Day 5 of 48 of this 12-week #calisthenics program! Did 30 #pullsups and my #crowpose off and on for #100seconds before I started the real #workout! #jumpsquats, #bodyweightrows, #lunges, #pushups, and FINALLY #burpees! Each of these exercises was for 60seconds. While I my stamina and endurance aren't as good as I'd like, it's a process to get to a higher level of badassery. With this day down, I now have three more this week. Hope you #beautifuldegenerates are kicking ass and taking names too! Be sure to #rest as required to repair and get stronger!

Weeeeelcome to #legday you #beautifuldegenerates! It's been a little bit since my last post about working out so I figured what better day than on my leg day?! I know I don't have many pictures of videos like those beasts @macroadjustment_majeh and @macroadjustment_saagi but I figure this will have to do! It was nice to actually feel myself become rather jelly-legged near the end of it all. I recently started #bouldering so my legs have been a little neglected. I'm learning the basics so my form is garbage. I finally have a #cosplayupdate for you #beautifuldegenerates! So I've been working on my thigh armor off and on for the last few weeks and finally got them to a wearable position. I feel it's a good start as I'm still pretty new to armor crafting. The last two photos are for the new #Grimm mask I'm working on. The paper clay took many days to fully dry but it's dry now and pretty durable. 🧹 I started med school (yay) which means I'm on tumblr less (boo). I check notifications and messages throughout the day but I may be slow to reply. I also may be slower to answer requests. I'm still figuring out my schedule so things may fluctuate but I wanted to be transparent with you all.
