okay. im a perfume nerd and i just can’t get this out of my head and these are all my own little brainworms so 🤪
perfume scents that every man in the 141 loves.
price is a classy man. but i also think he isn’t a huge fan of anything strong — he likes how you smell naturally. anything light, airy, a little floral but not like grandma rose perfume floral. price is the type of guy i see having fresh laundry scented candles in his house and a “fresh and clean” air freshener for his car. this man is tired and approaching middle age and he just wants his shit to smell good. including you. i hc something along the lines of maison margiela replica’s lazy sunday morning edt, glossier’s you edp, dedcool’s fragrance 03 blonde edp. for something more recognizable, gingham and sweet pea from bath & body works.
i feel like he’d also like chanel no. 5 just because of the name. his mum wore it. it’s sentimental for him.
notes: crisp fruits (pear, apple), light floral (jasmine, rose, lily of the valley, lilac), light musk, milk
gaz loves when you smell like a cashmere sweater. warm, sweet, but soft and homey. he wants to come home and just sit there and sniff you because you smell like a warm hug after a long day (it makes sense in my head okay). he’s the type to come along to sephora and ulta and hold the bottle while you spray the testers and he’ll tell you if something smells good (everything smells good, he likes seeing you smile & he’s paying anyway). philosophys fresh cream edp, ariana grande’s cloud intense edp, byredo’s slow dance edp, and skylar’s fall cashmere edp are all scents i think he’d love. i also feel like ivory cashmere from bath & body works is a given.
notes: almond, warm vanilla, berries (juniper, cranberry), cinnamon bark, sandalwood, light musk
johnny. johnny is a man of taste, okay? this man loves a unisex fragrance. (they all do. but like. johnny truly just loves a scent that is just a scent. no feminine or masculine packaging.) literally anything that smells good has his paws all over you. i feel like he’s a woody, earthy scents kind of guy. just smell like a forest and he’s head over heels. like le labo’s santal 33 edp, tom ford’s oud minerale edp, zodica perfumery’s eau de dallas edp, dossier’s ambery saffron and woody oakmoss edp. mahogany teakwood & into the stars from b&bw will also get this man’s heart rate wild.
notes: bergamot, oud, amber, musk, sandalwood, cedarwood, spices (cardamom, ginger), fir balsam
simon is a gourmand man. change my mind (you can’t). this man will get a whiff and have to stop himself from nibbling on you like a cat. or he doesn’t. you just smell too good, love. i don’t think he has a specific preference in terms of general scent, but anything that smells yummy has him drooling. sweet, warm, similar to gaz but more in the food direction than the cozy warm direction. i think le monde gourmand’s crème vanille edp, kayali’s yum pistachio gelato intense edp, billie eilish’s eilish 1.0 edp, sol de janiero’s brazilian crush cheirosa '71 fragrance mist. sweet whiskey and viva vanilla from b&bw are also delicious to layer with.
notes: gourmand (warm vanilla, brown sugar, marshmallow, caramel), amber (and ambery musk), florals (jasmine, orange blossom), nutty (almond, hazelnut, pistachio)
sorry simon’s scent notes are so long gourmand fragrances just have so many and they all smell good

What She Smells Like 🪷
WOMEN LOVERS COME GET Y'ALL FOOD!!!
CW: suggestive, mentions of polyamory, gn reader, not proofread.
(A/N @ the bottom)
Kitana
-lotus flower, cherry blossom, rose
* Kitana's fragrance is a comforting mixture of various native Edenian plants, as she spends most of her free time frolicking in the palace gardens. Every night she is greeted with a warm, steaming bath, littered with petals from her favourite flower. She loves nothing more than soaking in the essences of her homeland, feeling connected to both herself and nature.
* When she's on duty serving her sister, the leather from her armour overwhelmingly distracts from her natural scent. She found a way to kombat this by leaving small flowers in her pockets and spritzing on the perfume she made between each break.
* When you're not around, she misses your scent more than anything. She'll steal one of your shirts and cuddle with it until she falls asleep. She has gotten too used to you being around, and it devastates her everytime you leave.
* Because of this, you leave behind a bottle of your perfume for Kitana each time you know you will be gone for a long period of time. She is slightly embarrassed when she finds out you know about her habits, but is grateful for your thoughtfulness.
Mileena
-dark cherry
* Smells like you/Tanya let's be honest
* She tries her best to maintain a consistent scent by using various products, ranging from perfumes to body creams to lip gloss!
