Obey me! Brothers as songs in my 300+ track spotify playlist.
(Based on both: meaning and vibes.)
(A lot of Mitski songs, unsurprisingly for me)
Lucifer
My body's made of crushed little stars
by Mitski
Of course I had to have something with stars in it...
Cannot say that the meaning fully fits him, rather the desperation in the vocals does. Also I feel like it covers his workaholism a little.
Regret message
by Mothy (AkunoP)
This one is a little cheaty from me, since it is from the Evillious Cronicles, which also have the 7 deadly sins (and this song is from the pride arc), but I just couldn't leave it out. Reflecting on stuff you had done blinded by your selfish desires is so Lucifer.
SCARLET OBSTACLE -Shriek of the Melodies-
by Zemeth
This one is more vibes based. Since it is mentioned that besides classical music Lucifer likes metal of some kind, I had found a combo of both. I really enjoy this genre hehe
Mammon
Stop Nagging Me!
by Owata-P
The whole song is about constantly getting criticized for everything you do, having all your mistakes pointed out, being the scapegoat and taking it all, letting it happen untill you're absolutely sick of it.
This song is so Mammon I don't know if I can even put it into words. Seriously, go read it's translation on vocaloid lyrics wiki.
You're a Useless Child
by Kikuo
A song where you're told that you are worthless and unable to do anything properly.
I think this needs no explanation.
YKWIM?
by Yot Club
I think that this one shows him, probably, considering himself annoying. Especially in
"Sometimes it seems like I'm in your way"
line.
Leviathan
INTERNET YAMERO
by KOTOKO, Aiobahn
Ah yes, Needy Streamer Overload, the most Levi game in existence (to me ofc). The tune itself reminds me of him a lot. He probably would be a Kangel fan.
Better Than Me
by The Brobecks
Inferiority complex: the song. It is literally in the title.
I Feel Bad
by I Hate Myself Because
A song about being conflicted whether or not you can handle company of a certain person and fearing loneliness.
Satan
Yukiko-san
by Midori
The lyrics might not particularly make sense to me, but the vocals and music just scream Satan. Especially "Destroy!" lines. To me it seems like something he would listen to while trying to cope with his rage.
Ussewa
by Ado, syudou
The song is originally about Japan's corporate culture, but with Ado's incredible vocals and overall sarcastic, furious and mocking tone of the song it fits him quite well in my opinion.
Wolf in Sheep's Clothing
by Set if Off
I feel like he'd enjoy this song. It's overall nature fits Satan's untrusting worldview. He would, perhaps, dedicate the very last verse of it to a certain demon...
Asmodeus
Brand New City
by Mitski
"But if I gave up on being pretty, I wouldn't know how to be alive..."
FVN!
by LVL1
It's just a chill song about having fun and s3x in the car, literally. With it's overall sounding, I think it not only fits Asmo by vibe, but also is something he'd listen to.
Primadonna
by MARINA
A song about craving attention, staying in the spotlight, getting all you want, but being unhappy deep down, since all this masquerade is to fill the void.
Beelzebub
Francis Forever
by Mitski
I feel like the general theme of this song fits him the best. Someone is gone from your life and now it seems empty, as if there is no point in doing things, since the person won't see it.
Close to You
by niki
As the description states:
"The song is about watching someone's lover die in front of them with a smiling face, and how they mourn and try to accept their death."
But I feel like you can interpret the figure of lover as a different, non-romantic close person.
Servant of Evil
by Mothy (AkunoP)
Yes, another song from the Evillious Cronicles. I can't resist it, sorry.
The plot of the song is a brother sacrificing a lot (including his own life) for his twin sister. The ending of this song is him literally going to execution instead of his sister by switching places and clothes, since they're identical twins.
Belphegor
Child Psychology
by Black Box Recorder
This is more vibe oriented pick, but some of the lyrics might fit him. The overall blunt, uninterested tone of the vocals seems very much him.
