i watched all of madness combat recently bc i had never watched it before even though i was into newgrounds as a kid. i think the reason i never watched them is for some reason i thought they were flash games and they looked really hard to play so i never touched them. i really wish that i had bc i wouldve doodled those things so often. instead now i feel embarrassed trying to doodle them

Ramble about

The Fledgling Test

and my personal journey with it.

Remembering that I worked hard for the chance to take this test. I had to redeem myself from my fall and study and practice really hard for the chance to be able to come down to earth and experience human life.

despite knowing that being on earth is not the fun part, it's what comes after that is the fun stuff which is being a fully fledged archangel and helping rule heaven and hell alongside my brethren, I know that's the future that awaits me once I complete this test but i know, I *have to complete it* for it to count. Meaning I can't kill myself or be reckless enough to die and end it early. Natural causes or unforseen circumstances are the only legit way out of this. I can't give up and I can't back down or ill have to take it again if I'm even allowed to and be far behind my siblings.

And I want to make the most of my time here anyways since I'm going to have so much more responsibilities once I'm "an adult" and have basically gone through this coming of age trial with the rest of my group members my age.

But the whole point of this post is, despite me not entirely wanting to be a human and not wanting to be forced into this (heavens government is corrupt as hell.) I chose this path for myself so I can carry on the legacy my brother left behind when he fell. I'm an archangel prince, I want to help breathe a new life into my kingdoms once I've come of age and am ready to help take the throne. i couldn't let my personal grievances that led to me falling get to me and keep me tied down without ever seeing what I could become.

That's why I worked so hard even if I knew it was going to be a painful test at first. Once I come out of the other end of this tunnel it's going to be a whole new world for me and I'm going to have bloomed into something great, I just know it.

a new york christmas wedding - cute concept, but not fun. and I'm a certified bad movie enjoyer.

there's scenes where it feels like there should be noise or music or something, and there's just silence. these women are supposed to be have loved each other, but they don't act like it until the wedding. I like the christian lgbt representation, but this does not a good movie make. there's hints of a story I would really enjoy, but it was fumbled hard.

I’m rereading the His Dark Materials trilogy and here are my takeaways so far:

I forgot that the in-universe explanation for the different vibes of the church in Lyra’s world was that John Calvin had become Pope. That’s fucking hilarious

The rules of daemons change as the series go on and if you try to form a consistent picture of daemon lore you will go insane. Perhaps this was Mrs. Coulter’s mistake

Philip Pullman desperately wants a big strong authoritative man to tell him what to do. But in a skeptical way. Love his imagination but for his sake I wish for him to explore the wide world of BDSM

The timeline from Asrael leaving his world to already having built a giant castle to store his god-killing army in is two weeks. If I’m being generous. Probably closer to like 4 days.

Asrael's wings didn't go as planned, I'm getting used to the feather/wing brushes I bought and I may make one for his primary feathers for realism.

Arslan Senki Chapter 130 (Part 2)

Here we go, the second half!

Sam's little bow of gratitude as Team Hilmes walk away!

And up the tower we go, to get a better view of what's happening in the streets. Innocentis has been taken into custody on Arslan's orders (he specifies 'alive'; no doubt thinking of Estelle's request)

Innocentis getting snaked for the second time.

The doorway getting darkened by the distinctive silhouette of none other than Andragoras (this party has now been crashed twice lmao). I was in a good mood by this point because things are lining up and I know where this is going!

Andragoras cuts a fearsome figure, cloak and armour bloodstained from the fighting he's had to do on the way here. He's such an imposing figure whose presence seems capable of cowing others, yet ARSLAN STANDS UP TO HIM and refuses to hand over Rukhnabad. Being reinstated as Crown Prince isn't enough.

"I did not come back here to become Crown Prince. I am here to become Shah!" FUCK YES.

That line... That admission of Arslan's calibre... Just whoah.

