I know they are heavily hc as brother and frankly im still not feeling that chemist from them both cause i have never seen them interact ever. BUTT I GET IT, they have are like assassin mercenary brother or whatever and i lowkey fw that, but i have never seen them interact other than the time punz is making purpled kill quackity. I SEE THE VISION BUT I DONT SEE THE ACTION!! if u get what i mean. They can have a dynamic of cool older brother that enable his little brother

Any disability headcanons?

So! The following isn't a full list as some things will be forgotten (either because I didn't think about it or because I didn't know it was a disability) as I write but here's most of my DSMP disability headcanons (both mental and physical. A lot are gonna be projecting.)

Dream has ADHD and after going into the prison some really bad PTSD. I also can picture him with mild breathing issues but I'm not sure the exacts.

In my mind, Ponk was a cyborg even before losing his arm to Sam, so they're a multi-amputee.

Bad is AuDHD and has photosensitivity

Tommy is also AuDHD, has PTSD (possibly CPTSD), and after exile a bad leg that sometimes needs a mobility aid. He's also prone to addiction.

Punz secretly has CPTSD.

Tubbo has PTSD, is half blind and has failing hearing after the Manberg festival, is an amputee after the Manberg festival (missing at least part of one of his hands, at most has a prosthetic for the whole arm), and is possibly autistic. Also prone to addiction.

Fundy has gills that don't work which counts as a disability if you ask me (non-functional organ)

I feel like Purpled might also have CPTSD

Wilbur likely has something but I'm not 100% sure what man

Schlatt is literally canonically prone to addiction and actively using them

Eret has memory problems and photosensitivity

Quackity as deformed wings (counts as a disability), is half blind after the attempt to assassinate Techno, has PTSD, is prone to addiction, and has ADHD

Karl has memory issues (even without the time travel), has ADHD, and has some motor ticks

Technoblade has CPTSD and AuDHD, has photosensitivity, insomnia and has poor eyesight.

Phil has an amputated wing and possibly some form of PTSD

Puffy has memory issues

Ranboo has memory issues, photosensitivity, ADHD, both insomnia and narcolepsy, CPTSD, and cannot teleport (Enderman exclusive disability)

Again, I may have more than this that I just didn't think about or didn't realize was a disability, but this is a decent amount of them :>

i've seen a few posts these past few days about how, regarding the finale, c!tommy's last words weren't an apology to c!dream—more of a "oh shit i've just realised my plan will blow us all up and i want to apologise for that fuck fuck FUCK"

and yknow what? they're right!! they are so very right!! when i was initially ranting-post finale, i honestly forgot that there were people either not watching the stream live/not watching at all, and in hindsight i can see how word got out that "oh ctommy apologised to his abuser". because, let's make one thing clear—he did not. ctommy comes to understand cdream, but also clearly and unequivocally says "you're still evil." the one saving grace that ending had was that at the end of it, ctommy does not apologise for being abused.

however. that was never even my problem in the first place.

the issue with the finale wasn't the apology (at the very least, its not the worst issue.) the issue with the finale was the framing. because, let's face it, ctommy realising he has doomed everyone and his last words being an apology for that? makes sense!! that is literally how ctommy acts!! i get that! i'm OKAY with that! hell, ctommy finding it in his heart to understand cdream and feel pity for him ALSO makes sense. it's ctommy. he's that server's goddamn sunshine! he is the hope when there is no hope left and the resolve at the height of war and a heart stubbornly pumping against a bloody sleeve like. thats our ctommy!! that is HIM!!

you wanna know what doesn't make sense, though? framing those actions as if they are good in this scenario. framing them as if they are helping ctommy.