* Her scent may be a little overwhelming at times, but with the amount of running around she does it tends to wear off throughout the day.
* She sweats quite often, especially during training. Neither you or Tanya seem to mind, expressing that you both love her no matter how smelly she is after training 😆
Sindel
-lavender, sage
* She bathes in various flowers, similar to Kitana.
* During the mourning period of her late husband, she would burn many plants in his honour. She did this so often that the smoke would rub off on her, following her throughout the day.
* When she's feeling down, she allows her daughters to braid flowers into her hair, the aroma complimenting her feminine aura.
* Just like Kitana , she craves your scent whenever you aren't around.
* When Jerrod returns as Ermac, she is overjoyed. She now gets to revel in the warmth of her lovers, appreciating each of your unique scents.
Li Mei
-lavender
* Li Mei learned all of her beauty tips from Sindel, including proper perfume application.
* Sindel gifted her with a vial of lavender perfume from her personal collection for her to sneak into the Umgadi inner sanctum, although she never used it ...
* That was until she was disgraced, and she deeply missed the smell of her empress. She wore it as frequently as possible, and as she climbed her way up the ranks to First Constable, she was able to afford as many bottles of liquid lavender as she desired.
* To you, it was simply the scent she enjoyed. But to her, it was a reminder to whom she serves, and the memories she had lost along the way.
Tanya
-Almond, vanilla, coconut
*The Umgadi are strict on cleanliness, but not so much on luxuries such as perfumes or scented creams. It borders on the line of vanity, which they frown upon. Fortunately, Edenian women tend to value their hair above any other beauty aspect, a trend indirectly started by Empress Sindel.
*The Umgadi embrace this tradition, and allow for the sisters to indulge in frequent haircare, as long as it does not distract from their duties.
*Tanya takes advantage of this. She not only wants to look, but to smell good for both you and Mileena. She works scented oils into her hair, perhaps a bit more than what she actually needs, but anything to make an impression on her lovers. And if you're lucky enough to get some alone time together, she'll let you do it for her, as well as returning the favour.
*Begins to smell like you/Mileena if she's around you long enough.
Ashrah
-dragons blood, rose
* Demons emit a strong musk depending on their mood.
* When she's happy, she'll smell of dragons blood and roses, which is the one you are most accustomed to, seeing as your presence brings her joy.
* When sad, she smells of rain and moss. It is your least favourite scent for this reason...
* When she's lustful, she'll smell of cinnamon and other spices. You and Syzoth are the only ones to have witnessed such a scent.
Nitara
-blood orange, amber
* Despite what you may think, Vaternians care quite a bit about the way they smell, as they are always seeking a potential mate.
* Although, these scents will usually consist of things that attract their own kind, such as human blood.
* But for you? She goes the extra mile. Bathing herself with citrus, spending the few coins she has on exotic Sun Do spices to rub into her clothes, and even changing her diet to animal blood as to not attract others. You are the only mate she desires.
Khameleon
-Tea tree, peppermint, coconut
* Like Tanya, she takes advantage of this loophole. Before she met you, she never really paid attention to how she smelled. The only requirement was that she was clean and presentable in the eyes of the royal family.
* When the two of you started seeing each other, she started to notice little things she normally wouldn't in other people. Your scent, the way you breathe, the way your heart beats fast when she lay on your chest during those rare private moments-- she noticed it all.
* All she wanted was for you to see her the way she sees you, so she goes to Tanya for advice. Now, the girls pamper their hair together, giving each other knowing looks as they do so.
🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷
A/N: Hope this was alright, lemme know your thoughts and whether you agree with my choices or not!!! I am open to constructive criticism :)

Rolling out of bed at what I thought was around six in the morning, I began to get dressed and prepare myself for how anxious the airport was going to make me. I’d never been a good flier, especially on flights that lasted longer than a couple of hours. Today, I was set to leave on a 9 hour and 50 minute flight from Columbus, Ohio to London at 10am. This trip was my gift to myself. I’d always wanted to go to London and do every lame tourist activity that I’d always seen in the movies. I wanted to stand outside the gates at Buckingham Palace, attend a service at Westminster Abbey, take a ride on the London Eye, maybe even fall in love with an adorable English man and never go back home to Ohio. I’d been saving for this trip since I got my first job at fifteen. I’d imagine what it felt like to walk through Hyde Park and see a play on the west end while I scooped an ungodly amount of ice cream for strangers.
