1200.
Are you an only child? >> I was raised like one, since my half-siblings were all decades older than me.
When was the last time you were sick? >> Monday-Tuesday. Fascinating how I've already been sick twice this year, when usually I am sick no times a year.
Do you like the color pink? >> I love the colour pink.
Do you take vitamins? >> I do not.
Where was your last kiss? .
Did/do you like high school? >> I enjoyed almost nothing about high school. What are you wearing? >> Black undershirt, Stitch lounge pants.
What health problems run in your family? .
How old will you be in 5 years? >> 41. Where did you last go on vacation? >> Vacations are not a thing for my household, we're in a low income bracket. The last time we went somewhere for a little trip, though, was in April -- Indianapolis, for the Dethklok show. Almost all of that was funded by Sparrow's mother, as usual.
Ever have an eating disorder? >> No.
What sports do you play? . What quality is most important in a person? .
Who’s your bf/gf? . What’s your favorite Ben and Jerry’s ice cream? . Do you usually wear your hair up or down? .
What TV show do you watch the most? >> I'm always watching several TV shows at a time, but I don't know how to quantify which one I am watching "the most".
Do you have a cat? >> I don’t. Sparrow does.
Do you like polka dots? >> I do not.
Have you ever been to Paris? >> I have not.
How do you feel lately? >> Hungry. Deeply, maddeningly hungry. One day I'll be able to actually eat food again...
Have you ever had surgery? >> I have not. Like any reality shows? >> I am not currently watching any, but there are some I enjoy.
What color do you dye your hair? .
What are you best at? .
What are you worst at? .
Do you like men in suits? >> I like some suits. As long as they're not American fit, basically -- I hate that boxy look.
What’s your favorite season? >> It's summer when I live in a colder region (like here) and spring otherwise, I suppose.
Did you drink last New Year’s? >> I did not. I don't do anything on New Year's anymore, I just go to bed like normal.
Did you like The Passion of the Christ? >> I have not seen it.
Which of the seven deadly sins fits you the best? >> Pride, I suppose. What do people compliment you the most on? .
Is your house two stories? >> It is. We occupy the ground floor.
Do you like Carlos Mencia? >> Haven't heard that name in ages. Am not interested in revisiting his work, though.
What word or phrase annoys you the most? >> For some reason I have a strong aversion to the word "wholesome". I just hate everything about it.
Did it rain today? >> It did not.
What did you eat for lunch? >> I didn't eat lunch because I can barely eat anything at all. I just had a bunch of crackers throughout the day. Oh, and an applesauce pouch and some unadorned toast, you know... for variety... *mimes shooting myself* Do you go hunting? >> I do not.
Have you ever wanted to be a ballerina? >> I have not.
Are you in a band? >> I am not. Where did you last have sex? >> Inworld.
Did you ever want to be an astronaut? >> I did want this, once. The only reason I stopped wanting it is because space travel in its current state is wildly inaccessible to me no matter which way you cut it.
Who was the last person to ‘give you butterflies?’ .
What book are you currently reading? >> A Kiss of Shadows by Laurell K. Hamilton. <3
What’s the last party you attended? >> A child's birthday party. Do you wear a lot of black? >> I do. Not as much as we used to, but still a majority amount.
Do you have your own computer? >> I have two, in fact. It astounds me too. Have you ever had fake nails? >> I have, and I don't favour it. What’s the last movie you saw in theaters? >> Whoof... The Blackening, almost a whole ass year ago. I'm really hoping to get to see Furiosa, because this streak has got to end.
What movie do you want to see? >> Furiosa.
Are you trick or treating this year? >> I have never done this.
What month were you born in? >> May.
Whats your birthstone? >> Emerald. I think.
Do you like where you live? >> Not especially. If I think about where I live for too long I start to feel like I'm falling into an abyss.
Where do you work? >> I don’t. If you could kill someone, how would you do it? >> I'm inclined towards intimate, visceral methods. Stabbing is so intensely euphemistic that I think that's probably the method I'd favour most. But there are some really inventive ways to kill people, I wouldn't want to limit myself.
Are women complicated? >> Everyone's complicated, bitch, let's get you some fruit.
Do you put the lid back on the toothpaste? >> I do. I didn't even realise anyone doesn't. How long have you known your best friend? .
What’s something people criticize you the most for? .
