I gotta ask: it’s been shown in the show that humans can fuse with gems. Why can’t your s/I fuse with Jasper? Is that not part of your canon? (Sorry if this comes off as rude I’m just curious)

If anybody knows otherwise PLEASE correct me bc I WILL draw jasver fusion as soon as I hear otherwise. I know this show super well but I'm absolutely not the end all be all of Steven Universe canon analysis

I'm under the impression that humans can only fuse with STEVEN, as he is half human himself. The only human related fusions I can think of are Stevonnie and Steg (with Greg). And I do have a fusion design with Steven! I haven't posted it yet, but the name is Silven :))

But when it comes to specifically full gem/full human fusions I don't think it's possible.

Plus I actually really like that I won't be able to fuse with Jasper. I feel like her entire arc she is encouraged and then torn down for fusing. She thinks she's the shit and then she gets beaten by a fusion. She HATES fusion and yet, she doesn't feel strong enough without it it. I want to give her a relationship where she doesn't feel reliant on fusion, where she feels whole and strong and safe purely as herself. Bc she deserves it 💖💖

...... definitely interested if there is proof that full gems and full humans can fuse tho
