This Asian patient is shown before and after augmentation rhinoplasty using a combination of carved Gore-Tex graft for the bridge and ear and septal grafting for the nasal tip. Bardia is one of the Nepalese National Parks. It is located in the south, near to the Indian border, and it’s a little bit inconvenient to reach if you do not want to rely on the local taxi drivers (actually I should say drivers belonging to the local lodges). Bardia is famous for its tigers, which we - unfortunately - did not see. Luckily some deers, crocodiles, rhinos and otters showed up. This three-way morph shows an Asian lady who had an upper blepharoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, fat grafting, and other minor office-based procedures. She is shown before and five years after these procedures. It is important to note that the goal of revision rhinoplasty is to improve the appearance of the nose and in this case to reduce the over projected and over rotated nasal tip and nasal bridge that is too high, but the limitation is scar tissue from prior surgery reduces the ability to create a perfect result, just improvement. Also, it is important to note that the upper eyelid is improved through a combination of fat transfer as well as upper eyelid skin removal. This creates the most balanced and natural result for eyelid rejuvenation.
