People have pointed out the similarities with Hatchetfield and Stranger Things, so it got me thinking; how would a crossover between them work?

That would honestly be the coolest thing ohmahgawd🥺

Imagine El and Hannah being psychic besties‼️And other duos like Steve and Ethan, Hopper and Tom, etc would be real fun🥺

The small town aspect would have made for a straight crossover where they just kinda travel there, (as in like if the Fosters took a wrong turn and ended up in Hawkins) if not for the 40 year time gap. So maybe this is where T'noy Karaxis, Hatchetfield's eldritch time god would come in?

As in through Ted or Stopwatch experimenting with their time powers and overshooting? Oh Miss Holloway and Uncle Wiley would still be there in the 80s too, so that would be interesting...

Also if not for Vecna, the Mindflayer would make for a fun Lord in Black. Before then it did seem like it was an elder god that just really hated those specific kids (very on brand with the Hatchetfield's eldritch gods lmao). Oh well, the Upside Down does still have a spider aesthetic going on, so maybe Webby, the Queen in White (Hannah's "imaginary" guardian) could play into it then? As in Vecna corrupted a part of her? Now that could definitely spark up a plotline 👀

There's also the multiverse aspect of Hatchetfield, which could definitely simplify the interactions of the tww towns. Maybe after the Yellow Jacket episode, Hannah's so mentally distraught that she accidentally opens up a portal to the Stranger Things timeline while she's in the car with Lex? Maybe they'd even crash into ST peep's car in the Meat Flayer chase or when Billy came rushing in the mall?

Or maybe one of the portals in ST season 4 lead to a Hatchetfield timeline?

That or one of the Russians' attempt at making a portal to the Upside Down instead lead the Black and White? Maybe one in the Siberian prison, and Hopper and the others uses it to escape instead of the helicopter, only to end up in the 21st century lmao