the issue isn't that tommy tries to understand dream. the issue is that it fucking works. the issue is that dream softens, and acts all sad and uwu-baby-boy, and becomes so fucking soft in the span of two seconds that the entire twitch chat felt sorry for him. i SAW that happen! i saw viewers siding with dream, feeling sorry for him, saying he WAS absolved after all!! the issue is that every time ctommy has tried to fight for himself in the past it's failed him—but the scenario where he sympathises with his abuser?? that's the one you want to tell me helps? after everything, every excellent writing decision, after MONTHS of making dream a sadistic piece of shit and tommy a traumatised kid healing more and more by the day, THAT'S what you want to tell me works? talking things out normally? in the last stream dream had cclingy strung up in a fucking saw trap! HOW is this what works??

add in everything else on top of that—ctommys weak arguments against dream and punz, the character assassination of cdream as a villain, the way dream just immediately softens, the fact that, apology to dream or not, tommys last ever words are sorry directed toward his abuser—yeah. yeah, the issue is far deeper than the wrong word. the issue was in the framing of that scene as a whole.

Yes! I've had a royal au with them for a while, I just haven't fleshed it out that much. Their dynamic is perfect for it, the loyalty and trust despite meeting after what was supposed to be an impersonal training session. Punz is immediately deathly protective of his prince once he's promoted and Dream trusts him with all the secrets he'd never tell another soul.

I think they'd find a lot of comfort in each other that they don't get from other people. Punz isn't just a hired sword to Dream and Dream isn't just a stuck-up royal with no regard for anyone else. They can be themselves together, laughing and joking without a care in the world.

And when Dream becomes king, when his people blame him for a failing kingdom and there's an assassination attempt every other week, Punz is right there to be his shield.

But until then, they take walks in the garden and smooch behind the tall rose bushes <3

ivory was a sidekick for hermit that was chased into villainy following her coming out as trans. as throne, she is now one of jordan's lieutenants in trinity and has assassinated several government officials.

jimmy, alias firebird, is an empire offices hero. he also happens to be allied with the fates under the alias wildfire. i'm sure this is of no import in the story /lie

i cannot imagine in what circumstance punz would ever make that expression. mans is chill as fuck.

i accidentally anime boyed the hell out of fruit, alias floodbloom under chase co. he has a lot of admirers on tumblr and about two thirst accounts on twitter

shelby's (alias wilder) hero uniform is heavily inspired by princess mononoke. she's signed on under empire offices, like jimmy, and can release poisonous spores from her skin.

tommy's doing the nervous lore laugh in that drawing

velvet is doing the anime lady hohoho pose while covered in blood. if he didn't have painful and complicated emotions about velvet turning to villainy, ant would be swooning

dont worry about why illumina is covered in blood it is absolutely not related to the series whatsoever /suspicious. instead consider how illumina (alias anima) is fruit's hero partner under chase co.

a brooding phil (not to be confused with a broody phil, which is c!phil). techno starts to see this expression more and more as they get older.

not to toot my own horn but foolish came out extraordinarily handsome in this drawing. he has some golden scales and they glimmer brighter when he's happy, which eret is very fond of.

grian, who we know as seraphim from wonderland, is remarkably scrungkly. he has three sets of wings and is a talented flier.

wilbur also came out quite beautiful, blood and tears notwithstanding. the next fic scheduled to be published hopefully either by the end of may or early june might shine some light on his expression here

sapnap, like ivory and shelby, would probably tear someone's throat out with his teeth given the opportunity. in the interim he gets thousands of thirst traps made of him by adoring stans.

mapple (villain name kallisti, also known by other villain orgs as she of the heights) my scrungkly. in wasteland he's the leader of villain org team salad which is not at all what it appears to be. that particular drawing is a rare moment where he's being flustered by his very charming queerplatonic partner parkmo.

oh my love. by the time the silver age ends seto has been dead for six years. in life he was one of chase co.'s senior heroes, alias sigil, and he could control the wind. his friends - mitch and jerome, especially, who are the joint heads of chase co. - loved him very much.

