Buzzfeed Unsolved Cinematic Universe Headcanons for Pride! (Ryan’s Personas Edition)

Ricky Goldsworth - Bisexual (male-leaning)

- He was sort of forced into Spanish Catholicism by his father, so when he figured out he was bi, he had very little remorse.

- Despite the risks of the time period, Ricky was an extremely charismatic man growing up and onwards. He dated girls and had short lived fling with guys.

- It wasn't long after he faked his death that Ricky met Banjo. They had a fling for a while, but it abruptly ended when Banjo got disowned.

- They met again later on and seeing all of Banjo's accomplishments on his own, Ricky gained a newfound respect for him and they became friends.

- Sometime after that while on one of his "jobs," Ricky met Tinsley. Against his better judgement, he decided that he was going to mess with the detective for a bit. Which turned into months, and then a year.

- He started seeing him more often; aiding him with cases he himself was curious about, nursing him back to health when he burned himself out, and even going as far as to introduce him to Banjo and Francesca.

- He thought his flirting was harmless, but he ended up falling for the detective just as hard.

Francesca Norris - Bisexual/Trans

- Fran was technically born Intersex, but was raised male. She never told anyone that she wasn't a boy growing up, but her father was such a kind person, when she

thinks back to her childhood, she likes to believe he wouldn't have minded.

- When he passed away, she was sent to an orphanage, but her files were missing, so she was able to convince them she was a girl. She started hormone treatment a year

in when Ricky and Night Night showed up. Night Night would go out on runs to retrieve it and Ricky would help her with the actual shots.

- She finally got surgery when she became a spy since they had more access to that technology.

- As a spy, she's pretty much dated a third of the women in her spy organisation (and a handful of women from rival organisations). She's never dated any of the men despite her bisexuality being fairly half and half. Most of them are narcissistic and unbearable, and she is not about that.

- Side note: a LOT of her former lovers are really bitter about her, despite Fran being the literal sweetest.

- She kind of thought Banjo was a joke when she first met him, but she quickly grew fond of the part of his charm that was genuine.

- Anyways, she and Banjo are absolutely a bi/pan power couple.

Night Night Bergara - Bisexual/Polyamorous

- He's definietly gone through a lot of boyfriend and girlfriends.

- You thought Ricky was the playboy? Surprise! It's him.

- Legs jokes sometimes that he's just bad at love, but the truth is that Night Night just can't separate the part of him that's a ruthless mob criminal from the touch

starved boy that just wants a meaningful relationship.

- He did actually meet a nice girl who works reception at the Night Night and Legs Law Firm who likes him back.

- And if you think for a moment that Night Night WON'T name their child after Legs, you are SORELY mistaken.

- Anyway, he really likes her and they're making it work, but Legs is always his top priority even if he loves them both equally.

Shyans don’t interact! Summary: Ricky has always been a bit of an insomniac but can somehow always fall asleep at C.C.’s I’m bad at titles and summaries but Ricky isn’t. Inspiration from some of his art and how gay he is.  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It was rare to have everyone in the house at once, or rather everyone in C.C.'s house at once. There wasn't much room as C.C. was usually the only one there. There was a guest room, which Francesca and Banjo often shared. Night Night slept in C.C.'s room because C.C. generally never got home before midnight. Legs took the couch; it was the only other thing long enough in the house for him. Ricky took C.C.'s recliner. Everyone had their own, little place. Did this bother C.C. from time to time, yes; but so did Banjo's banjo playing. He didn't do it all that often but sometimes he'd come home and hear him softly playing it in the middle of the night. He never cared enough to find him and tell him to stop; he was always too tired.

   Today was one of those rare nights where everyone was there. They were all already asleep, spare C.C., who was still at work and Ricky, who wouldn't stop shifting. Ricky sat up, throwing his (technically C.C.'s) blanket off of him. It wasn't anything new for him, he often couldn't sleep, but it was annoying. He got up and began to walk over to the guest room, his bare feet patting on the wood floor once he reached the hallway.

He stopped in front of the door and stood there for a moment before sighing and turning to leave. Just as he was about to take his first step away, the door opened. He looked back and saw a sleepy Banjo smiling at him. Banjo was just in his boxers and a soft looking shirt whereas Ricky was still fully dressed. They were pretty stark contrasts from one another. Banjo leaned on the door and said: "Hey Ricky."

"Hey, sorry to wake you."

"You're good. I wasn't even asleep yet. Frankie and I heard you walking around in the hallway."

"What are you two still doing up?"

