#bdubs is a child

TP&TS lore update:

Jimmy & Martyn are brothers on two opposing sides, neither knowing the truth. Martyn thinks is little brother is dead, knows his sister(Liz) is dead because of Cleo & Ren, and still followed Ren.

He doesnt care that Ren died, he doesnt care Cleo almost died. He "lost" both of his siblings, and honestly Martyn couldnt care less about the heroes & villains post the "death" of Jimmy & the death of Lizzie. He physically fought Cleo and Ren post Lizzie's death; had no clue about Jimmys death so he went off grid and only Cleo knows where he is.

Cleo left the villain life and is also off grid now, with Martyn. (platonically), the two live together off grid. Theres unresolved issues between them, but they dont talk about it. Its there, they know it is, but they wont talk about it.

Jimmy thinks his big brother is dead just like his big sister.

Martyn's name(s):

Villain -> Little Wood

Civilian -> Martyn Shadow-Wood (half brother, Liz & Jim thought his last name was Shadow-Solidarity)

Off Grid -> Martyn Shadow, dropped the "wood" part of his name.

Cleo's name(s):

Villain -> Undead

Civilian -> Cleo Zombie, at one point Cleo Labs (was married to Etho Labs, they divorced. Platonic marriage, both decided they shouldnt be married)

Off Gird -> Cleo Shadow, "sister" of Martyn in a way, but can also be mistaken as a "second" marriage. Its not a marriage, she just decided "Fuck it, Shadow's my last name now"

Bdubs is 10 & lives with them, calls Martyn "Uncle Marty" & Cleo "Mom" (Im a big C(l)ockers fan ok.. they were so sweet..)

Etho and Scar's interactions in LimLife are golden to me... that painful inhale Etho does before whispering "I'm about to go out of roleplay" when Scar flipped his ender porter and Etho wanted to strangle him... The way that Etho attempts to improv by pulling the "Has your mom told you you're adopted?" card and Scar just says "Oh I know that's not true because we've got something in common: failed traps <3" and a longsuffering and exhausted Etho just sighs and leaves... Love that for them.

Any head canons about when Etho and Cleo were dating?

HaTO!Cletho weren't exactly the extremely lovey dovey type of couple, but definitely the type of couple that trusted each other enough to be dependent on the other when they otherwise can't be with other people. Being the few people that had to strengthen themselves to get through everything before, during, and after the Titan War without too much help, they're always restless and felt the responsiblity to always be the strongest as the eldests. They saw each other as one of the few solaces in a world whose demise is dependent on their choices and actions.

They definitely had sessions where they both just needed to sneak out of curfew to take a breather by the forest. Mayhaps always ended with just them on the dirt quietly looking at the stars, not feeling the need to be too alert because they're confident the other cares enough to not let anything happen to them.

To public view, they were definitely the couple to bicker and argue though (affectionately)

Their break up era would've been nasty as hell. It could probably count as the second Titan war. Their making up era would've been the sunshine after the summer storm.

Get me started on how everyone is scared of the cryptid that is Etho during the life series and yet Etho is TERRIFIED (/j ofc) of Cleo, I beg of you!

And now think about how Cleo is now mother to two of the (arguably) most chaotic people in every single season.

(Think Scar dying a lot n being on red first during third life, BDubs being a dramatic home wrecker in double life)

Like I know it wont translate to fighting or handiwork with traps, but the mind games that could be done!! Think about it! BDubs is a home wrecker and Scar’s still stuck in that ring and trying to flee all ties to that very first win he could have had. He’s the one that betrayed BDubs in the end, not Grian. Adding Cleo in is a good deterrent, but who’s to say when someone die? What if she dies first?

Siblings fight, y’know. Parents can’t stop that no matter how hard they try.

Wheezing @ the disaster that is:

-> Cleo/Gem getting after Bdubs for having so many dogs and being so awful at sitting them down that he almost blew everyone up b/c he kept placing TNT and then shooting fireworks while right-clicking badly -> Bdubs begging to keep his dogs and insisting they protect him -> Bdubs switching his hand item to flint and steel and looking directly at Cleo and Scott who are standing on a scaffolding tower -> Scott lecturing Bdubs on how he can't expect Cleo to take care of all his dogs and Bdubs needs to be responsible and still needs to walk them "even when he has homework and is tired" -> Bdubs considers this for .2 seconds and then says "Nah, you can kill 'em" -> The immediate jump-cut...
