My Baizhu headcanons so far (1-6 +1):

Just thought about putting my personal, little headcanons (6 so far + 1 from my side block) about Baizhu together since they' re scattered pretty far over my whole dashboard ^^"

Fell free to ignore them, use them as inspiration or just laugh about them (in a respectful way):

Baizhu starts to lisp...like a snake, if he gets flustered or ashamed... or to angry. Normally he takes great care not to lisp, thats why he speaks some words with a lot of care ( or with a weird pronunciation) and slowly like 'Herbs' or 'chance'

(Snakes are reptiles, and do not have the ability to digest dairy products like milk. Milk is designed for warm-blooded mammals. But sometimes doesn't stop them from drinking it when offered...) I imagine him as highly lactose intolerant. He can't even stand the smell of milk because he knows what it would do to him and his diggestive system. He probably tried it once for the sake of knowledge but he regreted it extremly. He was probably the one who introduced Coconut milk to little Qiqi.

No one is allowed to be present when he does his accounting (not even Gui or Qiqi). Calculating with his abacus is like meditating for him... and his snake-tongue flicks on his own every few clicks...he just can't do anything against it. It's too emberassing for him...

Baizhu swings his hips quite a bit when he walks. He gets therefore (and because of his long, sleek hair) often catcalled by foreign sailors who only see his backside. It depends on his mood that day if he turns around to shock them or just lets it slide and takes it as a compliment.

Baizhu can't blush, because he's cold blooded (at least a part of him is snake... I mean look into his eyes!) He isn't the type to blush anyway (he's seen a lot as a doctor), it takes much to flatter or embarrass him but it can become chilling that there is no body reaction from his side if he doesn't artificially shows his mood.

Our snek doctor doesn't care about gender typical behaviour. He actually likes to wear lipstick now and then (blood red is his favourite). He doesn't wear it often in puplic (just because he doesn't care, unfortunately, doesn't mean the rest of Liyue doesn't care -> it could lower his reputation) but now and then he puts it on when he's alone in his private quarters or on the Pearl Galley. Or when he sees the possibility for a nice deal trough crossdressing... "In the animal kingdom, it's also the male who accessorizes with colors, what does that have to do with my gender or sexuality? Humans are so small-minded…"

Technology hates Baizhu and he hates it back! It never seems to work when he tries it or when he's even near it. But some of the technic advances from Fontaine would make things so much easier for him. Alas there is not a Chance it would work for him anyway. He just got used to it by now and keeps his hands off of it for the safety of his fragile self and others. He acts like that typical technology hating grandma because he doesn't believe he can survive another electric shock...

It all started when a white snake You saw it cowering in fear as to heartless teenagers poked at it with sticks. Pulling at the poor thing's tail even as the creature tried to escape. They had it trapped, Tormenting the poor creature, not until you chase those nasty people away, picking up the white snake gently. The poor thing was hurt and scared You kept it with you until it was ready to be released. When you released the whitesnake it's lizard in the grass and before it disappeared into the bushes It stood up looking at you with its big Ruby eyes flicking its tongue at you You could almost swore it thanked you before rushing into the underbrush.

Your house was connected to a lot of foresty land in the backyard so you are used to seeing wildlife... But you are not expecting the visitor you'll have this morning.

You're not sure how he got into your house. Maybe you accidentally left your back door unlocked.

You heard voices as you were waking up.

"are you sure this is the one?"

"Yes, they saved me a week ago, they're perfect for you."

"All right I'll start burning the blend."

As the blend burned the scent of lavender sage and a mix of other herbs hit your nose. Calming you, as you just woke up you already felt like you were falling back asleep. Barely opening your eyes You could sort of make out the two.

You almost thought you were dreaming when you saw the white snake the same white snake and hearing that same voice from her once again. "They're waking up."

"Don't worry The blend should put them back to sleep."The man next to her said His eyes liquid gold pupils like a snake as he looks down at you His green hair matching with the green scales on his hands I see brushes your hair back caressing your cheek. "Go back to sleep my dear." His voice warm and smooth like honey.

Baizhu had been looking for a mate for a while now, but since Fall Baizhu was too busy taking care of other wild hybrids to worry about finding a mate for spring. So Changsheng to get upon herself, She was careless wanting to see her friend happy She separated from Baizhu's side slithering out of his cave. She didn't mean to be gone for so long.

However, her search was highly fruitful. She found a nice human, a human that took care of her, patched her up, and saved her. The caring hands in sweet smile reminded her of Baizhu. After getting yelled at by an angry, worried, sick Baizhu, his anger softened when Changsheng spoke about what you had done to her. Changsheng is a somewhat prickly character, so listening to her talk so extensively about you made him interested to meet you.