Do you get along better with your mom or dad? . Do you read classic literature? >> I'm sure some of the books I've enjoyed could be considered "classics".
Could you be a hermit? >> I don't think so. The way society and the economy is structured constantly makes me feel like I don't have a place in it and that I should live apart from it, sure, but unfortunately I would die if I had to live completely on my own.
Are you religious? >> I am. Not quite in the way that people mean when they ask this, but I am.
Why did your last relationship end? . Who do you trust the most? >> Can Calah.
What site do you visit the most? >> This week, it's been YouTube. I've watched so many YouTube videos just because I haven't had the energy to do much else.
Do you have a Deviant Art account? >> I have three of them. Two of them are defunct (I probably couldn't even get back into them if I tried), and the most recent one is just so I can look at Mature Content or whatever. I don't post on it or anything. Have you read Death Note? >> Way, way back in the day.
Do you have a blacklight? >> I do not. How old where you when you lost your virginity? . How often do you wash your sheets? >> Every other week.
Do anything productive today? >> I tried out a different food other than fucking crackers (cornflakes, with a small amount of almond milk), I played some Grim Dawn (god, Elite difficulty is kicking my ass... where the fuck are the gear drops that I can actually use? spare a gear drop plz?), I watched a movie (Scream, finally, and it actually is as good as everyone says it is, surprisingly), and I watched some YouTube including finding and starting a new LP (Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories). I also put my clean laundry away. Is Uma Thurman’s face annoying? >> That's... so specific. what did Uma Thurman's face do to you
How are your grades? .
Most tedious/annoying class? .
Did you skip class today? . Who do you love? .
Would you move anywhere for someone you love? .
Are spiders scary? >> Not as a rule. But there are definitely some spiders out there that I wouldn't want to meet in a dark alley.
Cheetos. Poofy or regular? .
What color are your eyes? >> Dark brown. What shampoo do you use? >> Cantu brand, usually the guava ginger variety.
How old are you? >> 36, for 72 more hours. Whats your favorite music genre? >> I suppose that's metal, since that's what I seem to get the most consistent joy out of listening to.
What’s a total deal breaker in a potential bf/gf? .
You’re at Starbucks. What do you order? >> I'd rather go to a local place if I'm in the position to buy a coffee drink.
Wendy’s or McDonald’s? >> I haven't had Wendy's in ages. McDonald's on the other hand surprised me last weekend with their blatant Popeye's dupe. It was actually edible.

F1 drivers as types of teachers
Kimi Räikkönen- Alcoholic
Some of those teachers are actually pretty good. They can teach you well, and if they drunk, it’s all fun with them.
Antonio Giovinazzi- Cat Lady
Cats are good, students are bad.
Pierre Gasly- Activist
This teacher is sure everything’s going to be fine if you stick to a vigorous plan of improvement, and is ready to infect students with enthusiasm.
Yuki Tsunoda- Drill Sergeant
Students are not recruits, but the Drill Sergeant never got that message. Students are supposed to follow orders and work hard. This teacher’s tactics include abuse through the primary weapon of yelling.
Fernando Alonso- Despotic Teacher
This one doesn’t care what you think about anything. There’s only one point of view that is correct, and it’s the Despotic Teacher’s point of view.
Esteban Ocon- Supercoach
The Supercoach will make you go through a number of difficulties and challenges just like the Drill Sergeant, but the Supercoach actually shows you how to do it and motivates you so much that you’ll run the obstacle course with pleasure and enjoy it.
Sebastian Vettel- Comfort Teacher
Those teachers are the ELITE. Smiley, happy, bringing good vibes to your class, You can trust this teacher with everything. Besides his character, he can also teach very effectively and understable.
Lance Stroll- Loser
Perhaps these teachers dreamt of being somewhere else besides school. Maybe they wanted to become rock stars or astronauts.
Charles Leclerc- Crazy Teacher
Nobody knows for sure what to expect of Crazy Teachers. Their mood and attitude towards the job, students and education changes so quickly so it’s impossible to keep track of it all. They’ve got plenty of absurd theories and ideas, which are quite difficult to interpret.
Carlos Sainz Jr. - Hippy Teacher
Though good discipline is not their strong point, Hippie Teachers can be a great source of inspiration and admiration for younger generations.
Mick Schumacher- TA
Chill, kinda shy young person- this is your Teacher’s Assistant. He helps you a lot and is never unpleasant.
