Like yeah i get their good at their job and such but- like- that guy? psycho????? The fella literally has scratches on their locker and twiches evey 3 seconds, they seem like a ticking time bomb in the long run so- WHY???

Well, I suppose I can explain.

Psycho's case was akin to finding a lost puppy. If that puppy had just destroyed a train with poorly managed addons. He's very.. knowledgable in what he does, but it was obvious he was inexperienced during that whole fiasco. The lad was jittery when he found us, and we suspected it was the trauma. However, it was quickly proven that he was fit to work when he insisted upon beginning immediately. Since he's had no where else to go, he's been here under our wing.

He's got his quirks at times that neither I or our engineers don't mind when we've got an extra pair of hands onboard. Not to mention his exceptional field work that couldn't be done without him. If anything, he's a naturally hard worker that happens to like his job just as much. It's all a matter of perspective, dear anon.
