Why Custom Flight Cases Are Essential for Protecting Valuable Equipment
Tumblr media
Custom flight cases are designed to provide maximum protection for valuable and delicate equipment during transportation. Whether you're transporting audiovisual gear, scientific instruments, or medical devices, these cases ensure that your equipment remains safe from physical damage caused by drops, vibrations, or sudden movements. The padded foam inserts are custom-tailored to fit the precise shape of your gear, reducing the risk of damage during transit.
Moreover, custom flight cases are constructed from durable materials like plywood, aluminum, or high-strength plastic, offering added protection against the elements. Their rugged design allows them to withstand the wear and tear of frequent travel, ensuring that your equipment remains intact and ready for use. This level of protection ensures that your high-value gear will arrive at its destination in the same condition it was in when it was packed. For professionals and businesses that rely on specialized equipment, investing in a custom flight case is a smart choice to maintain operational efficiency and safeguard valuable assets.

20 tips to import and export effectively
Whether you are thinking of converting your company into an importer or exporter or if you have already done so, take note of 20 tips taken from interviews with experts and companies. Each one of them is a piece that makes up the foreign trade puzzle.
1. How do I know my company is ready to export or import?
We are going to answer you in Galician. Does your company have a bilingual receptionist? Can your production chain respond to high demand peaks? Do you have a sales team capable of facing the new challenge (travel, irregular schedules ...? Do you have the financial capacity to make the leap abroad?
Do you have a competitive product or service? As an importer, are you looking for lasting agreements? But more important than This self-assessment is your commitment (as manager, owner or majority partner) with the decision to internationalize the company, an obsession that you must spread to the rest of the departments and staff. And this is true whether you decide to export or import products and services.
That said, the consultant Carlos Nunes highlights the creation of an import / export department (outsourced or not), “that reports directly to the management, made up of people specialized in international trade, with knowledge of languages, skills to negotiate in different markets ”.
2. Alone or in company?
In foreign trade there are three phases that determine the consolidation of the business project in the destination market. The first is commercial sales operations abroad. For this, it is enough with a commercial intermediary who collects the merchandise in port and markets it.
The second is the cooperation with a local partner who takes care of the whole process? (We include consortia and joint venture here). The third is productive implementation, "a decision that few Spanish SMEs make," says expert Emilio Carmona.
Although there are brave exceptions, if it is emerging markets or developing countries, the recommendation is to start the foreign adventure accompanied. The work of a local partner will pave the way for you and avoid surprises. With a distributor or commercial agent you save the logistics structure, offices, personnel and transport. Remember that at the beginning assessing the costs is a priority.
3. Include in your agenda the visit to fairs
Whether as an exhibitor or as a visitor, they will allow you to know market conditions and make contacts with possible partners and suppliers. Yes. Choose well. Focus on the sectoral and professional ones.It is a job that requires a lot of dedication at the beginning. You have to do what the expert José María Cantatero, partner of Biodis (food supplements and vitamins), calls Meteor Shower in reference to the television program. “On occasion, we have been to two fairs in a row.
After dismantling the stand of the first, we have changed in the bathrooms of the airport on duty our jacket suits for comfortable clothes, to fly that night to another country, and start again the next day with the assembly of the stand of the second fair ", remember. Biodis exports to about 20 countries. To the visit of the fairs you should add prospecting trips, trade missions, organized by the ICEX and Chambers of Commerce.
4. What documentation is necessary?
Familiarize yourself with the following terms. They are part of the fundamental documentation in foreign operations.
Commercial documents. It includes the commercial invoice, pro forma invoice, certificate of origin (processed by the Chambers of Commerce) and list of contents or parking list (description of the merchandise).
Customs . They are the ATA and CPD Notebooks (they allow you to temporarily send goods to 75 countries); Single Administrative Document (DUA), processed by the Tax Agency; Intrastat (periodic declaration).
Of transport . We talk about the consignment note by road, rail, sea and air.
Certificates . Includes insurance, health certificates, etc.
Customs formalities. You will have to formalize the Registration in the Exporters Registry (form 036) and the VAT.
5. Don't get caught or how to choose a partner
The correct choice of a partner or supplier is a key factor in the process that you have started. Trade shows are an excellent showcase for getting in touch with them, but be wary of those who want to close a deal on site. Before signing anything, look for information from that potential partner or supplier: company size, production, talks with companies that have worked with him, his financial solvency (in the case of a partner) and meeting deadlines (supplier).
Once the decision has been made, “it is essential that a relationship of trust and knowledge be created, both mutual and of the product or service offered and the market. For the association to strengthen the company, making it more competitive, it is essential that the chosen partner has a good network of contacts and the ability to expand it, as well as financial stability ”, advises expert Jesús Sáinz.
6. The dilemma of means of payment
Which to choose? The choice depends on the country, volume and trust with the client. For occasional and low volume orders, better the bank transfer or money order ; It can be simple or documentary, depending on whether or not the beneficiary requires the presentation of a supporting document.
The expenses derived from bank commissions are assumed by each party. If you have full confidence in your client, do not hesitate, the international bank check is the simplest, cheapest and most secure means of collection. Other more complex means used in operations of a certain depth are remittance and documentary credit. The remittance can be simple simple or documentary.
In the first, if you are the exporter, you will deliver the bill or promissory note to your client's bank so that it can proceed to manage its collection within the agreed period. The second allows you to maintain documentary control of the merchandise, since the bank will not deliver the commercial documentation to the client until the importer accepts the bill.
In cases where the experience with the buyer is not good, ICEX recommends liquidating operations through documentary means of payment, “and when negotiating with importers the documents that must be presented, do not accept the requirement of documents that are very expensive or very difficult to obtain.
You also have to be very rigorous in the correct issuance of documents and in meeting the deadlines for their presentation. To ensure payment,Export credit insurance , factoring (the exporting company assigns the invoices to a financial entity to manage their collection) and forfaiting (the exporter sells a payment document to a financial entity).
7. The importance of local customs and customs
There are not a few negotiations that have been ruined by not taking this aspect into account. Don't be the elephant that walks into the china shop! In Protocol in the international relations of the company and of the businesses, the consultant Carmen Cuadrado evidences the importance of knowing the local culture with this funny anecdote: “On one occasion, a European couple who were traveling with their puppy through an Asian country decided enter to eat at a typical restaurant in the area.
They left the animal in custody and sat down to wait for the letter to be brought to them. But what would be her surprise when the waiter appeared with a succulent roast of meat and deposited it, smiling, in front of both diners. Its content? They were in a restaurant where it was customary for customers to come with their pet to be COOKED! ”.
Here we describe a single-window platform for trade to make little noise in the face to face with three interlocutors (Japanese, Chinese and Arabic) with protocols diametrically opposed to the western ones. In the case of the Japanese , choose discreet clothes, discard jewelry and be punctual to the meeting; if when greeting you he chooses a Japanese bow, repeat it; take an interest in their culture; prepare your stomach for lunch and dinner ... and do not rule out ending up singing karaoke. With this busy social schedule, you will not close any agreement, but you will establish personal ties that will allow you to do it later.
In the case of a Chinese interlocutor, never look at him for a long time, point your finger at him or cross your legs (it will be understood as rude). By the way, you will earn points if your business card is translated into their language. And in personal relationships, memorize the following expression: 'guanxi'.
It is the barometer that measures the quantity and quality of personal contacts. Yes. To strengthen it, a relationship of mutual trust must be built, which includes meals, visits and corporate gifts. And if your interlocutor is Arabs, do not be surprised that the handshake lasts longer than usual. It is their custom. When it comes to dressing, choose suits in dark tones and if you are a woman, you will have to adapt your clothing to the country you visit. For example, in Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabiacover your arms, neck, and legs.
