do you have any wishlist rp dynamics/scenarios you want to explore with 02 or 04?

i so desperately want 02 to fucking MAIM someone. he's the squishy backline scientist and has been for so long--to the point where i cannot recall if exactly he's ever won a fight with someone else? his loss to pestilence has shattered his confidence too, to the point that he's begun to see himself as worthless. i think he deserves to kill just this once :)

i want more horror stuff with 02! i'm getting it lowkey with hearty ( @unmaskedchimera ) and ru and 02's exploration of the KASMAR HQ building, but 02 is built less for longform fights with gods and more for violent personal 1 on 1 scraps in a survival horror scenario like that.

(Outside of the timeline of rp ESPECIALLY so, but most of his biggest fuckups started when he was a teenager and child and the consequences rolled from there, so .. y'know.

In rp, I'm not sure! For his own sake and the sake of other muses I absolutely have had moments of wanting to shake the hell out of him for being a fool, but there's not anything I can think of that I regret regarding that!

There are definitely times where he's blown up on characters undeservedly because of associations (most blatantly that he's VERY, even violently anti-police/enforcer of the state) and Caused Some Problems that way that were way out of proportion.

There are also a lot of times where he's allowed himself to get roped into or forgiven some extremely questionable activities because he will do so stupid much just to please someone. If something is presented to him in the right way, his people pleasing nature can be dangerous. So that’s VERY SILLY and often frustrating of him, but you know.. Fun)

i mean there's a lot of shit jean's done wrong but nothing jumps to mind that i'd change. idk whether that's because i'm very comfortable with being wildly inconsistent and retconning things (usually things that only affect jean, i don't want to change shit if it affects other people's characters) when they no longer fit right into his narrative.

i might want to formally erase some of the more significant magic anons he got back in the day from his plot. i've also kinda briefly wished he'd never backed himself into a corner leading him to just...having a guy hostage in his basement for 6 months with no plans to either kill him or let him go, because it's kinda dumb and never went anywhere, but also i think it's a good look at how jean does some very stupid thoughtless stuff when he acts on impulse and then panics about it.

   So this was sentience. Obviously being that she’d been active for like, three days, Sayu obviously didn’t have many expectations going into this, but... it is odd all the same. The only memories Sayu has other than her first day were given to her, memories of being... piloted, in a sense? Of being simply an avatar for her four creators, and... the... the fish body.

She’s only been sentient a few days, and she’s already trying to block out horrible memories.

I suppose you think yourself 'edgy.’ well, you’re not. bats aren’t edgy. their scientific term is chiroptera, which literally translates into ‘hand wing.’ they are ugly, inferior creatures which find their way around by screaming at things. that places them at just barely more advanced than most full-grown humans. they even share their living spaces like humans do. pitiful.

I know I’m fixating on the bats, but that’s only because there isn’t much to say about cauldrons. they’re just little pots used for cooking digestible substances so humans can absorb them. at least bats don’t need to cook their sustenance. they just eat moths out of the air. or drink nectar. or horse blood.

Oh absolutely! Airin is the master of action first, think later, and thus he makes many, MANY awful mistakes. Can be to little stuff like pouncing on people and hurting them on accident, or making bigger mistakes that results in strained relationships. He uses his silliness / sassiness as a shield to hide his real thought processes and inputs. Since he really does want to stop making such ignorant decisions, so he finds playing dumb is the best route to take.

And I don't approve that method either! It leads to more lies and deception, the very things he's trying to avoid.

honestly it's been long enough and i've done so much shit with him that i don't have much that comes to mind. he spent the first few years of his existence (ie until the beginning of last year) being very horrible evil remorseless bastard so really i should be tired of evil jean but i'm Not. i Love it.

all his canon partners have been either morally grey or good people though so i'd probably want to explore a timeline in which his partner is also very horrible evil remorseless bastard and they commit heinous crimes together.
