I've been meaning to write down a list like this for a long time, so this is the perfect opportunity! This will get really long, I hope you don't mind!

The first simblr I followed back in the day when I was merely using my main blog was @budgie2budgie. I remember her doing a historic challenge and I was amazed and still am with her skills in pretty much anything sims-related.

@cinamun's story sucked me right into the world of sims stories and she's got me constantly on the edge of my seat with her twists and revelations in Things Fall Apart. Other story simblrs I absolutely adore are:

@rebouks - read all of of Somnium during work and couldn't stop I was obsessed!

@elderwisp - it's so difficult to write a story consistently well with such a huge cast and make you care about each character, but Wisp does it flawlessly.

@gunthermunch Oh god, the times I cried reading Munch ... it's not healthy!!

@dreamlandiasims I love a good Strangerville story!

@armoricaroyalty has one of the best royal simblr stories and I'm excited for the next part!

@nexility-sims's visuals!! I'm in constant awe!

@theplottdump - best legacy I've ever read.

@thebramblewood a vampire coming of age story?? Do I need to say more??!!

@rainymoodlet with both their joy of life + Kiss me in Komorebi Bachelor challenge!

@aheathen-conceivably a historical challenge that is incredibly immersive and the story is so well-written!

@retrotrait Simon's and Ananis story is incredible!

@windslar I love to follow her tjol-legacy/story, the editing is gorgeous!

@nectar-cellar one of my favourite ts3 bloggers + fellow VladxBella fan! @sojutrait has one of the best ts4 gameplay/story blogs and is just like @softerhaze a huge reason why I've created a simblr. @arcadewonder - magical screenshots, just like @pixelbots!! I love @tau1tvec and @mystery-pixels who both build the most beautiful ts3 houses and interiors. @beetlemp3 makes the most colourful and cutest ts4 houses! @florwal @folkling and @cowboycid creativity is truly unmatched. @alcearosea-sims's builds have been my go-to for ages! @hazelminesims, @orbitsuns @helloavocadooo @simmenycricket @puretopia @its-opheliasgarden @wooldawn @bunnithechubs have some gorgeous gameplay-stories! @mexipoopy & @bobnewbie @softle0 @kimorasimz make the most perfect interiors! @kashisun makes stunning sims (+nose presets!), just like @nigmos. + @theeflowerofcarnage. @stellarfalls has the most gorgeous visual storytelling, @yukikocloud. + @warmsol as well!

And now a huge and special shoutout to the people who welcomed me into the simblr community!!

@whyeverr - I'm so excited to follow her BACC along! @sweetbeagaming is a huge inspiration building-wise! @oatberrytea I remember smiling like an idiot when she chose my sim for your sunflower BC and I love the overall cosiness of her ts4 gameplay! @cowplant-snacks has the cutest gameplay-legacy and I'd live in their game if I could! @acuar-io Fae is not a only super talented when it comes to creating sims (and I am forever grateful for Heather) but her visual storytelling is gorgeous!

this list is definitely not complete btw!! I've recently found and followed some simblrs that will easily turn into my favourite simblrs soon enough, so there might be an updated list soon!

So today is simblr appreciation day. I am a very anxious person and I really have a hard time interacting with other people athough it does not seems, but I wanted to take the opportunity to thank all the people who have accompanied me this year.

You are all very talented people with great creativity, all your stories, sims, gameplays, lookbooks, idk, everything is simply incredible. It shows that you put time and love into it and the result is wonderful 🥺💐 It is beautiful to see that although we all play the same game, each one has such a different experience and style, each with their own aesthetics and way of doing things. On Repeat - an oc tag

Thank you to @elderwisp for tagging me!! As usual, I got too excited to do this, so I only picked out two characters to do it for -- Ian and Sebastian. I didn't wanna take more time to come up with more. 😂 So without further adieu--

Though this song is more about someone dealing with a friend that has an addiction -- I've always taken it to be more someone dealing with a friend that's in any sort of shitty situation. A friend with family trauma, a friend with mental health issues, a friend with an addiction -- any one of these things. And Ian definitely has a lot of experience with that sort of thing. As Clover came from a bad home where she was abused in multiple ways, Ian's first instinct was to help her out and offer himself and his apartment to her. Besides them being insanely attracted to each other anyways. 😂 But for Ian it's much more than that. He is the kind of person willing to put up with a beating in order to help a friend. He has more patience than most would when dealing with people that see themselves as broken. But maybe that's 'cause he views himself as broken too.

This song is exactly what the title says. The lyrics are simple, but the way Jody Gadsden repeats "love me love me love me" screams obsession and that's basically what Sebastian is made up of. Pure obsession. He isn't close to many and those few he is close to are shown varying degrees of his vulnerabilities, but never the full extent of them. He finds it impossible to tell others he loves them due to trauma he faced growing up, but a part of him does desperately want to be loved. Mainly by Clover more than anyone, but that only ties back to his obsessive personality. He's stuck on her and nothing can pull his focus away -- especially after learning she had his child. Even though Clover doesn't want much to do with him anymore, he is determined to keep himself in her life in any way possible. It could be argued that he loves Clover -- in his own fucked up way.
