I was thinking something new and more authentic to Austin. Back40 and Union & Main are very much that New England vibe, but I'd want to recycle that formula since it seems to work so well. My initial thought was upscale barbecue and craft cocktails but now I'm wondering if something more Tex-Mex is the move. Have an extensive taco section where we can add that Rhode Island flair with lobster roll tacos. Can you tell I've thought about this? Maybe I'm a little salty that you don't walk around the house as naked as you used to. I wouldn't be stuck, but I hear your point. Let's do a warm weather something this year and then next winter we can take them to Jackson Hole or Aspen. Give me all the Vitamin D. Should we do Turks & Caicos? It's not that long of a flight and it feels like everyone has been going there recently. | @dannyamendcla

We gonna bring the Back40 to Austin or will we be starting up something new? Think you just prefer seeing me with less clothes. Which I don't blame you because I've been looking rather good these days. Not to mention...I prefer you with no clothes on. I want us to do this as a family though. Know we can do other things with them but don't want you to be stuck in the lodge with them both while I go down the slopes. Maybe we hit the beach and wait till they are both a little bigger and able to learn how to snowboard or ski. // @oliviaamendola

October 1st 2021. 1st photo set

Tonite I had a great road trip with my friends. We drove to Macedonia, Iowa to eat at a new place. A bar called Back 40. It is a cute charming Mom and pop place. It has old black and white pictures under the plastic on the table, that we sat at. We had the delicious rib eye steak, baked potato and salad bar. Then we walked around town. We had a wonderful time.

My body for the summer of 2022 is not the body I had for the summer of 2021 and summers previous - I was out in the backyard doing stuff - and my legs are so unstable- just bending over to try to pick up sticks - or doing something I’ve done my whole life - putting my Foot on a stick so I can break it into smaller pieces - I can’t do anymore - so weird to watch your life get smaller and smaller - I think instead I’m just going to be more careful- I’ve had a good afternoon- I went up into the back 40 to see if there was any dirt I could use instead of going out and buying dirt for the garden and guess what - there was! So I’m going to use that dirt - it’ll take awhile to drag up - but it’ll be better than buying it, that’s for sure - and Bubby says that Spryfield dirt tastes much better than bought dirt 😊 - it was nice having a little fire too - and another of these pictures is the glass I got from the back of the property - there is so much of it back there - I’ve been saving what I find for a couple years - the broken stuff - I don’t know what I’ll do with it - probably throw it in recycling eventually - but it’s better in this bucket than in the dirt #back40 #brokenglass #saturday #dogkisserinternationalheadquarters (at Dogkisser International Headquarters) https://www.instagram.com/p/CctL-2UpWGu/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

For the first time in 17 years I found deer poop on my property!
