🍪 Cookie Tip 🍪

Just a quick cookie tip that I've learned, and that everyone else probably already knows lol.

When making chocolate chip cookies (or really any cookie with morsels in it) add a little less than you want to use.

I know what a horrible thing to say, but believe me, it will save you some trouble!

Woke up wanting to make baby bundts this morning but the recipe made WAY too much batter and they rose to insane proportions. So after some careful surgery I made whoopie pie filling and just had two desserts c:

annual baking phase started early this year. I made lekach which I’ve never made before. apparently it’s very iconic for Rosh Hashanah. It’s good! crispy on the outside and fluffy and warm on the inside and full of honey and spices. 10/10 slaps would make again
