BRO this reveal has my brain zooming because like
Bakkin obviously is the og Stussy (Bakkin = Bucking in Buckingham), so who knows how many clones there are of pirates from the previous generations. Also, it makes sense that Bakkin was in the Rocks Pirates because she claimed she was on the same crew as Whitebeard 40 years ago, and the God Valley incident was 38 years ago

Weevil's True Parentage
Weevil claims to be the son of Whitebeard.
No one believes him even the marines who he was allied with.
But Kizaru states he does have the strength of a young Whitebeard.
Miss Buckin claims that Vegapunk can prove Weevil is related to Whitebeard which supports the theory that Weevil is failed clone of Whitebeard.
Miss Buckin was a part of Rocks and MADS so she would have had access to Whitebeard's DNA and the means to clone him.
She herself was successfully clone but I think this is just Red Herring.
I have a theory that Du Feld is the Weevil's true father.
I think the conversation between Du Feld and Stussy hinted at her being clone and hints at a past relationship.
Du Feld was the one who funded MADS so it's possible they had a relationship.
Miss Buckin states that Weevil has the blood of Whitebeard and I think she will be technically right.
I think Weevil was augmented with powerful blood. Vegapunk augmented the Seraphim with King's Lunarian blood and I think it's possible he could do the same with regular humans.
I think there are hints to this. Weevil's legs are his weak points which I think suggests they aren't used to supporting his current frame and that his body recently changed.
He has low intelligence similar to the Numbers who are deemed as failures. I think Weevil is also a failure and a defect of manipulating DNA is diminishing intelligence.
I got the impression from Sanji's backstory that modifying humans after birth is difficult or impossible. Since Judge did not attempt the procedure again when Sanji was deemed a failure.
I think before being modified that Weevil was a scammer like his mother and weaseled his way into working on Egghead. I think he found a blood sample of Whitebeard and stole the technology to enhance himself. Vegapunk does collect blood samples for his research into cloning and Devil Fruits.
But I think Weevil was mistaken, and that he stole a blood sample of White Beard not Edward Newgate. Similar to how Ace mistook Dr. Black Beard for Teech.

Wait a second!
If the theories are true and Stussy is a clone of Bakkin:
WHAT IF Weevil is an artificial clone of WHITEBEARD??
Which would give more weight to him being akin to a “Young Whitebeard” and Whitebeard being his “dad”.

Ok, if Stussy is a clone of Ms Bakkin and Bakkin was a Rocks Pirate then how come Big Mom never said anything about it during Wholecake Island?
"Hmm, this woman looks exactly like a crewmate of mine back during my days as a Rocks Pirate."
Or did Big Mom know but had her reasons for not saying anything? Perhaps some kind of deal.

A fuckin clone vampire? What the fuck Oda? Is that really Bakkin? Well her clone anyways.
Okay…. Maybe Whitebeard did get with her. 🤣 She’s the first successful clone. Ages incredibly. And has Day Walker abilities. Is that a fruit ability?

Stussy is Miss Bakin who is Weevil's mom and was confirmed by Marco a while back to have been on Rock's crew. The Stussy on Egghead is her clone.
Gloriosa was the surprise for me.
GLORIOSA?? AND STUSSY???

The return of the king:
Also, this is the cutest thing ever, gosh I love Vivi so much:
And omfg Oda snapped so fucking hard with this:
So what is the One Piece? I wonder if it isn't a reclamation of this idea. That people could go wherever they wanted. Except instead of draining the sea or something, maybe everyone gets the ability to breathe and swim underwater. Cause Big Moms experiments on Giant Children makes me wonder, what if minks and all these other species aren't native to the world but rather experiments set on it to see how they adapt? Maybe Ancient Kingdom experiments to counteract the rising ocean? And the Devil Fruits are a world government invention alongside sea kings and what not. To divide and keep people out of the sea and far away from each other. Maybe they have a reason for it like the Anti Spirals from TTGL did, but at the cost of freedom. Anyways that's just spitballing. But I do love that line about not questioning the morality of the two factions. It brings to mind that Rayliegh quote again about how the Strawhats might come to a different conclusion. All's that to say, somethings fucky...
Also also! Stussy is going to be really important! Idk if y'all remember but a while back(i dont have the energy to go find it rn) but there was a pretty tucked away panel/dialogue about how Vegapunk had created a clone of Bakkin and he basically argued for her value as a human life iirc. There is anguish and deep emotion there and Oda's lowkey given her a really unique focus.