Let's Take Some Medicine and Go to Sleep
by Mochiutsune
The song's main point is probably about escapism through sleep. Whenever talking about any kind of problem the narrator decides to take some meds and go to sleep, just like the title states.
I Hate Everyone but You
by Elita
This one is about constantly being tired to the point of staying in bed all day and being criticised on it in the past, yet now there's a person who understands you and it doesn't bother them. While you'd grown resentful towards every other person ever, this one is fine.
Thanks for reading this mess!

thank youuuu!!!
🪄 Aishite Aishite Aishite — Ado
Don’t get angry. / Don’t abandon me. / Don’t go anywhere. / (Hey)
starting with a vocaloid song of course we are lmao. there’s actually 2 ways you can read this song (that i’ve seen, though more than that exist im sure) — the first is more akin to the actual intent of the song which is talking more about and alluding to yandere undertones of obsessive love even if it doesn’t seem Real. the second and the one that i associate with dearest narcissus spokes from paramour/prim & provocative is a more Literal reading of certain aspects of the song. she’s terrified to be alone, she wants people to love her and think that she’s important, she doesn’t want people to abandon her—but to others outside her it seems like an attention grab or fake etc etc. but she means it she’s genuine she just doesn’t know how else to ask for love because no one’s ever really given it to her.
(she’s also arospec if that means anything either)
i really ADORE ado’s vocals in this song because it really captures the RANGE of emotions that narci is feeling. pleading, sweet, enraged, manipulative, sincere—it’s everything all at once. a lot of this energy is definitely directed at myrtus (her ex husband) at first, but it is genuinely how she feels about the world. she feels discarded and abandoned by it (and has been a bit) and she doesn’t know what she’s doing Wrong to make people never give her the time of day or love her.
🪄 MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT — Loveless
Just call on me, oh / Just call my name (just call my name) / Like you mean it
i’m a sucker for bridges. also this cover is so insanely good.
this entire cover is actually the beginning band sequence (after maverick quits the band) to my wip LuKEWARM ReJECTION — it represents the band’s best and most hard worked on song; maverick’s (the ex lead singer’s) magnum opus. it took them nearly a year to perfect it, and as di somberly thinks when they get up on stage for the battle of the bands with their new short notice fill in lead singer toph, there’s no way in fuck they’ll be able to pull this off. toph hadn’t even had time to practice. they get onstage, make their intros, and then they start off the chords for the song.
and toph just blows it out of the water.
his voice is better, stronger, more emotional, more star like than anything maverick has ever TOUCHED and as they roll through the whole set toph just knocks the pants off of everyone including the band! it should be a momentous moment but for di it’s so so SO bitter because he and maverick were dating and he not only left the band, he left di, and you just can’t get over that with the snap of your fingers.
but i LOOOOVE this song as an opening too bc toph deadass thinks these lyrics are so juvenile LMAO it’s the first fight he and di get into after the performance bc he disses the song and di still has emotions high so they start arguing. how dare you call my boyfriend my ex’s magnum opus garbage!!! and toph is all these lyrics were written by a washed up pop star wdym (which hits better for my imagination since the loveless version IS a cover lmao and for me personally, the lyrics aren’t hella compelling i moreso like the bridge for the singer bc his voice MAAAN it’s so good)
🪄 Better Than Me — Hinder
And I can't pretend / I won't think about you when I'm older / 'Cause we never really had our closure / This can't be the end
i have this song on so many playlists i’m literally INSANE about it. also once again the bridge makes me crazy.
i specifically think about this song when i think about amon and hya unsurprisingly but i also think about this song with graves and dove from the graves we dug. like GODDDDDDD the yearning, the pain that was caused, the struggle to accept that it’s over even if you don’t want it to be ???? like how am i supposed to be normal about this.