And then of course Andragoras tries to fucking kill him and take the sword (and at first I thought an earthquake was taking place but actually it's the effects of Andragoras's voice causing everyone to shake)

Azrael (whose name is misspelled as 'Asrael' though at least he got to PWEE and not PEE this time) soars past the window and causes a momentary distraction and as Andragoras notes this must mean Kishward has reached the palace, he also misses detecting the approach of a very possessed-looking Innocentis behind him

Given that Azrael bears the name of the angel of death that PWEEE was probably him saying "You're going to fucking die" and that's exactly what happens, with Innocentis wrestling Andragoras towards the window and out of the tower. There's no way either of them could survive that fall. The last panel of the chapter is their bodies in space, hurtling towards the ground together.

So you all know of my theory that Team Zahhak intended for Hilmes to be the replacement for Zahhak's crumbling body. But if it's not him, it could be Andragoras instead. I'm going to get into some novel spoilers for a moment so please look away if that bothers you!

In the novels, Zahhak doesn't return fully until late in the second half, after a timeskip. Andragoras dies in basically the same way, but the novels don't mention Team Zahhak being involved in Innocentis's actions. Later, Andragoras's body, stolen from its mausoleum, becomes Zahhak's vessel. The fact that Arakawa has Team Zahhak manipulating Innocentis here might be nothing more than giving them more of an active role at this moment to keep them in the forefront of our minds, but it could also hint at them deliberately engineering this moment so they'd have an easy body to appropriate. Maybe that's also why they previously convinced Innocentis to duel Andragoras, hoping that the poisoned sword would give them the royal corpse they desire.

Personally, for many reasons I'd still prefer for it to be Hilmes (though obviously I don't want any harm to come to him, I just think it'd be good for his character) but I'm going to trust whatever direction Arakawa is going in because so far she's pulling off the final stages of the story very well.

Okay since the poll was a majority of yes, the first things I'll be posting are the current characters and their roles in the story.

Prince Zephyris, the MC of the story. He's an elf with an affinity for death and he's the concubine to the prince of Gehenna. He usually wears the veil in the second picture since he can kill anyone he looks at if he wishes.

Prince Asrael of Gehenna is the heir to the throne after defeating his brothers in a fight for the crown and killing his father. He's a charming man who is known for his battle prowess and unforgiving nature.

Anaesthesia is completely blind after getting into an accident during the Elven-Daemon war, and she was a field medic until Asrael picked her up and assigned her to be the servant of his favorite concubine, Zephyris.

Cryon, a half-elf half ice elemental who is a higher ranked concubine like Zephryis, he is Zeph's first real lover who used Zephryis' naivety and inexperience with romance to attempt an assassination on him, resulting in his death when he took off Zephryis' veil.

Alvion is a mercenary who lives in the Infernum forest away from the grand city. He's Zephyris' savior later in the story and the future husband of Zephyris and king of Gehenna after it is revealed that he and Asrael are brothers.

This book will be turned into a comic thanks to the help of my best friend @silly-suicidal-idiot. All characters belong to me and you MUST ask for permission before using my characters in any shape or form.

Meet Asrael "Asra" Focalor, the Human Elf farmer of the Valley.

for the pass day i did return to playing Stardew and guess who filled all the yandere in the town with possessive mod....Yeap and decided to make an oc for a Elf guy. It did takes alot of practice and inspiration doing and learning artstyle and I guess there are times i cant do complicated ones except backgrounds. Tbh i suck at drawing.

TWO VARIANTS OF NET FOR YOUR EYES TO SEE

This is Harlequin, a Bloodmoon variant of Net. They are basically a corrupt version of Net who isolates themself so they do not cause harm to others due to them being prone to violence and giving into their vampiric tendencies. They live in a pocket dimension in where they’re in an abandoned mansion deep within a thick wooded forest

And this is Jigsaw, an Ennard type variant of Net. This amalgam is compromised of Marionette Moon, Asrael, Chalice, Hare, and Molly. The Giterra of their time line had quashed their rebellion and as punishment, stripped and merged them all into one mangled being to keep them in check and all it did was make them angry, seething with rage and agony. They did get revenge by blinding Giaterra permanently, though they lost a lot of energy in the process and they need to recuperate before they can finish the job.