Daniel Ricciardo- Highly Concerned Teacher
No matter what it is – politics, gender, education, or the environment, the Highly Concerned Teacher cares deeply about it all. But also there’s much fun with them, since you have a lot to talk, smile, laugh about.
Lando Norris- Buddy
This one recently graduated from the university and actually looks like a student too. He’s definitely a dude, not a tutor.
Lewis Hamilton- Cool Teacher
This type of teacher can solve students’ problems, protect them from other types of teachers (such as the despotic and crazy ones), inspire kids to be more creative, diligent, enthusiastic, and throw a lifeline to them, showing how to find your vocation and what to do with your life.
Valtteri Bottas- Apathetic Teacher
Sick and tired of the job and annoying to students, the Apathetic Teacher probably used to be rather cool and enthusiastic back in the days when the grass seemed greener. It’s not all that simple now.
Sergio Pérez- “Shy” (quiet) Teacher
Generally speaking, Shy Teachers may be rather good at what they do. However, the main problem for Shy Teachers is their “inability” to show their talent, and therefore nobody can fully appreciate it.
Max Verstappen- Celeb
He’s a real big cheese, and everybody knows it. He gained his fame by numerous publications and a great smile. Students worship this teacher, school administrators hold onto the Celeb tightly since his glory covers the school he’s working at too.
Nicholas Latifi- Control Freak
“Law and order” is the life motto of Control Freaks.
George Russell- Hot Teacher
They are extremely attractive. Who knows, maybe their appeal is the reason students attend classes regularly. Unfortunately, students miss the majority of what the Hot Teacher says during the class and can recollect practically nothing after the bell rings.

Tumblr media
For the week of 21 January 2019
Quick Bits:
Aquaman #44 continues “Unspoken Water” from Kelly Sue DeConnick, Robson Rocha, Daniel Henriques, Sunny Gho, and Clayton Cowles. This story feels a lot like some of the ‘80s DC reimaginings that came on the heels of Crisis on Infinite Earths, playing with the mythology in a new way while approaching the narrative from oblique angles. Definitely an interesting revelation about the people on the island. Rocha, Henriques, and Gho are probably doing some of the best art of their careers.
| Published by DC Comics
Tumblr media
Avengers #13 gives us the origin of the 1 million BC Iron Fist from Jason Aaron, Andrea Sorrentino, Justin Ponsor, Erick Arciniega, and Cory Petit. The artwork from Sorrentino, Ponsor, and Arciniega is gorgeous, capturing some of the feel that David Aja brought to K’un-Lun in The Immortal Iron Fist.
| Published by Marvel
Tumblr media
Batman #63 continues to attempt to break your brain as “Knightmares” continues with Mikel Janín and Jordie Bellaire joining Tom King and Clayton Cowles for the fun. This one gives another possible explanation for what’s going on as John Constantine warns Bruce and Selina of what’s going to happen in their domestic bliss.
| Published by DC Comics
Tumblr media
Blossoms 666 #1 is kind of a slow-burn opener, intent on easing the reader into the surprises of this type of horror, which somewhat works against the back cover blurb and solicitation copy, but eh. Still, some great character work from Cullen Bunn building Cheryl and Jason. And the artwork from Lauren Braga and Matt Herms is perfect.
| Published by Archie Comics / Archie Horror
Tumblr media
Cover #5 kind of sets us up for a conclusion next issue. Kind of. It’s more character building, anecdotes from comics conventions, and exploration of the art form through various means that has elevated the series from the beginning from Brian Michael Bendis, David Mack, Michael Avon Oeming, Zu Orzu, and Carlos Mangual. The Ninja Sword comic sequences this issue are particularly great.
| Published by DC Comics / Jinxworld
Tumblr media
The Curse of Brimstone Annual #1 offers three stories, one focusing on Brimstone and two fleshing out adversaries Detritus and Wandering Jack. Great art throughout from Mike Perkins, Neil Edwards, John Stanisci, Denys Cowan, Donald Hudson, and Rain Beredo.
| Published by DC Comics
Tumblr media
Crypt of Shadows #1 is one of the one-shot revivals of old titles for Marvel’s 80th anniversary from Al Ewing, Garry Brown, Stephen Green, Djibril Morissette-Pham, Chris O’Halloran, and Travis Lanham. It’s pretty great, presenting two short stories embedded in a framing narrative, reminiscent of the old horror anthologies.
