Hey @tau1tvec. I would have to say @simlish-fears Raya. Raya seems like the type that Birdie could vibe with outdoors while sipping chai tea. Raya has these delicate eyes that you can tell your secrets to without judgment. I could see them being best friends if not siblings or first cousins.

Then we have @beetlemp3 the local shroom guy...👀...for reasons. Did I mention that Birdie is eccentric and hippish by nature?

Who Birdie wouldn't get along with is fairly easy. Most sims can't stand her peculiar ways. She's erratic and dresses "weird". She clams up when she tries to speak to folks anyway so she sticks to keeping her hands in the dirt. As far as Birdie, she has a "green eye" toward any mutual's OC who still has a mother.

I've been meaning to write down a list like this for a long time, so this is the perfect opportunity! This will get really long, I hope you don't mind!

The first simblr I followed back in the day when I was merely using my main blog was @budgie2budgie. I remember her doing a historic challenge and I was amazed and still am with her skills in pretty much anything sims-related.

@cinamun's story sucked me right into the world of sims stories and she's got me constantly on the edge of my seat with her twists and revelations in Things Fall Apart. Other story simblrs I absolutely adore are:

@rebouks - read all of of Somnium during work and couldn't stop I was obsessed!

@elderwisp - it's so difficult to write a story consistently well with such a huge cast and make you care about each character, but Wisp does it flawlessly.

@gunthermunch Oh god, the times I cried reading Munch ... it's not healthy!!

@dreamlandiasims I love a good Strangerville story!

@armoricaroyalty has one of the best royal simblr stories and I'm excited for the next part!

@nexility-sims's visuals!! I'm in constant awe!

@theplottdump - best legacy I've ever read.

@thebramblewood a vampire coming of age story?? Do I need to say more??!!

@rainymoodlet with both their joy of life + Kiss me in Komorebi Bachelor challenge!

@aheathen-conceivably a historical challenge that is incredibly immersive and the story is so well-written!

@retrotrait Simon's and Ananis story is incredible!

@windslar I love to follow her tjol-legacy/story, the editing is gorgeous!

@nectar-cellar one of my favourite ts3 bloggers + fellow VladxBella fan! @sojutrait has one of the best ts4 gameplay/story blogs and is just like @softerhaze a huge reason why I've created a simblr. @arcadewonder - magical screenshots, just like @pixelbots!! I love @tau1tvec and @mystery-pixels who both build the most beautiful ts3 houses and interiors. @beetlemp3 makes the most colourful and cutest ts4 houses! @florwal @folkling and @cowboycid creativity is truly unmatched. @alcearosea-sims's builds have been my go-to for ages! @hazelminesims, @orbitsuns @helloavocadooo @simmenycricket @puretopia @its-opheliasgarden @wooldawn @bunnithechubs have some gorgeous gameplay-stories! @mexipoopy & @bobnewbie @softle0 @kimorasimz make the most perfect interiors! @kashisun makes stunning sims (+nose presets!), just like @nigmos. + @theeflowerofcarnage. @stellarfalls has the most gorgeous visual storytelling, @yukikocloud. + @warmsol as well!

And now a huge and special shoutout to the people who welcomed me into the simblr community!!

@whyeverr - I'm so excited to follow her BACC along! @sweetbeagaming is a huge inspiration building-wise! @oatberrytea I remember smiling like an idiot when she chose my sim for your sunflower BC and I love the overall cosiness of her ts4 gameplay! @cowplant-snacks has the cutest gameplay-legacy and I'd live in their game if I could! @acuar-io Fae is not a only super talented when it comes to creating sims (and I am forever grateful for Heather) but her visual storytelling is gorgeous!

this list is definitely not complete btw!! I've recently found and followed some simblrs that will easily turn into my favourite simblrs soon enough, so there might be an updated list soon!

It’s Rowan’s first Pride not being celebrated in San Myshuno, and although he was not initially looking forward to today since he assumed he would be spending it alone, he has not been able to get Weston off of his mind since meeting him and has been battling with himself to build up the courage to ask him out. After a little pep talk from Cillian and help with his makeup from Saoirse, he was finally feeling confident enough to just go for it. He’s been texting with Weston since meeting, but something just took over him and he was feeling brave enough to head across the way to ask him in person. Weston excitedly agreed, so they head out to Rowan’s favorite club on the outskirts of Windenburg. Upon arriving and getting a couple drinks they stood and chatted for a while, Weston as happy and bubbly as ever and Rowan still absolutely infatuated with him. When the music blaring from the dj booth changed songs, Weston’s eyes lit up and he instantly grabbed Rowan’s hand and dragged him to the dance floor. Rowan usually isn’t one for dancing, but Weston’s joy and enthusiasm was contagious, so regardless of how horribly he danced he happily joined him. They danced for a while, over time inching in closer and closer to each other, until they shared their first kiss right in the middle of the dance floor. Definitely not Rowan’s first kiss in a nightclub, but this time couldn’t possibly feel any more different. Something about Weston felt so special to Rowan, and unlike his past emotionally unavailable partners, it actually feels like Weston reciprocates the same feelings back.

2023 was certainly a year! This was a massive year of growth for me, both personally and creatively. Returning to Simblr after nearly 10 years was a blessing that I didn't even anticipate. Y'all have given me a place to express myself and share in comforting community. <3

I am anticipating releasing V1 of The Neighborhood Save in the next couple of months, then who knows what else I'll dream up after that. More builds ofc, and I've been playing with idea of learning how to make CC finally.

THANK YOU all for being such a wonderful part of my 2023, I am so excited to see what the new year will bring to everyone!

ALSO I was avoiding doing a Simblr appreciation post bc I truly think there's too many people to tag and I don't want anyone to feel left out. That being said there were a handful of individuals who either inspired me constantly, made my comeback year on Simblr truly special or both. I do want to give them a specific shout out! <3