🪄Split — WILLOW
I'm always acting tough / Close my heart and now I starve the love / And no, I never wanted / I never wanted this for us
this whole album makes me crazy willow is so talented i love She.
i got this song on a couple of playlists but most recently i was thinking about this song in the context of betwixt thumb and forefinger and it really makes me think of sjaak. like he really doesn’t ask for 99.9% of the shit he’s going through and his reactions are horrible but understandable. the background sound and the vibes and the emphasis on the i never wanted this for us is literally him @ biscella and you can’t convince me otherwise.
the other person i’m thinking about with this song is arden from red death & the oracle’s favor, our favorite scorned prince. but instead of like sjaak and it be him talking to someone else, this song for him is more like him talking to himself. he never wanted this responsibility placed on his shoulders and he plays the part but it’s so hard to on some days — how does he survive? he doesn’t know.

Vocaloid Fandom Headcanons:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Cuz I can tbh) - General and ship
General Headcanons:
Len pretends to be really manly, but he actually loves watching Magical Girl shows and dancing along with female k-pop idols
Once a year the Vocaloids have a thanksgiving like dinner and they invite the Utaus. They always end up having a “family feud.”
Some Vocaloids like Luka like to pick up small part time jobs for fun. Luka is a fulltime song producer and singer, but she also works at a sushi bar during the weekends.
Len, Oliver, Fukase and Piko have a club dedicated to flexing their songs to each other.
Meiko likes to think of herself as the most mature, she’s kinda like that one aunt who gives you money and drinks wine all the time.
Oliver, Yohioloid, and Leon get homesick and like to visit America and England together whenever they’re not recording.
Piko and Miki claim that they are “childhood friends,” despite not having childhoods.
Ruby and Fukase also claim that they are “childhood friends.”
Every Vocaloid must learn to separate the stories they tell from their actual lives, but many of them believe that some of the songs they sing contain elements from their past lives.
Galaco started a podcast for all the other discontinued Vocaloids to vent and share their opinions.
Miku is the most popular, but that also means she misses out on alot of things. She gets invited to almost everything, but ends up apologizing for being late.
Kiyoteru teaches Yuki, Rana, Gachapoid, Oliver, Aoki, Una, and all the younger kids.
Despite the Macne Family mostly being Utaus, they’re allowed to live in the Vocaloid house.
IA and Merli are best friends and they have tea together whenever they can.
Based on popular vote, it is VFlower’s job to greet new Vocaloids and show them to their room.
Everyone recognizes Leon, Meiko, Kaito, and Big Al as their seniors and go to them for advice. Unsurprisingly, it’s usually awful.
SonIka and Gumi view each other as sisters because of their close debut dates and designs.
Many of the younger girls and even some of the older girls idolize Rin. She is usually very sarcastic about it and doesn’t let it fully get to her head, unlike Len.
Alot of Vocaloids with the same hair color get grouped together, meaning Cul, Fukase, Ruby, and Arsloid spend alot of time together.
Sexualities/Ships:
As Vocaloids, most of them don’t really label themselves or have any views on sexuality, but some individuals have very tradition values.
Lily and Ritsu are dating. Everyone was confused because they heard that Ritsu was a six year old boy who inserted missiles in his breasts and weighs 25 tons, but in the end they just assumed she was trans with a weird since of humor.
Anon, Neru, and Tei are all vying for Len’s affection. Tei thinks she’s winning, but she is in fact, not.
Kyo and Yohioloid are dating. It took Oliver, Wil, and Yuu alot of confused third wheel dates to figure it out.
Miku and Kaito get paired together very often, but in reality they are very close friends. Miku, Kaito, and Luka love to gossip about dates to each other.
Gakupo is painfully single despite having many fans and love interests.\
Yuzuki Yukari and VFlower are very close friends. Some people think they’re dating, but no one knows for sure.

November’s Featured Game: lux (dream.girl)
DEVELOPER(S): Rindre Rindere ENGINE: RPGMaker 2k3   GENRE: Psychological Horror, Exploration SUMMARY: lux (dream.girl) is a surreal psychological horror game created in RPG Maker 2003 where you play as Benjamin, a socially inept teenage writer who struggles with depression, loneliness, and writer’s block. When he decides to try lucid dreaming to figure out how to push his story forward, he meets new friends, new enemies, and his literal dream girl. Making certain choices will either help or hurt his relationships, and the outcome of his story.