The hardest part is surviving the flight there. I made sure to get up insanely early and have some me-time before the flight to try and relax myself as much as possible. After fixing myself a cup of coffee and scrolling through my phone for a solid 15 minutes or so, I decided to take a hot shower. This would be an everything shower, seeing that there's no way I could bring along my arsenal of bath products. But I let myself take it slow. After I finished washing and conditioning my hair, I shaved, scrubbed, and exfoliated every inch of my body. I loved the way it felt to be clean and smooth. Especially clean. I had to be clean to feel like my best self and I had to feel like my best self to be relaxed enough to not have an absolute meltdown on this almost ten hour flight I was scheduled to be on.
By 7:30, I was all ready to go with an uber waiting outside to take me to the airport. I had two weeks worth of clothes, my favorite blanket and pillow in my carry-on, and most importantly, my anti-anxiety medication for when I inevitably begin to panic as soon as the plane door shuts. I was anxious, but also so overwhelmingly excited. I wasn’t going to let my anxiety stand in the way of the trip I’ve been fantasizing about for almost ten years. Not when I was so close.
Flying wasn’t a new experience to me. There’d been plenty of times when I was a kid that I went on flights with my family, mostly to visit my grandparents in Florida. But this was different. This was around the world. Flying to London also meant going through customs, which was an entirely foreign concept to me. But I was there and I was ready. First things first, I thought to myself as I made my way to my gate after going through TSA, a snack. I bought a latte and a ridiculously overpriced bag of chips and made my way back to my gate to get comfortable. I still had about 30 minutes until my flight was supposed to begin boarding, so I put on my headphones and played some soft music on my phone. Everything was going to be okay, I kept telling myself. It is so incredibly unlikely that my plane is going to crash, I just need to keep myself distracted and everything will be just fine.
Those 30 minutes went by faster than I expected, and it was time to board. I gathered my things and made my way to the gate.
“Excuse me! I think you left this behind.” I turned around to the most beautiful face I think I’ve ever seen. Beautiful blue eyes, thin, almond-shaped eyes and a jawline that was so perfectly sculpted. In a hurry to board, I’d left behind my carry-on bag that contained all my essentials. Phone charger, comfort pillow and blanket and anti-anxiety meds.
“Oh, thank you so much!” And then I thought about it. “How’d you know it was mine?” I asked the handsome stranger.
“Oh, it just seems to match the rest of your luggage, I guess.” I had a sense that he’d maybe looked my way a couple of times while also waiting to board the plane. Even if I was being totally delusional, it was a nice confidence boost to assume that’s what happened.
“Right! Well thank you. You boarding this flight too?”
“Yeah, actually. After you.” He motioned in the direction of the gate attendant waiting patiently for us both to present our boarding pass and board the plane. Without looking behind me, I walked past the gate and down the long hallway to board the plane into business class to find my seat. I splurged a little and went one step past economy class. I had a lot of time to plan and save, you see. As I settled into my seat, I popped an anti-anxiety pill immediately. If I needed to later, I was also going to take a sleeping pill to hopefully make the flight go as fast as possible. As I was taking my pillow and blanket out of my bag to get comfy and settle in for the long plane ride ahead of me, I looked up to see that gorgeous stranger again.
“Looks like we’ll be getting to know each other a little better.” He smiles as he sits down in the seat right next to mine. He’s so close I can smell his expensive cologne and I wonder how I got so lucky.
“I’m Mike, by the way.”

Random question, but what do you use to make your feet so soft?
So I haven’t addressed this before as it embarrassed me, but I’ve been fighting these pesky calluses on my big toes since I joined Tumblr in 2016. It was earlier this year when I’ve finally banished them!
For the calluses:
I would coat the calluses in a light layer of Dr. Scholl’s Liquid Corn and Callus Remover, and let that dry for 6 minutes.
Then I would lather my feet (mostly the callused areas) with Eucerin foot cream, as it has lactic acid and urea in it. Both help exfoliate and shed dead skin! In the States, AmLactin is recommended!
I would reapply the Eucerin cream at night before bed and sleep with socks on. Within the week, another layer of my calluses would peel right off! (So satisfying!)
Rinse and repeat until calluses are gone!
For soft feet:
I ordered this foot file off of Amazon! Great for removing dead skin, and filing down calluses!
I also use Dove Exfoliating Body Polish (I have the Crushed Almond + Mango Butter one) for exfoliating!
