i got bored and decided to draw these dudes (and doodles with clovely making an appearance when she wants to)

there were like lots of thoughts buzzing around in my head throughout this process that i don’t think are really all that applicable to the image but i wanna get out anyways because i like to blab in text for whatever reason

some blabs here correspond to the doodles

(this is LONG there are A LOT OF WORDS and OPTIONAL LINKS TO CLICK ON)

sometimes i wonder where the change from nathaniel being the blue love interest in hsl to the yellowish-green one after came from other than he doesn’t wear blue anymore maybe

aww he doesn’t wear blue anymore :(

he’s also like the second(?) prominent(??) character in a series i know who’s like a student council president with a blue image color

the other character is eli ayase from love live

speaking of love live man i love bibi (looks over at nathaniel castiel and armin) bibi is my favorite love live subunit

i don’t think nathaniel knows what love live is

he’d definitely refuse to do love live cosplay for clovely even if she asked nicely

armin would also probably give it a go

also for a good majority of the boys i just used the shoes from the the clothing items candy could wear

sometimes i imagine up what-if scenarios like “what if nath was cast as little red riding hood instead of candy?”

oh that would be hell

on the other hand i know two other little red riding hood stories that deviate from the original plot a bit

the deviation being some sort of romantic bond between red and the wolf

thank you vocaloid and thank you utapri

i can definitely imagine clovely saying that nath could make a good little red only to momentarily freak out because she remembered those two stories in particular

so i can see nath glaring at cas for getting the role of the big bad wolf because 1) ew he would refuse to be romantic with castiel of all people and 2) he sees clovely n cas together and knowing of the stories she told him earlier in the week he gets a bit jealous

it would either be “i wish i was the wolf instead” jealousy or “i could be okay with playing little red if you were the wolf” jealousy

maybe both if you wanna go that way

the top of castiel’s shirt is so frilly it makes me wonder how big the hole would be if you were to stretch it to its fullest

i like to think that they enjoy tormenting each other

castiel because he just loves doing it to candy regardless of what type of candy he’s dealing with probably

clovely because he’s like one of the only people at school she could be openly vulgar with definitely

what is it with guitar-playing red characters?

i can just imagine a room with all of them in it

castiel, otoya (utapri), julia (million live), kasumi (bandori), others if you can think of any

he’d probably get along best with julia???

i’m just taking a guess here

clovely would likely talk his ear off about her guitar-playing anime characters if he gives her the chance

sometimes i wonder what goes on inside lysander’s head

i feel like there’d be a point where clovely would try doing that because some schoolmates would point out how similar they are

they don’t see it in the slightest

“i tried thinking how i thought you’d think but it just went to assigning everyone in our class an animal and i envisioned kentin as a fluffy brown little pomeranian and now i can’t stop thinking about how cute he’d be if he was one!!!”

“his puffball tail wagging happily as i reach my hand out to pet him. . .”

“i think i’d be a lop rabbit”

i find him to be so funny sometimes when it comes to other guys

you show one instance of having an interest in someone else and he immediately catches onto it

and he gets super happy when you show interest in him

like he either wants you to try and grab his attention or pay attention to him it’s so funny

i’m here giggling to myself watching him try to be subtle but my poor lil clovely is a stupidhead so she will not catch onto any of it

i don’t know why i chose to give him lashes

actually i don’t know why i gave lysander kentin and alexy lashes at all

maybe i got possessed or something i dunno

lysander learns about vocaloid!!!

he wants to know clovely’s music tastes and it’s all vocaloid and anime god help her

god help me too because same

he suggests her to pick out a song she’d like him to sing because he wants to make her happy :)

she pulls out the disappearance of hatsune miku :D

god help him

i think armin would do his own pokemon smash or pass for funsies

it’d be funnier if he has someone else with him so they can compare smash/pass scores

who’d be the someone else though?

i think he’d try to convince alexy first but all he got was a hard immediate no so he went to ask the other guys

i dunno which guy is accompanying him here just know that whoever it is it is not alexy

he’s probably played project diva at least once

and maybe also tried the popipo thing with rocket (the link goes to the original song i don’t have tiktok)

armin’s super supportive of alexy so i know he’d support him after confessing to kentin but what if deep down he has this really dark and fucked up side to him that wants to show alexy the “i’m not gay greg” page from a diary of a wimpy kid fanfic he found on reddit

he’d revel over clovely also liking anime and games even though her rosters pale greatly in comparison to his

he wants his own rina-chan board

cried when he realized he couldn’t get the official rina-chan board because it was a limited item

don’t worry armin you can always make your own

no seriously there are some people out there who have made their own working rina-chan boards before the official one was ever announced

throughout my process of drawing kentin i came to the conclusion that i likely let my bias take over me

as in i made him cuter in my mind

i gave him toof and then panicked a bit because he normally does not have one

but he’s so cute with toof!!!

so i kept it

he also has freckles but they’re like pretty faint so the normal person wouldn’t notice them unless they’re up close

also in his old full body sprite he had one of his pant legs tucked into his boot and i kept that because i thought it was cute

i really need to stop describing kentin with “cute” i know

the twins would probably call him cute whenever they get the chance though

they’re just like that

he only watches anime with clovely so the only animes he know are the ones he’s seen with her

which is mostly idol anime

and higurashi back in middle school

god that one traumatized him

he constantly had to hide behind her because he was too scared to look at the screen

it still freaks him out to this day

during the deborah arc he encountered clovely walking around with a bat (the one agatha gave her) and oh god the horrors he re-experienced at that moment

“higurashi isn’t real, kentin. hinamizawa syndrome cannot hurt you.”

“THEN WHY HAVEN’T YOU PUT THAT AWAY YET?!?”

also i wanna believe that kentin’s favorite love live girls are either rin or hanayo he can’t pick between the two

no it’s not because they’re childhood friends stop analyzing him please

the love wing bell episode is one of his favorites

he and clovely talked about it once during school to relive memories

and because it’s the episode with the wedding dress and wedding-themed song they start talking about wedding dresses

i don’t think alexy’s much of an anime person either

like he’d probably watch it?

but he isn’t as bad as armin when it comes to it

i think he will admit when he finds an anime dude attractive though

clovely shows him anime idol guys from time to time

he’d also find some interest in the stylings of idol outfits maybe

has a small collection of them somewhere so he can use them as references

i feel like the common ground that’d connect the twins’ interests together would probably be cosplay?

then again i feel like that in itself isn’t as common as it could be

like i can see alexy gravitate towards the more stylish idol costumes while armin’s trying to be william afton

oh that’d be so funny to see

alexy agrees to doing some cosplay once with armin but is unfortunate in finding out that their costumes are gonna be a surprise for the other

lo and behold alexy dressed as kaito and armin is among us

“holy shit alexy your outfit is so accurate it’s crazy!! you really outdid yourself with this!”

as long as armin isn’t involved

sorry armin

would happily give the entire school a makeover if he had the budget for it

especially kentin he wants to give him a makeover so badly

do you think alexy will make him cooler to look hotter or cuter just to tease him?

one day kentin did approach alexy looking a bit nervous about something

“so, uh, there’s kinda something i wanna ask you, i guess.”

“really? well, i’m here to listen, so ask away!”

“what’s ‘yaoi’? i asked armin earlier, but he told me to ask you instead.”

“alexy?”

“where’s armin i need to talk to him”

the next day armin is found tied to a tree

but it’s okay he’s the cuter twin he’s exempt from any guilt passed his way