| Published by Marvel
Tumblr media
Die!Die!Die! #7 is more balls to the wall action and insanity from Robert Kirkman, Scott Gimple, Chris Burnham, Nathan Fairbairn, and Rus Wooton. It’s the battle between Lipshitz and Barnaby that has been building for a while now and, well, it’s violent, bloody, and brutal as you’d expect. Also, cats.
| Published by Image / Skybound
Tumblr media
Freedom Fighters #2 is mostly some vague teasers of things to come and one giant, flashy fight sequence, but it’s an entertaining fight sequence. The art from Eddy Barrows, Eber Ferreira, and Adriano Lucas really get to do the heavy lifting in this story and it shines.
| Published by DC Comics
Tumblr media
Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man #2 proves that the first issue wasn’t a fluke, with Tom Taylor, Juann Cabal, Nolan Woodard, and Travis Lanham providing another highly entertaining, very funny, beautifully illustrated story. Taylor captures Peter’s voice incredibly well.
| Published by Marvel
Tumblr media
Go-Bots #3 jumps a bit in the narrative, with a team of astronauts aboard Spay-C discovering Gobotron, where a decidedly authoritarian Leader-1 is taking some draconian measures to keep the Guardians in line, while still fending off Cy-Kill and his minions. Tom Scioli keeps us off-balance a bit for what’s going on and it adds a nice tension to the story. Also, the locking mechanism for the prison cell is a nice touch of nostalgia.
| Published by IDW
Tumblr media
Guardians of the Galaxy #1 is a great debut from Donny Cates, Geoff Shaw, Marte Gracia, and Cory Petit, setting up a new post-Infinity Wars Marvel cosmic standard. There’s a good deal of action and humour through this as Thanos’ wake leads to many of the cosmic “heroes” pledging a path to an odd bloodbath--with a large amount of Earth-based heroes as possible targets--and a heist of his body by the Black Order (who’ve also stolen Knowhere) before anything can get underway. This is probably one of the stranger “gathering of the team” stories, but it gets it out of the way in a fascinating manner to hit the ground running next issue. The art from Shaw and Gracia is suitably epic.
| Published by Marvel
Tumblr media
Hardcore #2 has some very nice art from Alessandro Vitti and Adriano Lucas, as Drake finds he has his hands full with both Markus trying to fully take over the Hardcore program and the criminal organization he was trying to take down being on to him. Both trying to kill him. Lots of entertaining action in this one.
| Published by Image / Skybound
Tumblr media
Hellboy and the BPRD: 1956 #3 brings up some interesting history questions for the Bureau and certain locations we already know about, as Mike Mignola and Chris Roberson’s script continues to dovetail some already existing knowledge of history.
| Published by Dark Horse
Tumblr media
High Heaven #5 conclude season one of this series as well, leaving David exactly where he wished to be, but finding out it’s not necessarily what it’s cracked up to be. Tom Peyer, Greg Scott, Andy Troy, and Rob Steen have really been delivering a bitingly funny take on the afterlife here. Also another fun Hashtag: Danger short from Peyer and Chris Giarrusso. I’m glad that this one is going to be graduating to its own feature for Ahoy’s second wave of books. And the issue is rounded out by the usual prose stories and text pieces.
| Published by Ahoy
Tumblr media
Immortal Hulk #12 is a tough one. Even as Hulk travels deeper into the heart of Hell and Al Ewing continues to wax philosophical in the narration about the nature of evil and the concept of the devil or an opposite to god in comparative religions, we get a hard look at Bruce’s upbringing and the abuse that he suffered at the hands of his father. It’s a difficult read as his father tries to justify his abusive actions, but it’s one hell of a character study. Great guest art on the flashbacks from Eric Nguyen to complement the main story’s art from regulars Joe Bennett and Ruy José, with colours from Paul Mounts. It’s astonishing the heights that this run is hitting, one of the best Marvel is publishing.
| Published by Marvel
Tumblr media
Justice League #16 concludes “Escape from Hawkworld” from Scott Snyder, James Tynion IV, Jim Cheung, Stephen Segovia, Mark Morales, Tomeu Morey, Wil Quintana, and Tom Napolitano. It’s very much a lore dump, with the Martian Keep telling J’onn about the multiverse before and of Perpetua, along with some interesting and complicated other revelations, but it’s rather interesting.