Download the demo here!
Introduce yourself!  *Hi! I'm Rindre! I've been working on RPG Maker for about 5 or 6 years at this point! First and foremost, I'm an artist, then a game developer, then a voice actor. I am also a garlic bread enthusiast. You might also know me as: -The voice of Aria/the lead translator in Aria's Story -Will's Teacher in The Hanged Man -The mod of Yumeresource -The admin of the RPG Horror Discord server -The host of the Pixel Horror Jams! I'm also on plenty of teams, mostly as a voice actor. These include b/f, AURORA, and The Doctrine of Perseverance.
What is your project about? What inspired you to create your game initially? *Rindre: lux is about a boy named Ben, who is an aspiring writer who hits a writer's block and tries to take up lucid dreaming to interact with his stories and characters find out how to advance his story. He ends up meeting interesting people, including his literal dream girl. Yume Nikki is a big inspiration for me. My stories I had written when I was younger also played a huge part, and I decided to recycle bits and pieces of them into lux. Ultimately, the frustrations and experience of being a content creator inspired me to make the game. Hopefully these themes will ring universal to whoever relates to being a creator as well.
Tumblr media
How long have you been working on your project? *Rindre: You could say 5 years, or 2 years, or since July 2017! lux actually originated as a Yume Nikki fangame in 2012 (as are all games I've made...). I picked it up again on October 2 2015 as a concept to keep a work log, but actually making it into a tangible product took me until 2017's Pixel Horror Jam. The work log has 30+ pages to it! The Yume Nikki fangame version was prepared to be released, but I forgot, and now I'm too ashamed to release it because I meant to do it 5 years ago :(
Did any other games or media influence aspects of your project? *Rindre: I'm a big fan of psychological and sci-fi/cyberpunk media. These things usually ask: Who are we, and who are we in other people's eyes? What defines us? What does it mean to be an individual in our society? It's a question I like to ask myself and explore in my own projects. My major inspirations who ask these existential questions are deep within Satoshi Kon's works and Philip K Dick's stories, as well as other movies that were inspired by those two or are in the genre (like The Matrix, Inception, Akira, Ghost In The Shell, Serial Experiments Lain, etc.). Some other inspirations and influences that might be surprising are: Kappa Mikey (art style mixing), Vocaloid producers (Crusher-P, Mothy, Yuyoyuppe), Evangelion, Linkin Park, the Hamtaro GBA games, Kirby, and my own dreams. Unsurprisingly, Yume Nikki is the biggest inspiration. I really like the concept of dreams and escapism, and how it often plays into existentialism.
Have you come across any challenges during development? How have you overcome or worked around them?   *Rindre: They say that when making a game, 10% is actual development and 90% is bugfixing/quality assurance. This is VERY TRUE. I spent a couple months working with my bugtesters (Thanks Biel, Choko, Meaka, Pinkuboa, and Uboaappears). The actual demo was a bunch of crunch time for the jam, which was July - August). There were a lot of bugfixes involved, including a bug I was so puzzled with and thought I couldn't fix but the solution was so simple. It took me a month to figure it out! The RM2k3 update caused a bit of trouble for me, but I thank my bugtesters endlessly for helping me squash most, if not all, bugs. On the other hand, in case anybody asks, yes: I have lucid dreamt of my characters in lux when I hit a roadblock. These were never successful. I've only been able to do it twice, both by accident.
