This has been my philosophy lately when it comes to movies.

(I also have STRONG objections to the portrayal of The Riddler and I dislike some of the plot elements I heard about.)

This is all excellent but this in particular…perfect perfect energy.

Batman is so focused on losing his tiny shadow that he doesn’t realize there are actually three of them.

aka wanted to play with dynamic duo dynamics and i couldnt decide whether to give bats a kid, a preteen, or a dick hilariously close in age, but then, epiphany: all 3 at once. batdad speedrun

btw timmy got the other two interested in following batman around so they basically adopted batman, really

Honestly Amy Adams is such an amazing Lois Lane. Her and Henry Cavill have great chemistry. And we love a relationship where the woman is older than the man. Cause that basically never happens.

I wish the movies gave her more to do! Like give me a man of steel 2 where Lois is like a co-protagonist.

God Ben Affleck is probably the best Bruce well ever get.

Although is it weird that I’m kind of excited for Robat Battinbat because he doesn’t take the role too seriously? Like he’s not afraid to take chances? It might also be the promise of Catwoman too tho...

So true about your point on amy and henry, and their age gap is so unique for movies like this now, but it really fits well for the clois dynamic too. I really want MOS2 too but idk if we’ll ever get it 😩 Ben’s Bruce means everything to me and i dont just say that because i think he’s hot (and i really do) but his character arc in bvs and now zsjl is so important and very integral for the plot of both films...

I am still tentatively excited for battinson too but i cant get over the fact that it was supposed to be ben’s movie for his batman and deathstroke was supposed to be in it as well so joe manganiello got screwed over as well 😭😭

I know people like Battinson (or Robat Battinbat, as some call him) and want him to stay this weird little creepy gremlin man.

And, sure, that’s great and all—BUT, I really want him to develop Brucie Wayne because the fact that Battinson needs to create an entire fake person so that people who see him won’t find him skin-crawlingly awkward is very appealing to me.

Also, he should definitely go about it like “how do rich people act?????” and binge watch a bunch of Real Housewives of New Jersey for inspiration.

(Okay I might just want Battinson to have the Making it Wayne Brucie persona, I APOLOGIZE for nothing!!!)

Okay hear me out…

Battinson but everyone else is Muppets.

—Kermit is Commissioner Gordon.

—Statler and Waldorf are Alfred.

—Robin, Kermit’s canonical nephew, obviously gets to be introduced as Dick Grayson, Robin. (Yes, he is still dramatically adopted by Human Man Bruce Wayne.)

—Miss Piggy is Catwoman.

—Due to a casting mix-up, Gonzo is also Catwoman.

—Fozzie Bear starts out as The Joker…until he reads the script and learns he’s a bad guy.

—So then he decides to be The Comedian! Can’t be anything bad about a guy like that, right??

—But Kermit’s like “no trust me you don’t wanna be him”…

—So Fozzie gives up and is also Catwoman.

So by now the battle for Who Gets To Be The Real Catwoman has taken over the entire movie.

RPattz has seen script rewrites done by Miss Piggy and, realizing that Catwoman has become THE star of the movie, has also put in his hat for the Catwoman role. (He holds up reviews saying he looks like a Sad Wet Cat to prove that he has Cat-energy.)

At the end of the movie, there’s a dramatic confrontation (Kermit has taken over the role of Batman, btw, since RPattz is now fully dedicated to Catwoman), eventually with the moral that it doesn’t matter which version of the character is “Best,” they ALL have something to bring to the table.

And everyone learns a valuable lesson…except for Miss Piggy who blows up the other Catwomen (possibly yelling something like “SAYONARA SUCKERS!!!”). And then Kermit’s like, “…okay. I guess…I guess you’re the definitive Catwoman then.”

Miss Piggy: “thank you, Kermy, I mean, BaaAAAtmaaaan. Now. Let’s talk solo movies.”

After the credits there’s a scene where the other Catwomen are in a hospital in body casts watching a trailer for the new Batman And Catwoman movie. There are hints of a team-up…but they have to get out of the hospital first.
