Personally Chester has always been one of my favourite characters, he's so underrated. I know people kind of characterize him as a grumpy old man (not helped by the fact that he's a closer), but to me he's always been someone who cares very much about others and wishes for them to experience safe and full lives enjoying the natural beauty of the world and its wonders, but he's also someone who doesn't understand the world and fears how quickly it can change. And I've always had a special headcanon that he and Austin have a very close friendship: Chester sees Austin as a grandson to him and likewise Austin sees Chester as a grandfather to him.

So could you please draw Chester and Austin just sitting down on one of the beach chairs in front of the Freezeria at Calypso Island, enjoying sundaes as they gaze at the sunset & horizon? Perhaps Chester is talking about how he thinks the world may come to an end, but Austin just listens and smiles; both of them know how unlikely that scenario would be. One thing's for sure: although their time on Earth won't be forever, right now, in this moment, both know that they are living their lives to the fullest.
