Atomic Wallet: The Universal Multi-Assets Wallet
Believe it or not, exchanging and storing cryptocurrencies in a secure manner is tricky. It is so because this form of money is new to us and therefore we lack experience. Many users ignore the fact that cryptos are complex and choose random wallets and exchanges for their crypto needs. Foolish, I’d say. Choosing the exchange and wallet without proper research and due diligence is foolish. You end up paying money to store your coins and then if your exchange or wallet is unreliable, you lose your hard earned money! Paying the money and still losing funds, you may ask. Yes. That is very common. And that is because of the centralized nature of our current crypto infrastructure and lack of proper education amongst its users. However, to save you from any unfortunate events, the Atomic wallet and Atomic swap exchange have landed in the market! In this introductory article of Atomic Wallet, we will cover: What is Atomic Wallet? Features Of Atomic Wallet Atomic Wallet Team Supported Currencies Supported Platforms Final Thoughts What is Atomic Wallet? Atomic Wallet is a universal multi-currency wallet to manage your Bitcoin, Ethereum , XRP, Litecoin, XLM, and over 300 other coins and tokens in a single interface. Apart from being just a wallet, it is also an exchange through which you can exchange assets via its non-custodial Atomic Swap with the decentralized order book. We have, in the past, talked about Atomic Swaps. Here is the link in case you want to refer to it again: What Is Atomic Swap and Why It Matters? Features Of Atomic Wallet Atomic Wallet is a smart amalgamation of the latest blockchain innovations and intelligent integrations to create a robust, on-demand service that allows users to reduce effort spent on managing crypto assets and makes it transparent and reliable. Some of the notable features of Atomic Wallet are: Multi-currency The Atomic wallet is multi-currency wallet where you can store multiple currencies at the same time. Moreover, it falls into the category of cold wallets because everything is stored only on your device and no information is left out. It currently supports 300+ coins and tokens. Atomic Swaps Stay Lite! On-chain $LTC / $BTC #AtomicSwap in a simple clear interface for everyone! #Litecoin @SatoshiLite @LTCFoundation Download app and try https://t.co/enxUFl4LsD pic.twitter.com/iynf5ReVol — AtomicWallet.io (@atomicwallet) July 19, 2018 Atomic swaps, as the name suggests, is a way to swap one currency into another. But this exchange of currencies entirely avoids third-party risks and are cross-chain in nature. So being an atomic swap , you need not to worry about your transaction failing or getting scammed because atomic swaps either happen in entirety or don’t happen at all. In-built Exchanges The Atomic Wallet aims to be a single point solution. Therefore, it has integrated instant exchanges like Changelly and ShapeShift into their interface for coins/tokens that don’t have atomic swap support as of now. Changelly and ShapeShift give flexibility to investors to any time swap their cryptoassets from one to another as they also support more than 100+ cryptocurrencies on their platform. Non-Custodial When you get started with the Atomic Wallet, you set a password and also get a seed (12-words) to secure your Atomic Wallet. Hence, you need not worry about your funds as you always remain in control of them. Highly Secure & Intuitive Atomic Wallet uses highest standards of encryption in their wallet wherever required, and your seed information never leaves your device, which makes it highly secured. Learn more about Atomic Wallet security . And their UI, I must say, is worth taking a look. It is easy to navigate and resembles a lot with the Exodus wallet which is a leader in desktop crypto wallets . Atomic Wallet Team The Atomic Wallet team comprises of crypto and blockchain pioneers, amongst which is their CEO Konstantin Gladych , also the former CEO of Changelly. Supported Currencies Atomic Wallet supports 300+ crypto assets as of now and virtually thousands of ERC20 tokens because there are more than 500 tradable ERC20 tokens. Here is a sneak peek into some of the assets that Atomic Wallet supports: To check the full list of supported coins, visit their asset page . Supported Platforms Atomic Wallet is available for all major operating systems such as (Windows, Mac, Linux, Debian, Fedora) so you need not worry about changing your operating system to enjoy its benefits. Atomic Wallets mobile versions will be soon out so that you can enjoy the same service on the go on your iOS and Android devices. Download Atomic Wallet Now Final Thoughts Atomic Wallet is leading the way in the crypto-jungle towards more secure crypto storage and exchange. It certainly has a long way to go as they only offer three currencies (BTC, ETH, QTUM ) for swapping atomically. I would like to see a real acceleration in their development in this area. Also, if they can implement atomic swaps across significant cryptocurrencies , the storage and custodian problem will be solved to a greater extent. Also, they are developing their mobile apps, which is the way to go forward in this mobile-driven economy. It will be interesting to see that how they go about implement lightning powered transactions and swaps in the future for currencies like BTC, LTC , XMR, ETH etc. If you want to get more familiar with this wallet, I recommend you to watch their YouTube channel where they have many videos of Atomic Wallets. Exploring the Benefits of Blockchain Interoperability

