Two years ago this year...

this magical and exciting TV commercial that 𝗧𝗼𝗺 shot for the Audi e-tron GT came out 💥

The emotion I felt when I first watched it broadcast on TV in my country... Speechless 😍💘

It didn't last long broadcast, at least here in Spain, but it was so exciting 💓🔥

Having been launched in late-2023 at the Munich Motor Show, the Audi brand confirmed this week (March 2024) that this new EV is coming to the UK market and customers can now place orders. The Q6 will be a bigger alternative to the existing Q4 Estate and Sportback, which has been incredibly popular in 2023 and into 2024. But where the brand is very excited, is the synergy with Porsche, who have co-engineered a Premium Platform Electric (PPE), which is being used on the upcoming Porsche Macan

But how does the standard Q6 EV perform?  This AWD SUV will have a 94.9 kWh usable battery which will offer 0 – 62 times of 5.9 seconds, 130 mph top speeds and 285kW (or 382hp). Expect a combined winter range of 240 miles with warmer weather allowing for 320 miles – a 285 mile combined. On charging, the 11 kW AC max will allow 10 hour and 15 min 0 – 100% charging times with the 270 kW DC maximum allowing 21 minute 10 – 80% times. A cargo volume of 526L is available with this car. It has a vehicle fuel equivalent of 122 mpg. You can tow with this EV – 750kg (Unbraked) and 2400kg (Braked). It also has no V2L or V2G capabilities (so far). The Heat Pump is standard.

On charging, the 11 kW AC max will allow 10 hour and 15 min 0 – 100% charging times with the 270 kW DC maximum allowing 21 minute 10 – 80% times. A cargo volume of 526L is available with this car. It has a vehicle fuel equivalent of 117 mpg. You can tow with this EV – 750kg (Unbraked) and 2400kg (Braked). It also has no V2L or V2G capabilities (so far). The Heat Pump is standard

In terms of the Audi e-tron GT - how does it perform? The AWD option will have a 85 kWh usable battery which will offer 0 – 62 times of 4.1 seconds, 152 mph top speeds and 390 kW (or 523 hp). Expect a combined winter range of 220 miles with warmer weather allowing for 295 miles. On charging, the 11 kW AC max will allow 9 hours and 15 min 0 – 100% charging times with the 268  kW DC maximum allowing 17 minute 10 – 80% times. A cargo volume of 405L is available with this car. It has a vehicle fuel equivalent of 124 mpg. This option cannot tow. This EV will have no Bidirectional charging.

Not a huge rally guy but I love how Audi tries to push the boundaries of etron. Really fun build; probably the most amount of printed pieces so far.
