got punished the most by a frustrated Belos

even tho it was just down to him never taking the time to actually make sure his nephew with zero social skills actually understood what he was saying 😿😿

Philip cant recall any of the prayers anymore, forgetting them more and more with each decade. He cant remember any line from the bible anymore, not even the seven god's commandments, them being replaced with magic spells.

He is almost one of those wild creatures he despises and wants to get rid of, but he knows that as long as he keeps on murdering them, the god will be on his side, and his soul will be saved.

hunter from toh getting it would make a good story actually. like imagine he got it because of belos :0 belos never loved him he just loved the idea of what he could be so hunter is just like ???? why am i coughing up flowers? and it only goes away once hunter meets other people and forms bonds with them and realizes he cant love someone like belos but rather loves the idea of him but in a completely different way then how belos ‘loved’ him

Belos actually thinks that Luz's name is Luzura Noceda, he just thinks that Luz is a nickname. Luz finds this uncomfortable, because the Emperor of the Boiling Isles is using the name of one of her sonas.

Philip rarely goes to sleep, he rarely even leaves his workshop, making sure either Collector or Hunter around him.

Because he knows that once he is alone, HE will be haunting him. In peripheral vision, in the darkness of his own apartment, in his dreams. He is mad at Caleb so much for what he has done but can't stop thinking about him and wanting him close once again.

I’ve seen discussions and aus of what would happen if Philip obtained the Collector before Caleb’s death and my only contribution to it is the insistence  that Caleb and the Collector would absolutely hate each other.  I think they’d probably consider the other a bad friend and a bad influence. Caleb would worried about the potential danger the Collector could hold to all his loved ones ( including Philip) and the Collector with all their abandonment issues would be as hurt by Caleb’s  betrayal as Philip.  Speaking of which, poor orange Pip, he’d be so confused and conflicted XD

I have a huge sudden headcanon that, as a kid, Philip used to be good friends with Caleb's "Flapjack". They spend much time together, were having fun, were playing together and were making jokes about Caleb and Evelyn

Hc: (This headcanon is canon divergent. In it, Philip and Caleb were born in the town of Gravesfield.)

The "Tales Of The Brother's Wittebane" story was slightly incorrect with some noticeable inaccuracies and one of those inaccuracies were the choice of clothing for the Philip and Caleb puppets in the beginning.

Those outfits were ones that the two would wear to church.

They should have been wearing their casual og outfits + Caleb seemed a bit older and taller (he should have been younger and shorter).