I use Lubriderm Advanced Therapy and Jergens Ultra Care Restoring Argan Moisturizer as my daily lotions! I like to lather my feet with these lotions after a shower and/or after exfoliating!
I like to take baths with epson salts too as the added benefit is softening skin (and great for relaxing muscles, especially if you work out)!
An extra, if I’m lounging at home, I like to throw on a pair of thick socks and wear my slippers so my feet are extra cushioned and stay warm!

The only everything shower routine you’ll ever need ౨ৎ
Pre shower
Hair -
Scalp oiling: use a store bought scalp oil or make your own. Cover hair with cling film to stop dust and dirt while it stays in your hair for 2-4 hours.
Rosemary water: boil rosemary in water for 20 minutes and allow to cool before straining into a spray bottle.
Scalp massage: massage scalp for at least 20 minutes once scalp oil is applied, increases blood circulation which helps hair growth.
Face -w
Flaxseed mask: mix 1/2 flaxseeds with 3 cups water, bring to a boil until thick while continuously stirring then put into a container to cool. Apply to face once cool and leave until dried, around an hour.
Shape eyebrows: pluck eyebrows, if wanted use dye to define them further.
Hands and feet-
Foot spa: if you don’t have a foot spa fill a bowl with hot water, add bath salts and essential oil for scent and extra benefits
Remove any nail polish
Shape and file nails
Scrub feet: use pumice stone or another tool, then afterwards a body/foot scrub.
Body -
Dry brush: start from the bottom of your body and work you way up. Promotes blood circulation and exfoliates giving you smooth skin.
During shower
Hair -
Double shampoo: double shampoo when scalp oiling to properly cleanse scalp of oil.
Hair mask: while the hair mask sits in your hair for 10+ minutes it’s a good time to gua sha your face.
Conditioner
Face -
Gua sha: open lymph nodes, go through a gua shaing routine, then drain lymph nodes. There are lots of tutorials online to follow. I gua sha in the shower with a face wash and water. Never gua sha on dry skin it damages your skin barrier and causes premature aging, if you skin starts to feel like it’s pulling add more moisture.
Face wash
Body -
Exfoliate: use a glove, net or other exfoliating tool to exfoliate body.
Body scrub
Body wash
Shave (if wanted): use a sharp razor, blunt razors can cause razor bumps. Shave with a cream or wash, never on skin alone.
After shower
Face -
Face mask
Skincare: if you have products that you only use every so often this is a good time to use them as an extra treat.
Eye mask
Lip scrub: make your own with sugar, honey and coconut oil or use a store bought one.
Lip balm/moisturiser
Eyelash and eyebrow oil/serum: castor oil works great for me.
Body -
Body oil: apply a scented body oil straight out of shower while skin is still damp.
Moisturize: moisturise entire body.
Hair -
Leave in conditioner: depending on hair type the amount will vary, if you have straighter hair add very little and only to the ends to prevent greasiness.
Hair oil: once hair is completely dry warm a tiny amount of hair oil in your palms (hair oil is not the same as scalp oil!) rub into the very ends of your hair to help with split ends, shine and dryness
Hands and feet -
Paint nails
Cuticle oil: apply either bought cuticle oil or another skin oil such as almond oil or coconut oil to cuticles of hands and feet after nail polish is dry.
Moisturize: moisture both hands and feet, add vaseline to feet on top and put on socks to help absorption
Extras
Layer scents: mix and match the scents body washes, scrubs, hair products and moisturisers to create your personal scent. For example fruity, warm and spicy, vanilla, etc.
Pick products for your concerns: curate your products to your skin and hair concerns. Use a more moisturising lotion is your skin is dry, use a repairing shampoo if your hair is damaged, etc.
The best time to do an everything shower is on reset days, although it’s a great way to end and start the week these don’t have to be on Sundays. Of course everything showers can be done whenever you feel like relaxing and giving yourself some love.

A Step-by-Step Guide to Using a Body Scrub Effectively
Using a body scrub is a simple yet powerful way to keep your skin looking fresh and healthy. A body scrub helps remove dead skin cells, unclogs pores, and leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. If you’ve ever wondered how to get the most out of your body scrub, this step-by-step guide will show you how. Whether you’re at home or at a saloon in Leno, following these steps will make sure you enjoy all the benefits of a full body scrub.