Baizhu knew humans had different mating rituals and knew full well that humans are not a... Intense, as the dominating aggressive Nagas. As much as his species fantasizes about how weaker humans are to them and how they are the perfect mate because of it but very little have the temperament to deal with the relatively complex emotions that humans have.

Baizhu was different. He was not as aggressive or dominating as members of his species. But he was not certainly considered weak either.

The way he took you back to his cave was regrettably something he could have done better. But for some reason, you took it rather well. You are more interested in his snake companion and Baizhu's snake body (which he was happy to show you.) He thought you would fear him. He thought you would run from him. To his surprise, if you'd let you go, you would even visit on your own accord. And you did! You are a strange one. But he liked that about you. He thought he understood humans more than anyone

I references species a lot, but the truth is that Baizhu is the last of his kind. Even with his dear white snake friend being the last, Naga hybrid was a lonely title, so he was so desperate to have you.

Baizhu is obsessed with your human anatomy; He's never seen humans this close. He plays with your fingers, rambling on about how your body looks similar up until the waist—squeezing your legs, wiggling your toes, feeling your smooth, squishy scalist skin. He wants to see if your body will react just like any other female Naga. He wonders what your body would do if he kissed you hot and heavy.

He doesn't mind if you touch him too, He knows that you're curious about him just as much as he is about you. He warns you that his skin is rather sensitive and he does shudder with Even the lightest of your touches. Eucharest his cheek honey hold your hand while nuzzling into your palm his lips gently touch your hand his golden gaze piercing through you.

Naga's are always considered more aggressive monsters, possessive of their mates, and highly protective. Baizhu is on the calmer side, more docile; however, during spring, when his more... Animalistic urges come to the surface, He gets more demanding of your attention—practically hanging off you, desperate to mark you with his scent. Baizhu tries to hold back a lot of his urges, not wanting to hurt you or scare you. Even if you accept his advances, he is still hesitant and tries to be as gentle as he can before fully succumbing to lust. When the cloud over his mind finally lifts seeing your bruised and bitten body, he takes care of you like any good mate and doctor would.

You were surprised how quickly you became Baizhu and Changsheng's heat pack. Baizhu would try to wrap his coils around you in any way when he's doing anything, especially when it's chilly. He'll literally cling on to you have as much of his skin touching yours as he can. This is not inherently sexual to him. He just likes the feeling of your warm body directly touching him. He tries not to admit it, but he gets pouty when Changsheng is being warmed by you but not him.

Naga!Baizhu who lives deep within Jueyun Carst, hidden in a cave somewhere with Changesheng.

Naga!Baizhu who grows various medicinal herbs that keep going missing. He finds it strange, but just assumes that there’s a hungry deer or something that’s been lurking nearby

Naga!Baizhu who spots you picking his herbs, chuckling as he hears you tell yourself that you’re lucky to find such things growing in the wild. So you’re a healer too, it seems. You’ve caught his attention.

Naga!Baizhu who reveals himself to you after weeks of watching you from afar, absolutely ecstatic when he sees that you’re unafraid of him and Changsheng.

Naga!Baizhu who uses his long, forked tongue to taste every inch of you. He loves the way you squirm underneath the weight of his tail.

baizhu, absolutely. also alhaitham but mostly baizhu.

i can see him as one of the more capable hybrids. all hybrids can technically operate in human society, but only a handful actually chose to, and even fewer can hold it up longer than a year before deciding they'd rather be chewing on leaves in a forest somewhere. it helps that baizhu is more human than snake; his hybrid traits limited to a few scales on the backs of his hands, slit pupils, a forked tongue, and pointed fangs that are only visible when he laughs. he doesn't have to deal with the unignorable urge to chase down prey or seek shelter or bat at dangling strings, which means there's nothing to stop him from going to school, starting his own practice and acting as a doctor for other, less adept hybrids like you.

he's charmed by the irony of it, at first, a mouse coming to a snake for help. you're a darling little thing, with ears that twitch whenever he touches them and eyes that always seem at least a little afraid. no matter how many times your owner brings you in, you never seem to shake those first-visit nerves - trembling on his exam table, your voice shaking as he asks how you've been since your last visit and little, pitiful whimpers slipping past your lips as he presses two fingers into your tongue (using a stick would be so impersonal, don't you agree?). he can't remember the last time he had a gap in his schedule, but he just can't seem to bring himself to rush when it comes to your visits, to let his fangs slip over his bottom lip and his scales brush over your skin despite knowing you'll be that much more likely to run back into the arms of your owner and beg never to come back as soon as your visit ends. you've never cried in front of him, but you've gotten close. he knows he could get you there, if he had enough time.

thankfully, your owner is much more rational than you are. when you come down with a minor cold and he takes the opportunity to suggest an overnight stay at his clinic, they immediately agree in spite of your stuttered protests. you're scared of him, but that's alright.

he's a doctor, after all, and he's sure some quality time together will cure you right up <3

Summary: There is beauty in everything he does, from the way Baizhu lays back as those painted on scales shift with every twist of his abdomen to the way he smiles at you like no one else ever has before. So, isn't it only reasonable that your eyes are transfixed on the man?

