The weekend isn't enough I've literally been passing out on the bus.
#ive had a teacher encourage us to protest cause my school is so big. Like a very small town level of big.#may it be that I dont eat or sleep or drink water or water based things?#Maybe but like.#School is draining my energy to be a person.#Failure after failure ans I cant fix it.#Ugh#I need years of sleep#or just time to myself#Every minute of my day is overtaken with assignments and worrying#I already have enough to deal with.#I cant keep doing this and yet limitations do not bind me.#Sigj#I know I keep sayinf “Ill reach my limit and snap one day” but im a liar#Sadly Im infinately adaptable to any situation no matter the gravity.#I just keep living like the specter I am.#Odd how living feels most like death. I imagine death is quite beautiful.#In another life I would be a poet. To bad my understanding of whatever composition is is nonecistany#Would be fun to dabble in poetry. How many things are you allowed to do?#Cause I write and draw and I want to learn music so I think learning poetry would be excessive.#And I dislike the formats#Haiku are to short.#Sonnets are actual hell on my brain I nearly killed someone trying to write one#Sigh.#If only random musings could get mw somewhere.#i feel so joyless#manic's joyless rants#Please dont tell me how being positive would help me I will straight up kill you#Positive thinking evades me and always has faking a smile and acting happy is not a thing I have energy for.

I think it's important to resist the urge to pathologize ultimately harmless behavior like maybe you can trace it back to its parent disorder but if it's not harmful to you in any way that isn't a symptom it's just a trait
#part of disability praxis is uncoupling productivity from worth#so part of unlearning your own internal and unconscious ableism is like not speaking of neutral things negatively#like in the same way that real body positivity lies in body neutrality#where we don't assign value judgements to physical features#we have to unlearn that neutral behaviors like stimming or using a mobility aid or refusing to cover scars#are somehow shameful or wrong or that they can tell you about who a person is#just because something makes you feel uncomfortable doesn't meant you get to make them stop#it's a negotiation always always always#what are you willing to budge on and which boundaries are hard limits#anyway yeah it doesn't matter if I have a specific bendy joint thing I'm used to how my body works#I'll grant that it can be difficult to tell from the inside what things actually should perhaps be a little pathologized#you know the I though everyone just dealt with this recurring pain school of diagnosis#but that's why you exist in a community so you know when something is actually wrong#or possibly I'm just so used to having my perceptions questioned I just sort assume an authority somewhere is Correct Objectively#and that doesn't exist!#if there is a perfectly efficient method to life to maximize happiness it is impossible for human minds to find except by accident

Honestly, one of the best things to come out of TMNT Mutant Mayhem is the fact that we can finally have actual canon fanfics set in high school without them having to be Human AUs
#mutant mayhem spoilers#let me tell ya’ll as a person who’s been in the TMNT fandom since 2005 that shit is GAME CHANGING#no offense to human AUs#i just never find them interesting#i come to this fandom for weird ass mutants and fun xenobiology#but letting the boys interact with human teens in a high school setting as turtles has so much potential#I can’t wait to see what the talented writers in this fandom come up with#give me ALL the high school and mutant angst#tmnt mutant mayhem#the movie was amazing#the turtles were adorable and perfectly cast#and the found family elements were on point#this movie understood the assignment#even if some jokes were milked WAY TOO HARD#pun intended#tmnt#happy to see more fuel for this fandom
