I wouldn’t doubt it. Its two brothers that are pretty different from each other, which means it would be nothing short of intense.

More than likely, these brothers were already hanging out when they saw the darling. They probably had gone to a sports bar to watch rugby or found the poor dear when her car had broken down near either of their homes or research areas. As they start to fight, the darling feels awkward and leaves. This process repeats until the darling can’t stand watching the brothers torn apart screams, she wants nothing more to do with them. That she will not let herself be the reason a family is torn apart.

The declaration not only crushes them but pisses them both off.

They will both continue to keep tabs, but they remain distant until darling cools off. Their anger toward each other, however continues to build and then bleeds into other things. The fights become more intense and start from the slightest friction. Most left it at that, until it finally blows up at an international meeting. The two roll and exchange blows with such viciousness that their older brother can bear it no longer.

Oliver steps in and stops them. His smile was tight, and the colors of his eyes swirled. He demands the reason for their fighting.

From their kneeling position, they mention a darling. Someone that has captured their hearts, and neither will let go.

Oliver’s smile relaxes slightly. He has a way to determine who gets the girl. All it would take is for them to agree to a challenge made by him.

The winner gets the girl. All they have to do is say yes.

And they do.