In all cases, makeup and jewelry, in its proper measure. Do not cross your legs or give your left hand to an Arab (it is impure). Be punctual to appointments even when your interlocutor is not.
8. How can I protect my brand in international trade?
There are two ways to protect your invention. The PCT system or international application , with which through a single document you request protection of your invention in a total of 128 countries.
The other way is the European patent application , in which you designate those States in which you want the protection of your invention. The European patent application is processed by the European Office, but it can be delivered to the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office ( www.oepm.es ). You can present it in any of the official languages of the EU (English, French and German).
9. I need to translate the manual of my product, the patent, packaging
You have several options: hire the services of a translation agency (physical or Internet) or go to freelance translators. The rates vary according to the type of translation (technical or not), the combination of languages (the most expensive is Spanish-Chinese and Spanish-Arabic), the number of characters / documents to be translated and the urgency.
To give you an idea, the rate from Spanish to English or French is around 0.075 euros per word. Many translators, and especially agencies, will ask you for a minimum order (a document of no less than 300 words). In the cases of technical translations (patents, contracts and operating manuals ...), the translator will also request a glossary of specific terms for your business activity. For accounting purposes, translations are exempt from paying VAT. Do not forget to ask for several estimates, contract them, and remember that quality, as in everything, pays more.
10. By land, sea and air: logistics and transport aspects.
In import / export it is essential to understand how international transport and logistics aspects work. It is the highest investment item. There are three ways to send your merchandise to the destination market: transport by road, ship and plane. Each medium has associated costs that make it unique and perfect for the type of shipment.
If it is a question of perishable products, do not hesitate: yours is the plane. The train is the best alternative for a direct and safe service of large volumes. It has two modes: combined transport (train + road) and full loads from origin to destination (for solid or liquid bulks, special products ...). The agents involved are the intermodal operator and Renfe. Road transport is the choice for intra-European destinations and small and medium volumes of goods. Its competitive asset is door-to-door shipping.
For large volumes and distant destinations, the most economical option is maritime transport. The cargo goes in containers and the payment is called freight. In the event that you do not fill a container, you can make groupage and share the freight expenses with other exporters in the same situation. The agents involved are the shipping company, the freight forwarder, the consignee and the stevedoring company.
Finally, point out thatIn international trade, the delivery conditions of the merchandise are defined through codes or Incoterms. In general, they determine the place and the form of delivery of the merchandise; the distribution between exporter and importer of the expenses related to the operations of transport, loading and unloading of the merchandise, insurance and customs, etc .; the transfer of risks and responsibilities for loss or damage of the merchandise from the exporter to the importer; the documents, procedures and administrative procedures (obtaining licenses, certificates, transport documents) that are the responsibility of the exporter.

Road to RPm: How to be a BLEPP Passer
Tumblr media
The Board Licensure Examination for Psychologists and Psychometricians (BLEPP) started in 2014. It’s safe to say that this is one of the relatively new national exams in the Philippines.
Through the years, only more or less half of the total number of takers are successful in passing the Psychometrician board exams. Here are the results:
2014 - 1,290 out of 3,283
2015 - 2,061 out of 4,466
2016- 3,690 out of 7,312
2017- 4,957 out of 8,701
2018 - 4,035 out of 8,453
I placed these numbers not to scare future takers. I just want everyone to have an idea on how tough the exam is. So you can get the picture, the board exam is not easy as it seems.
I passed BLEPP 2018. For someone who is in the helping profession, I would want to extend my knowledge and help fellow Psychology majors who would want to take the Psychometrician licensure exam.
Knowing that you are here, searching for tips on how you can attain your goal of being an RPm too says a lot about your determination. Keep that up and I’m pretty sure your name will be on the list of passers too!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs):
1. What are the subjects included in the Psychometrician Board Exam?
The Psychometrician board exam is composed of four (4) subjects namely, Psychological Assessment (40%), Theories of Personality (20%), Abnormal Psychology (20%), and Industrial Psychology (20%). However, there are news that additional subjects will be added in future examinations. This isn’t confirmed yet for BLEPP 2019 so you can calm down a bit. Just a bit.
2. What is the passing grade in order to become licensed?
You need to attain a general average of at least seventy-five percent (75%) for all subjects, with no grade lower than sixty percent (60%) in any of the subjects.
However, there is what we call a conditional passer. These are the examinees who attain an average of 75% but they have a grade lower than 60% in any of the four subjects. What's the catch? Conditional passers may retake the subject(s) within the next two years and they must obtain a grade of at least 75% in order to pass the licensure exam.
But of course, that’s not THE GOAL. Aim to completely pass all subjects and become a board passer. If you can, go the extra mile and even top the board exams!
If you have any questions, kindly send a Tumblr ask, I would gladly help you out if I know the answers.
MY TIPS ON HOW TO PASS THE PSYCHOMETRICIAN BOARD EXAM:
Disclaimer: These tips helped me a lot but it doesn’t mean that it will certainly work on you too. It will still depend on your personal preference and your learning style.
1. Have a study schedule and STICK TO IT.
Set a goal. Since there are four subjects, I allotted at least one month per subject. I started reviewing as early as June 2018 so I had ample time to review. By October 2018, I had around a month for a refresher and to reread.
I had daily and weekly goals to meet. This helped me a lot because I wasn’t only organized with my review but it helped me to feel accomplished once I see my progress on paper. It felt great to tick off topics on my to-do list. It was reassuring for me.
What if you don’t meet your goal? Of course there will be days when it’s harder to study, especially during the rainy season. There are days when you’ll be distracted and you couldn’t focus. Don’t be afraid to adjust your schedule as needed. But refrain from always doing this and putting off your goals for tomorrow. We all know that each hour of studying matters! “Bukas na lang” and having a lot of excuses won’t help you pass the board exam. Make sure to make up for your backlogs and delays.
It’s better to study in advance than to cram. Besides, you will feel more confident when October comes. Imagine if you are still halfway through the coverage and it’s already October first. I swear, that will be terrifying! SO STUDY IN ADVANCE.
2. Fix your body clock.
On the day of the board exam, you will need to wake up VERY EARLY. If you are nocturnal and you are more productive at night, you will have a hard time to focus during the board exam if you do not fix your body clock. Trust me, I’m a night owl as well.
Why is this important? If you stay up all night studying, your body will be used to waking up late and feeling sluggish during the afternoon. It will be hard to wake up and arrive on time for the exam. For me, it was a challenge to train my mind to be ready for the first exam at 8am and also make sure to fight that after-lunch-siesta sleepiness for the afternoon exam at 1pm.
So my tip is to fix your body clock. While reviewing, I woke up as early as 5am. My study schedule was from 6 in the morning up until 8 in the evening only (breaks included of course!) But it’s still up to you, whatever works for you. That’s just my study tip.
3. Reward yourself!
As mentioned, I only studied for around 12 hours. After a day’s worth of studying, I make sure to reward myself IF I FINISH MY DAILY GOAL OR TARGET. I watch my favorite tv show to unwind or eat my favorite comfort food or go out for a drive and get milktea.
This is important too. Remember that too much of something is always bad. Rewarding yourself will keep you sane, make you feel motivated to accomplish your review goals, and to of course, free your mind of the fears and doubts!!!
4. Choose only one to two reference books per subject.
There are a lot of books available that would help you, but it will be too overwhelming if you study too much books per subject. I will list down below the books that helped me throughout my review.
Psychological Assessment and Theory by Kaplan & Saccuzzo
Psychological Testing and Assessment by Cohen & Swerdlik
Abnormal Psychology: An Integrative Approach by Barlow & Durand
Theories of Personality by Feist & Feist
Industrial and Organizational Psychology by Aamodt
Sikolohiyang Pilipino by Pe-Pua
These were the main materials that I used. I finished these books from cover to cover. These books were recommended by the lecturers in the review center that I enrolled in, RGO.