| Published by DC Comics
Tumblr media
Livewire #2 sees Amanda captured, beaten, and mutilated by mercenary bigots at the behest of the US government to figure out a new way to control and neuter psiots. It’s always interesting that these people think they’re doing the “right thing” to justify their genocide. Very impressive artwork from Raúl Allén and Patricia Martín as always. Allén and Martín‘s choices for layouts, colours, even panel-styles lead to some very interesting visual storytelling.
| Published by Valiant
Tumblr media
Low Road West #5 concludes the series, but leaves enough doors open for more somewhere down the line. This has been a very strange series, starting as a kind of post-America future and then tossing in some alternate reality weird western body horror stuff out there. All throughout with some inventive and unique artwork from Flaviano and Miquel Muerto.
| Published by BOOM! Studios
Tumblr media
Man Without Fear #4 presents us with the bedside manner of Kingpin from Jed MacKay, Paolo Villanelli, Andres Mossa, and Clayton Cowles. I really like Villanelli’s art here, which seems to be channelling the spirit of Chris Samnee.
| Published by Marvel
Tumblr media
Naomi #1 is an incredibly beautiful comic. Jamal Campbell has really gone out of his way to craft a gorgeous first issue, perfectly balancing the ordinary, everyday people of Port Oswego, Oregon and the disruption caused by the superheroics of Superman bouncing through in a battle with Mongul. Brian Michael Bendis, David F. Walker, Campbell, and Josh Reed have something interesting here, working at the fringes of the DC Universe from the perspective of ordinary people, and ordinary people not living in a Metropolis or Gotham at that.
| Published by DC Comics / Wonder Comics
Tumblr media
Oliver #1 is an amazing debut from Gary Whitta, Darick Robertson, Diego Rodriguez, and Simon Bowland. It’s worth it alone just for Robertson and Rodriguez’s extremely beautiful, detailed artwork, bringing to life a bombed out, desolate London in stunning detail, but then the story hooks you. There’s a mystery to Oliver’s identity and lineage that pulls you in and the development of a society of an unwanted class of disposable clone soldiers is very compelling.
| Published by Image
Tumblr media
Pearl #6 is a very interesting conclusion to the first arc from Brian Michael Bendis, Michael Gaydos, and Joshua Reed. Great bits of comedy throughout what is otherwise a fairly heavy issue. Stunning artwork from Michael Gaydos.
| Published by DC Comics / Jinxworld
Tumblr media
Quincredible #3 continues to build the world around Quin, as well as showing him learning through action, and finding out the complications of living in a fairly tight knit community where everyone knows everyone. The predicament that Rodney Barnes, Selina Espiritu, Kelly Fitzpatrick, and Tom Napolitano leave us in is compelling and really develops well through the narrative.
| Published by Lion Forge / Roar / Catalyst Prime
Tumblr media
The Spider King: Frostbite continues Hrolf’s adventures, now trying to cleanse the world of any remaining alien presence, in this one shot. The main story is a fun tale taking on another brand of infected creatures from the mini-series team of Josh Vann, Simon D’Armini, Adrian Bloch, and Chas! Pangburn. There’s also a back-up starring Sigrid taking no bullshit from Vann, Pangburn, and art by Daniel Irizarri.
| Published by IDW
Tumblr media
Superior Spider-Man #2 is essentially an issue-long fight between Terrax and Octavius, but it’s rather entertaining, from Christos Gage, Mike Hawthorne, Wade von Grawbadger, Victor Olazaba, Jordie Bellaire, and Clayton Cowles. The artwork is incredible throughout and there are some humorous cameos.
| Published by Marvel
Tumblr media
Teen Titans #26 is the first of this series I’ve picked up, largely since in a few months it will be crossing over with Deathstroke, and it’s not bad. It seems intertwined with Red Hood (another title I’m not reading), but all of the necessary information seems to be being provided in the story, giving no problems with narrative flow. Adam Glass adds some very nice humour in the dialogue that keeps things snappy. The art from Bernard Chang and Marcelo Maiolo also nicely captures a youthful vibe.
| Published by DC Comics
Tumblr media
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #90 begins to pick up the pieces from the EPF’s assault on Burnow Island, as well as weaving in the bits and pieces from the recent macro-series, as the Turtles and the Mutanimals hold a wake for Slash. Great art from Michael Dialynas and Ronda Pattison.
| Published by IDW
Tumblr media
X-O Manowar #23 begins “Hero” from Matt Kindt, Tomás Giorello, Diego Rodriguez, and Dave Sharpe. It’s largely set-up,--bringing back the bounty hunters who assaulted Aric previously, showing off Kate’s new ship in action against said bounty hunters, and then Aric wondering how he pees in the suit--, but it’s damn entertaining. Also, Giorello and Rodriguez practically put on a clinic for visual storytelling.

