This is just me popping in to say that it is done!! My fic for the @galactica-bigbang is finished! I'm honestly surprised I was able to pull it off and in order to do so the last few chapters were very rushed, but I still completed it and that is such a big accomplishment for me. I've never been able to finish any long fic before, especially not this long. This fic turned out to become so much longer than I originally thought it would be and it's incredible to think it's nearly 90k words. Almost a hundred thousand. All me. All one fic. Since the last few chapters were rushed I am most definitely going to go back and edit them at some point. How soon? I cannot say as this last month has been hella busy for me and I honestly just want some time to relax and not have to worry about writing anything (at least not feel pressured or obligated to. To have no deadline). But I will edit them eventually to hopefully make them better and more coherent than they likely are currently. Hell, at some point I will probably go through and edit the entire thing, but that's a problem for future me. For now it is done, finished, and I can rest and be proud of what I have completed. And to share it with others, who will hopefully enjoy it as much as I have writing it. And my artist's ( @thevulcanbobdylan ) song for the fic is amazing, absolutely gorgeous so please check that out! I will post both links below :)

Watched the 2004 Battlestar Galactica series for the first time recently so I decided I'd draw a Viper. Great series, and probably one of my top five shows of any kind. I'd highly recommend it even if you're not as big of a sci-fi guy as I am.

Heya y'all! Just wanna apologize because I said I'd post chapter updates for my fic The Journey To Life on here and I have not haha. This month has been so hectic for me and honestly I'm just really focusing on getting the chapters posted and finishing the fic as I am cutting it super close. I haven't really had time to sit and make a post for each chapter update but I will just say it is posted up to chapter 11! It's also definitely going to surpass 60k words haha I think it'll end up being closer to 70k but we shall see! Also I probably will not be updating the fic until Sunday/the 27th because I am going to be at the Battlestar Galactica convention!!! I'm going to try and enjoy myself there and not stress about my fic as much as possible haha. There's still a chance I may post a chapter within the next three days if I get some time to but just no guarantees! I am super excited to be able to go to the convention and meet most of the actors! I also can't wait to do my cosplays :) I'll post some updates about the con as I have time or after, whenever I get the chance. I'm also dropping the link to my fic below just for anyone who wants it since it has a lot more now versus the last link I posted for it.

so back in high school I used to have Battlestar episodes saved to my iPod and I'd watch them on the bus to and from school because the ride was roughly 40 minutes total: 20 in the morning and 20 in the afternoon.

"Scar" was one of my favorites so I watched it SO many times, first half on the way to school, second half on the way home, right?

Well today I just so happened to be watching it before work and ended up short on time so I paused it and finished it tonight after I got home, and then I realized that time is a damn circle and all of this has happened before, and will happen again!!