Step 1: Choose the Right Body Scrub
Before starting, it’s important to pick a body scrub that’s suitable for your skin type. There are different scrubs for dry, sensitive, or oily skin. Some body scrubs contain ingredients like sugar, salt, or ground coffee, while others have moisturizing oils like coconut or almond oil. If you’re unsure which one to pick, try visiting a saloon in Leno for professional advice.
For a spa-like experience, you can also consider getting a full body scrub in Manerbio. Professional salons often have a range of scrubs to choose from and can recommend one that’s perfect for you.
Step 2: Prepare Your Skin
The best time to use a body scrub is during a shower or bath. The warm water will open up your pores, making it easier to exfoliate. Begin by rinsing your body with water for a few minutes. This helps soften the skin, making it ready for the scrub. Do not apply soap or body wash just yet, as it can remove the natural oils that help the scrub work better.
Step 3: Apply the Body Scrub
Scoop out a small amount of body scrub with your fingers or a loofah. Start by applying it to one part of your body at a time, like your arms or legs. Gently rub the scrub onto your skin in circular motions. This helps to increase blood flow and exfoliate the skin effectively. Focus on areas that tend to be rougher, like elbows, knees, and feet, but don’t apply too much pressure.
Be gentle, especially if your skin is sensitive. Scrubbing too hard can cause irritation or redness. If you’re unsure about the right technique, getting a full body scrub in Manerbio can give you a chance to see how the professionals do it.
Step 4: Massage for a Few Minutes
Continue to massage the body scrub into your skin for 2-3 minutes on each section. This ensures that the scrub has time to remove dead skin cells and unclog your pores. The circular motions will also help to increase circulation, leaving your skin glowing.
If you’re using a scrub with essential oils, like lavender or eucalyptus, take a moment to enjoy the relaxing aroma. It can turn your shower into a mini spa experience!
Step 5: Rinse Off the Scrub
Once you’ve massaged the scrub into your skin, rinse it off thoroughly with warm water. Make sure there’s no residue left behind, as this can clog pores or cause your skin to feel greasy. As you rinse, you’ll immediately notice how soft and smooth your skin feels.
Step 6: Moisturize
After exfoliating, your skin will be more receptive to moisture. Pat your skin dry with a towel (avoid rubbing too harshly) and apply a body lotion or oil to lock in hydration. Exfoliating can sometimes strip your skin of its natural oils, so moisturizing is a crucial step to keep your skin soft and smooth.
If you’ve visited a saloon in Leno for a body scrub, they may apply a hydrating cream as part of the service. This leaves your skin feeling refreshed and nourished for days to come.
Step 7: How Often Should You Exfoliate?
While exfoliating is great for your skin, doing it too often can cause irritation. For most skin types, using a body scrub 2-3 times a week is enough. If you have sensitive skin, once a week may be more suitable. It’s important to listen to your skin and adjust your routine if you notice any signs of irritation or dryness.
For those looking for a more luxurious experience, booking a full body scrub in Manerbio is an excellent option. A professional scrub can deeply exfoliate your skin and provide a relaxing, rejuvenating experience.
Conclusion
Using a body scrub effectively is easy and can make a big difference in how your skin looks and feels. By following these simple steps, you’ll enjoy softer, smoother, and healthier skin. Remember to choose the right scrub, exfoliate gently, and moisturize afterward. And if you want to take it a step further, consider treating yourself to a full body scrub in Manerbio or visiting a saloon in Leno for a professional touch. Your skin will thank you!

Unlocking the Secrets of Moisturizing Body Lotions: A Comprehensive Guide for India
In a bustling world where the daily grind often leaves us neglecting self-care, a simple yet essential practice like moisturizing can easily slip through the cracks. However, with the myriad of options available in the Indian market, finding the perfect moisturizing body lotion tailored to your skin's needs has never been easier. Let's delve into the world of moisturizing body lotions, uncovering their benefits, key ingredients, and top picks for the discerning consumer in India.
Tumblr media
Moisturizing body lotions play a vital role in maintaining healthy, hydrated skin. With India's diverse climate and varying skin types, it's crucial to choose a lotion that not only provides ample hydration but also addresses specific concerns such as dryness, sensitivity, or oiliness. Whether you're combating the harsh effects of pollution in urban areas or seeking relief from the scorching heat, the right moisturizer can be a game-changer in your skincare routine.
When navigating the plethora of options available, it's essential to consider the ingredients that make up your chosen moisturizer. Look for formulations enriched with nourishing components such as hyaluronic acid, shea butter, glycerin, and natural oils like coconut or almond. These ingredients work in harmony to replenish moisture levels, strengthen the skin barrier, and impart a soft, supple texture to your skin.