I finally got back to playing the Sims 4 again! Sorry it’s been so long since I last posted about my TD Sims exploits, you’ve probably twigged by now that issues with sleep, stress etc. have been interfering with my ability to do the fun stuff.
This playthrough was done in two separate parts! I started playing not long after my original poll went up asking about what I should do next. I didn’t return to the game until earlier this week, I also grabbed some extra content for the game during the Black Friday sales. In addition to the packs I have installed, I now have Cats & Dogs, Outdoor Retreat (which I bought solely for the TDI vibes), and My First Pet Stuff to make the gameplay more interesting.
Playthrough:
- Brick quit his job as a Corporal in the Detective career track and changed over to an Intern in the Astronaut career, he started working on his logic skill before attempting to build a rocket ship at home.
Tumblr media
- Duncan quit his job as a Minor Crimelord in the Criminal career track and changed over to a Lab Technician in the Scientist career. He also got a rocket ship and began building it. While he was doing so Alejandro and Carlos finally started bonding a little more before Alejandro ditched him and Carlos’s Evil trait started to make him feel angry… clearly a good idea for Duncan to try and be a better influence on their son!
- Courtney and Scott didn’t have work that day so Scott bought a restaurant for the two of them to try and run together. I cocked up a bit here and accidentally cheated Scott into completing his Fabulously Wealthy aspiration when I tried to give the restaurant enough funds to buy an existing building! Scott now has the Mansion Baron aspiration as it’s the other Fortune related aspiration.
- After designing the work attire, changing the menu, and hiring staff, Scott and Courtney opened the restaurant and started helping out themselves by greeting customers and cleaning up after everyone. The waitress they hired kept being rude to the customers and lowering their review scores so they had to do a lot of damage control! After losing a lot of money and having their great reviews knocked down by the shitty staff, the two of them closed the restaurant for the day.
Tumblr media
At this point although there wasn’t a lot to write about I’d been playing and making changes in the game for most of the day and decided to take a break before resuming. Due to issues leaving me burnt out and using my free time to catch up on sleep I didn’t return to the game for a few weeks. When I did come back again I’d bought and installed some new content which I decided to start exploring with the TD Sims immediately.
- Bridgette decided to adopt some animals for the family and the game immediately bugged out during the adoption process. In the end the family adopted a kitten named Bruiser who Bridgette quickly befriended. Farley also took an immediate liking to Bruiser. While Bridgette got the cat settled in Heather finally started potty training Damien and managed to help him complete his potty training in one night.
- Brick went to his first day of work in the Astronaut career and while he was away Jo got their daughters what is supposedly a genetically engineered rodent ‘Bubalus’ which Jo then named Mary. Elliott kept repeatedly causing trouble and Jo kept discipling her before attempting to teach her how to say sorry.
- When Brick got home from work he and Jo got really flirty before Brick proposed and the two of them are now engaged! I attempted to screenshot this but completely fucked it up so I don’t have any pics for this one…
- Duncan continued to build his rocket while Carlos did his homework. Alejandro adopted a puppy named Petey and got him settled in before bickering with Carlos. The two of them stopped arguing when Carlos got sick, after getting medicine for him Alejandro started looking online for parenting advice because of how awful he’s been doing with his son.
- Duncan got exhausted and dirty from building his rocket for so long and took a break, while taking a bubble bath he had two breakthroughs for the scientist career. Shortly afterwards he finished building the rocket ship and celebrated by woohooing Alejandro for the millionth time, joining the 50-mile-high club in the process.