Blockchain interoperability is the ability for different blockchain networks to communicate and interact with each other. As the number of blockchain networks increases, it's becoming increasingly important to understand how to create cross-chain communication and how to use different interoperability solutions. This is important to create a decentralized ecosystem of blockchain networks, where different networks can share information and assets with each other. One of the key challenges in achieving interoperability is the fact that different blockchain networks use different protocols and consensus mechanisms. This can make it difficult for them to communicate and share information with each other. To overcome this challenge, several solutions have been proposed, such as atomic swaps and cross-chain messaging. There are several different types of interoperability solutions available, each with their own benefits and limitations. - Atomic swaps: This is a type of smart contract that allows for the exchange of one cryptocurrency for another without the need for a centralized intermediary. This allows for the direct exchange of assets between different blockchain networks. - Cross-chain messaging: This is a way for different blockchain networks to share information and communicate with each other. This is done by sending messages between different networks through a messaging protocol. - Middleware: This is a type of solution that acts as a bridge between different networks. This can include blockchain hubs, which can handle the translation of data and assets between different networks, making it easier for them to communicate and share information. - Sidechains: This is a solution that allows for the creation of a parallel blockchain that runs in parallel with an existing blockchain. This allows for the transfer of assets between the main blockchain and the sidechain, creating a form of interoperability. - Protocol-based solutions: This type of solution allows multiple blockchain networks to use the same protocols, which allows them to interact with each other. Examples of this are Cosmos, Polkadot, and Aion - Hybrid solutions: This type of solution combines the benefits of different interoperability solutions to create a comprehensive solution. An example of this is the Interledger Protocol (ILP) which is an open protocol stack for interoperability between ledgers of any type and complexity. - Oracles: Oracles are intermediaries that can facilitate the transfer of information between different blockchain networks. Oracles can be used to facilitate cross-chain communication, and can be used to provide information from off-chain sources to smart contracts on-chain. - Interoperability frameworks: This type of solution is a set of protocols, standards and practices that allow different blockchain networks to interact with each other in a cohesive and seamless way. How do these solutions work and what are their benefits and limitations? Atomic swaps: - Atomic swaps work by creating a smart contract that allows two parties to exchange assets in a trustless and decentralized manner. The smart contract acts as an escrow, holding the assets until both parties have fulfilled their end of the agreement. Once the conditions are met, the assets are automatically exchanged. - The benefits of atomic swaps include the ability to exchange assets directly between different blockchain networks without the need for a centralized intermediary. This can help to reduce fees and increase security. Additionally, atomic swaps can be used to facilitate decentralized trading and allow for greater liquidity in the market. - The limitations of atomic swaps include the fact that they are only possible between blockchain networks that use the same programming language, and that they can be complex to implement. Additionally, atomic swaps can be vulnerable to issues such as front-running and can be affected by network congestion. Cross-chain messaging: - Cross-chain messaging works by allowing different blockchain networks to share information and communicate with each other through a messaging protocol. This can be done by sending messages between different networks, or by creating a common protocol that allows different networks to communicate. - The benefits of cross-chain messaging include the ability to share information and assets between different blockchain networks, which can help to increase efficiency and reduce the need for intermediaries. Additionally, cross-chain messaging can facilitate decentralized applications and services, such as decentralized exchanges and prediction markets. - The limitations of cross-chain messaging include the fact that it can be difficult to create a common protocol that is compatible with all different blockchain networks, and that it can be affected by network congestion. Additionally, cross-chain messaging