okay but if we apply the "people who die/almost die can see ghosts" logic from DBD to Hob Gadling, that means he quite possibly had to watch Eleanor and Robyn get taken on to the sunless lands. Like I'm sorry but give me a Hob who has to beg Robyn to move on. Robyn who doesn't want his da to waste away alone, who is determined to stay and so so sorry he did something stupid and got himself killed. and Hob who knows there's no life to be had with Robyn lingering just for Hob's sake, who knows his sweet gentle boy with his mother's hair and Hob's cheeky grin absolutely must be destined for a soft afterlife, who has to choke back his own grief and beg Robyn to go.

I find the discourse about race changing in shifting very funny because is just something so North-American. Americans have this obsession with race, to the point where being Latino is considered a race (is a nationality, Latinos can be White, Black, Mixed, Brown and even Asian)

Technically i've been doing race changing for my whole shifting Journey, because i'm not american and in all of my DR's i was born and/or Live in the USA.

Technically i 'Race changed' when Isabella Bianca Lombardi was born in Italy, when Eleanor Gracie Duff-Ackles was born in the Uk, when Vanessa Lehnsherr Scorpion was born in the US ( and pretty much all of my others who also are American)

The US is obssesed with labelling every race in the book (sometimes doing it wrong as seen before in the text), that the American shifters obsess over it even when facing the multiverse.
