Lode Widiya ‘Determine Your Best Moments’ 2023
Lode Widiya, was born in 1990 in Bali, where she resides currently. She began studying art during junior high school and continued her art education in university. Lode actively participates in group exhibitions in Bali and has received several awards.
In her artworks, Lode often portrays female figures.
This painting features three female figures representing different aspects of time: the past, the present, and the future. A Balinese dancer performing the Janger dance symbolizes the past, while the figure with closed eyes represents the present. On the other hand, the woman holding a bouquet of flowers signifies the future. Lode aims to convey that everything in time constantly evolves and changes, including culture, customs, and occupations.
For Lode, as a person with creative faculties, emotions, and aspirations, it is essential to live in the present moment and remain aware of each passing moment. She believes in learning from the past, preparing for the future, and giving her best in the present. She says, "Time keeps moving forward; learn from the past, prepare for the future, and give your best for today."

Introducing an updated illustrated poster featuring all the tigers of the world! While it was once believed that there were nine subspecies of tigers, recent scientific research has shown that there are actually only two: those that live on the continent and those that reside on islands. However, within these two subspecies, there are various populations of tigers that were previously classified as distinct subspecies.
Creating this poster was a labor of love that required a significant amount of time and effort. Some of the animals featured on the poster were particularly challenging to illustrate due to their extinction, which meant there was limited photographic evidence available to use as a reference.
I am thrilled with the final product and hope that others will appreciate the attention to detail and care that went into each illustration. If you are interested in buying this art print, please click here
