My Headcanon about Love Live Sunshine sub unit songs and Danganronpa V3 straight ships.

So... I’ve just read some sub unit’s songs, and, I’ve just reminded something...

Some of the lyrics fits with the dynamic of each NdrV3 straight ships.

Or, am I just overreacted things?

Warning: contains spoilers and long post!

Oumeno: Kinmirai Happy End.

I’ve always have the headcannon, that the lyrics represent Ouma’s feelings. 

I’ve always imagine that Ouma actually also want to help Yumeno, especially at chapter 3, when Ouma tells Yumeno to not hide her real feelings.

And the songs tells about a girl/boy who want to confess her/his real feelings to get a happy end, and yes! Ouma get his happy end: Help the remaining survivor to survive (and yes, Yumeno also survive as well), even though it means to sacrifice himself.

For those who needs inspiration for your Oumeno AU/fancreation, try to hear and read the lyrics Kinmirai Happy End! Which it’s fits, since majority of people describe Oumeno as cute and genki (spirited) ships compared to another big two straight ships (MomoHaru and SaiMatsu), and it’s fits CYaRon’s cute and genki image. 

(The lyrics also a little bit sad at some moment imo, but that just makes the lyrics fit with Oumeno dynamics even more).

MomoHaru: Galaxy Hide and Seek. 

The first thing that I choose Galaxy Hide and Seek as MomoHaru songs is the space-like feelings in the songs, which is fits with Kaito’s image, since he is Ultimate Astronaout. 

The lyrics also describe Maki so well imo. The lyrics tells us about a lonely girl with lonely heart, trapped in endless maze. She’s waiting for a person to understand her feeling in that endless maze. And guess who? It’s Kaito. 

The mellow melody in Galaxy Hide and Seek, plus the gentle image of AZALEA, makes this songs fits to describe MomoHaru dynamic. 

SaiMatsu: Kowareyasuki. 

First, this rock songs always remind me with the atmosphere in chapther 1 (after Amami’s death), you will know how shocked Kaede and Saihara was that they killed their friend instead of the mastermind. 

The “You’re fragile” parts also remind me with Saihara’s timid persona. The whole lyrics of Kowareyasuki always remind me with Kaede who was helping Saihara to become a better person. And I always see Kaede to be the first one to understand Saihara.

(And I’ve found Oumeno’s parts are harder to imagine than MomoHaru and SaiMatsu, since Oumeno are not canon enough...)
