i love lies of P. its the first game since i touched the dark souls series where i had to actually git gud. my usual playstyle that carried me through all 3 dark souls and elden ring couldnt cut it in lies of p and i had to learn how to adapt. its the first souls like game that actually got me to learn how to parry

I started really enjoying lies of P after the first bosses and legit fell in love with it at the end when all the story pieces came togheter. I usally sucks at parrying in soulsike games (watch me go full strength and BONK as hard as possible), but here it felt so satisfying. Love the fast and slow rhytm you get with some bosses and how you have to adapt your fighting style even between phases! I'm currently on NG++ aiming for a Platinum. And still havent spoiled myself the "bad ending" wich im going for now,togheter with a 0 humanity run, wich is killing my heart. Also I'm a personal sucker of re-imagined fairy tales and dear god they made an AMAZING job here, if you know stuff from the original story it's incredible how many stuff they managed to fit in, re-imagine and adapt everything for a souls-like world, even with little things! (Ej Giangio mentions he used to be a farmer, and well Giangio is actually a farmer in the original story!) (the more you know.) I'm also biased here cause I do have a special relation with the story of Pinocchio because of an illustrated version my granma gave to me when I was a kid, and we used to read it togheter so yeah... So yeah this game got me both on the gameplay side and storytelling side. It's a challenging game if you're not used to soulslike but hey for me its higly recommended.

i got a theory about the wizard of oz in lies of P. i think that the cowardly lion is gonna be the mouse stalkers partner he abandoned named leo.

Guess it will depend on how the devs are willing to move on with the general story. It could be a direct follow-up keeping the characters and if that's the case it could be! Considering also that he is a missable character and he also does have a different reaction depending on what you're wearing! But honestly I always tought it was a small reference to the lion and the mouse tale? So i legit dont know.

OR

they could just move into something completely different, wich tbh id rather, i love the setting od Krat and its wolrdbuilding but if they're planning to to tales id love each of them to feel unique.

My biggest regret is that me and one of my friend coulnt manage to see it togheter in theatres because on the big screen would have been a blast

How do you get your physical paintings so crisp?? those lines/edges are so sharp you could cut something (positive!!)

Thanks for asking! This has actually been the first proper try i gave with acrilic markers and im glad the result turned out nice!

Ill try give a small quick badly drawn tutorial done at 3am with bad paper and poor photoes.

Step1: sketch out the thing, and get the tools

Step 2: Flat color the background, no matter if they cover a bit inside the lines since acrilic do cover quite a bit, but try to stay as precise as possible

Step 3: Flat color the inside, as above

Step 4: fix the lines, since acrilics do cover i simply just pass over the previous color as muhc as needed till i get the refined desidered lines, having different sizes markers (or brushes if youre using tube acrilic) does help, and do mind tho that some colors will need some extra layers to proper cover

With watercolors being semi-transparent HOWEVER, I try to stay as precise as possible with differnet brushes, and then clear the lines with either markers (if doing lineart) or colored pencils :)