can be vulnerable to issues such as front-running and data breaches. Middleware: - Middleware works by acting as a bridge between different blockchain networks. This can be done by creating a hub that can handle the translation of data and assets between different networks, making it easier for them to communicate and share information. - The benefits of middleware include the ability to connect different blockchain networks, which can help to increase efficiency and reduce the need for intermediaries. Additionally, middleware can facilitate decentralized applications and services, such as decentralized exchanges and prediction markets. - The limitations of middleware include the fact that it can be difficult to create a common protocol that is compatible with all different blockchain networks, and that it can be affected by network congestion. Additionally, middleware can be vulnerable to issues such as data breaches. Sidechains: - Sidechains work by creating a parallel blockchain that runs in parallel with an existing blockchain. This allows for the transfer of assets between the main blockchain and the sidechain, creating a form of interoperability. - The benefits of sidechains include the ability to scale the network and increase transaction throughput, it also allows for the creation of private or permissioned blockchains for specific use cases. Additionally, sidechains can also be used to test new features and upgrades before they are implemented on the main blockchain. - The limitations of sidechains include the fact that they can be complex to implement and maintain, and they can increase the attack surface. Additionally, sidechains can be vulnerable to issues such as data breaches and hacking. Protocol-based solutions: - Protocol-based solutions work by allowing multiple blockchain networks to use the same protocols, which allows them to interact with each other. - The benefits of protocol-based solutions include the ability to connect different blockchain networks, which can help to increase efficiency and reduce the need for intermediaries. Additionally, protocol-based solutions can facilitate decentralized applications and services, such as decentralized exchanges and prediction markets. - The limitations of protocol-based solutions include the fact that it can be difficult to create a common protocol that - ions and services, such as decentralized exchanges and prediction markets. Additionally, protocol-based solutions can also provide better security and scalability by using a shared security model, and also can ease the process of creating interoperability among different networks. - The limitations of protocol-based solutions include the fact that they can be difficult to implement and maintain, and they can be affected by network congestion. Additionally, protocol-based solutions can be vulnerable to issues such as data breaches, hacking, and front-running. Hybrid solutions: - Hybrid solutions combine the benefits of different interoperability solutions to create a comprehensive solution. - The benefits of hybrid solutions include the ability to connect different blockchain networks and to facilitate decentralized applications and services, such as decentralized exchanges and prediction markets. Additionally, hybrid solutions can also provide better security and scalability by using a shared security model, and also can ease the process of creating interoperability among different networks. - The limitations of hybrid solutions include the fact that they can be difficult to implement and maintain, and they can be affected by network congestion. Additionally, hybrid solutions can be vulnerable to issues such as data breaches, hacking, and front-running. Oracles: - Oracles are intermediaries that can facilitate the transfer of information between different blockchain networks. - The benefits of oracles include the ability to access off-chain data and use it in smart contracts, which can enable a wide range of use cases, such as prediction markets, decentralized insurance, and more. Additionally, oracles can also provide a way to access external data feeds, such as stock prices, weather, and more. - The limitations of oracles include the fact that they can be difficult to implement and maintain, and they can be affected by network congestion. Additionally, oracles can be vulnerable to issues such as data breaches, hacking, and front-running. Interoperability frameworks: - Interoperability frameworks are a set of protocols, standards and practices that allow different blockchain networks to interact with each other in a cohesive and seamless way. - The benefits of interoperability frameworks include the ability to connect different blockchain networks, which can help to increase efficiency and reduce the need for intermediaries. Additionally, interoperability frameworks can facilitate decentralized applications and services, such as decentralized exchanges and prediction markets. - The limitations of interoperability frameworks include the fact that they can be difficult to implement and maintain, and they can be affected by network congestion. Additionally, interoperability frameworks can be vulnerable to issues such as data breaches, hacking, and