Tumblr media
Have any aspects of your project changed over time? How does your current project differ from your initial concept? *Rindre: I usually go into development with a clear idea in mind with certain events and endings, but lux differs greatly from its old Yume Nikki counterpart (dream.girl). Notable major changes: Ben now wears glasses. Ben is now a writer. Stella used to not be a bunny. Stella also did not have any stars in her eyes before. The only things retained was the concept of dreaming a dream girl, and Ben's and Stella's names and facial appearance. Even if I make a bunch of plot outlines and flowcharts, things change, but it's natural! The stories that occur within lux also have changed slightly plot-wise from their earlier pre-2012 counterparts (most were written over 10 years ago!), and are begging for a facelift. One involved parkour, but sadly, there is no parkour anymore :(
What was your team like at the beginning? How did people join the team? If you don't have a team, do you wish you had one or do you prefer working alone? *Rindre: I prefer working alone when it's my project! I like working at my own pace, but if needed, I'll reach out to other people for help. I like helping people out on their projects too, but when it comes to my own, I like to handcraft everything by myself. It shows me what I'm capable of doing, and gives my game a "this was 100% made by me" stamp.
What is the best part of developing a game? *Rindre: Making music is relaxing and lets me convey a mood or theme without having to take out my tablet to draw or write something extensively. Being able to relax yet still work on the game is great. I like nights where I can sit down and make something nice I can put in my game. A lot of them are on my SoundCloud (Rindere), but some of the really nice ones are ones I haven't uploaded there. I'm really not a musician, but I did take a class on music technology. My favorite ones going to be in lux on my SoundCloud are "Nepenthean", which is also Ben's theme, "Choke On Your Misery", and "Empyria Incarnadine". It's also really nice to get files from your voice actors and they sound EXACTLY like how you thought your character would sound like! Special thanks to Aidan, Mizu, JR, and Nuei.
Do you find yourself playing other RPG Maker games to see what you can do with the engine, or do you prefer to do your own thing? *Rindre: I prefer to do my own thing! I like to push RPG Maker 2003 to the limit. A lot of the cool effects were done before the major update of RM2k3 that came out earlier last month. Some things I thought were never possible in RM2k3 are things that I made possible after some thought. Like any problem, it can be solved in a bunch of ways, even if you have limitations.
Which character in your game do you relate to the most and why? (Alternatively: Who is your favorite character and why?) *Rindre: The character I relate to the most is actually my least favorite character. It's Ben! I specifically modeled him after myself but changed certain things, like the intensity of his reactions. It was actually difficult to write him, because I had to think about how I would react in the situations I put Ben in. I feel like I had to get into some kind of mindset that was "mine", but also "not mine" as well.
Looking back now, is there anything that regret/wish you had done differently? *Rindre: I feel like I could've released the game sooner, or continued work on FLUX instead. I would like to go back to working on FLUX soon, since I haven't worked on it in a long while. But after hosting the Pixel Horror Jam with Choko and jamming on this game, I'd like to rest up a bit before I take on a big project again.
Once you finish your project, do you plan to explore game's universe and characters further in subsequent projects, or leave it as-is? *Rindre: Because lux is part of the -UX Series, it would naturally be a series with other entries. I don't know if or when they'll all be created, nor if they'll all be games, but I do eventually hope to see it finish. Something I want to explore is to further flesh out the stories Ben has written, especially because they were concepts written before lux ever came up as a concept. I've also given them -UX titles! I think I'll work on Crux/quX next.
What do you look most forward to upon/after release? *Rindre: I am donating proceeds to the One More Light Fund with what is being donated to the itch.io-uploaded version of lux, so I really am looking forward to donating to a cause that is important to me. I encourage people to donate to the OML Fund directly, not through me. I also really like fan reaction, but I love the catharsis of releasing something you've made. It's a mix of relief and pride, but a little bit of anxiety because you don't know how well the fan reaction will be. I hope that my game will affect somebody in a positive, personal way, whether it be a new favorite game, something for them to draw, or become inspiration for their own works. I look forward to free time and rewarding myself with something good, like chicken parmesan too!
Is there something you're afraid of concerning the development or the release of your game?  *Rindre: I constantly ask, "Is my game worthy enough for others to play? Is my game good enough?" But when it comes down to it, really you're asking it to yourself, not to the people that will play your game. Sometimes, you have to sit down and ask yourself, "Am I satisfied with what I have made so far?" Then you go down the list of things you've made and say either, "I'm proud of this!" or "This could use some more work." and you fix it accordingly. The first audience of your game is always you, so if your game is "worthy" and "good enough" to you, then it is for other people.
