It is published! Now live is the official website! I am still adding stuff, like more necklaces and an online version of my care instructions, but I'm now at the point where I need people to mash buttons and tell me if it works! Like seriously, not sure if the shipping works at all.
Feel free to message me here or through email to let me know what does or doesn't work.
(And I know, the song is overused, but it's a classic, it must be done)

So this complete mess up of a website got even more problematic, and at the worst time too. I'll be including some quotes from the moderator form posts and my opinions on their overall statements on things.
"Staff have been discussing how to address the community needs in relation to the BLM movement for the past week. We didn’t wish to make an insincere statement just to jump on the bandwagon."- tess, june 14 2020.
this wasn't the right way to go about it in my opinio. I feel like they should've stated their thoughts and their opinions sooner. the movement isn't a fucking bandwagon. God.
"Forum threads with the sole purpose of ranting or venting, even if about people or events in real life, or threads created only to discuss a negative topic (example: disliking a band). Staff maintains the Comfort Corner thread as the only exception to this rule. If you need more support please reach out to resources such as family, friends, counselors, or mental health professionals. “Vent art” is allowed as long as it follows all of our other rules and the topic of the vent is not CS or CS users." - Simon Aug 24th, 2020.
I feel like this rule is not called for. the internet is about expressing ourselves and if we are feeling down we often seek help online. Plus, the comfort corner isn't that great it's too positve like when someone said their cat died someone was like "their in a better place now don't worry." like that's gonna make them feel better when it Won't. I don't know man I feel like people should just be allowed vent.
“Anti-” statements in user profiles or as a thread topic. Statements may break this rule even if they do not include the prefix “anti-” if they are intended to be negative. Please express your interests in a positive manner." - Simon, 24th of august 2020
i have something against this again, they really want to seem like their websites clean when really the mods are terrible.
"Due to the nature of such conversations, we do not allow debates about real world topics (especially of a political nature). However, discussion threads for support and education are allowed in a limited capacity about such topics. These should be created in the Adults Discussion forum. Such topics will be moderated closely and if the discussion is deemed too inflammatory or trends toward debate the topic may be closed.Your profile should not contain information about your political affiliation, support of political candidates, or stance on divisive political issues such as abortion or firearms that have no relevance to Chicken Smoothie. Your own gender identity, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation and broad statements supporting human rights (such as stating Black lives matter) are exempt from this. Please be aware that some statements (such as All Lives Matter) are inherently anti-human rights and will be moderated accordingly. Oekaki drawings may contain political or religious themes in non-editable boards only with no discussion of those themes on the Oekaki thread. Depictions of the Confederate flag are not allowed."- Simon, 24th of August 2020
this rule only came around after the ACAB movement. can you see where this is going? this isn't political anymore. This is peoples lives. They still treat aborttion and the blm movement like it's all political when it's not.
"Innocent images and content from media that contains elements that are not child-friendly are acceptable as long as the media is mainstream and widely known (example: Game of Thrones). Content from lesser-known media may be moderated more heavily. Content from media where adult content is the main/sole focus is not allowed." - Simon, 24th august 2020.
wow.. this is basically saying "mods, monitor everyone 24/7 and make sure all images are good and if you don't recognise where it's from it's bad" basically if it's not mainstream, your gone.
I'll make more rants later,, I'm kinda done with the websites bs right now.

Please Read IF you ever want to buy or sell event tickets : NEVER USE STUBHUB
STUBHUB & The Harry Potter Experience
Firstly to try and get this experience described in the quickest and most simplest of forms as I don’t simply want to bore you to death.
Back in October 2015 when the news of the Harry Potter & The Cursed Child tickets were released I thought that this would be an ideal present for my fathers 60th birthday. I managed to get tickets but unfortunately when I had booked for the first available date it was on a Wednesday so I tried to get more tickets and managed to do so for a Sunday. So idiot here, had now got two sets of tickets of which I thought I would see about selling closer to the actual date in 2017.
Not being able to list event listings on Ebay anymore for the case of making profit on tickets I looked out and asked about how to do so with other online platforms and Ebay recommends STUBHUB. A buying and selling platform of which listing is quite simple, search for your event and holy moly there it pops up. My tickets face value was £260 so it gives you the guide of what other people are selling at. I couldn’t quite believe my eyes to see what some people were selling their tickets for £16000.00 for 2 tickets ..£8000.00 & £4000.00 and so the listings went on. HOW is this any different to a tout but to be fair touts DON’T make that kind of money from buying and selling their tickets.
So I thought I would list my tickets as they were and I think the listing was on there for a month and didn’t sell.
This was back in February so as March came I started to get a little worried of having 2 tickets that would firstly go to waste and secondly lose me money of which I can’t afford to waste. So on Saturday 18th March I shared my tickets on social media whilst in the mean time listing again on Stubhub.
Within a day of being on Facebook a young boy got in touch to say he would love the tickets. A 15 year old to which his father contacted me to say that he was going to be buying them with his own money and taking his older brother to the show. Great news as the tickets were not going to be used by someone that was a real fan. Face value to which they were being sold and although I hadn’t got the tickets in hand as they don’t get released until 2 weeks prior to the performance we had a arranged on the Tuesday which was the 21st March to drop off a deposit for the tickets.
Tuesday morning the actual tickets arrived so I contacted the father to say so and he later that day brought around the actual value and told me how excited his kid was to be going. Telling me the story that he’d been trying to get tickets for a long time and so on. Felt like my deed had been done as it was making some child happy. Part of me inside was wondering if only they could of sold on stubhub for a ludicrous amount but hey..
Wednesday morning comes and surprise surprise. I receive an email from Stubhub saying that my tickets had sold for £800. First reaction was damn… but hey they had gone to a kid that was really looking forward to going and thanked me so much on Facebook so I was happy. I wrote the email back saying unfortunately the tickets were now not available as they had gone the previous day.
What I received back I was not expecting –
“Dear Stephen, I'm sorry to hear that you are unable fulfill this sale for the buyer. Under the Fan Protect Guarantee we will have to replace the order for the buyer. This means that you will be liable for the Ģ25 admin plus any additional costs in replacing the order if applicable. This order has been sent to the Sourcing Team and once cancelled, you will be notified by email regarding any applicable charges. For more information regarding seller responsibilities, please follow the link below: http://www.stubhub.co.uk/legal/?section=ua If there is anything else that we can do for you Stephen, please do not hesitate to contact us, Sincerely, Karl StubHub UK Customer Service “
Now this might seem fair at first but when I checked out the original message which was as follows above
but notice the date and time to which this was received 22nd March 2017 at 9:06 am
My argument for all of this is that IF they had sent that notification when the tickets had actually sold then the scenario now would never be. I would have had to have let down the ticket sale to the young boy and send them to the Stubhub buyer but unfortunately I received this late and typical of luck I had let them go the day before.
NOT an understanding at all of this and consequently I have now been charged £306.60 for them having to replace the tickets for the buyer I have had to pay for their charges for finding new tickets of which would have been overpriced and making ridiculous money out of .
So don’t make the same mistake as I did because in my opinion in 2017 when an email is generated and sent there should be no reason it shouldn’t be received straight away therefore questioning the capability of this site. According to their delightful man Karl who is on their customer service this is normal practice of an email.
The only bit of good news is that the kid who had my tickets off me got in touch to say he had a fabulous time, met the cast and also met Tom Hardy. How cool is that but as for STUBHUB… NEVER will I be using that site or app of which you’re apparently meant to check daily to check the status of your tickets (another thing that was never said in the beginning)

