ISAT ACT 4 SPOILERS

okay not to continually yap about isat (i'm gonna continually yap about isat) but I cannot get Odile and Siffrin out of my head.

like it's usually isasif (and ship-wise it will always be isasif) but MAN completing the sus quest has me thinking about the two of them constantly. I feel like their dynamic is one that's so under-utilized in media???? like yeah protective people are a thing. cold people (with a secret soft spot) are a thing. but oftentimes I feel like it's only children that they're protective of?? and don't get me wrong, Odile is definitely protective of Bonnie. but to have that worry and care extend to the whole party - including Siffrin?? peak.

she cares so deeply for all of them. she's hard on herself sometimes when she can't help them (there's multiple instances iirc of her saying I should have noticed or I'm not good for that kind of thing that implies that she wants to or feels helpless when she can't). she often relies on the more emotionally open people (Mira and Isa) to handle the emotionally charged moments - but she also pays so much attention and goes out of her way to tell Sif that she's there for him - because she knows that the overwhelming emotion isn't always what they need.

her methods of approaching Siffrin hurt in such good ways. she's always always checking up on him. it's not in big obvious ways. it's not always spoken. but she has one eye on them at all times later in the game because she can tell.

It's so special to me that she's the one who notices. like sure. Mira and Isa occasionally question if Sif is okay or mention that they're acting a little bit different. but they don't really do anything further than that. Odile herself says that if she finds something strange, she "gives it her full attention". she only noticed because of how closely she was watching. she only put it together because of how closely she was watching.

and you can never convince me for a second that it's just because she was suspicious that he had something to do with wish craft - because she never would have picked up on it if she wasn't already paying attention to them because his odd behavior worried her.

and to notice that he was acting odd, she had to know how they acted before. she had to have always been watching. she has been watching for a while because she's grown to love this group and all its members.

she notices because she cares. she notices because she loves them. she loves them she loves them she loves them she loves them.

Odile loves her family. she would do anything for them. she would do anything - "as long as I can be sure you were all safe." anyways. I love Odile.

You didn't grow up with your brothers, but you've observed some different versions of them in other timelines, right? By the time you pulled your current brothers from their timelines, did it feel like you already knew them pretty well? Is there any disconnect without shared experiences?

Do you think that vampires could/would exist in the dunmeshi universe? It's not directly referred to like other horror fantasy (zombies, werewolves/beastmen, etc)

I think the closest to a vampire in dunmeshi is the mosquito succubus

Maybe a giant bat werebeast?? Althought the giant bats look more like fruit bats but their pages say they drink blood

Actually gonna say it, kind of a coward move from Kui if it's gonna be a blood drinking bat make it look like one that actually drinks blood smh, fruit bats are way "cuter" cause they look like dogs but they mostly eat fruit like the name implies

Vampire bat have a shorter face tiny eyes and huge ears, adorable

Fruit bats, even the giant version that exists irl called indian flying foxes, look like dogs, long snouts big eyes, also very cute

The giant ones also eat fruit and bugs and can have a wingspan of 150cm

Anyway what was the question, oh yeah, vampires, I guess a giant bat beastman would work since they drink blood but would probably be the monstrous side of vampire rather than the aristocrat side of vampire. Succubus really are the closest ones but a half-human half succubus would probably look more like insect girls with the moth wings

This is in response to the tags of one of your previous answered asks- I also am baffled as to why ppl keep complaining that Maria's death was "not violent enough" in the movie. It's kinda on the same level as ppl cheering her death in theaters for me. What is even the need? To show that "kids movies can deal with heavy themes" like death? As if there aren't a whole bunch of other kids movies that haven't had heavy issues?? (Lion King, HTTYD, any Miyazaki movie, etc) The constant salivating of ppl for seeing a kids death on full graphic detail on screen is both annoying and very much uncomfortable at this point 🤢

I agree, my dear. Some of the things that have been sent to me since September (yes I’m counting when I gave breadcrumbs) have left me very concerned. I shouldn’t have to see people complain about the death of a little girl “not being violent enough” in a PG movie.

LU x Undertale AU - What if the guys still turned to dust when they’re killed? Like in the first run ever Wind accidentally kills Sky for example, and after he’s done bleeding for a bit(maybe he doesn’t even bleed at all haha) he turns into dust. Neither Wind or Legend were expecting that, much less were expecting that Wind would kill Sky. I think that would make the whole situation like, a bit more traumatic. How what was once Sky’s physical form now sticks to Wind’s clothes.

he’d have to Reset like, instantly after that. Then he’d cry to Sky who obviously is oblivious to what happened. Wind wants to stay with him at least just a little longer after that, going to sleep for the night.

then Legend wakes up. He doesn’t remember exactly what happened, all he knows is that he need to hug Sky right now.

Oh, they'd be resurrecting their "evil" triplet, Lansa, for sure!

I keep hoping Arwell or Arno will scavenge a resurrector mech serum, or that we'll get one as a quest reward. We can always get new dogs (and we have a very, very good boy in Othello at the moment. We should be fine with him as long as we don't name any animals "Iago" or "Desdemona"), but now that we've deactivated the Corrupted Obelisk, I don't think we'll get any new clones for a while yet.

Hi im obsessed with your arcana swap esp wholesome ass nyarukami and im unsure if you've posted about (or even decided on) the whole IT but between naoto kanji and rise i wanted to ask who the fortune magician and chariot are and your thoughts about them 👀 also what is the relationship between emperor!yukiko and fool!chie 👀👀

Naoto is the Magician! Naoto is like, the coolest member of the IT, so making them the lamest sounded like a fun twist. To keep it short, the magician arcana is about turning potential into reality, and while Naoto- even in this swap- is a brilliant boy, he struggles with letting that potential blossom into something worthwhile.

He is hidered by the idea of becoming the idealized version of himself as "the detective prince" and often will play it up... when he hasn't done more than a minor inqiries around his community.. (Inaba isnt exactly full of whodunnits, after all.) Most of his classmates call him "The Miniature Dorktective" and tend to be dismissive, especially when he takes it a a bit more of a theatrical extreme: smirking and nodding, loudly proclaiming theories, and making poses.

He ropes Chie, the new kid who doesn't know of his shenanigans, (and makes her the Watson to his Holmes) into investigating the newest most exciting event in Inaba: the murder of politician Taro Namatame. His first hunch? the local delinquent and Phoenix of Inaba: Yukiko Amagi- wherein they break into the Amagi Inn and stumble into the TV while hiding in a storage room from a (very scary) Yukiko.

Thats whom i have developed the most. Otherwise, Rise = Chariot but with Naoto's vibes (Intrepid School Newspaper Club member Rise at yourrr service!) and and Kanji = Fortune with Rise's vibes (Prodigy Designer but is currently in a rut & taking time to himself to rediscover himself.)

Emperor!Yukiko and Fool!Chie... sadly, they do not have the history that makes canon Yukichie so good... but Emperor!Yukiko is absolutely one of the romance options... :D