Dream raised an eyebrow, but he knew Punz couldn't see it, tucked away in his arms as they were. "Really?" "Really." He could hear Punz's smile. "Thought it was kind of stupid, actually. You know how many people will pay for someone to kill off their partner? Usually for their money." Dream wasn't surprised, even if the more romantic part of him frowned at the thought. He brushed it away and cuddled closer with a teasing tone. "Are you going to have me assassinated so soon, Punz? We just got engaged." Punz chuckled; Dream's heart swooped at the sound. "I don't think there's anyone who'd succeed." They murmured, tugging a blanket up so they could be warmer. "Not all the money in the world could be worth you, anyway." It was sappy, stupid, and Dream was a sucker for romantic shit like that, so he kissed Punz's forehead and buried his face into their sleepshirt, melting when he felt soothing circles rubbed into his back. Dream was beginning to fall asleep, but he could feel the soft metal on his finger, warm. He used that finger to tap three times on Punz's neck. I. Love. You. He knew, even before Punz moved, that the sentiment was returned.

Dream had a split in his lip, a small scar from the accident he didn't talk about. Sam thought about it sometimes. He thought about how it stretched a little when Dream laughed, how it had the slightest texture when Dream let him cup his cheek.

It was a passing thought now, with Dreams lips wrapped around his cock. How pretty he must look, scars and all, and how Sam could only appreciate how he looked from this angle, looking down.

A mirror. Sam should get a mirror.

Schlatts business on paper is pretty typical capitalism. Off paper its pretty typical "assassinate anyone who tries to get in our way."

Quackity was working for Schlatt as the person who did the killings, so Schlatt wouldn't have to do the actual work and could focus on the business. Quackity has a normal, great life with his two partners who he's going to get married to. And Sapnap has always liked to talk about how cool his friends are, and sometimes they even all meet up for dinner, so Dream and Quackity are acquainted and friendly.

And then one of the bodies get discovered, poker chip in their mouth, tying back to Schlatt and Quackity, and suddenly he's a suspect and it's Not Looking Good.

And of course this means that Quackity is straining under Dream's calculating gaze, enough to try to complain to Sapnap, who gives Dream a hard time about it, because Obviously Quackity couldn't do those things, we know him.

And there's ice in Dream's veins as he digs further and further into the rabbit hole and thinks about how Quackity sleeps in Sapnaps bed, how Sapnap could be in danger.

So of course he urges Sapnap to think and look at the facts, and of course Sapnap takes that personally and goes to George, who has been trying to get Dream to stop focusing so much on his work for months. George seeing this as Dream pulling away from them and shredding all of Dream's case files he can get his hands on, and when Dream gets mad he can only yell about how dumb Dream is being to care more about his stupid work than them and their needs. And Dream packs his shit and stays at the lab, working tirelessly until he solves the case, trying to put it all out of his mind.

He's too close to unraveling their operation, so Schlatt has Quackity go after Dream. Dream has most of what happened buried in his mind as deeply as he can, but he does remember the taste of blood in his mouth while the FBI stormed the place Quackity had him.

(Sapnap and George don't come to the hospital. Sapnap isn't sure how he's supposed to apologize and George is having 500000 meltdowns in his house. So they don't come, and Dream quietly packs up his apartment and transfers to a different lab, as far away from everyone as possible.)

In the end, there's enough evidence to arrest Quackity and Schlatt. Quackity gets imprisoned, Schlatt manages to skeeve by because they can't prove he ordered the hit.

Schlatt is the first victim when Quackity breaks out. Dream recognizes his suit, even covered in grime as it is.

Serial killer Quackity breaking out of jail and leaving his poker chip calling cards. Dream arrives at a crime scene and sees one and just. He dissociates a little and Punz is looking super worried but Dream brushes it off and gathers the crime scene stuff together and goes home.

Only to get there and receive a phonecall or a letter from Quackity and things suddenly feel Very Unsafe Forever.

(when Dream gets panic attacks he gets angry, hates that he can't control himself, hates that this still has to matter even all these years later.)

When Dream and Sam get together, there's a sort of sigh of relief. Finally, everyone seemed to think. Maybe they can stop acting like they're in a soap opera. This is incorrect because they simply become more insane about each other in different ways, but for a Single Day there is hope.

For FBI Agent Punz, its a bit of a different story.