In the vibrant Indian market, several brands have gained recognition for their exceptional moisturizing body lotions. From household names to niche offerings, there's something for every preference and budget. Brands like Himalaya, Nivea, Dove, and VLCC offer a diverse range of lotions catering to different skin types and concerns. Whether you prefer lightweight formulas for everyday use or indulgent creams for intensive hydration, these brands have you covered.
In addition to established brands, the rise of natural and organic skincare has paved the way for innovative products that harness the power of botanicals and traditional ingredients. Indian brands like Forest Essentials, Kama Ayurveda, and Khadi Naturals blend age-old wisdom with modern science to create luxurious moisturizers infused with herbs, spices, and essential oils. These formulations not only nourish the skin but also evoke a sense of wellness and rejuvenation.
When incorporating moisturizing body lotions into your beauty routine, consistency is key. Make it a habit to apply lotion immediately after showering or bathing, when your skin is still damp, to lock in moisture effectively. Nourish Naturally: The Beauty of Certified Organic Non-Soy Glycerin
Understanding Certified Organic Non-Soy Glycerin
Certified organic non-soy glycerin is derived from vegetable oils and is commonly used as a humectant in skincare formulations. Unlike conventional glycerin derived from soy, certified organic non-soy glycerin is sourced from non-GMO, organic plant sources, making it a preferred choice for individuals seeking natural and sustainable skincare options. This transparent, odorless liquid is prized for its ability to attract moisture to the skin, leaving it soft, supple, and hydrated.
Tumblr media
The Benefits of Certified Organic Non-Soy Glycerin for Skin
Certified organic non-soy glycerin offers a myriad of benefits for skin health and appearance, including:
Intense Hydration: Glycerin is a humectant, meaning it draws moisture from the environment into the skin, helping to keep it hydrated and plump. This makes it particularly beneficial for dry, dehydrated skin types.
Barrier Repair: Glycerin helps strengthen the skin's natural moisture barrier, reducing transepidermal water loss and protecting against environmental stressors. It helps maintain optimal moisture levels in the skin, preventing dryness and irritation.
Soothing Properties: Glycerin has soothing and calming properties that can help alleviate dryness, itching, and inflammation. It is suitable for sensitive skin and can help soothe conditions like eczema and dermatitis.
Enhanced Absorption of Active Ingredients: Glycerin enhances the penetration and absorption of other active ingredients in skincare products, allowing them to work more effectively. It acts as a carrier, delivering nutrients deep into the skin for maximum benefit.
Non-Comedogenic: Glycerin is non-comedogenic, meaning it does not clog pores or contribute to acne breakouts. It is suitable for all skin types, including oily and acne-prone skin, as it provides hydration without greasiness.
Incorporating Certified Organic Non-Soy Glycerin into Your Skincare Routine
Adding certified organic non-soy glycerin to your skincare routine is simple and versatile. Here are some ways to incorporate this nourishing ingredient into your daily regimen:
Hydrating Facial Mist: Mix certified organic non-soy glycerin with distilled water or floral hydrosols to create a hydrating facial mist. Spritz it onto clean skin throughout the day to refresh and hydrate.
Moisturizing Serum: Combine certified organic non-soy glycerin with other hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, and botanical extracts to create a moisturizing serum. Apply it to damp skin before your moisturizer for an extra boost of hydration.
DIY Face Masks: Incorporate certified organic non-soy glycerin into homemade face masks to replenish moisture and soothe the skin. Mix it with ingredients like honey, yogurt, or mashed avocado for a hydrating treat.
Body Lotion or Cream: Add certified organic non-soy glycerin to your favorite body lotion or cream to enhance its moisturizing properties. Apply it generously to damp skin after bathing to lock in moisture and keep your skin soft and smooth.
Hand and Nail Care: Create a nourishing hand and nail treatment by mixing certified organic non-soy glycerin with moisturizing oils like jojoba or almond oil. Massage it into your hands and nails before bedtime for overnight hydration.
Conclusion
Certified organic non-soy glycerin is a beauty powerhouse that offers unparalleled hydration and nourishment for the skin. Its natural and sustainable origins make it a preferred choice for eco-conscious consumers seeking effective skincare solutions. By incorporating Certified Organic Non Soy Glycerin into your skincare routine, you can enjoy the benefits of softer, smoother, and more radiant skin. Whether used alone or in combination with other skincare ingredients, glycerin is sure to become a staple in your quest for healthy and glowing skin, naturally.

