Headcannon: Victim has paranoia—an irrational and intense fear that others are trying to harm, deceive, or plot against them, even when there's little or no evidence for it.

Hence the rocket corp has extensive surveillance cameras covering every inch of the campus.

Also, Victim's private office is secluded from other parts of the building, with the only visible entrance being the elevator that leads directly to his office.

He probably also secretly carries weapons for self defence and planned least a dozen evacuation routes only known by him.

i tried to make this one less text heavy and more concise but have some theories about the mercenaries since they recently have some new content :) !! (i didnt like this theory one bit because it hurts but the dots kept on connecting)

its mostly centered around the type of relationship i believe the mercenaries have with victim. the pen concept-to-life thing is mostly just an opening statement since i tend to focus more on how these relationships work and it will affect the story but idk idk maybe ill also have something to say about that in the future :>

ill write the disclaimer here again: these are my own theories and personal headcanons and interpretations, i am in no way trying to get ahead of how alan and his team will write the story. i just like making observations and explorations :D

I think there have been some comments abt this already (cuz I'm sure I saw at least 1 YouTube comment abt this)

but um...why do RGBY kinda sorta parallel the mercs?

Like Red and Ballista, for example. They both give off "enthusiastic" and "youngest" vibes, and they have extremely strong personalities and fighting capabilities. AND they both fight close range.

And Blue and Primal, because they both do long range. Isn't it weird that they both do long range???!?!??

But with Green and Yellow - and Agent and Hazard - it gets a little harder. I think Green parallels Hazard because of a scene in "The Box" where Victim is torturing TCO and he literally falls asleep...if Green were a merc, he'd do the same thing!

Which leaves Yellow and Agent. They're both the smartest of the group, and Agent seems to be the lead merc, and Yellow has the biggest role out of the 4 of them in AvA.

funny picture to get your attention aside, I do feel like that, with the Mercenaries seemingly being an Evil Stick Gang, I feel like a lot of the RYGBO crew's dynamics could apply to the mercs.

Agent and Hazard - Yellow and Blue. They just get along peacefully and there's little to no beef, they're besties.

Agent and Ballista - Orange and Red. The impulsive one and the one tired of his shit.

Agent and Primal - Orange and Green. Close friends who tease eachother a lot and semi-compete.

Hazard and Ballista - Red and Yellow. The ballistic (heh) entity of chaos and the smart guy who comes up with the chaotic ideas (basically them in Texture Pack)

Hazard and Primal - Green and Blue. They just get along well with little to no fights.

Ballista and Primal - Green and Red (in Prank at least). The emotional and aggressive one being tired of the other being so much better.

You could tie Victim into this, but... the drawing above kinda tells how I feel about him. He's this outsider to the group. Sure, he and Agent get along well, they trust each other and Agent saved his life, but that doesn't extend to the other mercs. They don't interact, they don't care about the Box and the Chosen interrogation, Ballista and Hazard are outright creeped out by Victim pulling out the lasso. Victim really does feel like the friend nobody likes but is dragged onto every party because he's on good terms with the group's leader.