Question from last month's featured dev (Team Galanx): What kind of stories do you appreciate most in RPG Maker games? For example, do you like ones based off real-life experiences, fantasy elements, or morals? *Rindre: My series of games is called the -UX Series, with there being 4 main stories that are related to each other: "FLUX", "lux", "Ux.", and "X". The rest of the titles end in "-ux" as well. It was only natural to do that!
Do you have any advice for upcoming devs? *Rindre: Game Development -Give things meaningful names. -Back up your work in three different places. -Back up your games frequently. -Never be afraid to remake things, but do this occasionally. If you do this frequently, you'll be caught up in a loop of perfectionism. -Think if the cool new thing you want to put in will actually serve a proper purpose in the game. If it's only there just to be cool, don't put it in your game. -If things don't work out, it's perfectly fine to scrap ideas. -Don't pander. Make a game you want to make, not what others want to play. Releasing your game -Reach out to people who haven't played games similar to yours. You'll have opinions that you wouldn't normally get, compared to others who are familiar with your type of game. -Learn how to take critique. This might be the skill that will take you the longest to hone. -Not everyone is out to get you, but sometimes there will be people who want to bring you down. Even if this happens, there are always people there to support you. -You don't have to agree with every critique given to you. Other advice -If you're not embarrassed about your old work, then you haven't progressed. Continue to improve your skills and yourself. -Don't compare yourself to others. Compare yourself to your past self instead. -Don't be working on your game 24/7. Take up hobbies to occupy yourself, so you don't get burned out. -Learn to be a generalist, but also learn to specialize in something that people will recognize you for. -Be proud of your work.
Tumblr media
We mods would like to thank Rindre for agreeing to our interview! We believe that featuring the developer and their creative process is just as important as featuring the final product. Hopefully this Q&A segment has been an entertaining and insightful experience for everyone involved!
Remember to check out lux if you haven’t already! See you next month!

Probabbly gonna do Bora’s info next… ;v; Feel free to ask questions about or for Jung as I want to start drawing more! More info under cut. Name:
Jung-Hwan Seonwoo (Hangul: 선우 정환)
Nickname(s):
Jung, Mr.Seonwoo (Work only; He becomes offended if it’s used outside his teaching job.)
Online Username:
Jung
Gender:
Cis Male
Sexuality:
Bisexual
Height:
6’5” | 198 cm
Weight:
210 lbs | 95 kg
Birth Date:
February 21st
Zodiac Sign:
Pisces
Occupation:
Language Teacher (High School) Translator (Mainly books and most of his income)
Personality:
Charming | Diplomatic | Resourceful | Responsible | Loyal ||| Manipulative | Vindictive | Callous | Entitled | Controlling
Surprisingly, Jung has a pleasant side to him, or rather the face he chooses to display outwardly. He knew how to make you feel important and cared for. Whether it is just words you want to here or sincerity is unknown. Due to his keen senses of observing others, he can be quite tactful if it does call for it. It’s often shown if he needs to cover for himself, and on the surprising occasion for others. Often left to his own devices, Jung has developed a rather quick wit about him. Difficulties to him seem rather than a challenge goading him on rather than a hindrance. Following rules is absolute to him, in a warped way he will do what he thinks is right. He has no shame in his actions and will be happy to admit to it as he has nothing to hide. Very rarely, Jung will exhibit a warped form of attachment because of this he becomes utterly obsessed with keeping the said party safe as to not taint them further. He will follow them until they threaten his perception of their relationship or reject him.
Having nothing, Jung has learned to be sly and quick-witted, unconcerned of others most of the time he has no qualms about disposing or using others for his benefit. Controlled by his emotions Jung lets his actions dictate his life, good or bad. The same goes for others; he will hold grudges and keep that resentment to better himself than the offender. Nothing will satisfy him more than coming on top of those who wronged him. Unsurprisingly he can be quite heartless in regard for others. At the end of the day, he only has himself and will have no problem stepping over anyone to reach his goals. They have done nothing for him. On the same side of the coin, Jung feels entitled to anything he desires as no one has given him anything worthwhile, he will take it by force. He’s a selfish man to his core. Due to the lack of structure in his life, Jung has the intense innate desire to control everything in regards to him. He keeps to a strict schedule and rules for himself that he refuses to break. He has gone so far to attempt to control what others think of him, or the person themselves.
