What an amazing way to kick of #ccawarenessweek by celebrating love with our friends. No matter where we are in disease journey, life pushes on, love lights the way! It was amazing to be with my friends to watch @slightlyjaided walk into a life partnership with all the love and life one could hope for in a life time. Support is sometimes not easy to come by when it comes to living with a chronic condition...sometimes we don’t even realize how much love and support we have around us. Matt & Jaime have a great village. And I’m so happy to be apart of it. And I’m happy to be buddies with this one. Leadership is a funny thing. People think that teens that are of equal age and status can find a way to speak to their peers and bring them to Christ. We have millions of pastors, speaking powerful words from God. Yet in most occasions those words don't truly penetrate to our stubborn teenage cores. Then you have this event called prayer conference. A place where most of the leaders haven't been on the Earth for more than a few years. But I dare say that more lives our changed in this one small event than in most churches combined. These leaders, who I've had the esteemed priledge of meeting this year, are some of the most amazing human beings, I've ever met; the way that in just 3 days we have made a family bond that only God can get the credit for. The way they've supported each other through our challenges this week have been a privledge to witness. I know this is quite long winded, but in all honesty mere words can't even begin to describe how personally grateful to all of them through the way that they've supported me in my lowest time. Thank you to all of you for making this prayer conference one that I'll never forget; and that hopefully you won't either. I look forward to taking this spiritual high and not letting it fall as we return home. Also p.s. thank you so much @pattiegolucky for being an absolutely fantastic coleader. I pray that God will be with you and the rest of our #Beardedpanda family. God is just amazing...