Obvious focus this time is seemingly the end of the broadcast. Maybe there's a coda, maybe it's done here. This was a weird chapter and potentially the hardest one in Egghead to write about. Bring honest, it's a common complaint these days but this was the first time I felt it was just spinning its wheels a bit. I'm also really confused. I think it'll flow better reading as part of a binge later but parts of this feels like they may have worked better before stuff last week.
Otherwise...Vegapunk's climax. It's a perfect microcosm of how I feel about this segment. It's kinda like how "Roger Laughed" told us about the One Piece without telling us about the One Piece. A big theme here, part of what Wano and Egghead share, is setting the stage for the finale. We've used the phrase separating the wheat from the chaff. I've made the comparison to how Wano acts like a lot of school play arcs in slice of life anime, that little bit of distance allowing you to narrow down on what's really important. Tie off your loose ends that don't need to be here anymore. This chapter really does that.
Heh, I love this joke with the reactions. Skypiea has continued to grow over time. It makes sense serving as somewhat of an overture to this main thrust of the series. They have nothing to fear from sea level rise but their plight was very much the results of that. Nice to see Conis again. But we have a more important reaction.
Hey Marco! You can call it a reach if you want but I think this one is a little sneakier than some of the fluff reactions. Part of doing this is nudging you what some of these characters are doing. Marco alone here does tell us one thing, Bakkin seems to have moved along. It's also kinda interesting he's lumped in with this more functional scene. A lot of them have just been seeing a character listening, Marco is used more as a tie to the content and it's here with Pudding who is also one of the oddballs at the periphery of this arc.
I still wonder about these two. So their placement here together is intriguing. We could just be checking them off the list, we could be nudging they still have threads in this arc. It's tricky right? The line between reactions to this broadcast and scenes we're seeing around it.
...Cmon Robonosuke. *Nudges with stick.*
This robot's a trip. Really felt like he was about to do something cool. Maybe we get it next time but it's weird how this was such a non entity. Let me put it this way. I with these two chapters would have just done a full split on the two levels the main cast has coalesced around. It almost does that. But it doesn't.
Special note for the title too...very cool it uses part of Roger's classic speech. The destiny of an age. All in all it does frame this message in an interesting way. It's good for pulling back on the image of Luffy as a unique chosen one, same with Bonney learning to mimic his ability. I love the big splash with the main players at the end. Now can we please get to the fireworks factory and draw out a clearer point to all this?

garling scarred whitebeard on gods valley
twitter . com/3SkullJoe/status/1666752603559014402
The theory that Garling was defeated by Whitebeard at God Valley has a lot of credibility. This would explain Whitebeard's story about, 'that guy,' whom gave him a scar, and it seems that the hilt of Garling's sword was broken at some point.
lots of people theorize that weevil is a failed clone of whitebeard but what if miss bakkin and whitebeard did have a kid but he died on gods valley
like say garling killed him as an infant/child ( say the child came with them to gods valley by sneaking onto the ship with them ) and this is the wound that whitebeard is talking about an emotional wound from losing his son since to whitebeard losing a son is the worst wound you could suffer
according to sbs 28 its been stated that whitebeard has a thing for leopard print and bakkins wore a leopard print cape
a wound aching only happens in one piece when there is a big negative emotional connection with shanks scar from teach when teach is brought up or luffys scar from akainu)

One Piece Manga Chapter 1072
huh... so we are actually going to get Weevil lore.... not even mad.
the man was being slept on by the fandom.
he was this walking plothole that people’s eyes just glazed over every time he was brought up.
so like... Stussy is a clone of Ms. Bakkin? That’ll explain the connection with MADs... (though i won’t be mad if Stussy is a clone of the witch from Wano)
It chunked in a solid connection between the Rocks Pirates and Vegapunk.
Also, where Whitebeard’s meds came from when he was sick (Whitebeard, a former member of Rocks’s Crew). It was made through the same labs making the Smiles. Former MADs Members, Caesar and Queen did most of the research. Doffy had direct oversight of the operations on Dressrossa (so his logo was on the product), and Stussy was one of the “crime bosses” helping with the black market end. And on top, yet an other former member of Rock’s crew, Kaido was funding it.
If the whole “Dragon is Rock’s Son” thing is true, then Dragon meeting Vegapunk as a kid/teen theory would become highly plausible. Vegapunk and Clover would’ve been on the seas the same time as Rocks and Roger. With all the more we learn about he people surrounding Rocks... it just all this “your heart is in the right place, but you are achieving your goals in the wrong way” vibes starting to waft off the man’s reputation. (He’s basically ending up a villain less-and-less like The Joker and more like Magneto)

Something something, Miss Bakkin comes around saying Weevil is Whitebeard's son for the 90th time that Izou choreographs a dance for the crew to do while Marco sings Billie Jean by Michael Jackson. They program the deck to light up during the number as Marco moonwalks, Marco is dressed in the sparkly outfit and everything and they don't stop till Bakkin and Weevil leave
