08.12.24. 0441H | Foam Coffee
Impromptu Baguio date with the girlfriend. As in sumakay lang kami ng bus lmao. Arrived at 4am and had coffee for breakfast. Just happy I get to have coffee after a week (due to medical reasons).
0600H | Baguio Cathedral
After having coffee, she brought me to the cathedral for the morning mass. As a non Catholic, it felt bizarre to attend one. Not in a negative way, it just always feel like a new experience. Nevertheless, there's something that makes me fall deeper in love seeing my girlfriend offer prayers and praise.
0841H | Cafe by the Ruins
Headed straight to this cafe cuz my girlie is starting to get hangry with the a. Food was great, ambience was nice, and breakfast with the girlfriend is always the best. :)

Buccat vs. De Buccat
G.R. No. 47101
Apr 25, 1941
Facts:
Godofredo Buccat (petitioner) sought annulment of his marriage to Luida Mangonon de Buccat (respondent).
The case was elevated to the Supreme Court from the Court of First Instance of Baguio.
The marriage occurred on November 26, 1938, in the Catholic Cathedral of Baguio City.
The petitioner claimed he married under the belief that the respondent was a virgin, which he later contested as fraudulent.
The respondent did not appear in court despite being summoned, allowing the petitioner to present his evidence.
The lower court ruled in favor of the respondent, leading to the appeal.
The couple met in March 1938, became engaged on September 19, and married shortly thereafter.
They cohabited for 89 days before the respondent gave birth on February 23, 1939.
The petitioner claimed the birth resulted from the respondent's alleged deception regarding her virginity.
After the birth, the petitioner abandoned the respondent and ceased marital relations.
The lower court found the petitioner's claims unconvincing, particularly noting his awareness of the respondent's pregnancy.
Issue:
Whether or not petitioners claim was meritorious.
Ruling:
The Supreme Court affirmed the lower court's decision, ruling that the petitioner's claims did not justify annulment.
The court found insufficient evidence to support petitioners claim.
The Supreme Court emphasized the sanctity of marriage, requiring clear and convincing evidence for annulment.
The court deemed the petitioner's assertion of ignorance regarding the respondents condition was unmeritorious.

BAGUIO CITY📍
Baguio, on the Philippines’ Luzon island, is a mountain town of universities and resorts. Called the “City of Pines,” it’s particularly popular in summer due to unusually cooler weather. At its center is Burnham Park, with gardens and a lake. Nearby, Baguio Cathedral, completed in 1936, has a rose-hued exterior. The main thoroughfare is Session Road, lined with shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
This is my first time going to Baguio with my family, cousin, and auntie, It's very beautiful in Baguio, and it's also very cold. We're happy because we're a complete family that went to baguio, and my cousins and auntie were also able to bond somehow. We stayed in Baguio for a few days to go yet in different places in Baguio.

Sunday Tumblr
On Sunday, I began the day with a refreshing exercise session followed by preparing lunch in the morning. Later, in the afternoon, I attended a lecture by the pastor at Baguio Cathedral during church service. After the mass, I returned home, where I was tasked with cooking rice while my mother prepared our dinner. These activities provided valuable lessons in time management, culinary skills, and spiritual enrichment.

My Unforgettable Experience
My memorable experience is when we go in Baguio City. Feel good in the cold weather I feel the wind on my skin. Baguio City holds a special place in my heart, filled with memories of family trips and school adventures. As a child, exploring this picturesque city with my mother and family has been nothing short of magical.
One of the fondest memories I have is waking up early in the chilly morning air, wrapped in layers of warm clothing. We would travel out to Burnham Park, where the mist fly over the serene lake, creating a dreamy atmosphere. Together, we would rent a boat and row gently across the peaceful waters, enjoying the peacefulness of the surroundings and the laughter echoing from other families nearby. After our morning escapade, we would head to the Baguio Cathedral, a magnificent structure nestled amidst towering pine trees. Inside, the solemnity of the church provided a comforting safety from the hustle and bustle of city life. I remember lighting candles with my family, each flame symbolizing our hopes and dreams for the future. We went to the Honeoye strawberry farm to go strawberry picking and taste the sweet and red strawberries. Of course, no trip to Baguio would be complete without stopping in the famous delicacies. We would stroll along Session Road, stopping at quaint cafes and bakeries to savor freshly baked bread and aromatic coffee. The smell of strawberries wafted through the air as we made our way to the market, where vibrant stalls displayed an array of local produce and crafts. In the evenings, we would gather around a bonfire, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the starry sky. The crisp mountain air filled our lungs as we laughed and bonded as a family, creating memories that would last a lifetime.
In conclusion , Baguio City its cold weather and picturesque surroundings, holds a special place in your heart, filled with cherished memories of family trips and school adventures. From serene mornings at Burnham Park to solemn moments at the Baguio Cathedral, each experience evokes a sense of nostalgia and warmth. Strawberry picking at Honeoye farm and indulging in local delicacies along Session Road add layers of flavor to your unforgettable journey. Finally, gathering around a bonfire under the starry sky, roasting marshmallows, and sharing stories with loved ones encapsulates the essence of joy and connection that Baguio City brings. These memories serve as a testament to the enduring bond of family and the beauty of simple moments shared in a beloved destination.
