I personally haven't seen that, because where I'm from you only have working class Sinti and a very small Sinti middle-class. It could be different in Eastern European Romani groups though (E.E. Romani groups are typically divided according to the job they had to perform under slavery, so you have the Kalderash (cauldron-makers), the Lautari (musicians), Boyash/Rudari (miners), etc).
