Narcissa: "Genetics is an appropriate answer, I suppose? My gold was much lighter before I evolved, but I've always been this way. As for my father, I'd put money on him being a Naganadel! Gold Is the second most common color seen in that species!"

"Or perhaps he is a Solgaleo from another ultra-beast universe with unlimited colors like ours? My mother used to sneak past Lord Calama and hop realms often in her youth. And she was a.....sociable woman. So my golden color may have come from anywhere!"

Braixen found it quite jarring that someone like this zoroark would say that her flame was 'lovely' she had to look away slightly in embarrassment…or was that a slightly flustered look…? Either way, her wand was ignited with those purple flames so he may have a look at it. "I-I... thanks for s-such compliments, you're really kind. Mom told me i was b-born with it, i didn't really achieve it but. She told me that i was blessed and it matches my fur pretty nicely and well, she was right hehe. But, now that i mention it, It... sorta matches your fur too." Amber said to the hisiuan zoroark with a small smile.

Excuse me? Are you doing alright so far? Couldn't help but notice that your aura is slightly off so I'm worried if something happened..."

A Lucario? Why was he being so... sweet?

Rhea seemed to stumble over her words, her tails twisting in her strange agitated affliction. The cutting words that came so easily to her hung on the tip of her tongue...

Yet she couldn't speak them.

Despite her previously hostile aura, he'd still approached.

For once, the Matriarch simply averted her gaze towards the lake in an attempt to hide the reddening of her golden fur.

(@askpokemoncrossover) Sai @ ???: "U-um... E-excuse me, miss? A- are you alright?" The young voice of the odd-eyed lucario echoed out as he attempted to approach the female figure that broke off from the group, concerned by the slightly agitated aura he felt earlier.

The female sighed, wiping something from off her face.. Before she layed her hands to rest on her hips..

"Yeah buddy, I'm fine... Just f**cking fine! So why don't you just..."

The female's voice mysteriously trailed... Her arms now lay at both sides of her body... The female glared at you over her shoulder, with her red piercing eye.. You were tempted to run, but an unknown black coil tightly wrapped around your body.. You collapse to the ground... Embalmed and motionless...

As the female figure turned around, and began walking closer to you.. You began to panic, trying to free yourself from the coil.. But no matter what, you couldn't seem to get free..

Until.. It was too late.. The female figure had reached you.. She crouched down to your level... Meeting you eye to eye...

"Who the f*ck are you? And how the h*ll did you find this place?..."

(@askpokemoncrossover) Saisei: The lucario in green watched as the fox figure walked past him, his golden right eye looked up and down, trying to figure out what they are. So as his instincts told him: he slowly followed them and asked nervously: "Wh- Who are you..? are you a pokemon or... human?"

"Don't suppose you've heard any of the rumors about me, then? How fun."

Sai looked down at the spoiled prince who attempted to look down on him, an ironic twist having a smug royal like Destino telling him his faults, things that he already knows, but all that did was remind him of how far he came. But the absol however? It shows how far he's fallen. "I'll be even more surprised if someone says they loved a prince with a mouth full of dirt like you, with no strength to back up his words." "If you're going to tell me how low I am, let me give you a proper insight as to what i see in you and we'll start with this."

He approached Destino to temporarily relieve him of his crown that he wears so proudly with a puffed out chest before he could do anything and the lucario would examine the crown briefly, just out of his reach. "You royals think you got it all, don't you? Just because you're wearing this all the time, flaunting it around along with your taunts and bluffs makes you feel like you're number one huh? Like you could do anything you want" The 'science freak' that destino insulted looked back at the now crownless dark type "But without it, without the kind of lifestyle this crown can provide to you. If you weren't a 'chosen one'? If you weren't born in a royal family? I see a worthless, weak Absol living on the streets because the world he was born in rejected him because of how he causes trouble for himself and the people around him. His words are his only weapon and the higher ups see they have no excuse to do whatever they want with him.. want with you ." He twirled the crown idly several times as he spoke before chuckling darkly "There will be no parents to keep you safe, no guards to keep you from harm's way, no chosen status to make you feel a bit more important than before, no Felix to back you up when you needed someone the most." "You. Will be... ALONE." The lucario would let this verbal nail drive into the absol's heart as the disturbing thought of being on a streets, who has nothing left, no strength to fight back, as he was the person below... not above.

"They say a royal's value is worth by the crown they have on their head, but to me? You're more useless than this trinket."

He casually tossed it to the ground at destino's feet and the lucario began to walk away, seeing no excuse to stay here any longer.

"Enjoy being a prince while you can, Destino. Because if you keep this up, you'll be destined to lose it. One way or another and that crown won't be able to save you."