I also used some of the powerpoints that our lecturers provided as well as the review booklets and drills that were given to us.
5. Enrolling in a review center or self-study?
It’s a case to case basis. Remember that not everyone who enrolled in the review center passed the BLEPP! Enrolling in a review center is not a ticket to those three letters! I would like to believe that this greatly depends on you. Sure, enrolling in a review center has its advantages. You’ll have test drills and review materials. Some lecturers are also kind enough to give a copy of their powerpoint presentations. You’ll also be motivated to study because of a supportive community of fellow Psychology students, review center staff, and your mentors.
But there’s a downside. It was honestly overwhelming and draining to sit from morning til the afternoon, from 8am to 5pm. For someone with a short attention span like me, after two hours, I was honestly zoning out already. It’s hard to pay attention the whole day for lectures.
Another downside is that you will feel pressured, especially when you see your friends’ progress with the review, reading, and results in the test drills. You MIGHT compare where you are and what you’ve accomplished, which leads me to another tip.
6. FOCUS ON YOURSELF but surround yourself with positive people and have a support system!
COMPETE WITH NO ONE ELSE BUT YOURSELF. Don’t compare your progress with anyone else’s. Trust your pace and focus on your own review. It will cause you additional pressure if you compare with the people around you.
Don’t hangout with those with negative vibes. “Hala babagsak ata ako.” “Ako rin.” Remember, our mind is a very powerful place. Feed it with the right fuel. Stay with people who will motivate you and who will not bring you down.
7. Think positive. Be optimistic!
I’m not gonna lie. My BLEPP journey was not easy. There were nights when I felt like giving up. I also doubted myself if I will make it. I shed a lot of tears during that five months of review. My mantra all throughout is: “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.”
I didn’t take the exam with the goal of just passing. I wanted to have decent results, to top the board exams if I can. I didn’t have a mindset that’s mediocre, similar to this: “Kapag pumasa ako edi good, kung hindi okay lang.” Why is that, you ask? Because I want to pass the exam. If I give myself the assurance that it’s okay for me to fail, even if in the back of my mind that’s not my goal, and that’s not what I want to achieve, the universe won’t pave a path towards my success. Law of attraction!
So set that goal, claim it. You will pass and all your actions, thoughts, and everything else will be circling around your dream of being an RPm. Believe that you can and you are halfway there.
8. Know your learning style or what works best for you.
In my case, I’m a visual learner. So the use of flashcards (i made my own using index cards), writing down key words, drawing to understand certain concepts, and reading while using colorful highlighters really helped me!
9. Believe in yourself and don’t listen to your demons!
Your motivation will wear out at some point. You will start to doubt yourself. You will begin to question why you wanted to take the exam in the first place. You will feel like you will fail. These are just some facts.
Don’t be afraid. Just pray, trust in the Lord, and His plans. So what if you don’t make it? What are you afraid of? Being judged by others? Being reprimanded? Remember, you can always take the exam again. Passing on your first or second, or third take won’t really matter. What will truly matter is what you do with your license. Just strive, do your best, and believe that you will become an RPm.
10. Apps that helped me.
Forest - The first app that I used is called Forest. It helped me to stay away from social media and to get rid of distractions! It’s also for a good cause because you can plant REAL TREES once you get a certain amount of coins. Stay productive. Help Mother Earth as well.
Tide -  This app helped me to stay calm. The “breathe” option where it guides me to take deep breathes was effective in letting go of my anxious feelings! The “sleep” option helped me to fall asleep faster at night when I need to doze off already and it gave me good sleep because of the relaxing music that the app has. Also, the alarm that this app has helped me not to wake up feeling shocked (unlike the usual alarms in our phones!) The alarm increases in volume so you won’t wake up feeling so surprised because of the loud, nerve-wracking alarms. I hope you got what I was trying to say. Haha!
Headspace - Once I get up every morning, I allot a few minutes to meditate and clear my mind. So I can be ready for an exhausting day of reviewing. It also helped me to think more positively and to get rid of my fears, doubts, and whatnot!
Spotify - Studying with music really helped me remember things better and to stay focused. I highly recommend the Deep Focus playlist on Spotify! If all else fails, listen to Oceans by Hillsong and other Christian songs.
11. On the day of the exam:
Make sure you bring everything you need! (Especially your pencils and NOA)
Bring a jacket.
Make sure that your scantron won’t get crumpled, WET, or tampered!!! PROTECT YOUR ANSWER SHEET AT ALL COSTS. Keep it neat and tidy.
Manage your time well especially for Psych Assessment.
Make sure not to spill your drinks. I brought water and coffee (in case i feel sleepy) and drink away from your paper.
You may use the questionnaires as scratch papers. You can mark and write on them.
Make sure to READ THE QUESTIONS CAREFULLY. Some questions are meant to be confusing. Make sure that you know what they are asking for! (Be aware of the double negatives and look out for the words like “except”, “all but one” etc.
When in doubt, stick to the basics. Go back to the roots and basics of Psychology.
It’s better if you bring food to eat. Imagine that there will be thousands of takers. There will be long lines in the nearby restaurants.
Use your lunch break to rest. Don’t talk to your friends and discuss answers! It might ruin your confidence.
It won’t hurt to follow some superstitious beliefs! What’s there to lose right? I wore red underwear. I entered the room with my right foot first. I broke one pencil (donated the others) after the last exam and I never looked back on my seat once I passed my paper! But of course, your success won’t really be based on these but it gave me some sense of comfort and extra boost of luck, I guess.
PRAY. The Lord is with you. Trust His plans and remember that he answers prayers only with three ways: Yes, Not Yet, and I have something better in mind. Stand firm in faith.
12. After the exam, wait patiently.
I know it will be the most anxious-filled days. You will think that your nervousness will be gone after taking the exam but no. Your anxiety will still be through the roof! Remember to pray. Know that you did what you can. Be proud of yourself because months of studying wasn’t easy. Be proud of yourself too because not EVERYONE had enough courage to even try to take the board exam and that alone is already an achievement.
Those are what helped me to become a Registered Psychometrician. If you have questions and if want to ask for reviewers, don’t be afraid to message me through my Tumblr ask or Twitter DMs . I would be glad to help. I already have a Google Drive with compiled readings/powerpoints available for sharing anytime!
Good luck and do your best! Ora et labora.

Personal Astrology
Soooo I got really curious about my astrology because well, who isn’t. I mean I’m not the type of person to be interested in this kinds of things but fuck it. An advice is still worth it. So listed below is my results and a few lines in the internet I found
 Sun: Aries
As the first sign of the Zodiac, Aries is all about ‘The New’. Those born with the Sun in Aries have a particular affinity with the energy needed to get things off the ground. Ariens tend to specialize in finding the energy required to start something, but are not renowned for their ability to finish things off. Accordingly they need to learn discipline, understanding how to conserve their energies so that are able to persevere and follow through.Sun in Aries enjoy pioneering new territory, and must learn over time to develop the stamina needed to finish what they start. A happy Arien will be carving their own path through life. They may however find the road littered with false starts if they do not learn to settle down long enough to finish what they begin.  Aries tends to face each day with a sense of adventure and hopeful optimism. They must learn to balance their enthusiasm with proper consideration – to find the right avenues for their abundant energy.
Ariens like to start and do NOT like to wait. And so, poor timing plus false starts can be part of the process. They need to learn to balance their impulsiveness with enough practical consideration to strive and succeed.
Time and again, learning patience proves to be Aries best, and most hard-won, asset. As St Augustine said, “The reward of patience is patience”. Understanding this represents an important turning point for the Aries individual.
Aries will tend to act in autonomous ways, and will tend not to take others’ advice. They do not like being told what to do, and can have trouble accepting others authority. Whilst they need approval for their actions, they will display a simultaneous independent streak, which inclines them to do exactly as they please.