Unlocking Radiant Skin: The Ultimate Guide to Body Moisturizers
In the realm of skincare, Body Moisturizers stand as the unsung heroes, quietly nurturing our skin with their hydrating prowess. Often overshadowed by their facial counterparts, these humble products deserve a spotlight of their own. From combating dryness to enhancing skin's natural glow, the benefits they offer are manifold and essential for maintaining healthy, radiant skin.
The journey to silky-smooth skin begins with understanding the role of body moisturizers. Essentially, they serve as a protective barrier, sealing in moisture and preventing water loss, thereby maintaining skin hydration levels. With a myriad of formulations available, ranging from lotions and creams to oils and butters, choosing the right one can seem daunting. However, it ultimately boils down to individual preferences and specific skin needs.
For those with dry or sensitive skin, rich, creamy moisturizers packed with nourishing ingredients like shea butter, cocoa butter, or hyaluronic acid can work wonders. These formulations provide intense hydration, soothing parched skin and relieving discomfort. Meanwhile, lightweight lotions are ideal for normal to oily skin types, offering hydration without feeling heavy or greasy.
Beyond hydration, body moisturizers often boast additional benefits tailored to address various skin concerns. Antioxidant-rich formulas help combat environmental stressors and free radical damage, while those infused with vitamins and botanical extracts promote skin rejuvenation and renewal. Moreover, specialty moisturizers targeting specific areas such as elbows, knees, and feet provide extra care for rough, calloused skin, restoring softness and suppleness.
When it comes to application, technique matters. To maximize effectiveness, it's crucial to apply body moisturizers on damp skin, preferably after showering or bathing. This allows for better absorption, trapping moisture and sealing it into the skin. Gently massage the product in circular motions, focusing on areas prone to dryness, until fully absorbed. Don't forget neglected areas like elbows, knees, and heels, which often require extra attention.
Incorporating body moisturizers into a daily skincare routine yields visible results over time. Consistency is key, as regular use helps maintain skin elasticity, prevent premature aging, and promote a radiant complexion. Additionally, incorporating exfoliation into the regimen helps slough off dead skin cells, allowing moisturizers to penetrate deeper and work more effectively.
As seasons change, so do skin needs. Transitioning from lightweight lotions to richer creams during colder months helps combat dryness and protect against harsh environmental conditions. Conversely, lighter formulations are preferred in warmer weather to prevent excessive greasiness and clogged pores. Adapting skincare routines accordingly ensures year-round skin health and vitality.
While commercial body moisturizers abound, DIY alternatives offer a natural, customizable approach. Ingredients like coconut oil, almond oil, and essential oils can be blended to create personalized moisturizing concoctions, tailored to individual preferences and skin sensitivities. Not only do these homemade remedies nourish the skin, but they also provide a therapeutic sensory experience, indulging the senses with their aromatic allure.
In conclusion, body moisturizers are indispensable allies in the quest for radiant, healthy skin. From combating dryness and roughness to enhancing overall skin tone and texture, their benefits extend far beyond mere hydration. By understanding individual skin needs, choosing the right formulation, and incorporating them into a consistent skincare routine, achieving silky-smooth skin becomes an attainable reality. So, embrace the ritual of moisturizing and unlock the secret to luminous, supple skin that radiates with vitality and youthfulness.

Bay Leaf Anti-Aging Massage Cream: A Homemade Recipe for Youthful Skin
Bay leaves are a staple in kitchens and are used to enhance the flavor of soups, stews, and curries. You may not be aware, though, that they also offer some amazing benefits for your appearance. Bay leaves include essential oils, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory compounds that can help to improve the appearance of your skin. One way to employ bay leaves for cosmetic purposes is to make your own massage cream that fights aging. This cream is easy to make and may be tailored to your specific skin type.
Ingredients:
5–6 dried bay leaves 1/2 cup almond oil (or any carrier oil of your choice) 1–2 tablespoons shea butter 1 tablespoon beeswax 10–15 drops of essential oil (optional for fragrance and added benefits)
Instructions:
In order to liberate the aromatic oils that are the key to the bay leaves' skincare magic, begin by crushing the dried bay leaves. You may either use a mortar and pestle to smash them or just crumble them by hand.