#footballz happy birthday to Ahman Green! You were a v good dude who ran with the ball in the NFL (enough years have passed for me to have let go of my anger over you becoming such after leaving my beautiful Seattle Seahawks)! Your personal website is also v bizarre! Its video intro is fine till the part where you are running down a football field holding a soccer ball! Then after some boilerplate voiceover about you being a mentor and a sports dude or whatever that voiceover says that you are "the night"!? Whaaaaa? Then the video shows you working out at night! This is strange! It is less strange when you get to the part of your website where you proclaim your love for batman and say that if batman were real you would be his favorite player! Also that you would love to play batman in a movie! You do have some film experience as a prison inmate in a straight to DVD Rob Schneider movie "anti-man-raping" (Rob Schneider's quote not mine) film Big Stan! I hope some gets you a batman shaped cake (and maybe a new website) today, Ahman Green, because it's your birthday! #footballzeroftheday #footballzbirthdays #ahmangreen #seattleseahawks #greenbaypackers #houtsontexans #badwebsites #thenight #whaaaaaa #batman #robschneider #lifesrichtapestry

Good Website vs. Bad Website
When I first think of what websites to compare as good constructed websites and badly constructed websites, I instantly go to magazine websites and editorial television networks. These are common areas of the internet that I reach for when I am looking for inspiration, fashion trends, and news reports.
Good Website:
NYLON Magazine
As soon as you type in www.nylonmag.com, you are looking at a unique gallery of enlarged interesting pictures of trending people, music, news, and fashion. The pictures move left every few seconds and it intrigues me to read and look at every picture. As you scroll down, the navigation bar stays at the top and the trending news of the day are split into a four column design with a picture and headline that follows under that picture. The bold black typeface matched with the highlight of yellow when you click on a tab really pops with the white background. The pink of the NYLON label at the top is very refreshing and modern.
When one enters this site, they are getting exactly what they want as soon as they push the enter button. The latest and greatest topics are enlarged and made the focus of the website as soon as you enter. Scrolling down, the hierarchy of popular news is placed accordingly. As far as the navigation bar at the top goes, it is so easy to navigate and find specifically what one is looking for in this website.
Bad Website:
BuzzFeed
One website I often find myself on is a place called BuzzFeed.com. As addicting as the titles of the photo galleries of embarrassing celebrity photos can be, I cannot stand going on this website. For one, the website has an abundance of crappy ads in the corner, and if you don't dodge them quick enough, you end up on a spam website. When I click on a BuzzFeed link from Facebook that seems pretty funny that I can't pass up, I usually am waiting three minutes for the page to load. When it does eventually load, it's always tricky to know what arrows to click on to get to the next picture of the gallery. Usually there is two or three arrows on the page, and all but one refers to a spam website. If you click on the wrong arrow, you're then redirected to ANOTHER spam website!
Aesthetically, the website isn't too bad to look at, but the function and conventions of it drive me crazy, and I am sure other Facebook users who are intrigued by the interesting titles of the photo galleries can agree with me. It's too much of a waste of time to just be able to click through a gallery of pictures.

Behold: the website I'd like to punch in the face, Miami Today. Sorry Miami, this digital version of a print newspaper just won't cut it for this news-hungry journalist. I'm hating the lack of content (ahem this is a newspaper right?) Not sure why there is only one photograph of an actual person on the front page, and frankly, I can't distinguish the masthead from the house advertisement. I've seen church newsletters do better than this.
