my athena cabin headcanons

-documentary watch parties during the summer when everyone's at camp

-learning was always fun growing up, so the adhd was hidden by their curiosities

-every bunk is either a complete mess or spotless; no in between

-everyone is a different type of nerd; not just all history buffs or architects

-begging chiron to take field trips to museums

-catching a sibling watching a youtube video essay in the lounge, and not being able to not find it interesting too

-teaching each other owl calls and assigning them different meanings for capture the flag

-the library is organized terribly, and it's been a decade long effort to reorganize it

-weirdly good at cooking

-terrible grades (cause the adhd lol) but knows all the class content by heart if someone asks a question about it

-prob have anxiety from all the strategizing and overthinking

-secretly like olives on pizza, but feel like it's a lil too cliche to ever order it

I have this idea that some of the kids in Athena cabin are great artists. They draw, paint, and share their works. I would totally love this. I feel like since Apollo kids do music, why can't Athena kids do art? I mean they can weave thanks to their mother and that's a form of art. It definitely helps that they're intelligent and know how to do measurements and such.

Some of the Athena kids have a growing betting pool about an appearance of a daughter of Neptune. Jason is in on it. So is Will. And honestly actually a good portion of both camps are in on it.