Likes: • Sweets (Chapssaltteok and Butterscotch candies are his favorite) • Kids (Anyone younger than him he automatically treats as his student) • Structure • Different Cultures • Exercising • Drama shows/books • Tech gadgets • Manners Dislikes: • Idle flattery • Breaking of rules • Weak willed/meek people • Slackers • Impoliteness • Social gatherings • Unpredictable circumstances • Clutter History: At a young age, the moral lines of right and wrong were blurred for a child named Jung. His parents provided him an unstable lifestyle on the sensitive child. Smoke hung in the air, blood and sweat stained the carpet. The unsavory acts left a suffocating feeling in his chest. Learning quickly to fend for himself he often took care of his little sister, too tiny to witness the daily sin. Wising up quickly to his abnormal treatment, the child sought out help, despite the risks his parents posed. Soon they were subsequently arrested as Jung watched a smile tugging at his lips as he watched them spew obscenities. Oh, look at how hateful their eyes were! Was it so wrong he enjoyed the same suffering they toiled out on him? Old fashioned to the core, the children’s grandparents took them in raising them with strict rules and guidelines. Jung found the harsh way comforting, welcoming the stability and structure he was finally provided. Growing up, it caused him to be quite rigid and stiff with his views, his stubbornness not gaining him much support from his peers. Latching onto the rules desperately, he began to force his ideals upon others not caring for their opinions. Soon he was labeled as a thug by many of his schoolmates, gaining a poor reputation despite his scholarly feats. Deciding to run with this, the teen began to attack delinquents in his school, beating them into submission. Force was the only thing he knew; he would make others think his way. Was he using them as a scapegoat? No, it didn’t matter, they chose their fate when they decided not to listen to authority. He despised the whole lot of them.
Causing turmoil for the ones that raised him, Jung craftily hid from his grandparents prying eyes once they wised up. Playing coy came easily; he crafted a fake persona as he doled out his brand of divine punishment. Soon, it was put on the back burner as he was forced upon the college. Enjoying his language classes in high school the man decided to pursue his interests. Teaching seemed like a suitable job to force his passions upon others. Although he soon came to realize, most teens didn’t share the teacher’s enthusiasm for learning about other cultures. How disappointing. Irritated, the new teacher became quite strict falling back into his old ways. With his youth and inexperience, his students lack respect for Jung, which is his primary concern currently
Extra:
• His speech pattern is very formal and (usually) polite as he uses the speech level Hasipsio-che. Will use Haeyo-che once he is used to you. (Will not use any honorifics if you piss him off enough.)
• He expects the same politeness he gives others, if not; he will have a poor opinion of you and disregard you.
• Jung’s family is rather poor. He relied on scholarships and part-time jobs to get himself through school.
• Unironically enjoys Vocaloid songs due to his sister introducing them. Hums them to himself when he grades papers or when he’s bored.
• He has tech gadgets for almost anything in his house. Mainly for cooking. Jung names them.
• Can speak four languages fluently currently (Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese). Teaching himself Arabic in his free time.
• Taught himself English out of spite to curse at a kid in his native language. Taught himself Japanese under similar circumstances.
• There are rumors that he is frightening when angered.
• A neat freak. Detests clutter and messes. Will end up cleaning after you even if it’s impolite.
• As much as he can be cruel, it’s only if you get on his bad side. He is usually indifferent to everyone unless they make a substantial impression on him, good or bad. His respect is earned, and he will treat you in kind. Someone you don’t want as an enemy, but it’s in your best interest to get on his good side.
• Internalizes most of his emotions. If you are close to him, he will show more to himself than being polite.
