modern au clove headcanons because she's important to me and i like imagining things for her that she'd be interested in

she is such a huge megan fox girlie! I mean a bisexual brunette that plays murderous characters, that is literally clove's spirit animal and celebrity crush

career path: I wholeheartedly believe she should be a nurse because needles and blood! and she'd work well in a high intensity pressure environment of a hospital, plus she'd love learning anatomy. is she canonically the most compassionate person no but I do think she'd be really intent when it comes to taking care of patients (and as @ongreenergrasses suggested, approach it in a very competitive way)

i don't know anything about sports and physical activity but I think she'd be very into boxing in her free time and watching MMA as well as like. morning runs because d2 kids are obviously Fitness BrosTM

she's a swiftie but Reputation style, not super chipper and high energy but she'll cut a bitch (metaphorically) for disrespecting TS

she went to the eras tour with Glimmer, who is her swiftie buddy and they exchanged friendship bracelets and wore reputation/lover themed outfits

for other music tastes she would adore halsey (especially the badlands album) and nessa barrett (hot brunette with tats!!)

clove is arguably a tattoos girl but in a more casual way so she's not decorating her chest and arm and back like I imagine cato would but she gets small tats in lowkey places. like of her underlying blood vessels or something in a covered region of the body

speaking of tattoos I told @dayas about a clato au idea where clove is cato's tattoo artist and that's they're meet cute, yes it contradicts nurse!clove au but that is okay!

her hobbies are exercise, mma, knife throwing, watching slasher horror movies

she's an introvert she'll have like 2 friends and be set for life. these friends are glimmer and then cato, who later becomes a love interest. cato and clove take glimmer everywhere (except on like romantic date outings that are just for their personal time obviously), mama y papa + third wheel style.

it takes clove a LONG time before she finally lets glimmer do her hair. cato it takes less time because she's lowkey down bad for him and of course glimmer never let's her hear the end of it obviously

family -> divorced parents, barely present dad, slightly more present but emotionally distant mom, estranged eldest brother (last she heard he's in the military stationed somewhere, idk anything about the military sorry) and then the other 2 of her brothers (gunner and mason!) occasionally check in on clove and send her letters

she has a temporary gps collar so they can see if they managed to prepare her to living in the wild well enough and the answer is YES! she's strong and healthy and patrolling her own territory, as seen on wildlife cameras. success!