Authors note: reader is a horny little fuck in this so post is a little spicy. This is mainly inspired by the fact I saw this photo of naga Baizhu on Twitter and needed an outlet. (The pic is now my pfp)

The flash of a camera shutter, the click of that all so familiar sound fills the well lit room as his image is captured. Beauty incarnate as those gorgeous gold eyes, snake like slits for pupils locked onto the device in your hands. Compared to that gaze, this silver camera was cold as ice.

Another shutter, another image captured as Baizhu shifted in his spot. The folds of his clothes turned, wrinkling from the change in position as it moved over his leg like a work of art. The sight of that purple silk hugging him so tightly in all the right spots, sticking to him in a way anyone would-

“You're staring.”

“You truly are a wicked one. Once we're done then, my dear.”

Grunting, you looked back up at Baizhu as he spoke, dropping the camera low enough so you were looking at your model through your own vision rather than the lens of the camera. His voice was just as teasing as ever, dripping with the same enticing tone that had been on his forked tongue since you asked him, your muse, to be on the receiving end of attention when it came to your camera. That alone made it hard enough to tell which eye could truly take in his visage, the one that was so intensely locked on him, or the one without a soul to its nature. Either way, it was easy to stare.

Not that you'd admit that without poking a bit of fun first.

“I'm a photographer. It's part of my job to stare at you.” Smiling at Baizhu, you lifted your hand, finger waving up and down to signal at him to shift to another position, but instead, he raised his hand, trying to tempt you into coming over. Those green props with sharp black nails were honestly impressive, scales engraved into the false flesh so intricately one could mistake it for Changsheng's pearl-like snake skin that was wrapped around his neck.

“Admittedly, yes,” and just like you did before Baizhu waggled his finger. “However, you and I both know what I mean, so please do come here.”

Temptress you wanted to call him. A gorgon made to be so stunning that one would believe they are carved of the same stone they inflict upon others. Eyelashes thick with mascara as they fluttered, dips and curves that tease at the idea of muscles beneath his pliant skin, a tiny little waist, and golden marks painted over his abdomen. The moment you stepped closer, the moment you gave in and accepted his words like a siren's song your fingertips were grazing over the metallic paint that just barely reflected your form that was so obviously drooling over his.

Maybe it's time to see if men really can get pregnant- anyway.

“The things I want to do to you would make Satan himself blush.”

Laughing softly at your words, Baizhu took your hand in his own, the feeling foreign, unfamiliar. Those lips on your skin, however, were. Orange gloss that had been applied, one that you've said yourself would truly make him a sight to capture, now sticking onto your skin. All from one kiss. “Careful now, we don't want the poor makeup artist to redo her work, do we?” His eyes flicked back down to the golden paint, motioning to the fingerprints that just barely showed. “I thought not, but here we are.”

Those shining lips that reflected the lights pointed on you both curled into a smile. Were it those strobe lights that had the air so warm?

“Trust me, I could do a lot worse than getting some body paint fucked up.” Much, much worse. Enough to have his pale skin turning pink, to have those lips falling open as sounds that could only be taken as gospel rang in your ears.

Yet those words of what could only be described as another way of getting ahead of yourself could be spoken aloud, a feminine voice spoke out. “Blunt as ever, aren't you?” Changsheng hissed, irritation clear. It wasn't a surprise she was annoyed. That snake always kicked up a fuss whenever you flirted with Baizhu. It's funny that she was so capable of doing so for a creature that didn't even have legs. “I swear Baizhu, this one has no tact. Remember that I'm here and that I don't want to hear this disgusting interaction.”

Baizhu turned his head towards her, his green hair tied in cute little pigtails that you've never seen on him before until this day. (How easy they'd be to pull and yank on). “I'd cover your ears if I could Changsheng, someone has to save you from this one and their wicked ways.”

Oh, how you wanted to roll your eyes. “You're such a tease.”

And sorry for this Changsheng.

Reaching out your finger teases at the wrap around his waist, hooking your digit under the garment and the layers of cloth underneath with a swift movement. A mission has to be accomplished today. So, with one tug, you raised your camera up and snapped a picture of what had just been revealed to you. That shutter clicking far from enough to drown out the sound of a disgruntled hiss and shocked gasp as you readily captured a photo of his pretty cock.

“For my personal collection.”

“My- oh…” Tearing your gaze off of what could only be described as a man in the form of a four course meal, your eyes flicked up to take in his growing blush. (And a snake with her head promptly turned away from the both of you). “Well, I don't think that was necessary.”