front-running. How can different blockchain networks be connected to each other? There are several different ways to connect different blockchain networks to each other. - Atomic swaps: As described earlier, atomic swaps allow for the direct exchange of assets between different blockchain networks. This allows for the creation of a decentralized market where assets can be traded directly between different networks. - Cross-chain messaging: Cross-chain messaging allows different blockchain networks to share information and communicate with each other through a messaging protocol. This can be done by sending messages between different networks, or by creating a common protocol that allows different networks to communicate. - Middleware: Middleware acts as a bridge between different blockchain networks. This can be done by creating a hub that can handle the translation of data and assets between different networks, making it easier for them to communicate and share information. - Sidechains: Sidechains work by creating a parallel blockchain that runs in parallel with an existing blockchain. This allows for the transfer of assets between the main blockchain and the sidechain, creating a form of interoperability. - Protocol-based solutions: Protocol-based solutions allow multiple blockchain networks to use the same protocols, which allows them to interact with each other. - Hybrid solutions: Hybrid solutions combine the benefits of different interoperability solutions to create a comprehensive solution. - Oracles: Oracles are intermediaries that can facilitate the transfer of information between different blockchain networks. - Interoperability frameworks: Interoperability frameworks are a set of protocols, standards and practices that allow different blockchain networks to interact with each other in a cohesive and seamless way. What are the key challenges in achieving interoperability? There are several key challenges in achieving interoperability between different blockchain networks, some of which include: - Technical compatibility: Different blockchain networks use different consensus mechanisms, data structures, and programming languages. This can make it difficult to establish a common protocol that allows them to communicate and share information. - Security: Interoperability solutions need to be secure and able to protect against attacks such as front-running, and data breaches. - Scalability: Interoperability solutions need to be able to handle high transaction volumes and large amounts of data to ensure they can function effectively. - Governance: Interoperability solutions require a governance model to ensure that all participants can agree on how the solution will be managed and maintained. - Privacy: Interoperability solutions need to take into account the privacy requirements of different networks and ensure that sensitive information is protected. - Regulation: Interoperability solutions need to comply with the regulations of different jurisdictions, which can vary widely and make it difficult to create a global solution. - Adoption: Interoperability solutions need to be adopted by a sufficient number of users to be effective. This can be challenging as blockchain networks need to trust one another, and it can be difficult to establish trust between networks that have different governance models and underlying technologies. - User experience: Interoperability solutions need to be easy to use and understand, otherwise, it can discourage users from adopting it. How can we ensure the security and integrity of data and assets when they are exchanged between different blockchain networks? Ensuring the security and integrity of data and assets when they are exchanged between different blockchain networks is a key challenge that needs to be addressed. Some of the ways to achieve this include: - Cryptography: Cryptography is used to secure the data and assets being exchanged between different blockchain networks. This can include the use of digital signatures, hash functions, and encryption to ensure that only authorized parties can access the data and assets. - Smart Contracts: Smart contracts are self-executing contracts with the terms of the agreement written into code, can be used to ensure the security and integrity of data and assets by automating the execution of the contract and the transfer of assets. Smart contracts can be used to ensure that the conditions specified in the contract are met before the assets are transferred. - Interoperability solutions: Interoperability solutions such as atomic swaps and cross-chain messaging, are designed to ensure the security and integrity of data and assets when they are exchanged between different blockchain networks. These solutions use cryptographic techniques to ensure that only authorized parties can access the data and assets. - Multi-signature: Multi-signature is a security measure that requires more than one private key to authorize a transaction. This can help to prevent unauthorized access to data and assets by requiring multiple parties to sign off on the transaction. - Security Audits: Regular security audits can help to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the interoperability