They're meant to investigate the murders that Dream solves, collect info and interrogate people. Protect Dream and keeps him from getting hurt on cases. Dream starts out as very lukewarm to cold with most people, and the agent assigned to him is no different. It takes a lot of work to win Dream's trust, and Punz doesn't even have to be friends with him to work together, but They Want To Try.

Sam comes to the forensics lab after Dream has gradually warmed to Punz, and they're at the beginnings of what could be romance. And then Sam shows up and suddenly he's in Dream's space So Easily So Happily and Dream is incredibly tender with this man Punz has never met.

And that's annoying as fuck.

Punz has learned the ins and outs of Dream, has come to love him fiercely, nearly In Love, and suddenly Sam Is Here.

And Sam thinks Punz is Good for taking care of Dream, keeping him safe, Punz is wonderful, so pretty and handsome and powerful and could lift Sam off the ground- But Don't Worry About That.

Sam doesn't think of Punz as Enemy Rival Number 1, he thinks of Punz as Potential New Friend At Job Who Also Understands How Important Dream Is, Surely.

Punz had a very comfortable, calm, unobtrusive thing going between him and Dream and now there's a very pleased creeper invading his space and touching Dream and being way too nice.

Punz is not used to people being that nice.

If this were a tv show the theme of like half the season would be Punz trying to navigate this new person who everyone else insists is perfectly normal (they have to be lying. There has to be some dark secret here. Dream doesn't smile like that for other people. He's vulnerable and there's a Threat. Why is Sam offering to get lunch with Punz???)

Sam is very bad at flirting with Punz. Mostly because he doesn't realize he's flirting with Punz. Punz also doesn't realize he's flirting with Punz

Its not Sam's fault Punz is just!!!! So strong, the epitome of a strong protector, the thing Sam always wished he could be. Punz's laugh is more like a bark and when he puts his hand on your shoulder and squeezes its like a promise of safety.

Of course Sam would want that for Dream. Of course Sam wants that. Its only natural.

When Punz says "no I'm busy" or politely rejects Sam's offers of lunch or Getting To Know Each Other, Sam is just a lost puppy who assumes If he Tries Again surely Punz will be his friend.

(and of course it does eventually because Punz is not immune to friendship, much to their despair.)

BUT, if you want my personal recommendations...

so, for starters, getting into illumina's content. namely, he's got a youtube channel (illuminaHD), which mostly features stream highlights (speedrunning), mcc highlights, and other miscellaneous minecraft gamplay. (oh, and a few world records!) he has a vods channel too, but it's run by his mods.

this is my Dream SMP application [Stream Highlights] / Probably my most watched highlights video of his, though they're all hilarious. General speedrunning fails and clutches, crafting shenanigans, funny commentary. All his highlight videos give a good sense as to what his streams are like!

the minecraft bingo/lockout series with SmallAnt - I challenged Minecraft's Best Speedrunner to a test of skill and Minecraft Lockouts Are Surprisingly Brutal.. / GREAT series. had me on the edge of my seat. the first video was uploaded to ant's channel, the second on illumina's, but illumina has the vods for both streams saved on a separate channel. i won't get into the twists, but... it was a ride.

Minecraft: fruitberries VS Illumina / Minecraft manhunts... everybody's heard of them. Well, this one was done with fruitninja over two years ago (wow!) Imagine being hunted across multiple dimensions but your assassin is really, really chill. Oh, and also with the expected cracked gameplay from a manhunt as well.

and as for my favorite streams...

Speedrun Showdown w/ Fruitberries VS Dani & Fireworkss (then 1.16 RSG) / So, speedrun showdown! This was the first time the tournament was hosted, which was almost two years ago. Currently, season two (?) of speedrun showdown is taking place, with the finals happening tomorrow! Charity event, super cool, two duos race to the end to kill the dragon. (Both Fruit and Illumina are participating in the 2022 run, but on opposite teams. Fruitninja aren't allowed to team very often. If you watch this vod, you'll find out why.)