"Well, we were about to build a pillow fort and swap stories but before that, nothing much."

"Oh... well, sorry to disturb you. I'm just gonna go back to bed now."

"Ricky."

"Yeah?"

"You can't sleep, can you?"

"Yeah." Banjo opened the door and ushered Ricky in. Frankie smiled upon seeing him and patted the bed next to her. He sat down, and Banjo got out his banjo before sitting beside them. He began to softly play "The Predatory Wasp of the Palisades Is Out to Get Us!" by Sufjan Stevens, singing along quietly.

The song wasn't even over by the time Ricky and Francesca were asleep, but Banjo finished it anyway. Ricky's head was resting on Francesca's shoulder. Banjo couldn't help but smile at the two people he cared about the most looking so at peace. He set his banjo beside the bed and, unaware of how else to lie down, laid across their laps.

In the morning, Ricky woke up by himself. He walked into the kitchen, everybody else already awake and eating C.C.'s food. Banjo walked by him, gently bopping him on the head with his cup as he did, and said, "Sleep well?" There was no joking in his voice; he genuinely wanted to know. Ricky nodded and said "Yeah. I slept great."

Francesca: If Banjo ever went to jail, I would write to him every day.

Legs: Maybe I’ll write Night Night every second day. I don’t want to look too clingy.

Tinsley: I’m breaking my man out of jail. The only one who can handcuff that moron is me.

C.C. Tinsley - Gay

- He sometimes suffers from internalized homophobia because of the time period he was born in and because he was raised Irish Catholic

- His mom (who raised him Catholic) is the sweetest though, so he knows that she would love him the same. There's just too much of a risk with the rest of the world

- Growing up, he never dated anyone or had many friends. He was content by himself. It was easier for him to live solitary than to risk anything or lie to someone.

- This continued into his adulthood, especially since he was working with the police for some time. Getting involved with someone during that time would have been a death sentence.

- And then he met Ricky Goldsworth: the suave criminal that would not stop flirting with him every time they crossed paths.

- Of course he was annoyed about it at first. But then Ricky started doing him all of these favours, asking for nothing in return, and he started falling for him.

- Evidently, Ricky was also the one who introduced him to Banjo and Francesca, who became Tinsley's first and closest friend.

- When the police department fired him for being delusional and making up this clearly nonexistent Goldsworth fellow, Ricky actually took care of him when he slipped into a sort of rut.

Banjo McClintock - Pansexual

- Being raised by a rich couple forced him into a lot of opposite sex relationships that he usually wasn't a huge fan of.

- He secretly dated one of the staff before he quit and found a job elsewhere.

- Ricky was technically his rebound boyfriend, but his influence also gave him the confidence to go against his parents' rule over him.

- When he got caught embezzling funds from his town, he was disowned and Ricky (despite encouraging him to do it) left him.

- He started isolating himself after this, until some of his old rich friends found him and started inviting him to luxurious parties again. Despite having very little money of his own, he was back into the social scene. Which was the catalyst for his art heist career.

- After a year or so of having dozens of priceless art to his name, Banjo met Francesca one day. She had been there investigating a series of art thefts, but after getting to know Banjo, she couldn't bring herself to turn him in. As a compromise, Banjo tipped her off on a dirty rich person he knew that she could frame.

- Being the smartass he is, the story of how he and Francesca got together varies from time to time. No one has heard the same story twice.

- The truth is that he fell in love with her instantly.

(This doesn't exactly fit very well with the other headcanons, but I can see Banjo being a trans man and that's one of the reasons he wears fake mustaches.)

Legs Madej - Demiromantic

- Legs has always avoided romantic/sexual relationships for the majority of his life, just because he's never actually felt a connection to anyone before.

- Then he started to work with Night Night in the mob and they became inseparable friends.

- Night Night was pretty much the only person he has ever felt a connection to because their friendship is so strong.

- They kind of had a moment one time where Night Night joked about Legs never having a girlfriend and that he should just marry him, and Legs was just like, "Okay."

- So now they're platonic life partners.

- Night Night would absolutely fight anyone that talks shit about Legs and he loves that about him.

- But don't be deceived, Legs may be a clean up man, but he WILL do the same for Night Night.

Australian Shane / Shane G'dej - Ace/Aro

- My guy is just here to do his job and maybe get a hamburger while he's in America, okay,,

- Don't get me wrong, he's supportive of Night Night and Legs, but he just wants to be left alone,,

- Asexuality is probably the only thing that he and Legs can agree on, you heard it right here, folks.