solutions, which can then be addressed before they are exploited by attackers. - Monitoring: Continuously monitoring the network for any suspicious activity can help to detect and prevent attacks on the interoperability solutions. - Governance: A governance model that ensures the participation of all stakeholders, and ensures that there is a way to resolve disputes and make decisions, can help to ensure the security and integrity of data and assets when they are exchanged between different blockchain networks. - Insurance: To ensure that losses are covered in case of an attack on the interoperability solutions, insurance can be used as a risk management strategy. What are some examples of projects that are working on creating interoperability among different networks? There are several projects that are working on creating interoperability among different blockchain networks, some examples include: - Cosmos: Cosmos is a decentralized network of independent parallel blockchains, each powered by BFT consensus algorithms like Tendermint. Cosmos aims to create an ecosystem of interconnected blockchains that can scale and interoperate with each other. - Polkadot: Polkadot is a next-generation blockchain protocol that enables interoperability between different blockchain networks by allowing them to share security, consensus, and governance. - Wanchain: Wanchain connects different blockchain networks through its cross-chain protocol, allowing for the exchange of assets and data between different networks. - Aion: Aion is a blockchain network that aims to provide interoperability between different blockchain networks by allowing them to share data and assets in a secure and decentralized way. - Chainlink: Chainlink is a decentralized oracle network that enables smart contracts to securely access off-chain data feeds, web APIs, and traditional bank payments. This enables interoperability between smart contracts and existing systems. - Interledger Protocol (ILP): ILP is an open protocol suite for sending payments across different ledgers, it allows for interoperability between different payment networks, cryptocurrencies, and traditional banking systems. - Binance Chain & DEX: Binance Chain is a blockchain protocol developed by Binance, it's used for the issuance and trading of digital assets, it allows interoperability with other blockchain networks and protocols. - Ren: Ren is an open protocol that enables interoperability between different blockchain networks, allowing for the transfer of assets between them. - Ark: Ark is a blockchain ecosystem that aims to create an ecosystem of interconnected blockchains that can scale and interoperate with each other. - Icon: Icon is a blockchain platform that aims to connect different blockchain networks by allowing them to share data and assets in a secure and decentralized way. - Token Bridge: Token Bridge is an interoperability solution that allows for the transfer of assets between different blockchain networks, such as Ethereum and Polkadot. - Bridge Protocol: Bridge Protocol is a blockchain-based interoperability solution that enables secure and seamless communication between different blockchain networks. - Blocknet: Blocknet is a decentralized blockchain interoperability solution that allows for the transfer of data and assets between different blockchain networks. - Block Collider: Block Collider is a blockchain interoperability solution that allows for the transfer of data and assets between different blockchain networks. - Liquidity Network: Liquidity Network is a non-custodial, off-chain scaling solution for decentralized exchanges that aims to enable fast, secure and low-cost trades between different blockchain networks. Decentralized Exchange Software
Decentralized exchanges (DEX) will never store traders funds in a third party wallet & the traders have full decision making authority to manage their funds with high security. The highlight of a decentralized exchange is it never allows the inconveniences that we face in traditional centralized exchange. The entire system runs based on atomic swapping and smart contract system.

Crypto Soft India always forecast the future trends of cryptocurrency industry Hence we found decentralized exchanges are the most promising business model of future. To bring this innovative business model to live, we provide completely secured decentralized exchange script and software. The script which we develops supports atomic swapping technology, which will help to trade two entirely different cryptocurrencies under an unique decentralized smart contract.
What is the difference between a Centralised & Decentralized Exchange?
In a centralised exchange: Whenever a transaction of Crypto happens, a third party needs to be involved ( most probably the Exchange itself ). All the cryptocurrency used is stored inside the parent wallet of the exchange itself. This makes the exchange extremely un-secure and prone to hacks. The owner of the exchange needs to invest significant amount of time and money in maintaining the security. Also since every transaction is executed by the files present in the exchange > the owner of the exchange needs to spend money on maintaining a good server infrastructure.
