Fuck you computer!!

I had a whole family almost finished in CAS, but then my power cord dislodged and for some reason, the computer fucked up. The computer is fine, but the damn family is kaput. *sighs* And I don't have the patience to start again. Ugh... *headdesk*

Do you like my new header? I was "inspired" by the Sims 4 Life & Death ep. :P Plus I love the goth vibe of it.

I think I'll create two sisters and their father. The Sinclairs. Wendell is the elderly father, Irina is the older sister and is the total opposites of her baby sister Sophia. Who will get Wendell's stuff when he passes on, materialistic Irina or sweet Sophia?? Your guess is as good as mine and if you think that I *kinda* got the idea from the teaser vid you would be kee-rect.

Anyways, I might be going to Tim's for dinner tonight, idk yet. I'm going to have pizza and a salad bowl. :)

If I go to Tim's, I will bring my computer with me. If not, then after supper I will work on the Sinclairs.

In other news, Bees will be having her 46th bday on the 20th of this month. Here is a picture of both Bees and Julz

hi <3 anon!!! i've been letting this sit til inspiration struck and it finally did!!

in this headcanon the family sing head shoulders knees and toes and make vee fall into hysterical giggles when they cheer for him and I just imagine that whenever Vee is a baby and he giggles like this - yknow like in those videos where the parent just does something so simple and the baby is giggling constantly (pls click that link u wont regret it) - the family can't help but laugh along and the more they laugh the more happy and giggly vee gets and the more squeaky his laughter gets the more the family laugh !!

and i just imagine it getting to the point one day where logan has vee in his lap and maybe the joke is tht he keeps trying to say a word but instead of the word he blows a raspberry as if he cant say it! so like he wants to say 'cuddle' but replaced it with a raspberry

'do you want to give minty a *raspberry* baby?' and then logan frowns as if hes really confused why he cant say it

baby vee giggling and swaying so much lo has to hold him up

vee is gasping for breath between giggles and is kicking his feet in excitement

vee LOSES IT and his giggles are just a constant stream and he falls backwards but logan catches him and falls into constant laughter too. hes chuckling endlessly and shaking with it and patton has crumpled to the carpet his leags have gone weak with laughter

then of course roman has to join in and sits right beside logan facing vee 'mom and dad are so silly arent they baby? at least i can say the word *raspberry*. Oh dear zeus its got me too!!'

vee actually squeals through the giggling and everyone falls into hysterical laughter - vee just keeps giggling, lo keeps catching him when he nearly falls, patton is wheezing on the floor holding vee's hand because he HAS to hold his baby in some way hes just too adorable, roman is actually the only only not in hysterics at this point

that is until he does it again 'vee can you say the word *raspberry*? No no i mean the word *raspberry* like a hug!'

and after giggling for a full minut vee tries to blow a raspberry but its just him giggling and blowing through his pacifier and making a whispered sound like 'bulahbulahbulah' because he cant blow raspberries

and then pattons laughter falls silent its so intense and logans has gone more highpitched and roman is clutching his stomach and laughing deep belly chuckles and it just makes vee more excited and he kees going 'bulahbulahbulahbulah' and it just goes on and on and the family end up crying from laughter and they all have to try to calm down

but for the rest of the day every so often one of the family will burst into laughter at the memory and everyone will start involuntarily giggling at it because they dont even need to say it they all know theyre laughing about the same thing

but yeah!! vee giggles at anything and the family fond it so funny that then they fall into hysterics too and its all very funny and sweet

Mixtape: Wangan Selection

I've been wanting for some time to make a long Eurobeat mixtape, so I thought this could be a good theme. The term itself is a little confusing giving its obscure nature, and since it happened literally in the middle of the first and second booms, I choose to use songs released between 1989 and 1994. The most correct date probably would be 1990-1994 but since release dates are a confusing thing, I thought that 1989-1994 would be more appropriate but this is my opinion, so take it with a grain of salt... Let's say that this mixtape was only influenced by this theme. Yes, the cover is a picture of the actual Wangan line, I took it from Wikipedia and made it look old lol. 01. No, bees don't produce excess honey. It's something beekeepers will want you to believe but the "extra" honey is here for the bees to survive winter.

It's actually funny to tell a vegan he's engaging into cognitive dissonance when it's what we're fighting against every day of our life, but I guess everyone can face it. Also, sending hens and their males babies to death is never ethical, that is why farms aren't ethical (and very often hens aren't even treated well). And we always talk about this as if 98% of the population didn't buy their eggs at the supermarket... Not really the local farmer. But you must understand what being a vegan means: we believe that in our societies, we have gone past the need to exploit animals. Which is true, as there are thousands of alternatives developing, and I hope the increasing number of plant based people will one day make it affordable and accessible to anyone.

I see no real link between farm hens and my pets, except for the fact they were breed to become inadapted to a natural environment, humans becoming their natural environment. Vegans are against the exploitation of animals as I said. So we are against the breading of domestic animals for pet shops, buying to breeders, etc.

But all my pets are rescues. Vegans do not believe you should not rescue animals who are already here and suffering because of us in the first place. It would be nonsensical. Sure, one day I hope to live in a world where the crual breeding of animals for the pet industry will end; but it's nowhere near a end as shelters are more than full. Adopt, don't shop. It's far from being cognitive dissonance. It's addressing the problem of abandoned animals and taking care of them while others can benefit from their adoption and being taken in the shelter as well. And in the meantime, I personally don't consider I exploit my pets and will always, always try to give them the best life possible which meets their needs and provides them happiness :)

But I'm sure there are vegans out there who bought a pet in a pet shop, just as we all participated in the meat industry before going vegan. Well, now that the pet is here, of course they will care for him as best as possible. They just won't buy from there again. I adopted all my pets before going vegan and even being aware of animal cruelty and even if they are rescues, I'm sure my parents could have bought me an animal. Well, it wouldn't have been cognitive dissonance to care for them.

The thing is, vegans, by adopting animals, don't participate in the pet industry, but do participate in some animals' happiness, in the contrary of people who buy eggs, even at the local farmer. It's common practice here for farmers to sell the hens who don't make as many eggs anymore "buy her or it's the slaughter house". And it's hard dilemma for us because often they'll make more benefits by selling them to compassionate people than to the nearest slaughter house.

But it's always funny to see people's face when you ask them, but where are the males?

I think the kee issue is you think it's okay to exploit animals "if it's done well" (let's face it, it isn't) and I don't, so I don't know if there can be a real debate :/