Aries specialize in “captaining their own ships”. They do best when free to make their own successes, as well as failures. They will take risks based purely on courage and self-belief, acting on impulse and an intuitive conviction that they are right.

Moon: Leo
With the Moon in the dramatic, generous and fun-loving sign of Leo, you are likely to have an innate need to approach life from a place of fun, passion and creative self-expression. Leo is a Fire sign, and so pertains to spirit and inspiration. On an emotional level, you are likely to be warm, generous and innately confident.
Leo is also a Fixed sign, implying constancy and perseverance. When you love, you love intensely. Moon in Leo can be counted on for your loyalty and level of support. Fire signs are known for an abundance of energy, and you may be ever ready to shine this abundance of emotional warmth toward those you hold near and dear.
The sign of Leo is ruled by the Sun, and associated with royalty. Thus, your emotions are likely to possess this solar quality, radiating to those you feel benevolent toward, and perhaps striking out fiercely against those who have lost your favour. With the Moon in Leo, you are likely to have an innate sense of dignity, and will expect a certain level of treatment and respect from others.

Ascendant: Pisces
Born with Pisces on your Ascendant (or Rising) you are likely to be an especially sensitive individual, with an ability to “pick up on” the unseen influences in your surroundings. Your sensitivity is in fact both your gift and your challenge. Learning to recognize the feelings that flow through you for what they are, and then find an outlet for their expression, is required.
There is an inherent challenge around knowing how to project your self into the world. The need to present a cohesive sense of individuality is at odds with the fluid and elusive qualities of this sign. With Pisces, the urge is to merge with one’s environment and then transcend boundaries. You may find yourself asking – “How can I project any clear identity when who I feel I am is so open to change”? For this reason you may find it hard to know what you want to do in life. You could find yourself going along with whatever the most dominant influence suggests, even if it does not really make you happy.
For more info: https://www.starslikeyou.com.au/your-astrology-profile/your-ascendant-is-pisces/
Descendant: Virgo
One of the first difficulties you may encounter is overcoming a shyness that can block your approach. Certainly, your sector related to the other is governed by Mercury, the planet of contacts and communication. There is therefore a need, in your case, to exchange intellectually first. However,Mercury makes you very critical. He can easily make you look like someone whose Neptunian generosity and Pisces are just one screen to hide the other. So be careful not to let yourself be manipulated by people who see your natural kindness and think only to form a strategic bond. Let us not forget that many great people in history had this sense of the underground maneuver proper to the Virgo Anyway, everything is not done alone. One of the clever ways to get in touch with those who interest you, whatever the purpose, would be to offer your services. Use these good dispositions and your finesse to find exactly what the other needs. Forget romantic approaches and grand declarations, be, for once, rather concrete. Finally, you are rather selective in what are called partnerships. If you want to feel like the billions of people on this Earth, to go further, you need something more...

IC: Gemini
“Someone in your family tree was a born writer or public speaker and you have picked up these traits from them. This may be a small part of your personality or a very big part, if you have many Gemini factors in your personal horoscope. You will physically resemble this family member more than any other and may talk with your hands, speak a second language or have a striking voice – which you also pick up from them. Sometimes beautiful handwriting is also inherited. There may be a signwriter, radio announcer, author or singer in your family tree as Gemini rules communication. In your lifetime you may be drawn to professions, hobbies or interests which allow you to get your message across – so you play the messenger role as part of your astrological DNA inherited from a relative. “
MC:Saggitarius
If your Midheaven is in Sagittarius, you need a career that allows you to travel to new places, explore foreign lands, and experience other ways of life to feed your philosophical curiosity. You are meant to be on the move, to be an eternal student and teacher, and to share your wisdom and humor.
Sagittarius Midheavens make great pilots, flight attendants, touring musicians, photographers, travel consultants, or can be drawn to religious or spiritual vocations. An explorer who thrives off knowing people from all walks of life, you enjoy socializing, researching, investigating, and connecting the dots when it comes to ideas, people, and theories. To you, we are all interconnected. Find work wherein you can have independence when it comes to your schedule and that allows you to take your work wherever you go.

The NRL Grand Final 2022 will be played by the Rabbitohs vs Panthers.
New Post has been published on https://thedailyrugby.com/nrl-grand-final-2022-rabbitohs-vs-panthers/
The Daily Rugby
https://thedailyrugby.com/nrl-grand-final-2022-rabbitohs-vs-panthers/
The NRL Grand Final 2022 will be played by the Rabbitohs vs Panthers.
The Australian NRL Grand Final Rabbitohs vs Panthers 2022 will take place on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at the Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane. It’s the first time the NRL Grand Final has been played outside of Sydney but excitement for the fixture is still just as intense!
Both these teams have had their fair share of free-to-air TV coverage, especially the Panthers. However, this round’s Raiders vs Panthers requires a subscription to view.
With Raiders vs Panthers being exclusive to Fox League, that means you can pick from Kayo Sports, Foxtel or Foxtel Now. Out of the 3, Kayo Sports is the most appealing option as it has the longest free trial and is by far the cheapest compared to Foxtel.
The NRL Grand Final 2022 will be played by the South Sydney Rabbitohs and the Penrith Panthers. It’s set to be a nail-biting 80 minutes, but definitely worth a watch!
If you’re planning on getting involved in this years’ NRL Grand Final, we have a vast selection of rugby resources you can use in your classroom. Here are three to get you prepared for the big event.
Raiders vs Panthers match preview
The Raiders are 1 of 5 teams within 4 points of each other jostling for position to get into the finals at the lower end of the top 8. The Raiders will have a tough ask to win vs the top side on the ladder in the Panthers. But some of those other teams in the top 8 traffic jam are facing higher-placed finals contenders this round too. So that means they might not also move any higher up the ladder.
Further in the Raiders’ favour is that even if they come up short vs the Panthers, their run to finals features opponents all currently below them on the premiership ladder.
The Panthers will be without their match-winning halves vs the Raiders. Halfback Nathan Cleary was suspended after a dangerous throw against the Eels last week, while five-eighth Jarome Luai is out with a knee injury sustained 2 weeks ago vs the Sharks. They both won’t be back on the field until the finals.
This shouldn’t faze the Panthers too much given they managed to get through the tough Origin period undefeated minus all their stars. They do have a hard road to the finals though, with top contenders the Storm, Rabbitohs and Cowboys all in their path. They’d like to lock away a win now to further consolidate their top spot on the ladder and have a backup in case they lose a match or 2 before the finals.
Last week was only the second time the Panthers have lost this season, with the other time also to the Eels. When the 2 teams met in round 7 earlier this year, the Panthers were well on top despite a tough physical presence from the Raiders.

Why a Golf Club Case is Highly Recommended When Traveling
When you're traveling, having a quality Golf club case can help protect your clubs from damage while on the road. A golf travel cover comes in two basic types. A hard case is primarily immovable, while a soft case is pliable. The hard case is the most durable, but tends to cost more. The good news is that both types of cases are highly recommended for protecting your clubs from damage while traveling.  You can find more information about choosing a  ゴルフクラブケースおすすめ
The Samsonite Hard Sided Travel Case is a sturdy, lightweight case made of ABS plastic. It features two layers of foam padding to protect your clubs from TSA agents. This travel case has ample room for golf clubs and four multidirectional spinner wheels for easy transport. It even has locking pockets for additional protection. It is an excellent choice for those who don't want to buy a full travel case. But if you can't justify the extra cost, there are some other options you can consider.
The Caddy Daddy Golf Club Case is one of the best travel bags on the market, and comes with many useful features. It is made from polyethylene material, which is durable but lightweight. It fits most stand bags and comes with a TSA-friendly locking system. This case weighs only nine pounds but offers ample protection for your golf clubs. However, some reviewers found that the material doesn't last long, so don't buy it if you're a frequent traveler.
