Okay. Full disclosure, I am a fish owner. (I have consulted my partner because this was a phenomenon I was not aware of)

Conclusions: Ace/Titus are the most protective dogs, especially because their owners are so often nursing injuries/stressed so upon first meeting an S.O. they'd likely bark and get jealous, Ace especially (helps to have a superpowered SO).

Titus would also be a very protective Dane but would warm to the person over time and would try to get in on the love (get cuddles from both).

My Pokemon-DC crossover au thing that still doesn't have a name. I am taking ideas for that, but not the focus of mine at the moment. Wrote a little blurb here if you want to know more about what this Au is.

But pretty much Pokemon are a Gotham thing thanks to the chemicals and magic is the very simplified premise. And the batclan lean into the fact that everything is mutated to the point where people believe they're some sort of humans or creations of Gotham itself mutated and brought to life. You with me so far? Good.

I am completely stumped on a few parts of this au.

(A) Should they be straight up slightly mutated themselves or is it all a trick & perhaps a hint of magic (B) What pokemon do they each take inspiration from as their whole Totally-Not-Humans vigilante schtick (C) Is there anyone in the know within the league or does Batman just completely forget to mention it after so long (the whole belief Gotham has about the bats, not the pokemon in general lol) (D) How creepy does anyone care for the batfamily being towards outsiders (E) I've already figured out what pets are now pokemon, but should they have a few other pets as well

I like to think Damian takes his pets on adventures though Gotham & he puts the smaller ones in a red wagon and is basically a tour guide for them.

I know we have strong opinions about Tiktok here but apparently today a lot of users are doing Gotham City role play and it's honestly the most fun I've had since I was part of a Ba Sing Se Citizen roleplay like...12 years ago.

So an age reduction thing happens and the batkids are all little. This all goes as you might expect, chaos throughout the manner and Bruce is exhausted with Alfred being the only one that can get them to all behave at the same time.

However, one thing you might not have thought of is that the batpets are all reduced too. Puppy Ace plays with the kids all day, but curls up to Bruce in the study after bedtime. Damian sneaks little calf Batcow into his room. Alfred the cat, now kitten, slinks though the various rooms to nap with each little batkid throughout the night. And so on.

some of these are pretty old, but i still like em all! drawing in this style’s tedious but super super fun. expect to see more of it in the future hopefully?
