Between wanting to teach his brothers that he is not just a stick in the mud that drains the fun out of everything, and also wanting to do things well within the standards of GAR regulations because he's not an idiot, Dogma did some research.

As it turns out, the bagpipes were actually instruments used during wartime as an incentive to battle, motivation for the troops, and intimidation of the enemy. It's also the perfect instrument to annoy the ever loving crap out of a very specific group of brothers who keep talking behind your back and teasing you.

As it stands, neither the Clone Army nor the Droid Army was prepared for Dogma's level of commitment to being (rightfully) petty.

Assembling and painting B1 battle droid miniatures is really hard, as the mini must conform to a design that wasn't made with the intention of using it in a wargame (opposite of how WH40K has a lot of tall dudes in it). Many of my droids will be going into battle missing minor parts or having obvious glue lines on their blasters.

Which got me thinking. We all accept that all the background clones in TCW and ROTS have unquie paint patterns, even if they're all the same or blank in the actual media. What if the droids aren't as uniform as they look either. The Seperatists don't have unlimited resources, so what if many droids in standard deployment are cobbled together not completely professionally and missing minor parts like the backs of their heads? There's a propaganda poster recruiting youth to the seperatist cause from "the intergalactic association of amalgamated droid builders". What if that's how organic Seperatist supporters helped the cause? Scavenging broken droids and trying to put them together the best they can.