Tumblr media
Side Notes:
- I rejigged the households and now all four couples live in separate homes, not all parents have custody of their kids:
Bridgette and Heather live with Damien, Farley, and Kristin
Courtney and Scott live with Albertha and Kate
Alejandro and Duncan live with Carlos
Brick and Jo live with Elliott and Lawrence
- I also edited some of the Sim’s names, I was planning on hyphenating most of them but it looks like there’s a character limit so I was only able to hyphenate one:
Bridgette Summers is now Bridgette Suoh
Courtney Garcia is now Courtney Campbell
Duncan Lawson is now Duncan Burromuerto
Albertha Garcia is now Albertha Campbell
Elliott Sylvester is now Elliott McArthur
Kate Garcia is now Kate Garcia-Suoh
- Now I have the expansion that allows pets, both the Suoh and Burromuerto families have NPC animals (the McArthur family do have a rodent enclosure but it’s classed as furniture by the game). At some point I’ll post profiles for the two NPC animals that have now joined the families.
Bruiser Suoh is named after Heather’s cat that was shown in the Celebrity Manhunt special
Petey Burromuerto is named after Duncan’s previous dog that was mentioned in TDI to have previously run away
Mary McArthur is named after Jo’s original name before it was changed for TDROTI
- The Sim relationships are still a little screwy and some have sentiments that may not be obvious from looking at their interactions:
Brick is deeply in love with Jo while Jo feels deeply connected to Brick.
Brick’s relationship with Bridgette is still described as ‘it’s still very awkward’ but neither have any sentiments about each other anymore.
Jo and Scott’s relationship is still described as ‘bad romance’ and Scott is still harbouring a festering grudge towards Jo
Despite how high their relationship is there’s just one sentiment between Alejandro and Duncan, with Duncan feeling closer from happy memories.
Even though they’re friends, Heather still has a festering grudge against Duncan for reasons I don’t understand
Alejandro and Carlos consider each other good friends but Carlos still feels hurt by Alejandro
Carlos and Kate are good friends and feel deeply connected towards each other, Carlos also feels closer from happy memories and is growing closer from quality time
Courtney feels deeply connected to Scott while Scott doesn’t currently have any sentiments towards Courtney
Courtney no longer has any sentiments towards Heather but their relationship is still classed as ‘it’s very complicated’
Courtney is adoring towards Albertha and feels closer from happy memories but both sentiments are close to expiring
Bridgette is good friends with both her daughters but while she’s adoring towards Farley, Bridgette feels hurt by Kristin for reasons unknown
Bridgette and Heather are adoring towards Damien but while Bridgette and Damien are friends, Heather and Damien are only acquaintances
Bridgette and Heather are deeply in love with each other, Heather is also adoring towards Bridgette
Charts:
I’ve added the kids onto the main relationship chart to show how they feel about their parents, extended family etc.
Tumblr media
The family tree chart is still really weird because of who’s dated and had kids with who. The kids are on the line between both their biological or adopted parents.

Trump cuts funding for Palestinian refugees; Nicaragua expels a team of UN human rights advocates.

President Donald Trump has cut all funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), which supports Palestinian refugees, according to a senior administration official. A formal announcement will be made in the coming weeks. [CNN / Clare Foran and Elise Labott]
The administration is also looking to reevaluate the number of Palestinians who are considered refugees. The UNRWA currently gives funding for food aid, operating schools, and running health centers to 5 million Palestinians currently recognized as refugees. [Guardian / Peter Beaumont]
The decision was reportedly made by the president’s senior adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. [Fortune / Renae Reints]
Officials and analysts believe the Trump administration’s decision is an attempt to back Palestinians into a corner and force them to agree to a peace deal with Israel and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. [Foreign Policy / Colum Lynch]
Saeb Erekat, secretary general of the Palestine Liberation Organization, said the funding cuts could seriously destabilize the region and put Palestinians in danger of violence from ISIS. Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega has expelled a team of United Nations human rights advocates from the country after the team released a report detailing the government’s violent repression of opposition protests. [Al Jazeera]
The UN, which simply wanted to “make known what [it] had seen,” released a report on Wednesday condemning and blaming Nicaragua for repression on the streets, in jails, and in courtrooms. [AP / Luis Manuel Galeano]
The report came after months of turmoil and violence across Nicaragua that began in April. The government clashed with the opposition, which was protesting government plans to cut welfare benefits and, eventually, Ortega’s rule. More than 300 people died and 2,000 were injured as a result. The Russian space organization, Roscosmos, and the European Space Agency announced yesterday that the International Space Agency has developed a hole in its outer body. Astronauts aboard had to plug the hole … with their thumbs. [BGR / Mike Wehner]
“Universities should not be serving as judge, jury, and executioner. … University administrators have a conflict of interest, and should not be allowed to compromise justice.
