the worlds left lea’s mouth faster than they intended too. both men found staring at each other in a stand off, a violent silence coming between them as they both processed what exactly these words could mean. immediately he cleared his throat, scratching his neck awkwardly as he tried to diverge any kind of idea as to why he’d even have such a rebuttal. that sentence tossed around in his mind. was this a confession? did his childhood best friend feel the same ??

shaking his head slightly, lea went to push his way past the other male. he wanted to run. he knew he’d had the confidence to quip back but the lost expression that plastered isa’s face was enough for him to understand that the feelings were probably negative to him. not a positive thing to want to kiss your best friend of almost 20 years. however something willed his feet to plant firm before walking away almost completely. another small moment of silence washed over as the two dared each other to speak.

“are you going to say anything ?”

lea was the first to break the silence, as he usually was. isa’s heart clamoured a bit before nodding, swallowing dryly he grabbed the wrist of his former best friend. in a switch motion the red head was pressed right up to the chest of his closest companion, both their faces burning hot as finally after all this time their lips had made contact.

inevitably this notion brought a smile to lea’s cheeks, one so wide their tender kiss had been broken. they both had no idea what this meant. they both had no idea what this meant for their future. however — wrapped in his arms, they both felt a warm sense of security and bliss. lips connecting once more as isa finally whispers to the heavenly man in front of him,

“that smile . . never failed to convince me of how beautiful your heart really is.”

a small chuckle from lea is what brought them back to reality, his hand tracing up isa’s back to gently grip the back of his hair, dragging his mouth closer,

“how ‘bout you come see just how beautiful all of me is?”

From one “ask” to the next! (Tho this is more asky)

What do you think Sora’s unique Keyblade would look like? I know people always look at him and go “it’s obviously the Kingdom Key, it’s what he’s always drawn with!” But to that i say, no, that is NOT his Keyblade, that is simply the base of every keyblade before it has taken up a specific transformation.

This also sorta extends to Roxas. People always say Oblivion/Oathkeeper are his keyblades, but to me no, those are not his keyblades, they are simply keyblades he likes to use. What his true Keyblade is, is Two Become One, because that is LITERALLY about him!

Every other character (save for Mickey and Xion [to my knowledge], though you could argue the Kingdom Key is *his* keyblade since he’s king and Xion sadly doesn’t get used much except as a plot device, but i digress) has their own keyblade that says “this is who i am”, so why doesn’t sora?

I personally believe his keyblade would hold some ties to Riku and Kairi (obv, most of his life revolved around them), a bit of a sky theme perhaps, and maybe the keychain could be his Mark of Mastery when he earns it because by Kingdom Hearts has he earned it.

tbh, friend, your brain is MUCH wrinklier than mine, honestly top tier, bc I have been thinking on this ever since you sent it and I have nothing! like this has literally never occurred to me and it's SO interesting to think about.

like you're right--the Kingdom Key smacks of the KH universe, the literal setting/worlds that Sora travels through, not of his actual character arc. conversely Roxas has SEVERAL unique, non-world-themed keyblades. to be fair his keyblades reference other characters too, but Two Become One is the culmination of his arc (well, his first arc).

(consider also that Oathkeeper and Oblivion may be considered symbols of Roxas's arc in tandem with Two Become One! O&O appear in scenes where Roxas is HUGELY anguished, like after he absorbs Xion, and when he's fighting Axel to abandon the Organization--in scenes like that it's not a stretch to imagine his "light" and "dark" sides are in conflict and he is warring with himself, just like O&O are separate and distinct in their "light" and "dark" motifs. but if O&O represent his internal struggle, then Two Become One can be seen as syzygy: a powerful completion of the self created by the unification of two diametrically opposed halves.)

(consider also that Normura has said Oathkeeper and Oblivion represent Riku and Kairi, meaning that holding them evokes Roxas as a stand-in in Sora's trinity, a trinity Riku doesn't belong in, and one created only after Xion is lost and his relationship with Axel is fractured... anyway where was i)

i do love the idea of a unique keyblade for Sora, designed to call back to Riku and Kairi and! the sky!!

it'd have to be something beyond just clouds/sun/celestial body imagery--not that they're bad, but bc those motifs have shown up on previous keyblades of his. maybe something that evokes the Final World? maybe a keyblade finished like chrome? mirror-like? or maybe instead of a literal mirror, it always "reflects" an image of the clouds/water from the Final World world to symbolize Sora's journey to/return from death?

———  EXPERIENCE! ♡

I can’t remember how long it’s been, I think around 15-ish years in total? I started off on MSN of all things, RPing with friends. Back then, mostly Kingdom Hearts and Devil May Cry. Used to write a lot of fanfictions during that time; again mostly Devil May Cry (made my own OC and all...Anson. Don’t make me cringe any further than that though). There were also animes like Soul Eater and Death Note, as well as comics like Batman. Spent some time there before MSN died - then a friend years later introduced me to RPing on Tumblr. Created originally a Rin Okumura blog, which later became an Ayato Kirishima blog (which still exists). I also had another OC blog (Satoki Nakai, a Tokyo Ghoul OC). I tried other blogs, like an Erza Scarlet, Arata Kirishima and more recently Kaze but they died out very quickly. So...after Tokyo Ghoul community fizzled out after 5 years, I made THIS blog.

I guess it jumps all over the place, but the one thing I’ve noticed is ‘edge’. So there’s a bit of darkness there whether they acknowledge it or not. So in the old days it was the likes of; Axel (KH), Dante (DMC), Soul (Soul Eater), L (Death Note), Jason Todd (Batman), Rin Okumura (Blue Exorcist), Ayato Kirishima (TG/:re) and now Dimitri. They’re all characters that range when it comes to personality traits but they all have either an uncontrollable darkness or temper and try to smother it, or are outright bad guys who have goodness in there deep down. The only one who doesn’t fit this is one of my very first muses; Finn from Storm Hawks when I was a kid. He was the comedy relief type.

FLUFF:   Fluff is just wholesome. Nothing like a nice fluffy thread after a difficult day.

ANGST:   Angst is my lifeblood. Especially with such edgelord characters, its par for the course.

SMUT:     I’m very fussy it seems with smut. Mostly because I like to feel I can trust the other mun. Even though its impersonal to me since it’s not a self-insert (I always RP men it seems XD), I get paranoid that I’m secrelty being made fun of for how a characters is portrayed in the bedroom. I had a terrible experience once and it’s scarred me I guess XD. 

PLOT / MEMES:   Rather important to be fair XD It’s a great way to break the ice and chat mun-to-mun and see if you guys will work out as RP partners. I’m always in the mood for memes! I love how it can be for serious threads, one shots or crack RPs.

I have recently realized how little kingdom hearts art I've actually posted which is so so so sad 💔💔💔 So I have come to the conclusion that a chaotic art dump is very necessary!!!

All of these are at LEAST months old if not a year or two old so I'm not finishing any unfinished ones sadly :( but i have definite plans to try and redo some of them eventually!!! :D