Tumblr media
2. Blending almond oil and crushed or powdered bay leaves requires the use of a double boiler or a heat-resistant bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water. Infuse the ingredients gradually for 20 to 30 minutes, being careful not to let the oil boil.
Tumblr media
3. After the infusion has ended, filter the oil to remove any remaining bay leaf slivers. You'll be left with an oil that has absorbed the leaf's fragrance. Don't forget that if you wish to preserve the remaining bits of bay leaf in the oil, you don't have to remove them.
4. After the shea butter and beeswax have warmed up, the infused oil is added. Gently whisk the mixture until all of the ingredients are mixed and melted.
5. Now is the time to add 10 to 15 drops of your preferred essential oil if you want to create a captivating aroma. Lavender, rose, and chamomile are popular choices; however, if your nose and heart are drawn to a certain perfume, go with it.
6. Pour the liquid carefully into an uncontaminated, airtight container after allowing the fluid to cool and harden.
The Ritual of Self-Love: A Refreshing Massage
Rub your body with your personal Bay Leaf Anti-Aging Cream before bath or shower. Apply the right amount, then gently massage your skin in circular motions with your hands. This technique not only benefits your skin but also makes you feel relaxed.
Conclusion
It's not necessary to use harsh chemicals or pricey cosmetics in order to have young, healthy skin. The benefits of nature are vast, and bay leaves are just one of them. By making your own DIY Bay Leaf Body Massage Anti-Aging Cream, you can set out on a journey to discover your own natural beauty and the healing properties of basic, all-natural ingredients. Give your skin a treat with this fantastic pack and let nature's age-old elixir work its magic. Never forget that caring for your skin is more than simply a daily chore; it's an opportunity to show your love and gratitude for the beautiful body that supports us on our journeys through life.

LEENA SUKUMAR'S EXPERT INTERVIEW: ON WELL-BEING, HEALTH, BEAUTY, AND SKINCARE
According to Leena Sukumar of mySkin, "Healthy skin is achievable when you lead a healthy lifestyle and use the right products for your particular skin." She just had a conversation with us about how wellness, health, beauty, and skincare intersect. Continue reading to learn more about her must-have beauty products and a beauty misconception she wants to dispel.
1. What prior work experience do you have? In what ways has it helped you in your role at mySkin?
I have always had an interest for beauty products, wellness, and health. In terms of vietnamese nail supply schooling, I'm an engineer. I helped Motorola deploy cell phones all throughout the world before mySkin, so I was already quite accustomed with designing and providing consumers with high-quality products.
I was at the point in my career where I wanted to be a part of a tech company in the health and wellness industry after obtaining an MBA in Marketing and Strategy to complement my technical talents. The greatest organ of the human body, the skin, couldn't be accurately measured at the time, but the founders of mySkin had other ideas.
2. What makes mySkin's services outstanding and special?
Our offerings in the field of skincare diagnostics are unmatched. We have a very strong kiem nghia basis in medicine because the origin of our technology is in the diagnosis of melanoma and skin cancer. Our technology has been tested on thousands of people with a variety of skin types all over the world and has been shown to be successful against the gold standard of diagnostic instruments used in research labs within the skin care industry.
It is the first transdermal skin diagnostic system that uses visible spectrum light (not UV or IR light) to read beneath the skin's surface and provides you with additional information about the condition of your skin.
Tumblr media
3. What essential beauty items do you personally use?
I frequently utilize fresh kitchen products, such as veggies, yogurt, milk cream, gram flour, and lime juice, to make hydrating and nutrient-rich face masks. I do, however, keep some store-bought skincare items in my medicine cabinet, including tinted organic sunscreen by Marie Veronique, Dickenson's witch hazel for toning/cleansing, Keihl's Skin Brightening Exfoliator once a week to slough off dead skin cells (crucial especially in summer), and PCA skincare with retinol for use at night. My favorite oils are olive, almond, and jojoba. I use oils to keep my skin soft and moisturized. I use a fantastic acne treatment gel from VMW Hypoallergenics to address sporadic breakouts.
4. How crucial do you believe it is for people to practice regular skin care?
It is crucial, in my opinion. There are a few people I know who have wonderful skin despite not cleansing or moisturizing frequently, but they are the exception and have great genes and lead stress-free lives. For the opi bubble bath gel majority of us, as we age, the results of time, genes, and collagen breakdown will all be visible on our faces. Therefore, start early with a consistent skin care routine tailored to your skin type (cleanse, moisturize, and treat), and your efforts will be rewarded over time with fantastic outcomes.