It's important to consider the durability of your golf club case before buying one. Unlike golf bags, golf clubs can be damaged during transit. You may even end up spending more time in airports than you intended. Fortunately, there are many durable and well-padded golf club travel cases on the market today. You can find a bag on Amazon and save money. You'll be glad you did! If you travel a lot for business, consider getting a hard-shell case to protect your golf clubs when traveling.
Purchasing a hard-sided golf travel bag is another good idea. This case is made of durable 1680D material and has extra padding for your wedges. It can fit your golf bag and other luggage too. And the best part? It's only 3.5 pounds! There's no need to worry about airline security because the hard case can easily fit in your luggage. It will protect your golf clubs as well as protect your valuables.
If you don't travel a lot, an all-black Himal golf travel bag is a great choice. It's perfect for storing and transporting your clubs and is lightweight enough to fit into a briefcase or carry-on. The bag includes an external shoe pocket and a business card holder. The bag is made from 600D polyester oxford materials. If you're looking for a hard-shell case, the SKB ATA Travel Case is best.

Can You Fly With a Guitar? 7 Amazing Tips
Tumblr media
Even though there is a legislation that allows you to fly with a guitar, air personnel are not required to enable you to fly with a guitar. They can force you to gate-check your carry-on luggage immediately before you fly with a guitar, and they can force you to gate-check your instrument if they think it's essential. Since you already know you have to check stuff, we won't waste your time discussing carry-on strategies like gig bags, jacket closets, boarding the plane first, and so on. Instead, We'll discuss how to give your instrument a fighting chance when it's treated like luggage.
1. Can You Fly With a Guitar? First, select the appropriate type of case.
A delicate mix of durability and low weight is required here. The wooden manufacturer hard shell case that came with your guitar will not suffice. These are adequate for ordinary use, but they are not built to withstand the abuses of fly with a guitar:
Tumblr media
Source: Google Of course, the best protection when fly with a guitar is a heavy-duty road case, such as those used by touring riders. However, they are quite hefty and impractical to transport through an airport by yourself:
Tumblr media
Source: Google A moulded ABS plastic guitar box with high-quality latches and a TSA lock is everything you need. Sometimes you'll notice "ATA" (Air Transport Association) in the description, or phrases like "ATA authorised", "ATA flight case", and so on (but not always). The majority of flight cases look like this: Flight Cases We Recommend To Fly With a Guitar? We've mentioned a few flight cases that you can use to Fly With a Guitar? we know are excellent. Because guitar forms vary, there are several in each category, thus we've chosen a case for the majority of the key guitar shapes. We cannot guarantee that these will work with your guitar. Do your homework to ensure that your guitar will fit, and if it doesn't, swiftly return it for an exchange/refund. Do all of this well in advance of your departure date so that you have enough time to get everything correctly to fly with a guitar.

However, our goal is not to overload you with options, but rather to show you what type of case you should be looking for (should you need to look for something different than those we've listed here).
2. Safeguard the guitar INSIDE the case
It's time to get down to business now that you've obtained a suitable flight case for you to fly with a guitar. We've seen how badly guitars may get damaged during ground shipping. Being treated like baggage with your instrument is even worse, therefore pack the inside of the guitar case as if you were preparing to ship it overseas (this is precisely how I pack guitars that I mail to people): Fill all air pockets surrounding the instrument with something soft before flying with it. You can stuff it with bubble wrap, balled-up newspaper, or soft, buttonless apparel like t-shirts, socks, and so on. Fill up the areas surrounding the head-stock and the strap button on the back of the instrument with careful care. When you're finished stuffing the inside of the case, the guitar should not slide or move in any way.
3. Keep the frets, fretboard, and pickups safe.
We were going to add this with #2 above, but we wanted to highlight it individually because it is frequently neglected. If the guitar is thrown (and believe us, it will be) by a reckless baggage handler, put something soft under the strings to protect the frets, fretboard, and pickups. Cloth, folded up paper towels, or anything fits between the strings and the frets can be used. Just make sure it doesn't interfere with the lid shutting naturally. 1/8in. PE foam wrap, cut to be slightly wider than the fretboard and long enough to cover the fretboard and pickups, if it's an electric, is my preferred method. We use PE foam when we fly with a guitar, so we keep a roll on hand at all times. Whatever you use, make sure it stretches the entire length of the fingerboard and hangs a little over each side of the fretboard:. Secure or remove any accessories from the case. When you fly with a guitar, keep miniature wrenches, whammy bars, and other such accessories out of the case if the accessory compartment(s) inside your case are open and without covers. Instead, place them in your checked or carry-on luggage. Larger goods, such as guitar cords, straps, string packages, and so on, are acceptable, but tiny items can be jostled out of the compartment and could damage the finish of your instrument. If you must store these small objects in your case's open compartment(s), wrap them in something soft (bandanna, paper towel, bubble wrap, etc). Then, close up your mini soft accessory burrito in a plastic bag. That will bulk things up enough to keep them from escaping the accessory compartment: Remember that your guitar case must pass through security, so keep all liquids, like as guitar polish, fretboard oil, and so on, as well as any sharp objects, such as string cutters, screw drivers, and so on, out of the case. Use your common sense and you'll save yourself some trouble.
5. Untie Your Knots… A little bit
Don't let them go entirely loose, but tune the guitar down 1-2 whole steps. This will also make getting your fretboard guard (see #3 above) beneath the strings easier. Because your guitar will be in the plane's luggage compartment and will most likely experience variations in air pressure, having the strings a little looser when flying with a guitar can help it adapt. Many luggage bays are pressure and climate controlled, but not all. Don't take that chance. If your guitar has a floating tremolo, lay something soft but sturdy under it to prevent it from tilting back too far as you relax the strings. This is referred to as "blocking" the tremolo.
6. Acoustic guitars should have a soundhole humidifier or dehumidifier.
Tumblr media
Source: Google If you want fly with a guitar, specially with an acoustic guitar, I recommend installing the D'Addario/Planet Waves 2-way humidification system in the soundhole. This clever little mechanism protects against both excessively dry and rainy circumstances, so your instrument is safe in either case:
7. Have your guitar checked at the gate, not at the luggage counter.
In other words, bring your guitar with you all the way to the airport, just like you would any other carry-on bag. Do not check it at the main baggage/check-in area. If you need to go to the luggage-check counter (for example, to check other luggage), bring your airline's musical instrument policy with you–just in case. They can try to persuade you to check your guitar as luggage before you fly with a guitar. If this occurs, respectfully inform them that the instrument is pricey and fragile. If that does not work, present them with their own policy. I cannot express enough how important it is to be modest and polite during this process. The longer your instrument is not in your hands and out of sight, the more likely it will be stolen, damaged, or lost. Miles and miles of mechanical baggage conveyors will thrash your instrument. It's preferable to keep it as close to your body as possible. When you gate check your guitar, you normally collect it from the plane's luggage compartment after you deplane. If your flight is not direct (you have one or more connections), they may gate-check your suitcase all the way to your final destination. Unfortunately, this means that your guitar will be at the mercy of the luggage system for an extended period of time, and you will have to retrieve it at your destination's baggage claim. In that scenario, when you get at your final location, get your butt to the luggage claim carousel as soon as possible. Keep a close eye on where the bags are exiting the conveyor. Thieves recognise a guitar case when they see one, and yours isn't the only guitar to be taken right off a luggage carousel.