Eg: Binance, CEX.io etc.
In a Decentralised Exchange: Every transaction happens on the fly, directly between the wallets of the respective users. The underlying smart contract defines the entire transaction in a safe and secure manner. Since no cryptocurrency is stored on any centralised servers > No need to worry about security. Also the entire exchange runs on the browser of the user ( via. JS ). So, just any normal server is more than required to host the entire exchange and make it run in Super speed.
Eg: EtherDelta, Waves Dex etc.
Top 3 reasons to run a Decentralized Exchange:
Very Less Expense running cost: Unlike a centralised exchange, you don’t need to spend a fortune on running a sophisticated server (as everything runs on the customers browser). No need to spend huge on security ( as all crypto are stored on the users wallet directly ). You Set it up & The exchange just keeps automatically under minimal server specifications.
Very High Recurring revenue: Every time a transaction happens > you earn Crypto that gets transferred to your Wallet automatically. You can configure the commission percentage per transaction on your smart contract.
Users love it: Since there is NO OTHER fee associated with each transaction (except the minimal fee you setup), users love to transact on decentralised exchanges. FYI: EtherDelta charges 0.03 % fee and handles 4 million transactions per day!

#share2steem [I just used scatter to do an atomic swap for eos karma for eos tokens, without paying any fees] I know karma has had some problems with their interface bbut the chain is solid and after some upgrades by @eosnewyorkofficial @eosnewyork to even out the distribution of all the eos tokens controlled by one smart contract and this will be changes soon, and thus decentralizing the eos sub tokens on the eos main net @block.one_official knows this and this is why the advertising isnt here yet, the eps blockchain is brand new and has plenty of work but everything is going on schedule and no one can do it better or faster so it's kind of like a massive LOADING bar and it's at over 30% and there hasnt been many errors at all... the progress bar is loading just fine, and the eos mainnet will have virtual ram and more cheap CPU deployed and REX and worker proposal and we will have #meos launched sometime this year and announces in June so biggest marketing and advertising ever from any #cryptocurrency will be with eos because they have 4 billion dollars in liquid funds ready to go, more than anyone else in crypto. And no I'm not talking about marketcap. This is a great #eos #cryptocurrency #atomicswap called #scatter a desktop and browser wallet and metamask style smart contract wallet for eos, but also works for ethereum and Tron so no need for metamask at all anymore! #blockchain #bitcoin #btc Get the scatter app here Https://getscatter.com https://www.instagram.com/p/Bwk8gqogu9H/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1kpx5qdxh2eb6

We are excited to share this post about an up and coming #Decentralized #CryptoExchange called #Altcoin.io. The exchange is going to run off an #AtomicSwap wallet that you download and secure on your very own computer. This means you can trade #cryptocurrencies without having to send them to a centralized exchange where you run the risk of being hacked or losing your coins to the potential failure of the exchange. Using a #DecentralizedExchange reduces these risks to zero. So in the prelaunch of this exchange they have a very cool referral deal going on where you can earn a percentage of the fees generated by the trades of people you refer. How high of a percentage you gain on each trade fee depends on how many people you refer in total. It plans to pay out in bitcoin to your preferred bitcoin wallet, once per month. Other than the fact that we need a decentralized exchange solution, and it couldn't come soon enough.. this is a pretty cool opportunity with Altcoin IO... So pre-register your account at this exchange now, share it with your friends and set yourself up for some potential #passivebitcoin earnings... remember, it all adds up ;) http://www.altcoin.io?kid=JKB8Z Peace. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Stay tuned for a lot more updates on ICOs and all things #crypto #residualincome #bitcoin #ethereum #litecoin #hustle #hustlehard #hodl #ripple #passiveincome #makemoney #makemoneyworkforyou #invest #investment #blockchain #futureofmoney #btc #makemoneyonline #ethereum #workfromhome #cryptocurrencies
