Re4r leon... Wheewww. Don't get me started. I think he's not good at expressing himself here and so he just likes to lay in bed with you in silence. Or watch a movie while cuddling you. Smallll things like that really gets him going. I think he would try buying you flowers every week or giving you massages. Things that would also bring the both of you together (whilst also grounding himself with the now!) Because of his depression and ptsd (no therapy AND no Chris💔) he often pushes you away and will just endlessly workout. Like he genuinely feels guilty for not doing anything all day, sometimes if it's with you. Until one day you suggest to like go to the beach and pick up trash, while also enjoying yourself with the scenery. Two birds with one stone !

Both versions just like to see you happy. I know he struggles with feeling like he needs to always be saving somebody or else he's just useless. Doing things with you like skincare, brushing your teeth, eating, showering, help him by a lot. Because he gets to be with you. It's special! Whenever he's away with you, he always pictures you in his mind, right next to him doing said activity.

sure!! here goes my one biggest criticism i give myself each and every day: i don't think i'm very good at conveying intentions when it's not like with one strong line of dialogue or one crucial point in the fic. i feel like a lot of my fics are... unbalanced in that way, as a result?with strong moments that i love to reread that make me feel stuff (and hopefully my readers too), and "filler" moments that i cringe at without fail each time bc im like, dude did you even try?? so, i need to work on breaching that gap of quality i feel exists within most of my fics... i'm just not very sure how.

also, sometimes i try to be funny, and when i reread my stuff, i realize smth i thought was hilarious at the time of posting is actually pretty lame. so i should either stop trying to be funny, or get better at it x)

The fact if Nick was a yt girl and Emma was a guy y’all would lose your minds at the truth or dare scene, hate Emma and sympathize with Nick

(Not saying you have to like Nick it’s fine if you don’t) but the whole logic of “he could have gotten out of the situation but he didn’t” is kind of gross and giving victim blaming vibes??

Emma was there to see him express he was uncomfortable with kissing her but she still initiated it. He probably got awkward and too nervous to stop her. He’s also characterized as someone who “falls in line with others around him” so he most likely lacked the confidence to tell her to stop. Even shot of his face after Emma pulls away, he looks nervous and upset rather than pleased with the kiss.

And your whole logic of “he wants tits and ass” is so inaccurate it’s not even funny lol. He told Jacob to “don’t be gross” when Jacob implied something sexual between Nick and Abi. And the whole pool scene where Nick was saying weird stuff? Him saying “you smell so good” and “I want to taste you” means he LITERALLY wants to taste her. He’s a WEREWOLF. OH im so happy youre asking i saw yr tags on that other post and thought long and hard about giving unsolicited advice but decided against it

so. saw sequels are kind of a mixed bag. quality kind of varies movie to movie. for the most part they're all still fun! and i do recommend most of them. key word is most of them

there are ten movies currently and an eleventh set to release next year. the saw series is very story focused, and the first seven are all direct sequels to each other. you cannot skip any of the first seven. unfortunate, because saw 3d (the 7th one) sucks ass in a way that should be studied. but it is the conclusion to that story and it is pretty funny if you can get past the misogyny

the eighth and ninth movies (jigsaw and spiral) you can definitely skip. jigsaw also sucks but not even in a funny way + its in a really weird timeline spot so everyone kind of just ignores it. spiral is good from what I've heard but its a standalone spin off. saw x is also not required viewing, it's a prequel that takes place between saw i and saw ii but it is genuinely one of the best entries in the entire series so it's definitely worth watching.

i think you should at least watch ii and iii, and keep going if you enjoyed them. saw 1-3 makes up its own trilogy pretty much, wraps up almost everything in a nice bow. it's the last movie the original writer worked on and im pretty sure he intended it as a finale.

the following movies are pretty fun still and continue on the narrative in an interesting way, they retcon the established lore bc of course they do but they do it in an interesting way. hoffman is my favourite punching bag i want to put that man under a microscope. and saw vi is like genuinely one of my favourite movies ever. my favourite traps in the series besides reverse beartrap are in saw v. so like there is still a lot to love past saw iii! but you can stop there if you don't feel a need to keep going. if you can make it through saw iii you can definitely make it through the rest of the series, that's about where they hit their stride in terms of like sfx, gore/traps etc.

tldr they are FUN!!!!! not always good but they are fun. so so so much to unpack about them. its been a year ish since I watched them and i still feel a little insane about john kramers little murder cult

Like you really can't go in the tag for quality stuff lately. Everything is about sex. I'm not a prude. I read occasionally stuff, but omg, not everything has to be like this. Sometimes stories begin hopeful, but they end the same way. I'm just sick of it because it's all there is. And because it's so oversaturated, "normal" fics don't stand a chance because people don't click on that anymore. So yeah, as a creator, if I wanna get attention for my work, of course, I will produce stuff that people will read.

In general, people are sooo fixated on "spicy" content. On tiktok, all people read is smut, or they can't handle other stuff. Literally, smut destroyed their brains. How is it any different than guys having a porn addiction?

Also, the tumblr tagging and searching functions are shit. I wanna find new fics from like 2020 or 2021 (before s4 bc I miss those vibes). When you go to the popular tag thing, the earliest you get is 2022. Like tumblr needs to fix that, so content from years ago can still be found. People also need to start tagging accordingly. It's such a pain.
