Enjoy a delicious and hearty breakfast with these Bacon and Eggs Biscuit Breakfast Panini. They are perfect for a quick and satisfying morning meal!

Ingredients: 4 biscuits, split in half. 8 slices of bacon. 4 large eggs. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray or butter for grilling.

Instructions: Preheat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the bacon slices in a separate skillet until they are crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. While the bacon is cooking, toast the biscuit halves in the panini press or on the grill pan until they are lightly browned. In the same skillet used for bacon, remove most of the bacon grease, leaving a thin layer for cooking the eggs. Crack one egg into the skillet for each sandwich and cook to your desired level of doneness. Season with salt and pepper. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each toasted biscuit. Top the cheese with 2 slices of cooked bacon on each biscuit. Place a fried egg on top of the bacon and cheese, then cover with the remaining biscuit halves. Lightly grease the panini press or grill pan with cooking spray or butter. Place each assembled biscuit sandwich in the press or on the grill pan and cook until the cheese is melted and the biscuits are golden brown. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and serve hot.

A hearty and tasty way to start the day is with the Ultimate Breakfast Bagel. It's a tasty breakfast sandwich that will keep you full until lunchtime. It has crispy bacon, cheesy eggs, fresh avocado, and tomato slices.

Ingredients: 2 bagels. 4 slices of bacon. 4 large eggs. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1 avocado, sliced. 1 tomato, sliced. Salt and pepper to taste. Butter for toasting.

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. While the oven is preheating, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Cut the bagels in half and lightly toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes or until they are slightly crispy. In the same skillet you used for bacon, melt a little butter and fry the eggs to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each egg while they are still in the skillet, cover with a lid, and let it melt for a minute. Assemble the ultimate breakfast bagel: On the bottom half of each bagel, layer a slice of tomato, avocado slices, two slices of bacon, and one cheesy fried egg. Top with the other half of the bagel and press gently to create the ultimate breakfast bagel sandwich. Serve hot and enjoy!