Final Thoughts on Flying with a Guitar
Tumblr media
Source: Google Even if you follow all of these guidelines, there is still some risk involved. To be honest, if at all possible, you should avoid to fly with a guitar, especially if it's an expensive one. If you don't have a pressing need for your guitar at your destination (for example, a concert), please consider leaving it at home. You can also do what I do and take a less expensive guitar that you can afford to lose. You could also consider buying one of the several high-quality travel-sized guitars that are currently available. In reality, we decided to do just that, and we wrote about the electric travel guitar we chose, as well as the other candidates we were really considering. Read the full article

Road to ANC
[ THREAD ] This is my study tips yg macam mana sy boleh maintain DL every single sem until i get ANC 😊 some of it very cliche tapi ya mungkin boleh bantu improve your study after this 🌸 btw thanks for loves that i received from all of you and wishes for my success ✨1. Hubungan dengan Allah Sebelum nak berjaya, make sure jaga hubungan sendiri dgn Allah sbb kalau kita usaha byk mana pun if kita tak tawakkal, nak berjaya mcm mana pun susah. Jaga solat, doa, dan baca Al Quran. Setiap hari, baca Al Quran AT LEAST satu muka surat.Utk hari yg sy x sibuk, sy akan baca between maghrib and isyak. Which is even kita belajar, jgn ketepikan Al Quran sebab itulah kitab yg lebih hebat dri segala ilmu dunia yg kita belajar. Sbb tu bila sy nak study tapi x baca Al Quran, sy rasa x tenang.Doa yg sy selalu amalkan ketika sujud terakhir adlh “Ya Allah, kau permudahkan lah aku untuk memahami setiap ilmu yg aku pelajari Ya Allah, Dan kau berkatilah setiap ilmu yg aku pelajari Ya Allah, Dan kau berikanlah aku kejayaan di dunia & akhirat”InshaAllah, kalau kita jaga hubungan kita dgn Allah, Allah pun akan tolong kita bila2 masa kita perlukan Dia. Biar orang ckp kita tak alim dari segi pakaian, biar ORANG bgi perception buruk pasal kita, tapi biar the only one tahu siapa diri kita adlh ALLAH ✨2. Hubungan dengan ibu bapa Yg ni sensitif sikit la kot bgi sy 😅 since sy dah kehilangan parents. Arwah mama meninggal waktu sy cuti sem 1(dont ask how). Sebelum msuk u, sy betul2 NIAT utk berjaya sbb nk mama ayah tgk sy naik pentas dgn bangganya ! Sepanjang sem 1, sy dikiraberuntung krn mama sempat doakan kejayaan sy(doa seorang ibu), tpi mama sy x sempat nk tgk result sem 1 which is i get 3.9 . Sy ckp dgn ayah n kawan2 nk extend sbb rasa dh hilang rasa nk bljr. Tpi Alhamdulillah, mrk pujuk sy untuk teruskan n sy nk buat ayah sy dpt tgk kejayaan syLepas sem 1, sy rasa sedih sgt sbb dah hilang senjata yg paling ampuh iaitu doa seorang ibu. Jadi sy pujuk “Takpe, direct doa kat Allah, mama sebelah Allah. Mesti mama dgr juga” Jadi, yg masih ada ibu. Guna lah senjata yg paling ampuh tu. Hormat mereka and peluk selalu 😊Ayah, adlh mak ayah sy lepastu. Sy hormat n minta ayah pulak yg tlg doakan kejayaan sy. Tapi Allah bgi lgi ujian, ayah sy dpt tgk result sy smpai Sem 4 shj, wktu tu sy dpt 3.95 n dpt award pljr terbaik utk pre-grad. Tpi x dpt dtg sebab ayah meninggal pd hari yg sama(dont ask how)Result 4flat sy kalini. Sy tak dpt langsung tunjukkan kat parents sy sdgkan selama ni mereka la org yg sy nk hadiahkan kejayaan sy utk balas sikit jasa mereka. Takde pelukan ibu n ayah untuk result kalini, peluk diri sendiri je mampu sbb rindu mereka.Point kat sini, fikir balik niat untuk pergi belajar. Untuk cari pakwe yg utama? Sbb nak ikut kawan masuk u ? Sbb kena paksa dgn parents ? Niatkan nak belajar tu sebab Allah n untuk mak ayah bangga dengan kita. Lepastu nak bercinta pergilah. Asalkan niat nak belajar tu clear.Hormat parents. Mak ayah yg susah2 hantar kita belajar yg bagi bantuan kewangan and kata2 supaya kita terus berjaya. Diorang bukan nak duit kita, nak kita berjaya je. Pandai bawa diri n study betul2 dah cukup dah.3. Hubungan dengan lecturer Ni yg paling ramai students abaikan. Lecturer adlh org yg curahkan ilmu kat kita, tapi selalunya org akan kutuk and maki lect. Yes, semua manusia tak sempurna, mungkin ad lect yg x pndai mengajar, garang dsb. Tapi tu bukan alasan utk kita tak hormatKalau lect tu negatif, just luahkan kat kwn kalau tak tahan sgt tapi jgn sampai mengutuk fizikal dia semua. Kalau rasa dia tak bagus, just terus mengadu kat pihak yg sepatutnya utk dia ubah pengajaran atau tukar lect. Lect tu pun manusia, ada kekurangan tapi dia tetap seorangguru yg nak tolong tambahkan ilmu untuk diri kita. Kalau dia tak baik, takpe kita jangan jadi tak baik juga. Tapi jadi lebih baik. Fokus apa yg dia ajar. Jgn jadi rude dlm kelas or intention utk tunjuk diri lebih pandai berbanding lect. Kalau dia rigid, layankan je la.4. Hubungan sesama insan Jgn pernah rasa diri tu kat atas even dpt pointer tinggi. Setiap kali sy dpt result bagus, sy pling takut dgn diri sy sendiri sbb takut terdetik utk riak, angkuh, sombong dll. Mcm mana sy ketepikan riak tu? Ye sy selalu akan refer mana2yg sy x fhm kat kwn2 even diorang selalu ckp diorang tak pandai n so on. Kdg2 nk bljr ni bkn org x pandai je kena refer org pandai, yg pndai pun boleh refer org yg dpt pointer biasa2 je. Just exchange ur knowledge with each other sbb kat situ pemahaman kita lebih kukuh n yakinAjar kawan2 tak fhm. Sekarang lets move how i study 😊 1. Subjek kira2 Kira2 always my fav sejak kecik. Fav tak bermaksud i sentiasa rasa sng. Ada sesetngahnya susah juga cth add math la kan 💁🏻‍♀️ cara sy study kira2 , sy akan tulis semua formula2kt testpad (since i hate notebook). Tersusun, untuk topik 1 ada formula ap, topik 2 formula apa and so on. Lepastu i will highlight it. Highlight ni pun ada cara dia, kalau untuk title biru, make sure semua title kaler biru utk topik tu. Kalau tak faham nanti dm.Warna2 ni membantu otak kita ingat lebih cepat . Maksudnya bila kita buat soalan, kita ingat and dpt imagine nota formula kita dlm otak lebih tepat berbanding tak highlight. Lepastu fahamkan formula, bukan hafal formula. Bila faham, automatik kita boleh hafal. Tapi buat latihanSy takdelah tiap2 mlm study, study bila nak test ngn quiz je sbnrnya, so kalau quiz dengan test tu mmg sy akan buat semua past sem punya soalan utk topik yg masuk. So kat situ dah kira preparation utk otak ingat for final exam. Jgn give up bila tak faham. Refer kwn2tapi sblum refer make sure faham basic, jgn susahkan org lain untuk ajar dari A-Z. Dia pun nak study juga 😉 Buat past sem sebanyak2 yg boleh time nak test n quiz, so otak hnya perlu refresh waktu final. Waktu final nanti senang kat otak dah faham konsep, cuma tinggal apply itMake sure score dlm test n quiz. Carrymark jaga gile2, so nanti waktu final kalau paper susah, at least carrymark dah boleh bantu topap ap yg patut. Jgn amik mudah dgn carrymark. Fokus betul2 untuk calculation dlm kelas, lect is the best reference than friends and booksKnp sy ckp lect is the best reference ? Sbb lect akan direct ajar n lebih sure berbanding kwn2. So xdelah kes keliru atau kwn x sure dia ajar betul atau x. Buku pulak kdg2 complicated, jadi jgn bodoh sombong xnk bertanya lect kalau tak faham. In case, lect jenis suka malukanorg yg bertanya. Takpe, sabar je. Cuma make sure