Minecraft Championship 13! w/ Punz, Krinios, & Eret! / Classic. All-time favorite. There would be something wrong if this video didn't show up on my list. Illumina's first MCC win! Team vibes were great, they absolutely dominated (with one of the most nerve-wracking dodgebolts I've ever watched. Live!)

MC Championship 17 w/ fruitberries, Vixella, & Zeuz / Another staple. I think we crashed twitter when the fruitninja MCC team was finally announced. 1 on Mouse, 1 on Keyboard w/ Illumina / Warning, I think you're going to notice fruitninja being a consistent trend with my recommendations! (This is all part of the fruitninja conspiracy, in which I try to get everyone to watch their content with my art. So far, my success rate is pretty high!) Fruit & Illumina are roommates and they did a stream where one person controlled the movement via mouse and the other person controlled the movement via keyboard. (Un)surprisingly, they actually did extremely well! Great fun, one of my favorites, bonus IRL content.

Diversity 3 Playthrough! / Illumina plays through a minecraft adventure map for almost ten hours straight. He parkours, he kills mobs, he participates in a space mystery adventure. It's all here. He even speedruns (kind of.)

Okay, onto miscellaneous! As I've mentioned before, celia has a youtube channel with fruitninja & illumina clips. Also, this video from Illumina's MCC 28 parkour warrior run made me laugh. And also this video on Fruitninja interacting in MCC 24. Uh, what else.. Illumina's latest MCC highlights video was really good (though I really also liked the full stream, which is up on his twitch but not his vods channel. Watch it while it's up, I guess!) And also the fruitninja Tubnet Craftmaster Showdown vod had its great moments (also on twitch. Fruit's POV of this event is also really funny, too.)

A brief break from the SBI Portraits for a sketchy one of easily one of my favorite characters: C!Punz! Split between several names for him in Ouroboros: Alloy, Gild, a couple others, generally I'm also open to other ideas if anyone would like to help me out.

Though all in all he is one of the characters I am really looking forward to writing things with, I've got a bunch of headcannoned lore planned. I really just got attached to a secondary character with little going for him and said "yeah this is my blorbo now" if that says anything for what to expect on my thoughts about him.

In actual design notes he is a pure Icewing, the black markings are actually tattoos since I wanted to have some black in there - the streaks under his eyes are designed to further cut down light glare since due to a brighter colored iris his eyes can't filter light glare as easily when compared to other Icewings.

The necklace he has also has meaning behind it, in this case it's a symbol of status. Coming from a rather infamous grouping of assassins and mercenaries within the ice kingdom, the necklace itself is meant to mock the circle necklaces of the higher class, nobles and royals- to be an insult technically and it also doubles as a sign of how skilled one in this grouping is. His in particular is a mockery of a first circle necklace, so I think that says enough for his skills.

i'll be honest i knoww nothing about cpunz, but i know he's an assasin who literally dgaf who he works for as long as he gets money.

So i reallly doubt he knows anything about morals or how to be a good person, because i'am awesome i just wrote cpunz in a way i like instead of complying to canon and just say its real, bCAUSEEE MY GOD IM NOT WATCHING PUNZ STREAM FOR HIS CHARACTER ANY STREAM OTHER THAN TECHNO OR TOMMY MAKE ME WANNA DIEEE.

cpunz i think does wanna help cdream get better because he considered the situation he's in as 'fucked up' but he suckkkksss, he suck ass at helping him become a better person. He unintentionally is contributing cdrm into driving more and more into the deep end when he does have the chance to just help him get better and guide him to leave his obsession of being a control freak. Instead of talking him out to just leave the SMP alone he indulge c!drm thirst for revenge constantly persuading him to do it, feeding more into c!drm bloodthirst because in his own mind, he think himself in cdrm place and all he could think that would make him feels 'better' is if he goes on revenge spree and make everyone who has wronged him dead.

It's not to say c!punz is entirely at fault here, c!drm does know what he does is wrong and he can just leave, but he choose revenge and so that is the path he chose. C!punz is there as his enabler and worse morally questionable mercenary assassin therapist.