Oh great. The walking stick over here decided to make an appearance. Your face reminds me of something. A Stunky's backside. Nobody wants to see it but it keep rearing it anyway. And you lost your arm too? How did that happen? Wait, let me guess. Your battling skills were so bad that you lost it to the first Pokémon you saw? I wouldn't be surprised if you lost it to a Sunkern. I've heard how pathetic they are. Perhaps you're a Sunkern in disguise, considering how weak you look. I could probably knock you over with a single breath. Snap you like a twig too. You should probably be more careful around other Pokémon. I wouldn't want you to loose your other arm because they gently bumped into you.

You look like if a Trubbish decided to take a shit and proudly display it on themselves. And that head piece? That's probably the most flattering part about you. Then again, you're not anything special to look at. Main character? Of what novel? Because I doubt anyone would want to read a book with you as the protagonist. I think you probably misunderstood your role. You're one of those character who would appear for a second and get easily forgotten because of how little impact you more than likely have in this world.

Perhaps you should change your dream to being the world's most deluded Slowking. At least that's achievable. And you're one of two leaders of a Pokémon team? However did your team mate allow that to happen? I mean, sorry to say this but it's clearly some elaborate prank they thought of to make you look stupid. I doubt I'd ever want you to lead a team if I made one. That's sending so many red flags. I'm surprised you haven't failed miserably yet.

And the outfit too? Oh man, I feel sorry for anyone who decides to hang around with you. Then again, I imagine they're doing it for pity. And come on. At least style your hair a bit. Put a bit of effort into your appearance. I know not everyone can look as magnificent as me but at least try to have some dignity. I would offer to make you at least look somewhat decent but I doubt even my skills could help out in that department. Sai. You know, you amaze me. Being some mad scientist's fucked up creation must be so hard for you. That's not the case? How on earth would you explain your looks? I have the belief that every Pokémon can be strong. Looking at you though, I can see I was wrong. Those noodly arms would barely be able to get a single hit on an opponent. I guarantee that if I used my weakest attack on you, you'd flop to the ground in an instant.

And I doubt anyone would come running over to aid you. You look like the type of Pokémon not even a mother could love. Does anyone love you? If you said yes, that'd be the funniest thing I'd have heard in a long time.

Now, help me out Lucario because I'm really struggling to understand how you could ever think that face mask could work. That's natural? What an absolute shame that is. Perhaps you should cover up. At least then your friends wouldn't be embarrassed being around you. And a fighting type too? I thought fighting types were supposed to be these strong looking Pokémon that could hold their own against any opponent. I doubt you could even put a dent in a geodude. I imagine everyone else probably fights your battles as they would see how pathetic your attempt at fighting was and take pity on you.

Mint thought about how to explain her power, thinking back on when Vivian initially explained the power she possessed. Though she still had some issue wrapping her head around it, she felt she had the basic gist of it.

" According to Vivian, plenty of Pokémon in my universe are born with... I guess you could say, a connection? Yea, a connection to something called an 'Aspect'. Embers of Life is just an extension of my power. "

Mint thought back on her experiences using the move, or rather, the aftermath. The exhaustion had hit her like a freight train, especially considering she used so much of her own strength just to heal one or two Pokémon. " Of course, because I'm basically using my own life force as the power source for the move, I have to be careful about how much I use it. Otherwise, I'll just wear myself out. "

I'm not really too privy to the specifics, and I don't really care to know how it works. All I know is that if it makes helping others easier, I'm game. "

A 'Mother' and A Mortal

Little mortal? Well, it wouldn't take much to guess from the tone that is soft as silk yet underneath it a powerful aura that was once hostile now shows a side that had yet to be revealed 'till now.

Everyone, Pokemon, humans and even gods must have a softness, a tender kindness somewhere in their minds and souls. Was it foolish and naive? Yes, but even so...he still believed in that small light.

That is why he approached the Ninetales as he did with a small smile as he glanced at the lake where the moonlight reflected both of their images in the still and tranquil water and shone on their yellow and blue fur.

"That so? To be honest I was taking a small break from it. This is my first time at a Gala like this, let alone among legendary Pokemon. So, you could say I'm still trying to get used to it. I am a small mortal among Gods after all, but that doesn't mean I'm not enjoying it so far."

His words spoke true as he also admitted to what she said about him while turning his head to look at her, briefly noticing the red under the nicely kept golden fur but not paying much mind to it for the time being.

"Oh. Right. My name's Saisei. You can call me Sai though if you like, heh. What's your name if i may ask?" he asked carrying a cheerful, gentle tone that is common among young men who wants to know someone for the first time, even if it's someone like her.