yg korang tanya tu mmg dah semua org tak tau nk jwb baru tanya lect. Bkn benda senang2 pun tanya lect. Nnti lect rasa dia gagal fahamkan students dia yg dia ajar selama ni. Common sense 😊 Utk jwb soalan kira2,make sure always2 tulis formula sebelum jawab soalan supaya tak confuse n nampak teratur n yakin soalan tu nk apa bila nk jwb 😉 sy mmg ad sikap ‘kedekut kertas’ so saya akan garis tgh supaya kertas nampak full n tak kosong, psiko diri sendiri la kononnya 😆 sbb tulisan kecik jeBetul2 nak fhm cepat in calculation adlh fokus dalam kelas, byk bertanya bila x fhm on the spot. Fahamkan dalam kelas juga waktu lect ajar, jgn amik mudah “oh takpe nanti balik bljr dgn kwn”. Jgn bergantung pd org lain sbb end up ramai org akn pentingkan diri sendiri utk berjaya2. Subjek teori As u know, byk course yg banyak subjek membaca dan hafal. N majoriti students yg akan buat notes untuk subjek2 teori. Tapi notes is really a big NO for me sbb sy x suka buat notes n rasa buang masa tulis benda yg sama dlm buku yg dh diringkaskan. Jdi cara sy adlhhighlight ! Ye, highlight bagi sy ibarat senjata yg bantu sy dlm theory subject. Sy akan highlight siap2 utk tajuk semua kaler biru cthnya lepastu sub topic kaler lain, lepastu baru sy start baca setiap helai dlm buku and highlight explanation ❤️🧡💛💚💙Sy ajar cara sy highlight, Tajuk besar usually i will use purple sebab dia gelap n bukan main point. Subtopic kaler pink and biru sebab kaler ni bagi sy x menonjol dri tulisan Turqoise ni i guna untuk list subtopic n kdg2 utk tajukKuning, hijau, oren akan sy gunakan untuk main point yg penting sbb kaler dia striking. Be creative 🔖 ikut keselesaan. Sy juga guna akronim utk lebih ingat perkara yg tak boleh jawab logic in exam. Yg logic selalunya i cuma fahamkan n ingat.Sy jenis bc lepastu fahamkan betul2, thats y i dont need any notes panjang2 sbb sy gantikan masa utk buat notes mcm org lain dgn baca n fahamkan betul2 n cuba trgkan tanpa tgk buku. Kdg2 kalau nak buat notes pun sy akan tulis tepi2 buku je waktu lect ajar supaya sng cari n bacaMethod ni sy guna dri SPM, sy suka sejarah. Sejarah sy tak bc notes, sy prefer bc buku teks sampai beli kat luar untuk highlight satu buku.😅 sebab tu org kalau buka buku sy “Ya Allah peningnya berwarna warni” Hehehe warna tu peranan penting utk sy ingat every pages dgn mudah🗂Buku2 pulak sy akan letak sticky notes kat tepi utk sng buka chapter. N bila baca, kita sng nak tahu lagi berapa pages nak baca dalam setiap chapter. So kat sini boleh target awal2 harini nak baca sampai chap mana and self reward kat chapter berapa 🛌In case sy buat notes sbb nk senang tgk subtopic and simple explanation, sy akn pakai testpad sbb x suka pakai kertas kecik2. Rasa x puas menulis. And i will highlight it! 😆 Tulisan mmg buruk bila buat notes sbb i be like “X pyh cantik2, cpt sikit tulis pastu boleh bc”Cara highlight pun sama, kaler gelap and tak striking untuk tajuk2, striking untuk point penting. Since notes mmg semua point penting, so sy highlight semua utk tgk beza tajuk dgn point lebih mudah. Selalunya buat notes sy x tekan kuat2 utk menulis, sbb nak elak jari sakit.Rugi je belum exam and test dah sakit jari. Nak sakit jari biar berbaloi untuk jawab exam and test, bukan waktu buat notes 😁☝🏻3. Waktu sy belajar Waktu sy belajar selalunya lepas isyak (azan je terus solat n then study), so mkn mlm sy akan mkn lepas asar supaya tak ganggu waktu mlm. Sy akan study sampai pukul 2 diselangi dgn otp kalau sy rasa bosan or need to take some times. Limit pun pukul 3 la.Sy ad masalah x boleh stay up smpai pagi. Kwn2 sy semua tahu limit sy study sampai pukul 2 pagi je. So situ kekurangan sy sbb x boleh study lebih. Bgi sy malam adlh waktu utk rehatkan otak n bdn. Siang pula kalau hari ad kelas, sy akan belajar waktu kelas shj, maksudnya sy fhmknbetul2 ap lect ajar. Buat latihan sikit dlm kelas n then bila nak dekat test n exam baru sy buat balik semua past sem. Tapi make sure ingat n fhm betul2 dlm kelas. Balik kls selalunya sy pergi mkn n solat lepastu tidur kejap kalau penat. Tapi WAJIB bangun lepas azan asar.Tapi kalau hari takde kelas, study week ke ap. Sy akn bangun pukul 8 pagi (lps subuh tidur balik or baca Alquran) n start study sampai pukul 12. Pukul 12-1.15 sy akan tidur sunnah. Lepastu sy akn solat zohor n sambung study sampai pukul 4.30.Lps solat asar, sy akan otp atau keluar pergi mkn dgn kwn2 sampai pukul 6. Pukul 6 sampai maghrib adlh preparation utk sy mandi n solat. Antara solat maghrib n isyak, sy akan baca Al Quran smpai azan isyak berkumandang. Lepastu same routine 😉Andai kata hari yang ad kelas , tapi ada test or quiz lagi few days. Sy akn study lepas balik kelas and malam tu akan lebih fokus n tidur pukul 2. Kalau takde test ke apa, kdg2 malam tu tak study or tidur awal. Relaxkan badan untuk esok punya aktiviti and class. So basically saya study in class, kuatkan pemahaman waktu belajar kat bilik and refresh betul2 bila dah nak final. So otak tak pressure untuk belajar benda baru bila tgh final, just improve kalau ada yg lemah.4. Commitment dlm gp assignment Utk carry mark yg bagus, all out dgn gp assignment. Contribute dlm gp assignment sungguh2, jgn buat org terpaksa do your part in assignment. Alhamdullillah, sy dpt gpmate yg sngt bekerjasama n memahami each other 😊Sy juga ad masalah gpmate dalam beberapa sem mungkin sbb stress ad yg culas buat kerja dsb. Jadi waktu final kena perform habis2an utk cover balik carry mark. Nasihat sy, in assignment, jgn harapkan seseorang buat semua perkara n take advantage sbb dia perfectionistdia nak kerja perfect sbb nk markah gp n sama2 dpt tinggi. 😊 Act, sy terhutang budi dgn gpmate sy waktu sem 4-5 sbb mereka byk sgt2 cover kerja sy sbb sy ad masalah keluarga dsb. Sy boleh katakan sy takkan berjaya kalau diorang x tolong sy.Mereka faham situasi sy dan kecualikan sy utk buat kerja supaya sy dpt jaga arwah ayh sy. Tapi sy tetap cuba bantu ap yg patut sbb sy bukan org yg jenis nak benda free and take advantage ats org lain. Terima kasih Asyraf, Alisa, Ikhwan, Chiba n Syak 🌹Point sy, cuba untuk bersungguh2 dlm gp assignment. In case ada alasan yg munasabah atau betul2 x boleh bantu, explain supaya org faham situasi awk n org xkan judge secara negatif kalau nampak sgt awk mls or berdalih utk buat kerja 📂 gp assignment wujud utk kita bersedia utkada teamwork so bila kerja nnti mudah untuk cooperate with others. Jangan jadi selfish atau parasite in group 😊5. Makan and minuman Sy makan je maggi, ramen cheese ke apa semua makan. Cuma kurangkan makanan yang ada MSG. Sy suka sangat makan coklat before study kira2 sbb dpt boost otak punya pemahaman (ceh.. yeke? Ke alasan je boleh cheat day😆) . Segala air bergas sy xkan minumsbb dah set “Kena jaga otak. Muka dah la tak lawa, takkan nak pakej dgn bodo” hehe teruk betul psiko diri sendiri. Tapi sy selalu craving jeruk bila nak exam, pastu salahkan setan “ha mesti sbb setan yg goda suruh rosakkan otak” 🤣 kah ! So, habis exam baru saya makan semua tu.Fast food sy mkn je. Cuma mknn yg masam, junk food, air bergas, kafein mmg tolak tepi bila dah nak exam or test. Waktu belajar sy boleh minum 6liter sehari. Sentiasa rasa haus waktu study, tapi lepastu berkawan baik la dgn toilet sbb asyik nak buang air.6. Cergas dan cerdas Untuk jaga otak n badan, sy akan tidur cukup2. Jgn tak tidur langsung semata2 esok ada exam or test. Sy akan make sure sy cukup tidur n kekadang terlebih tidur in a day. Sy tak suka stay up so advantage dia sy dpt rehatkan otak untuk jawab exam esok harinyaByk kwn2 sy jenis x tidur langsung n barai sbb study, tapi bila tanya dah blur2. Sbb otak in weak state. Jgn pressure otak kita utk terima terlalu byk info dlm satu masa yg panjang. Boleh jadi ‘blank’ sbb pening or confuse dgn info.Make sure makan supaya zat2 dapat terima, bila sihat, nak belajar pun senang. Jangan tengok najis. Tak kisah la buang air besar atau kecil, jangan tengok. Ia lemahkan ingatan. Kalau nk tgk utk cek kesihatan, just sekali imbas. Tapi jgn lupa flush pulak !Jangan tengok buih. Sy tak ingat sy pernah baca kat notice board mana, tapi dia kata kita jangan tengok buih, n ramai berpendapat sama sbb katanya dpt lemahkan ingatan. So any buih i cuba elakkan tengok selalu. Doa Dhuha 2. Asmaul Husna 3. Doa Rabitah 4. Al Waqiah Dan Al Mulk andai kata saya lupa nak dengar malam before tidur.Guys, This is me in my real life, yes. I may be a toxic person in Twitter 😆 but sometimes people just have a lot of personalities at different places. Just be urself. 🌹 so lepasni kalau aku sambung tweet merepek jgn kaitkan personal aku unless u know me so well in real life😊

Turkmenistan, here we come (we think)  Day 20
Turkmenistan, here we come (we think)  Day 20
On the road to Turkmenistan a little before 9am and it was basically a ride to the border and being dropped there. It took a little over two hours, but we rarely went very fast so I am guessing that it was about 150+km. We walked to the Uzbek gate and were told by the soldier guarding the gate that it was some special holiday and it would be up to 2 hours’ wait to get in. The soldiers were quite companionable and even bought us some chairs to sit out of the sun. In less than an hour, we were summoned and after a couple of hundred metres dragging all our gear, we were ushered into the processing area - where we had to do everything backwards. It seems the ‘special day’ had something to do with improved processing of people at the border and we were being filmed for a training video as near as we could figure it out - hence the need to do everything backwards as if we were coming into Uzbekistan, rather than leaving it. All went smoothly so the trek began to the Turkmenistan side - a ‘taxi’ ride (no backs on the seats in a tiny sad, decrepit old jalopy that barely made the distance), followed by a walk of well over a kilometre over very rough roads that didn’t do the wheels on our cases any good and with the temperature in the high 30s. After numerous stops for breath and water, we made it and then stood around for at least an hour while a group of 7 French tourists went through the process. They said had been delayed longer than us at the first checkpoint and were pretty annoyed. Their bags had ALL been opened and thoroughly searched and their vocal aggro probably fuelled the slow processing of their visas and so on. Once they were on their way, it was our turn and we were a bit apprehensive. Luckily, things went pretty well - a language problem to start with and we didn’t have the information to answer some of their questions, but they let our guide (Ata) in from the Turkmen side to assist and things went pretty well after that. We had been warned about the rigorous process at Customs and Immigration. The French group were very disgruntled by the scrutiny they were subjected to, but in our case, it was all smiles, a cursory glance and questions about where we were from, why we were not in a tour group and then loads of good wishes for a safe and enjoyable journey. We are often asked our age. It seems to surprise the locals that old folks like us would travel alone in such places - maybe we should have brought a nurse in uniform along with us to reassure them. It was then well over another kilometre to the final checkpoint, but fortunately, our driver was allowed in to collect us - and we were clear of the border, with the French group gnashing their teeth in our rear vision mirror!
From then on, it was fabulous sight after fabulous site until we reached our hotel a bit after 8:30. We stopped for lunch after about 30 minutes and ate at a very quiet restaurant. We had to change some currency and our guide said the official rate was 5 Manet to $US1 but every one seems to use the black market and we changed some dollars at 15 to the dollar. Then the restaurant offered to take payment in Uzbek som at a rate of more than double the normal rate - so lunch for the three of us (our driver was fasting for Ramadan) cost something under $A8.
In Turkmenistan, there are long stretches of divided road with miles and miles of Armourgard railing between them. Only problem is that there is about the same volume of traffic speeding along in BOTH directions on BOTH carriageways. Doesn’t make sense to me! Also, the roads are often quite rough and our car ‘bottomed out’ on many occasions, adding to the pain in our lower backs. And these roads must be very hungry for rubber. We probably never drove more than 5km without seeing one or more sad souls standing or sitting on the side of the road while others were changing a wheel or two.
The fabulous sites I mentioned were at Merv (often spelled Merw), usually referred to as Ancient Merw. We arrived in the early evening when there was still lots of light and no tourists, although the French group turned up at a couple of places as we were leaving. It was wonderful and everything had a lovely soft feel in the fading light. We visited about 6 spots in the area and it was really great. The old city walls were falling down, but some sites were being excavated and progressively restored. (When I say the walls were falling down, they are down!  At many places we visited, the old city walls were simply big piles of dried mud up to maybe 10 metres high – they look like a row of low, often broken, denuded hills surrounding the central area.  Merw is a UNESCO World Heritage site so restoration is strictly controlled to ensure the original authenticity is maintained. There was a Mausoleum and a Mosque, an expansive cemetery with areas for numerous religions and ethnicities and Ata explained how each group bury their dead - all quite captivating!
The site it 640 hectares I think, quite big and dating back to over 400BC. It was the capital of the Parthian dynasty for a time, but Alexander the Great, Timur and numerous other conquerors sacked and then established themselves in the Fortress. An amazing history, but as usual, I can recall only fragments. There have been many long-term dynasties ruling this area over the millennia, most of which I have never heard of before.
As the light faded, we visited a huge Mausoleum and a small mosque where Mohammad’s grandson was buried and both had a wonderfully serene feel about them in the low light until the French arrived.
Then it was on to Mary and our hotel for a meal and a much-needed and well-earned rest – we were both pretty done in after yet another wonderful day.
